"Every room at Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is a suite, complete with small kitchens, balconies, and some of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. This is the type of hotel where you regret only booking for a night or two, especially if your plans include leaving the property. The accommodations are just as appealing as the pool deck, the spa, the gym, and the beach chairs. The shoreline is just steps from the hotel, and the resort fee includes two beach chairs and an umbrella." - Travel + Leisure Editors

We arrived very early at the hotel after an overnight flight and were delighted that they gave our room immediately. The room (junior suite) is large with a good kitchen area and balcony with a small tablets two chairs. The bathroom is spacious with good amenities. The dressing gowns looked brand new. We loved the byredo brand of shower gel etc that the hotel provided....smells like a spa. The bed was comfortable. Whilst I agree that the rooms probably need repainting, overall we were happy with the room size, comfortable and amenities. The coffee shop is great as is the pool bar where we had great food and cocktails. The pool staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The restaurants are simply fabulous. A special thanks to Arthur for the bottle of bubbly in our room for our celebration. Thankyou so much for a great stay.

Stayed at the Conrad June 19-23, 2025 for a beach weekend with my daughter and grandkids; I was extremely pleased with my stay!!! Stayed in an oceanfront suite #815||The exceptional services started prior to arrival with the Concierge services, who were there to answer all my questions. A bathtub was a necessity with my toddler grandkids- had a problem with our tub the first night and they promptly had it fixed!!||All the staff was so friendly and helpful; housekeeping services were exceptional, and have to give a BIG shoutout to the bellboy, Michael, who went above and beyond: the Stanley Cup parade was right in front of our hotel our last day so roads were blocked off and traffic was crazy; my scheduled ride to the airport could not make it to the hotel and I was having difficulty with getting my Lyft driver there; Michael ran down 2 blocks to redirect the Lyft driver and we made it to the airport on time!!!!!!||The room was clean and comfortable and they had good restaurants to eat at; there’s also several places to eat nearby. Only have to cross the street and your on the beach; the beach personnel went out of their way to make sure you were taken care of!!||I would definitely stay there again!

We came to Vitolo back in June we didn’t really like the pizza Daphney recommended we try Takato and we loveddd it! She’s such a sweetheart and hilarious!!! but we’ll definitely try Vitolo again and to see our girl Daphney. Also shout out to the valet boys for helping me find my car after I lost my ticket❤️ best valet team!

Wow. What an unexpected pleasure. Picky traveler here. Lifetime Platinum Marriott and Diamond Hilton. The Cary Grant of hotels- elegant, classic and always accommodating. All Suite hotel, timelessly decorated. The rooms are beautiful. Directly across the street (A1A) from beautifully manicured beach with loungers, towels, umbrellas and snack/drink hut. Front desk staff are so kind, helpful and personable- thank you Dominique, et al. Wonderful breakfast at Takata- thank you Helen. Superior Italian restaurant, Vitolo- thank you Francesca. Can’t speak highly enough about the entire staff- can’t recall all their names but a big thank you, nonetheless. Fabulous stay. Will be back. BTW, this is in stark contrast to The W by Marriott 3 doors down. Horrible place. Spent 1 night and left. Like bathrooms with no doors and full glass walls? Then book the W. Hip hop versus Classic. No contest. Thank you Hilton.

Our Hilton free night was expiring, so we used it for a last minute 22-hour staycation at the Conrad. It was very enjoyable. Our Hilton free nights are much better than our Marriott’s because they can be used for any standard rooms, without point limits.||Arriving at 3:30 pm, we weren’t allowed to check in until 4 pm. We waited by the 6th floor pool, and enjoyed the view over the beach.||We declined our Diamond upgrade to a 1-BR partial ocean view suite on the 14th floor. These rooms face north, with the view of the close beach blocked by another hotel, and have shallow balconies without seating.||After asking for a better ocean view, we were offered and chose our original basic room category, a junior suite partial ocean view, on the 20th out of 23 floors, the 3rd room from the ocean. These rooms are spacious, face south and the Four Seasons Hotel and pool, and have large balconies with 2 chairs.||As a Marriott Titanium as well, traveling worldwide 4 months yearly, we are frequently upgraded to large suites, but as empty nesters, always prefer a better view to a larger room.||Valet parking is about $62/night with tax.||We used our $50 Diamond food credit for breakfast (at the Japanese restaurant), which was good.||The complimentary beach lounges and umbrellas are removed at 5 pm, so we enjoyed them the next morning. I was worried none would be available, but the staff quickly free up the unoccupied ones.||We asked for a 2 pm late check out, which the hotel kindly granted.

