Coffeeholic House Wallingford

I've been to this place about 4 times now. The employees are always very sweet! Everytime, the coffee was great. This last visit we tried food for the first time. The bacon breakfast sandwich was so good. Our favorite are the coffeeholic dream and the black night latte! Cups are great as well. I keep them for coffee and drinks at home.

Very tasty, very sweet drinks. The Coffeeholic Dream is basically a dessert, but the flavors are really nice and the texture is lovely. They also have some pastries from a local bakery (though I'm not sure which one) and a few onigiri flavors. They have free Wi-Fi, a public restroom, a handful of tables inside, and one small table outside.

Love new location! Such a nice, clean store with a cozy vibe. Coffee is still amazing, I have been a big fan of their bạc xỉu since day one! Now they’ve got bạc xỉu plus with housemade jelly,such a perfect combo. Highly recommend!

Nestled in-between a few local shops just off of bustling N 45th st., you’ll find at 4417 Wallingford Ave N, the fourth Coffeeholic House addition. I visited just around 10 AM on Thursday, July 17. There were only a few others in front of me, but the line moved quickly. If you aren’t familiar with this establishment or the other three locations (Columbia City, Bellevue, Greenwood) they specialize in Vietnamese coffee and Asian flavors. I decided to get their Wallingford exclusive Pan-Cha Matcha and an Ube Birthday Cake for my partner. The Pan-Cha ($7.25 for 16 oz) is an iced matcha latte with Pandan flavoring and jelly. If you’ve never had this before, think of a sweet, yet earthy flavor… almost vanilla-y and slightly grassy. Haha I know, but if you like matcha you’d like Pandan (IYKYK) The Ube birthday cake ($5.25 for 16 oz) tastes more like the latter. Nothing wrong with that at all, I think if you’re looking for a very sweet treat without caffeine this is your drink. The staff were very friendly and the lady taking our order answered all questions promptly. I’m assuming the owner or at the very least manager was the most vocal and polite. He made sure to greet us and give a warm goodbye and hoped we’d enjoy our drinks! What a good guy. The space itself is modern, clean and cool as the windows can open up completely. Perfect for a sunny day. A decent amount of people could sit and/or wait for their order— I’d say comfortably, just about 20. Really happy for the success the “CH” owner’s are receiving. They definitely deserve it. TLDR; Great café addition to the Wallingford neighborhood. Friendly Staff. Consistent, tasty drinks. Not sponsored.

I had such a wonderful experience at this coffee place. The girls at the front are incredibly sweet and genuinely friendly - I haven’t seen this level of warmth and kindness anywhere else. Their service truly stands out. The coffee itself is exceptional, definitely high - quality and made with care. The combination of amazing coffee and such heartfelt service makes this place special. This is my honest, unbiased review: I’m genuinely impressed and absolutely delighted. Highly recommend ❤️

Love the Coffeeholic in Greenwood and had to check out their newest location in Wallingford! Everyone was so friendly and the interior is so cute and cozy! The matcha is amazing as always, the onigiri were so fresh and delicious, and the Dubai chocolate croffle was incredible! I will definitely be back soon!

This place opened just a couple of weeks ago, and I’m already impressed! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. The Vietnamese coffee was absolutely delicious—rich, smooth, and full of flavor. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Coffeeholic is one of the newest businesses in the area as of this review and a new addition in the line of coffee shops which are somewhat sparse save for Fuel, Starbucks inside the nearby QFC and Zoka over in Tangletown. What's Coffeeholic got? Coffeeholic house is a Vietnamese coffee cafe with its ingredients direct from De Lat Vietnam. This location is the newest and 3rd location as they continue to grow. During their soft opening, they had some promotions to take advantage of which included a free standard coffee with purchase of a crossaint or pastry. On both of my visits I got the standard Vietnamese coffee and likely their signature pour - Traditional authentic Vietnamese coffee, Ca phe sua da. Slow-dripped Phin coffee with condensed milk. It is sweet right off the bat, perfect for cream and sugar coffee drinkers like me. If you too enjoy your coffee like this, you'll be glad to try this. I've also tried the Spinach Feta quiche was warm, with a good balance of cheesiness and spinach. If you're a coffee enjoyer and in the area, I'd recommend coming in to try a cup.

A new Coffeeholic House is open in Wallingford! We stopped by a little past their closing time, but the staff was incredibly welcoming and generously allowed us to take our time ordering. The ambiance is clean and modern, with plenty of seating. We tried the Mango Fizz and loved it--the puree tasted fresh and like real mango, making it a perfectly refreshing drink for a hot summer day. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to try one of their matcha drinks!

