Cofax, One of LA’s Best Breakfast Burrito Makers, Opens in Culver City - Eater LA

"Cofax Coffee is opening a new location in Culver City next month. Known for its smoked potato breakfast burritos, the new spot will be more than twice the size of the original Fairfax location and will offer dine-in seating, catering services, and occasional specials. The original shop gained fame for its breakfast burritos, which are now shipped nationwide." - Farley Elliott

BäcoShop Review - Culver City - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Downtown Culver City has had a rough stretch of restaurant closings, but the addition of BäcoShop pretty much wipes that all away. To put it simply, this place got it right. Opened by the Bäco Mercat people, this spot in the heart of downtown Culver essentially serves as the fast-casual version of their original DTLA restaurant. Think all those incredible bäco sandwiches (basically a Mediterranean pita taco), now under $10 and created solely for your (Sony) lunch hour. Skipping carbs this week? Don’t worry, any bäco can be made into a bowl too. The chile shrimp baco is our favorite, but don’t leave without getting an order of those hash brown balls." - Brant Cox

Google
Unfortunately, sorta mid. Visually, the salsas and the burrito itself looks accurate. The tortilla is grilled and slightly transparent. The salsas look fresh and well blended. I got the bacon and the pastrami. The bacon one had tater tots that were overly soggy and oily, making the burrito one note and heavy. The salsas also add very little to the burrito as they are not very flavorful nor spicy. The pastrami one is interesting and has good flavor but way too salty. For the price point, I thought the size was ok but was disappointed by the flavor The cafe itself is very cute though. And so is the packaging.

Google
I've only ever gotten delivery so I can't rate on the atmosphere or the service but they make the best breakfast burritos I've ever had in my life. The bacon was always my favorite, they fill it to the brim with crispy bacon, but I just recently tried the pastrami and it slaps so hard my face almost hurt. The pastrami was absolutely delicious, huge pieces and so good inside the burrito with the crispy hashbrowns and egg... Seriously the most delicious breakfast burrito you could ever dream of. Their iced latte is on-point too.

Google
Pastrami breakfast burrito was the move. Recommended to us by our sailing instructor. Orange hot sauce better than the green.

Felipe Latorre

Google
I swung by here for a breakfast burrito and coffee after an early morning drop off at the airport. The interior is spotless and bright, though it seems that most people come in and out with takeout orders. While I wish they served you on a plate when you’re eating to stay, that little annoyance disappeared once I started eating that fire burrito. The coffee was superb as well. It was a really enjoyable breakfast. It’s rare that I’m in that area during breakfast time, but I know where I’ll be going the next time that I am.

Google
I’m not a vegetarian but I love the veggie burrito here so much. One of my favorite breakfast burritos in the area! And the coffee here is also amazing for some reason, the espresso is perfect

Jarvis Tsuei

Google
A breakfast burrito unlike any other. My group ordered the pastrami, bacon, and the hot link breakfast burritos. The hot link was unique while the bacon was fairly standard. The pastrami however was something else entirely. It has mustard in it which complements it well. Combine that with the green or red salsas and you have a winning recipe.

Jimmy Si

Google
Came here to try the pastrami burrito and it was amazing! This had tater tots as the potato and it had a fried egg, cheese, pickled jalapeños & deli mustard. The sauce that comes with it also goes very well with it. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try their coffee but I would come back again just to try it and another burrito style. The staff was very nice and the decor was neat. There is seating inside and outside. Parking is mostly metered.

Google
I had the bacon and egg burrito. It wasn't dry. It was flavorful, and I could taste all the ingredients. The hot sauce was tasty and just the right amount of heat. Outside seating. Friendly service. Only about a 10-minute wait.

Yelp
One of the BEST breakfast burritos I've ever had in Cali (they don't make them this good in SF). This burrito alone makes me want to move back to LA. When I'm in town I order it almost twice a week. The bacon is always super crispy, which is a non negotiable for me. You don't even have to order it this way, it already comes standard. The tater tots also add a really nice crunch. I've always ordered for delivery and even though it's been a bit of time, it always arrives crisp. Sometimes tortillas can have a super floury taste which I begin to hate halfway through, but their tortilla is cooked to perfection and you never get that doughy texture or taste. The ratio of all of the ingredients is so perfect. The pickled jalapeños... just mmmm. And the red salsa actually has some kick to it which is fantastic. Order an extra one on the side, you won't regret it. My friend had the vegan chorizo burrito and was amazed at how good it was. If I could give this place more stars I would. Bonus points for the donut! Soo yummy.
google avatar

Jeffrey H.