Recently stayed here for just about a week. Overall, the experience was good. That said, the hotel is showing its age and there are clear lacks in observation by management. The little things matter…holes in towels at the pool are unacceptable and should be taken out of service. Similarly the pool has many broken umbrellas and loungers, take these out of service as well and replace them. On the good side, staff were generally fantastic. The pools attendants and maid service were spot on. Front desk was hit or miss and when asking for a late checkout as a gold member we were given a whopping hour. I wouldn’t care so much, but this property doesn’t have showers in the pool area bathrooms, so on flight days who wants get on a plane covered in sunscreen….sorry not me. This is where the most frustrating part came in to play. It was suggested we check with the spa and that we should be able to use their showers. Well NO thank you at $65 per person to use a shower…I’m sorry that is highway robbery and did leave a sour taste in our mouth. Other positives not to leave this review on a bad note…the restaurants Takato, Vitolo, and the food at the pool were all fantastic! I’m not saying I wouldn’t go back, but there are other options and I would probably look before booking again.

The service at the Conrad was nothing short of exceptional. The entire staff was warm, professional, and attentive, making our stay truly memorable.||A special shoutout to Mike, Adam, and Andre on the beach team. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect day by the ocean. Their friendly attitude, quick service, and attention to detail made us feel pampered and well taken care of.||Every interaction with the staff, from check-in to beachside service was top-tier. This level of hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. Can’t wait to return!

Mike, Adam, and Andre were AMAZING! They helped set up our chairs and made sure anything we needed on the beach was available. They seriously made our entire stay!!! The Conrad was super clean and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Yelp
What an incredible weekend! Our second visit was amazing - a full suite right on the pool. Everything was impeccable. The room, the amenities and most importantly the service. Employees are obviously well-trained and (hopefully) well treated. A special shout out to Nashuwah (sp?) although everyone one was amazing. One request: please put smart TVs in the room or at least make it possible for guests to use a Firestick or other device. Paying over $20 for an old movie when also paying over $700 per night is a bit ridiculous.

Yelp
We had a split vacation , we moved from Hilton beach resort to Conrad as Conrad offered better stay on our points as diamond members . However upgrades were not free at all so we paid to upgrade After several mishaps with the reservations we got a great oceanfront room . The room was super clean and updated However the pool and hot tub too small unlike the Hilton beach resort and the restaurants --were awful . The pool is on the side of the building which is truly puzzling as no other building has this because the pool ends up in the shade most of the day and the wind tunnel from adjacent 4 season residency makes it cold and windy I also don't understand the rave reviews of Tokato . Breakfasts were terrible and dinner even worse . Price for dinner was insane and the food very average . Hilton beach resort had a by far better breakfast restaurant and super delicious market/ restaurant place next to the beach. Very noticeably - Service has gone downhill everywhere and the service charge added to everything was an insane 22% , simply outrageous No more free continental breakfasts or any buffets . Everything has to be ordered , not even a carafe for coffee , you literally pay for every cup refilled And - The spa : had no amenities aside from a very hot steam room , everything was tiny and no food was offered just tea The massage was good but not great and the price was shocking as there is service charge added automatically Unlike HBR , Conrad has complimentary umbrellas with beach chairs which was a nice change and water was plentiful The cornucopia was outrageously expensive The only thing we liked was our room . The designs was specious and comfortable If you plan on staying - avoid eating there

Yelp
Nice hotel with great amenities and staff. Great pool and bartenders. Nice restaurants in the hotel and nearby. However, we had an ocean-view room which meant we were right on Highway US 1 with the beach across the street. There was a constant stream of cars and motorcycles going by that seemed hell-bent on making as much noise as possible, whether it was their tricked-out exhaust system or the booming music coming from their tricked out stereo system. This went on day and night, night and day. In the future, I think we will find a hotel on the beach side of A1A.