Coffeeholic House greenwood is awesome so I was happy to hear the Wallingford location opened! This location is very accessible by walking, bus, and right across the QFC. Interior is beautiful, bright, and modern with the large windows open on sunny days. Some outdoor seats available. Restrooms are located near the condiment bar and the merch is beautifully displayed when you walk in the entrance. The tumblers and tote bags are so cute! Don't think I've seen the tote bags at the greenwood location. I noticed they had a food menu and when I saw the Dubai chocolate croffle I was immediately tempted! They are mini so it's 3 for $10 or 1 mini croffle for $3.75. I tried just one as a treat. They are small but sooo delightful. I didn't have high expectations tbh as I usually skip the pastries at the greenwood location but damn that croffle here was good. I ordered the Matcha Purple Haze with light ice. Super tasty and I would get it again. Prices are a bit high as are anywhere nowadays...at least I know when I go to Coffeeholic it's quality and every visit and location I will be served a good drink. I still think the Tiramisu Egg Coffee has to be their best drink. I tried it at the greenwood location and it's sooo freaking delicious! Service is friendly. All my questions were answered and I was never rushed which is great and much appreciated. Definitely recommend and will return to Coffeeholic House in Wallingford :)

Excited that coffeeholic opened a location in Wallingford! The space was bright and open, and I really liked the modern styling. I got the ube haze matcha latte and it was really good. The matcha tasted great, and I loved the ube foam on top! I do feel like the coffees are a bit overpriced though, mine was $8.

Heard about this place from a few people so decided to add it to the must try list! So good!! I ordered the OG Viet coffee and it was yum! My friend ordered the croffles and said it was delicious as well. The location is great, ample parking, and the vibes and aesthetics gave a minimalist vibe, love it! The service was good, everyone was really friendly!! I wish I could go back for more and try their ube drink!

I have been to the Greenwood location, but I'm so happy to see one near our home. It's small, cute, and lots of open air. I've experienced great service and super friendly staff. I've loved my drinks so much I'm literally needing to cut myself off so I'm not drinking them all the time. Ube ftw

I may be a sesame foam snob. And this place passed the taste test. Got the iced matcha with sesame foam and an iced Vietnamese coffee. The Vietnamese coffee was the perfect level of bitter and sweet. Inside is super cute but a little loud because sound echos around. Great location! I'm happy to see more businesses moving in to Wallingford!

The double pumpkin latte was really good! I wasn't sure if they make it hot because I keep seeing their cold drink pictures, but I asked and they do make the hot versions too. I forgot and wasn't sure what makes it double, but it wasn't crazy sweet and just a nice smooth drink for the fall. It was $7 for 12oz which is pricey but it made me want to try other flavors too.

Located in the strip mall in Wallingford, across from QFC and Wallingford center. Small shop w/limited seating. The staff was nice & helpful. Drink menu is slightly different from their other shops. Testing out new drinks/flavors they say. Street parking

Coffeeholic's version of coffee jelly is a savory, chilled, Vietnamese coffee treat that's both refreshing and flavorful--ideal for fans of bold coffee like me and creative café-style dessert like their croffle.

Looooove that there's a location a little closer to the north end of Seattle. The Ube latte will always be my favorite. Great service and quick!

I have made my rounds of the north seattle coffee shops and while there are several I love, I have a new favorite. The drinks here are unique and delicious, and they have snacks for all comers. I had the Purple Haze with soy milk, the spam onigiri, the tuna onigiri, and a croffle and I have no pictures because I scarfed it all. Cozy welcoming vibes, not too crowded not empty. Sat with my laptop for a couple hours and never got any side eye.

Love the friendly atmosphere. Have been going to Coffeeholic Greenwood for ages. Happy to have a more convenient space, only wish it was bigger. The people who work here are always in a genuinely good mood, shout out to Melanie and Manager-bestie. The vibes are so good I would live in the walls if I could, then I wouldn't have to pay for electricity or WiFi!! :)

I must say the Coffee are One of the best we have in Seattle. The Ube Matcha Latte is my fav.

Love how they have so many options of bac siu and matcha. We also love the new designs as well as the open door. Customer service is awesome. Plenty of seating space.

First time trying the plant based dream since I can't have dairy and it's so similar to the regular viet coffee! Loved it!! Service is amazing too and great place to study!
