I’ve been here twice, once for happy hour and another for dinner.
Happy hour is great! The Cho’s Fried Chicken, Roti, and Muu Ping we’re all half priced and delicious. The Lychee Martini was half priced too, so I gave it a try. It was a very basic cocktail, so I wouldn’t get it again. I finished my happy hour outing with the Khao Soi. Ehh, it was okay but I was expecting a flavor explosion based on some of the other reviews. The short rib was extremely tender though.
On my dinner visit, I had the Thai Basil Smash cocktail and it didn’t wow me at all. The pork rolls were amazing and the portion size was big! I had them as an appetizer, so couldn’t eat much of my entree (Chicken Drunken Noodles). It was very good and I was able to finish it the next day. Another guest had the Crab Fried Rice. It was pretty good but the rice was a bit sticky and didn’t remind me of “fried” rice.
Overall, I was impressed with mostly everything I tried. I think I’d definitely return for the happy hour!