Yelp
I had high expectations for the Conrad Fort Lauderdale, but my experience revealed a troubling lack of integrity and service that should give anyone considering a stay here serious pause. First, while this hotel markets itself as a premium property, the state of disrepair throughout is hard to ignore. Broken Pelotons in the gym, non-functioning handicap buttons on pool doors, peeling wallpaper near elevators, cracked walkways with standing puddles, and soap dispensers hanging off the walls are just a few examples of the glaring neglect. For a luxury hotel, this is unacceptable. These issues, while minor individually, collectively paint a picture of a property that isn't being properly maintained. This alone would have dropped my rating from five stars to four. But the real reason for this review is the appalling way the staff handled our request to extend our stay by a single night due to a flight issue. I went to the front desk and was assured--after the staff member consulted with her manager--that our extension was confirmed. "Same room, same rate, you're all set," I was told. We went to dinner relieved, only to receive a late-night call stating the exact opposite. Suddenly, the hotel was "at 100% capacity," and we were told we couldn't stay after all. To make matters worse, their email apology--while polite--offered no solutions and no meaningful assistance. While they claimed to be fully booked, a quick search online revealed rooms available for booking at the same hotel. So not only were we left scrambling to find another hotel late at night, but we were also lied to about the situation. This could have been avoided entirely with honest communication. If the hotel had simply told us earlier that the extension couldn't be accommodated, we would have had time to find alternate arrangements. Instead, we were misled, inconvenienced, and ultimately abandoned by staff who clearly lacked the care or professionalism to handle the situation appropriately. A true luxury hotel doesn't treat guests this way. It goes above and beyond to solve problems and ensure a seamless experience. At the Conrad Fort Lauderdale, this couldn't be further from the truth. If you're considering staying here, be warned: the property may look nice in photos, but the service and upkeep fall woefully short of the standards you should expect. For the rates they charge, this level of neglect and disregard for their guests is inexcusable.

Yelp
Nice place, pool area could be a little nicer, but it was fine. Great service and plenty of shade. Great maid service, front desk, and concierge also! Had a nice breakfast place next door that doubled as a nice restaurant at night. Direct beach access right across the street.

Adriana H.

Yelp
We had such a nice & relaxing day pass at the pool. Food was fresh & flavorful, drinks were fantastic & the whole pool area was clean & QUIET. We chose to go on a Sunday because we didn't want too many people there. Based on management, over 100 customers checked out that day. The staff was great, they made sure we're were comfortable curing our visit, constantly checked on us, rotated our water to make sure they're always cold & cleaned up our area while we were at the pool. The quesadillas & chicken fingers were right on point. Fresh, not boring & at the right temperature. If you don't want to check into the hotel & are a local that simply wants to have a nice day at the pool, I highly recommend getting a day pass & relaxing with your friends and/or family.

Yelp
We checked in at 11am knowing we were early. The staff said they had a room ready if we wanted to upgrade for $90. It was so worth it. We got the 1 bedroom suite in the oceanfront tower. Everything is perfect. Clean and decor is modern with a beachy feel. The patio is huge and furnished with a outdoor table and lounge chairs. Perfect for watching the waves. Fully equipped with a kitchen and cookware. We ordered an instacart order and got the groceries delivered by the kind bellman. It feels so cosy like we are home. Thank you Conrad for a wonderful stay.

Yelp
Date of stay: January 12, 2024 Rooms: 701 + 717 We stayed at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach on our way home from our Disney Cruise and it was really the perfect way to wrap up our vacation and return to the snow and cold of Wisconsin in January. Despite arriving in the morning, they were able to get us into rooms that were on the same floor and even upgraded us. Both rooms were not really the same, but both rooms were fantastic with an extra bathroom and a full kitchen. The kitchen really wasn't used, but I felt fancy just for having it. We didn't get to check out quite as late as we would have liked, but were able to make use of the pool area after checkout to soak up some sun before heading to the airport. All of the staff we encountered were truly fantastic, if I was a lottery winner I would only come stay at places like the Conrad when I traveled!

Keerthi G.

Yelp
Our stay at Conrad was truly exceptional. We were lucky to stay in the best room ever, boasting a stunning ocean view. From our room, the beauty of Fort Lauderdale Beach was simply breathtaking. The ultra-modern, luxurious room also featured a well-equipped kitchen, adding an extra touch of convenience and comfort to our stay. The ambience throughout the hotel was stylish and inviting, creating a perfect environment for relaxation. The pool area was fantastic, offering a great space to unwind while enjoying the view. We also dined at Takato, the hotel's Japanese restaurant, and were blown away by the amazing food. With the beach just a minute's walk away, Conrad offers an ideal location. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay and definitely worth a visit.

