"Collins Pizza is a simple slice shop, and it’s where you should take a homesick (for pizza) New Yorker. They use a slowly fermented dough, which gives the crust a great flavor. The pepperoni and vodka pie are excellent. Both are foldable and delicious, with perfect ratios of sauce to cheese, but the vodka is the standout.