Yelp
Great place but AVOID the chorizo burrito. They give you like a table spoon of chorizo for the burrito. It's so little meat it might as well be a meatless burrito. Don't get the chorizo burrito unless you want to be disappointed. If yall come here get the hot links burrito. On gawd, that shits fire. Lots of meat, it's like a bbq in your mouth.
google avatar

Yelp
I love breakfast burritos and heard these were pretty good. I tried the bacon and chorizo ones both with guacamole. Overall I was disappointed. I couldn't taste the chorizo, it needed salt but didn't provide any, the little tubs of salsa had almost nothing in them, they were rather small, and even added filler in the form of plain potato chunks in the burrito. They don't even have bathrooms for when your hands get dirty. For $16 and up this is nowhere near worth it.
google avatar

Tan T.

Yelp
Much easier location for me to drive to for my burrito fix! Near the freeway and seating both in/outdoor. Parking is only the street but the area is less dense than Fairfax so it's much easier to find a spot. Outdoor seating is nice and covered with a view of the intersection. But this place has open large windows so you won't feel trapped sitting inside. Burritos hit the spot as always! Had the drip coffee this time and thought it had the right flavor to go with my bacon burrito. Service was good and timely, we got there before the morning rush started so maybe my comments change when they're busier.

Yelp
This was my first time at Cofax. I've heard great things about their Breakfast Burritos. I ordered the Bacon Burrito. The tortilla was nicely toasted and the ratio of egg, bacon and potatoes was perfect. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the bacon was crisp. It wasn't potato heavy which I loved. The green and red salsas were great too. Overall this is a great Breakfast Burrito. My only criticism is the size. For the price I found it slightly small however, the quality was great!
google avatar

Yelp
We're sluts for branding and this is top tier. Loosely Dodger themed, this breakfast spot feels like it's been around a lot longer than 2014. The chorizo breakfast burrito hit the spot and came with not one but two sauces. The green sauce had a slight smokiness while the red sauce had a nice kick to put us in drive. Beware, the burritos didn't come without some leakage, but the beautiful wrapping helped contain the mess. The coffee was smooth and the orange juice was electric. Lovely seating alongside Culver Blvd on a sunny morning. Breakfast Quenched.

Yelp
I'm on the hunt to find the best breakfast burrito in town. Finished a Pilates class and was craving a breakfast burrito. I came to Cofax and ordered a Veggie breakfast burrito. Their Veggie burrito consisted of smoked veggie hash with potatoes, bell peppers and onions, scrambled egg, jack cheese, pico de gallo, and crushed tortilla chips. The size of the burrito was perfect, however I felt like there was not enough spice or flavor for me. I felt like I only tasted hints of Jack cheese and barely any onions. There were two salsas (green and red) that were provided as dipping sauces. The green one was not my taste, however the red was spicy, and flavorful. I wish they had a chipotle aioli sauce to go with my burrito. The place appeared clean and taken care of. I just feel like they can work on the flavor of the breakfast burrito and perfect it. All orders are wrapped in to go boxes but you can sit there to eat if you wish. Would I be back? Maybe to try their drinks instead but it wouldn't be at the top of my list!

Yelp
Husband just reminded me...no bathrooms--lost his parking spot when he had to drive to Ralph's to take a sh*t

Yelp
One of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. You absolutely must try this place. I had the special Future Farms fake chorizo burrito and absolutely loved it. There is indoor and outdoor seating, though it can be limited especially on the weekends. Dogs are welcome. Service is order-at-the-counter. Staff is super friendly! Clean and comfortable space. The only downfall of this place is that there is no restroom.

Yelp
This was my first visit to the Culver City location (Culfax?). And this location has the same theme with the obvious reverence towards the Dodgers. I would say that this place is known for their breakfast burritos and coffee. I really like the original location, but I think I might like this place more because the parking is a lot more easier to find and going to this area is a lot less stressful (for me at least). Just less congestion overall. Came here on the Sunday morning, so street parking was free and plentiful. There was a bit of a line, but not crazy. The people here were friendly, efficient, and helpful. I ordered a large coffee and the pastrami burrito. It was my first time getting the pastrami. My previous visits I got the chorizo or bacon. The pastrami burrito- okay, it's the priciest thing on the menu. But I am hard-pressed to find anything cheap that has high quality pastrami in this city. This is the play. This burrito is a confluence of flavors and textures. The pastrami is super delicious with a good amount of pepper and saltiness. This was balanced with the potato and cheese. The tater tots and grilled tortilla gave a nice crunch / texture. The egg was perfectly fried with a bit of runny yolk. The salsas are super flavorful and have quite a kick (I was sweating a bit). Yes, I was a fan. The coffee was great as well. All in all, I'm a fan of this place and a fan of the location. Especially since I don't live too far away.

