Better than Crumbl? Yes- probably. I got the cookie butter cookie, and I was quite underwhelmed in contrast with my high expectations. It was pretty bland, and I’m a huge fan of cookie butter. The woman working was friendly and efficient.

Pretty good cookies. We got a chocolate chip, smores, red velvet, and cookies and cream. They were warm and soft in the middle. Perfect consistency. No wait the shop was pretty much empty. The service was good, very friendly. No gluten free options.

My daughter's friends came by with a box of these delicious treats as a get well gift. All of them were great to look at & even better to eat but, I have to say my favorite was the chocolate chocate-chip. They are huge, thick & when heated up they become a flavor-bomb. 1 cookie equals 2 donuts. So, watch out for those calories.

The person working there was superrr nice and chill! Love her! The cookies themselves are good it’s just super sweet and after two bites, I couldn’t anymore. Still a great cookie!

I've been buying from Chip City ever since they had a stall at Gansevoort Market years ago. The cookies haven't changed since then and this Chelsea location has become my go to ever since it opened. The staff is sweet too and they always make it a pleasure to stop by.

Heard this place was all the rage but out of 6 cookies only 1 wasn't dry :( If you order BOGO deals do they give you the oldest order? Seems like it :/ Not worth it if that's their normal cookie and normal price but since it was BOGO I'll give it a 3.

Every time I visit a Chip City location I always get amazing customer service! This Chelsea location did not disappoint. I also appreciate that I received a warm cookie from the back! Definitely better than waiting on the long Crumbl cookie line down the street lol

Love this NYC chip city location! Staff is so friendly. Like most chip city locations not a ton/anywhere to sit but they do have a counter to stand and eat your cookie if you wanted. They also have a solid merchandise selection. If you're in the area chip city is definitely the best choice for a cookie nearby!

I was there today Tuesday around 1235pm. The staff is amazing! She was exceptionally friendly and welcoming! This was my second time at the store and I promise to write over to you cookies are delicious and not overly sweet! Just the right amount of sugar! Thank you and I'm sure I will see you again very very soon!

I just tried the rainbow crookie and it was outstanding! If I'm being nit picky than I'd suggest more jam but other than that it's great. It's surprising chip doesn't sell croissants because every time I've had one of the crookies the croissant part is above and beyond. Till next time chip!

Stumbled upon this cookie shop and had to try it out. I really enjoyed Chip City. We just got one cookie, the Cookies N Cream. It was a good size and absolutely delicious, not too sweet and the chocolate was slightly melted without even being heated. It was heavenly, great service and cute store.

The chocolate chip is a classic and my favorite. The service was great. The location is convenient.

I hands down enjoy their cookies they are light delicious very delightful and in every bite you are able to taste the flavor of the cookie my choice of today was blueberry cheesecake to die for super duper good

I came across Chip City during my recent stay in Chelsea, which was located right under my friend's apartment. It was hard to miss when we walked around the neighborhood, so I knew I was going to try it in due time. That time came when my sweet tooth kicked in real hard on a Saturday evening. My husband and I stopped by Chip City around 5pm. The storefront looked a little tight, so I went into the store on our behalf. There was a customer ahead of me, but the service was very fast and efficient. I also appreciated the staff members' enthusiasm about their cookies especially with a competitor cookie chain down the block. I initially got 2, but I was informed that if I buy a third then it would be $1.75 off. I got the cornbread, s'mores, and seasonal flavor of Churro Mexican hot chocolate. The flavors were incredibly accurate, but the cornbread particularly was spot on. It literally was a cookie version of cornbread and even came with a side of butter and hot honey. For what it's worth, I felt that the cookies were solid and I wouldn't mind trying other specialty flavors next time.

The chocolate chip cookie tastes good, it is very satisfying but ..... it is 720 calories! You literally have to skip dinner if you eat one of these cookies. The sign says 180 calories per serving, and then in the fine print it says: "4 servings per cookie". Sigh. One cookie is perfect for a family of four.

So I was walking by this location and just decided to stop in on my way home. The two girls who are working there were super helpful and very nice. He strongly suggested that I try the brookie which is not usually my cup of tea. I have to admit... Oh my God... It was phenomenal. I had to force myself to stop eating the whole thing Before I got home. It was warm and moist and delicious. I think it is my new go to. It's a combination brownie and cookie. It is truly phenomenal.

Yum Yum gimme some! we had the brown butter cookie, the peppermint, dark chocolate cookie, and the chocolate chip cookie. All of them were amazing, and everyone was super nice!

We tried Levain and although it was good, we had to try this place as another new york native recommended this place. We went when it opened and the smell of freshly baked cookies immediately hits your nose and kick starts your sugar cravings on high. I tried the original chocolate chip, cookies and cream, blueberry cheesecake (so good), confetti, smores, and triple chocolate. Yes...I got the 6 pack because you pay for 5 and get the 6th for free along with their $2 reusable wide bag. They taste good...like clean ingredients without the nasty after taste. The triple chocolate IS FOR CHOCOLATE LOVERS! I would visit this place again. One cookie is good enough for 2-3 people.

Kind and courteous staff!! Quality cookies literally saw fresh baked supplies coming out as I was ordering. Looks like they do small batch baking and you taste the difference!

I'm tried numerous cookies at this location. Found them all to be delicious and preferred over their competitor 1 1/2 blocks down lol. The team inside were welcoming and pleasant.

They are very good, not epic. It is a cookie/brownie hybrid. They are huge with an almost brownie like texture. The flavor is there, and for $5 you get a pretty heavy sweet treat. My co workers really liked them, so I gave 3 stars. I was leaning towards 2 stars. IMO its not really a cookie.
