The newly remodeled Choice City looks incredible and the new ownership has really brought fresh energy to the place. The space feels more welcoming and modern while still keeping that local charm we’ve always loved. The food is delicious and the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. You can tell they’ve put a lot of care into every detail, from the layout to the new menu. Easily one of the best small restaurants in Fort Collins—highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t been in a while!

Choice City is the BEST dining experience we’ve had in Fort Collins. The pork shank was fall-off-the-bone tender, the mashed potatoes were creamy, and every dish, including the NY strip, was packed with flavor. Our group of eight had cocktails, wine, apps, entrées, and dessert, and everything was incredible. This was our fourth visit to Choice City, and it is exceptional every single time! Our server was next level. They all have a gift for hospitality and make us feel right at home. We had the most delicious cocktails — they offer a great variety, and their wine list is both well-curated and special. Cab franc? Yes, please. And the gluten-free bananas foster cheesecake? Unreal. One of the best desserts I’ve ever had. We’ve tried them all, and Choice City is hands down the best restaurant in Fort Collins. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at Choice City! From start to finish, the service was outstanding—our waiter and waitress were both fantastic: friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about ensuring a great dining experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed yet special evening. The food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. We especially loved the short rib croquettes—perfectly crispy on the outside and rich, flavorful inside. I also recommend trying the Crimeon Amber cocktail, a beautifully balanced drink that paired well with our meal. Highly encourage everyone to visit Choice City. It’s a gem with competent staff, excellent drinks, and memorable food!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday dinner at Choice City and it was such a blast. Having such a big group gave us an opportunity to try so many different items, and every single thing that was on the table, was delicious. The Duck Wings , Short Rib Croquettes, and Collins Curds were so good. I had the Little Gem Salad for my appetizer, and the Ribeye with Mashed Potatoes for my main. My steak was cooked perfectly. The drink I had was a dirty chai martini was unique and delicious. The vibe at Choice City is super relaxed yet trendy, thanks to their cool remodel. But what really made the night was the service. Kendrick, Jordan, and Kai took such great care of us—everything came out on time and piping hot, and the chef even swung by to check in on our group, which felt really special. All in all, it was one of those nights that leaves you smiling and happy. Choice City has officially become our new favorite spot and I highly recommend it to anyone in Fort Collins.

I went to Choice City on a whim with my wife and a friend and we ended up having one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve ever had in Fort Collins. The hospitality here is absolutely outstanding and genuinely warm and welcoming, like we were old friends reunited after years apart. The service and attentiveness were next level. The food was just as impressive. I usually shy away from NY strips, but this one was incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and downright delicious. The cocktail menu was on point, and the proprietor, Lavi, even went above and beyond to make me an off-menu drink, which is one of my favorite ways to enjoy a cocktail. The beer and wine selection was great as well. If you’ve never been, or if it’s been a while, you absolutely need to make it happen. Choice City is a must-visit in Fort Collins!

WOW! My family and I were blown away, what a gem in the heart of town. I cannot believe how beautiful this experience was. We had been to choice city before when it was a butcher shop and it was good. The place had a very grimy bar feel to it. It was never a spot we would go before, especially not for a joyous occasion. But I must say the last night the whole vibe changed. We heard the buzz around town that old butcher has closed and now there’s a new “choice city” in town. So we decided to come check it out. I’m so glad that we didi! We came for dinner since the place before was only open for lunch and sure you can get a good sandwich anywhere but dinner is always something special. Jordan was our server, she was super kind and thoughtful. We started with the beef croquettes, my husband had the fillet and I had the pork shank. We also tried their cocktails to start and an excellent bottle of a red with our dinner. The food was outstanding. I am already dreaming out coming back. The meat was succulent and melted in my mouth. Alpenglow & amore cocktail was the perfect end to the night with a smoky salted brownie. The manager checked on us personally ( I mean how often does that happen anymore) and he was a delight! I think everyone who worked there stopped by at our table to smile and check on us. I mean the service might had been some of the best we have ever had and we are foodie snobs that live at restaurants all over Colorado! All in 10/10 deserved by Choice city! I am thrilled this place sold and the new ownership has a phenomenal sense of hospitality. Clearly they care and know what they are doing. We will for sure be regulars now that it’s a whole new space. Clean, delicious and mention worthy!

New owners are wonderful! They’ve made the place sparkle and kept the charm of the old place. Staff is kind and helpful and food is DELICIOUS!! The blondie brownie is something of my dreams! 😍 I’ll definitely be going back!

Amazing food and wonderful people. One of the best meals we’ve had in FoCo. Lovi also makes custom cocktails. (And, natch, we loved the local craft beer options too!)