Yelp
Pricy, but super large burrito size. I stopped in here quickly to grab a burrito and iced latte to go. I was a little out off by the price, but it seems like $20 is a pretty standard price for coffee and food across the board. The iced vanilla latte was good, standard, and not too which which I really appreciated. The burrito was tasty! I got the veggie and was more impressed with the sheer amount of cheese on it than anything else. However, it was large enough that I got two meals out of it. Might come back to try one of the other burritos to see if anything else really wows me, but nothing really stood out to me about my meal this time around.

Yelp
I visited Cofax in Culver City, CA, after hearing rave reviews about their breakfast burritos from Eater Los Angeles. Located at the corner of Elenda St and Washington Blvd, the restaurant offers ample free street parking, which is always a plus. The cozy establishment features a few benches outside, making it dog-friendly. Upon arrival on a Friday around 12:30pm, I found the restaurant to be about 3/4 full. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the option to pay with contactless payment, making the ordering process convenient. I ordered the Chorizo burrito for $13 and the bacon burrito for $14. After a 15-minute wait, my order was ready. Having high expectations for a restaurant touted as having the best breakfast burritos in LA, I was slightly disappointed. The burritos were on the smaller side, and while the Chorizo burrito had a variety of ingredients, none of them stood out in terms of flavor. The bacon burrito, on the other hand, was packed with chopped bacon, but it ended up being too salty for my taste. Cofax also offers a selection of coffee beans, but I didn't notice the aroma of coffee when I entered the restaurant, so I decided to pass on it. Overall, my experience at Cofax was decent, but it didn't leave a lasting impression on me. If you're a fan of burritos, I would personally recommend trying Undergrind Cafe on Robertson Blvd for a more memorable experience.

Yelp
Cofax Coffee was calling my name last week Thursday morning- so I ordered the pastrami burrito again, French toast and iced coffee with simple syrup!!! I am here to say Cofax delivers on breakfast burritos. I have never tasted such a prime example of how to creatively served smoked pastrami as a breakfast meal! This burrito was good, this burrito was great- I consumed the whole burrito from my plate!!!!To top it off the French toast donut is just fabulous - French toasty flavor plus donut plus a cinnamon glaze equals Donut squared satisfaction!!
google avatar

Dasha D.

Yelp
Their pastrami breakfast burrito is my favorite in all of LA! And their bacon and hot link burritos are also great; you really can't go wrong. We've also now started ordering a jar of their red salsa - yum!
google avatar

Amy F.

Yelp
Great breakfast spot in Culver City! Always on the hunt for a tasty bfast burrito. I tried the Bacon burrito which was on the dry side. They provided a green and red salsa that helped. The eggs, cheese, and jalapeños were good. Loved the little tater tots they use. Cute outdoor tables and several inside, but decent sized place. Came in on a Sunday morning, there was a steady crowd but we ordered quickly and got our food after a little wait (15-20mins). Nice coffee selection. Only issue is the parking (street/metered) and I didn't notice a public restroom.

Samuel G.

Yelp
Bar none, the best breakfast burrito I've ever had, and it is extremely consistent each time!
google avatar

Irene Q.

Yelp
Breakfast burritos hit the spot. We ordered the hot link and pastrami burritos. What's special about these is the links come from Bludso and the pastrami pieces were chunky. Cooked nicely with a little bit of crunch in the outside with juicy centers. Eggs seem to be cooked over easy. I would prefer scramble, but still good. Tater tots are crunchy and the pickled jalapeños gives the burrito a tasty kick too. Salsas were delicious; use both green and red to get t a little bit of heat and tang. Overall, the breakfast burritos were delicious and made well. Happy that there's a closer spot with ample street parking.

