"Opened in March 2020 at the onset of the pandemic and promoted as Seattle’s first Vietnamese coffee shop, the chain became a TikTok sensation for its colorful, photogenic drinks often finished with cold foam or cheese foam. It began in Columbia City and has expanded to Greenwood and Bellevue, with a Wallingford location opening this summer at the bottom of the Chronicle apartment building on Wallingford Avenue near North 45th Street.