Yelp
No complaints here. Easy check in. Comfortable rooms. A great upgrade from being a Diamond Member without asking. There was a Moke in the lobby circle drive, so I assume you can rent them somewhere around here if not through the hotel directly. (I have only been curious about them and have zero experience as to how that all works!) The location is great too. If you decide you want a different option than eating on property, there are great options just a short walk away. Check out was easy too, and it wasn't a long wait for the car even without calling ahead for the valet.

Yelp
This weekend, I took a brief getaway to Fort Lauderdale and had the pleasure of staying at this property for two nights. When it came time to check in, I had two options: through the app or in person. In my opinion I prefer to interact with people in person to get a sense of the environment. The service is excellent. The bellman made sure we didn't move a muscle and had my stuff delivered to my room. Because of my status, I received an upgrade, and the accommodation is now twice the size of my original booking. It's huge and spotless. The design is simple yet pleasant, and my favorite area is the terrace, where I spend the majority of my time dining and admiring the partial view of the Atlantic Ocean. The valet parking entrance is on Windamar St., and the valet service is $55 per night. What's nice is that they were efficient; as long as I called ahead of time, they had my vehicle ready. It also gives me peace of mind knowing that my vehicle is secure in a private parking garage. I was able to use their room service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are two ways to order food: over the phone or online. I experienced a problem with their online platform; every time I attempted to complete an order, an error notification appeared. I hope they fix it soon because it can be a great tool. I appreciated that they kept my hot meals warm in a portable insulated heat holding unit. Every dish was wonderful and exquisite. I'm an avid fan of Hilton properties, and Conrad never disappoints me. As long as they maintain their high standards, they will have this devoted client.

Yelp
Great hotel and staff. Small disagreement over bill was rectified. Clean and modern amenities. Comfortable beds and. Great atmosphere at pool.

Jiamei C.

Yelp
Had a wonderful time at this hotel, the service is super and the cleanliness was excellent. I like how spacious the suites are with a nice balcony facing the ocean and you get a one bedroom with a small kitchen which I didn't use the kitchen but everything else was great!

Cassandra C.

Yelp
What a disappointing experience. We chose this hotel because it is part of Amex's Fine Hotels and Resorts collection and is 5-star. We were using points to redeem for a really nice vacation. The first two nights (of four) were good--the staff was friendly and the facilities were solid. However, on the third night, a group checked into the room next to us and started smoking on the adjoining patio, causing secondhand smoke to travel into our room and preventing us from using our patio. This is a non-smoking hotel with a huge sign on the patio door stating the same. We reported it and were told by security that no smoking was detected. However, we could clearly smell the smoke through the door. The next day, the same guests smoked again, and we saw cigarette butts and ashes on the adjacent patio. Security came up and 'spoke' to them again. We were then told that these guests would be checking out the next day but were not being removed. Instead of the offending guests being moved, we were told that we had to change rooms, even though we had done nothing wrong. We moved rooms at 9 PM on our last night because we didn't feel safe or comfortable with them next door, especially given the likelihood they would smoke again. When pressed, the front desk staff said it was an upper management decision not to remove the guests. I want to know why this hotel is considered 5-star and charges over $400 per night with such horrible service. It completely ruined our trip, and since I had already prepaid, they weren't able to refund the room costs at all. This was a horrible and unsafe issue. This hotel should not be part of this collection. We won't be back, and I've reported them to Amex. Absolutely ridiculous. If I wanted to smell secondhand smoke all night, I would have booked a dive motel.

Yelp
Lovely rooms and views. For some reason they can't manage the small things. Came back to my room late after an evening with friends. No ice or a location to find it. I picked up the phone to ask the front desk and phone was dead. I had to visit the front desk to find ice. They offered to bring it but I didn't want to wait. They sent me to the 12th floor. Well that ice machine didn't work. Returning to the front desk then they sent me to the 15th floor. Finally found my ice. This morning I discovered two soap boxes in the bathroom empty. I would expect this at low priced hotel but not at a Hilton. Very disappointing.

Yelp
I am a local photographer (@kof.films) and I love the Conrad hotel for weddings and events! They have a beautiful rooftop area that over looks the sea and convenient onsite rooms to get ready in, if it is your wedding day! Highly recommend.

Mary e.