Yelp
I'm a fan of the original Cofax location on Fairfax. I was happy to see the second location in Culver City when I drove down Washington Blvd a few months ago. The space looks bigger than the Fairfax location, but the quality of the food and coffee is the same. I got my usual order, which is a Bacon Burrito (4.5 stars) with no jalapeños. There is just something so comforting when I eat a breakfast burrito. All my favorite breakfast items like bacon, eggs, tater tots, and cheese are wrapped up in a flour tortilla. It tasted even better with the delicious red and green salsa. I didn't add avocado this time like I occasionally do at the Fairfax location. I also got a Vanilla Latte (4 stars) with oat milk. I usually get it iced, but the hot latte was perfect on rainy day. I know they have other menu items, but I just stick to the Bacon Burrito. I'm glad I got to try the newer location with 4 star service. I'll be back if I have another breakfast burrito craving.

Yelp
Service: 10/10 Breakfast Burritos: 8/10 There were a lot of online/phone orders & quite a bit of people on a Saturday morning, but the line still moved fairly quickly. Service was great, very nice people working here & food came out pretty quickly considering how many people were there. We got the chorizo & bacon burrito. Wife & I both loved the chorizo burrito. She said it was the best breakfast burrito shes had, 10/10. I personally gave it a 9/10, it was really good but not the best ive ever had. Bacon one, we both weren't to big a fan of. The wrap was crispy but outside of that, the burrito was pretty dry. I used the sauces they included & needed more. 7/10 for that one. You can find better bacon breakfast burritos elsewhere. We live a ways from here but i wouldnt mind coming back to try another protein.
google avatar

Judy T.

Yelp
Fairfax location on my list to try for a long time. Was happy when they opened in CC. Parking is bad around the shop so be forewarned. Circled around and parked in the neighborhood. Quite the line inside, but they keep it moving. I ordered ahead online so that helped. The donut man was giving away free samples that also helped. Very good donuts! I ordered a bacon burrito. The bacon was tasty and crispy, but the ratio of eggs to bacon seemed off. Too much bacon? I never thought I would utter those words. I wanted more from this burrito due to the price tag ($18 with tax and tip) and all the hype. It was good but I'm not in a massive hurry to get back there. It was better with the salsa but kind of bland for my taste. I'd try the chorizo or pastrami if I go back. It's a cute shop and the service was good.
google avatar

Yelp
10/10 listen I do not care for breakfast burritos not my thing but this burrito is amazing!!!!! Eat it, buy it, love it! The coffee was delicious I am definitely coming back, if your a chick and you want to impress a guy this is the place its Dodger themed. Extra brownie points.
google avatar

Ann C.

Yelp
cofax is located at a place where you need to find street parking. the restaurant is mostly spacious with indoor and outdoor seating, but they were pretty full this morning. we got the matcha latte and iced latte which were alright, and the burritos were not bad, but we've had better ones. they give you a green tomatillo and a red salsa to dip or pour onto your burritos.
google avatar

Tiffany P.

Yelp
Burritos were solid but service was super slow and they forgot to cut mine in half. We were the only customers there for a late lunch so not sure what the hold up was. Very skimpy on the sauce, which was needed for the dry bacon burrito (I preferred the pastrami one).
google avatar

John C.

Yelp
I visited again today. This time I had the Pastrami Breakfast Burrito. If you love the salty goodness of the Bacon Burrito, you'll love the Pastrami Burrito. It was decadently delicious.
google avatar

Alice C.

Yelp
The breakfast burritos here are insane. So much flavor and a decent size! I was here right at 7:30am on a weekday and I was surprised to see that there were already people there before me. Seems to be a very well loved spot in this area and I definitely see why. I will say that the coffee wasn't amazing, and I didn't really like the hot sauces they provided, but I would come back just for a burrito in a heartbeat.
google avatar

Brian W.

Yelp
Have generally not been so excited about breakfast burritos lately, but Cofax is the exception. I forget what restaurant/bakery space they took over but it was immediately familiar and a bit homey, maybe even a bit sparse inside. Four tables outdoor was just enough seating, and the wait for my hot link breakfast burrito was just long enough to remind me this is definitely not a quick service place (as was the charge for extra salsa). The hot link breakfast burrito, tho, was worth it. Quality hot link, melted cheese, tater tots, egg, all in a properly done burrito. They do press the burrito to heat it which may or may not suit your preference, but in this case I did not find it distracting so that was all good.
google avatar

Isaac C.

