We are a Chinese restaurant specializing in Szechuan, Hunan, and Mandarin Style. We carry all the typical Chinese appetizers that can include egg rolls, rangoons, wontons, ribs, and our Pu Pu platter. To go along with our appetizers, we carry the traditional wonton soup, egg drop soup, and hot and sour soup. Our popular menu items include noodle dishes (Chow Mein Or Chop Suey, Lo Mein, and Mai Fun), fried rice dishes, egg foo young, moo shu, and combination plates. Many of our dishes include roast pork, chicken, beef, shrimp/seafood, and vegetables. We also have a lunch, chef's special, and diet section of the menu. We deliver and have take-out available!
"In a small strip mall on the Westerly outskirts of Nashville, China Spring has been supplying locals with Sichuan, Hunan, and Mandarin-style Chinese American staples since 1999. There aren’t many surprises on the menu here, just well-done family-style dishes like Cantonese-style lo mein, moo shu, fried rice, egg rolls, egg drop soup — served in reliably generous portions. There are a few tables available for dine-in, though taking food to go is vastly the more popular option." - Ellen Fort, Eater Staff
