"Collins Pizza is a simple slice shop, and it’s where you should take a homesick (for pizza) New Yorker. They use a slowly fermented dough, which gives the crust a great flavor. The pepperoni and vodka pie are excellent. Both are foldable and delicious, with perfect ratios of sauce to cheese, but the vodka is the standout. You can get both as whole pies, but they also sell by the slice here.