Yelp
Very similar feeling to the location on Fairfax but bigger. I recall going to the first location regularly when they recently opened and the burrito was on the "secret menu" so seeing a full breakfast menu around a Dodgers-themed interior gives a "homey" type feeling if you are a LA native. All the food is prepared to-go regardless if you want to ease into the morning and enjoy your order at the establishment. Check them out if you're taking a stroll down Washington.
google avatar

Justin M.

Yelp
Been wanting to come here for a while. I saw they were going to carry Nuts & Bolts Donuts so I went. The donuts are phenomenal. If they have them, get them. Treat yourself with a french toast one. The coffees were good and the staff still managed to force a smile despite being SLAMMED. The breakfast burritos had so much hype but I was super let down by both. Not until the very final bite did I taste any chorizo. The pastrami in the pastrami breakfast burrito was killer. But if you get a bite without any meat in it, it was just fine. I might just like my breakfast burritos much simpler. Now I know.
google avatar

Eric R.

Yelp
Cofax is a very similar experience as the Undergrind Cafe. Good service, cute place... mediocre food. The donuts here are very average, not nearly as good as Randys. The chorizo burrito was a real bummer, potatoes undercooked and little to no chorizo. The bacon burrito was blah...where was the seasoning?!
google avatar

Erika A.

Yelp
I was super excited to try this new cute little spot. I have to agree with a prior review that the bacon burrito was too salty and believe it or not had too much bacon lol. Def give them points for the cute presentation and grilled exterior, but I didn't taste the jalapeño element, the salsas were ok, and it was missing pico de gallo, or another onion element of sorts. I will give it another shot but also it would be nice to have a bigger meat selection. I would def not get this particular item again though, just made me think of a regular food truck breakfast burrito.
google avatar

Timothy P.

Yelp
***Only had the donuts*** but they were 1/10 good. Not sure what the hype is, they taste cakey like the white hostess ones we had as kids :/ Nice staff tho! Might come back to try their food.
google avatar

Kristine O.

Yelp
Cofax burrito hype is real!! Glad a location opened up closer to me, since I've been meaning to try them for forever. They have a couple of tables inside and outside, and their interior is decorated with these cute water color portraits of Dodgers players. I was solo, so I actually took my food to go. I tried the chorizo burrito and it was perfect with their salsas! They're not the biggest burritos, but I think they're actually a perfect size. No notes flavor wise either. I found their coffee to be pretty average though, and I'd recommend going a few door down to Baked Bar instead. Wishing them the best of luck! Judging by the size of the line when I left, they'll be right at home here in CC.
google avatar

Yesenia T.

Yelp
Loved my burrito, it's was worth the wait. The cashier was so nice and gave me a doughnut on the house...will be back for more
google avatar

Maajida M.

Yelp
Two stars because the burrito was decent and the green salsa was delicious. The downfall here was that when I walked in I received no greeting from either one of the two front of the house employees. I ordered online so I stood and waited out of the way in case anyone came in. As I was waiting a woman who had been inside before me kept stating to her daughter that the food was taking an extremely long time that morning. And after standing there for about 10 minutes I had the same thought, especially since i had ordered a little less than 10 minutes before I got to the place. Then is when one of the workers asked if I was picking up an online order, (as if I would've stood there for 10 minutes waiting for you to take my order), I said yes and she said ok it should be a couple more minutes. It took almost 10 more minutes, and I'm sorry but I think the whole time I was there about 5 burritos were made, (including mine), so 30 minutes in all for a breakfast burrito, from a breakfast burrito place, is quite ridiculous. After all that my was somehow not hot just warm enough to not say it was room temperature, strange. Overall I don't think I'll waste my time coming back.
google avatar

Cassy O.

Yelp
This was my first time here and it did not disappoint! The burrito was a great size, and they did not skip out on the bacon. They gave two different salas with you burrito and they both hit. The drip was nice a strong and the customer service was amazing. Aesthetics were great, water available up for grabs in the corner. Only downsides are restrooms are employees only and you gotta street park but what you gonna do. Will definitely add Cofax in my rotation of breakfast spots!

Saba A.

Yelp
Our order took forever, and they got my order wrong. We got a veggie burrito and future farms one. And instead of veggie I somehow got one with bacon...when I went to let them know, the people looked upset at me? For them getting my order wrong???? The vanilla latte wasn't good either. Bummed because we were really looking forward to the place. The burritos were maybe 3/10 not worth paying for
google avatar

Jennifer Z.

Yelp
Food is amazing!!! Their eggs are so fluffy and potato are not too oily. Everything is perfectly balanced. This is my favorite breakfast burrito place. Service is really good too. Very friendly and welcoming
google avatar

Carly M.

Yelp
These burritos were genuinely amazing. Packed full of the yummiest ingredients, everything was delicious. The veggie burrito was great and happily, they followed our dietary requests without any complaints. Such a great surprise and happily we plan to return for more - can't wait to try it again!
google avatar

Benjamin S.

Yelp
Recently discovered Cofax as they opened in CC on the westside. Loving their Veggie burrito - its nice and light, quenching morning hunger without being too filling. Will be back to try other things!
google avatar

Joe B.

Yelp
I had the bacon breakfast burrito. I had to search for the eggs as the burrito was mainly hard overcooked bacon and hard overcooked hash browns. The green salsa wasn't bad.....I just wish I a better burrito to pour it on. This was very disappointing as I have eaten at the Fairfax location and enjoyed the food at that location.
google avatar

Simon L.

Yelp
Very excited that Cofax opened a new outpost in Culver City. The pastrami breakfast burritos are a classic and a must try with their house made hot sauces which have great depth of flavor. Pair it with one of their fresh donuts and you're set for breakfast.

Stephen G.

Yelp
This place is supposed to make one of the best breakfast burritos in the city. It was very tasty, but the various ingredients were not mixed together very well, so each bite would be egg only, or bacon only, etc. And it really wasn't hot enough, even though it was supposedly made to order. Very good salsas. So overall a bit of a disappointment. And there was no bathroom for customers. In a restaurant with about 15 or 20 seats. I think that is illegal.

Angie J.

Yelp
We love the vibes of Cofax! We come here as a family of 3 with a toddler and it's so chill. The bacon burrito and matcha is our fave!! The service is efficient and they are all nice. Parking is usually pretty easy when we go.
google avatar

Alex G.

Yelp
The lady on the phone sounded like she didn't know the menu when I called my order in. Had to wait for 20 minutes for my food and when I went in to ask if it was ready it was just sitting in the counter. Opened my bag of food to realize they gave me the wrong burrito. If it was busy I'd understand but it was very slow. It's a shame restaurants like this employ people that can't manage to do their job properly.
google avatar

Ken S.

Yelp
Heard about their burritos, so I tried the pastrami. It was very very good. Perfect size. not too big not too small. All sorts of flavors hitting at once. 9.5 out of 10

Andrew I.

Yelp
So glad they opened one in Culver City! ONLY not going 5 star because of the price. I review breakfast burritos and pride is a factor. Short version is: Every burrito you get, you'll love. I say start classic with the bacon, but if you want to splurge, you have to try pastrami. There are only 2 places that have GOOD pastrami breakfast burritos and this is one of them. People inside are friendly and awesome, and great area to walk after.
google avatar

Mohammed T.

Yelp
It was good the first time I went like 4 months ago.. I just went this past Monday and it was horrible. Not sure what happened to the pastrami but it tasted overly smoked and similar to a hotdog.. pastrami pieces were 75% fat, and it wasn't crispy like it was the first time. Workers don't really know what they are doing and walk around confused. Not sure I'll ever go back. I was super excited about this spot too especially bc I love Bludso's bbq
google avatar

Judy C.

Yelp
This is local "mom" hangout. Breakfast burritos are BOMB-diggity! Ingredients are fresh and perfectly packed into a delicious flour tortilla! The salsas have a kick and are very tasty, they pair perfectly with the burritos. I personally love the hibiscus iced tea, it has good flavor and is unsweetened. Craving a breakfast burrito? Look no further!

Yelp
Brand new breakfast burrito spot in the neighborhood. I tried the bacon burrito and added avocado. It was delicious and had plenty of bacon inside. They have several different burritos on the menu, including a veggie. They also have coffee, but I didn't try that today. I just happened to be walking by on their first day of business, and grabbed a burrito to go.

Yelp
I've gone to Cofax and got the hot link breakfast burrito the last few times and have been happy with it every time! It's HUGE so it gave me breakfast for two days. Love love love their salsa!! Every time i've gone the staff had also been giving out free donut samples. I think it was a churro donut or some sort of cinnamon sugar flavor and it is absolutely delicious. I usually get the black coffee which is decent, but my partner gets the hot vanilla late which he says is great every time. Staff is also extremely polite and even though the inside is always buzzing with a crowd the food comes out pretty quickly not much of a wait.