Yelp
Weekend stay for a wedding in September. I have to say that I have stayed and hundreds of hotels here and abroad and nothing has compared to this hotel. From reservations to checkin, room service, and accommodations, everything was just perfect. The hotel features all suites and they are beautiful and luxurious. Our suite had a view of the city, the pool area, and the beautiful beach. Room service was quick and everything, including the food was great. Honestly, I can't say enough good things because this place does everything just right. I highly recommend if you are in Ft Lauderdale and want a relaxing and very accommodating stay. Congrats to the management and the wonderful staff.

Yelp
I did a wonderful staycation at this hotel during the holiday season. Everything was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to others. I noticed that they also offered stuff for the children during the hotel season.

Jackie V.

Yelp
This is a beautiful property right on the beach. We've stayed here before for just one night and really wanted to come back. This time we booked a week stay over spring break. The 1st night we were woken up at 2 am because the 19 year old who attacked Def Leppards drummer went and threw patio furniture at 3 vehicles parked in valet. One was ours and the back window of our wheelchair accessible van was shattered along with some body damage. Police were called, guy was caught. Hotel promised to take care of our parking charges of $48 a night. Being that we were away from home, we can't get the window fixed until we get back. (Special glass needs to be ordered) Bummer but not the hotels fault. I asked them to please seal it up since it would be raining, they did. Following morning we were exhausted from lack of sleep but were woken up by the fire alarm. False alarm but the alarm was EXTREMELY loud (which is good) and very annoying for at least 10-15 minutes. Heard a kid pulled the alarm. Again, not the hotels fault but geez. Day 2 we had dinner at the restaurant downstairs Takato. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the Japche. Day 3 we ordered room service. I was looking forward to the Bucatini because I don't see it on menus often and it's my favorite pasta. Well I got spaghetti. Very dry spaghetti. Disappointed. Husband ordered the salmon and it was phenomenal! We ate at Takato a few more times and also ordered from the pool bar which the food there (burger, chicken sandwich, fish sandwich) were just ok. The rest of our stay there was quiet and uneventful. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. My in laws stayed 1 night while we were there and my father in law forgot his insulin in the fridge. Housekeeping found it and security called to let me know they had it and were keeping it refrigerated until we picked up. The hotel room itself is beautiful. The view was beautiful and the beds are comfy. The water pressure in the shower was so so good. Personally I wasn't a fan of the scent of the shampoo, soaps, lotion etc. It was too strong for me but my husband and son enjoyed it. I always bring my own anyway. Overall I really liked this hotel. Yes we had a bit of bad luck in the beginning but it wasn't the hotels or staffs fault and they handled it really professionally. *Update: The hotels insurance contacted us to fix our van. We're in the process now but I do like that I didn't have to call, they called me first.

Yelp
Best hotel in Fort Lauderdale Family friendly and beyond luxurious I recommend it for fine dining as well as relaxation. Fantastic staff at the pool

Rafael H.

Yelp
We selected the Conrad's Fort Lauderdale for our honeymoon taking into consideration the looks and balancing the perks of an Oceanfront view and several amenities. Not your typical hotel as this luxurious, high price, sky rise resort serves as residential as well. Amazing view from the 19th floor, however, we have complained the entire weekend about these young misbehaving adults on the floor below us who continued to open and close the sliding door(s) to the balconies abruptly, making extra noise and disturbing our tranquility. We did not expect to have such a horrific time at this resort based on the resort rate. Service is friendly but nothing has been done to resolve the problem. I am sad to say my wife and I, most likely remember most the disturbance and the inefficiency of the staff of handling this matter. Best of luck to anyone renting at this location. Note: valet team was extraordinary, Robert from the hospitality team was EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and caring through our stay.

Cortney K.

Yelp
I really did enjoy this hotel. I went with my friend and her parents on this trip and may I say I felt at home. As you could expect at any luxury resort, a little jar of gummy bears was 20$. The hotel itself was very pretty. However we had trouble with are bath tub. The drain first of all would not shut. Considering this we called maintenance and they attempted to fix it. They claimed it was good, however when my friend went to use it the drain still didn't close and the water was green. Although I am pretty sure this was just an are room kind of thing. The staff were extremely nice. Me and my friend were playing corn hole and the workers were very kind by cheering us on. To touch on food, it was very very good. Extremely large portions considering the price. I had quite a few strawberry daiquiris (virgin). Very good each time I got it which gave a tropical vibe. To touch on maintenance the elevators were very trouble som and inconsistent. And the hot tub took the sunscreen off of people and on one specific part it rested. If I had one suggestion I would have wished maintainer would have touched up on these specific things, but I cannot complain because this hotel was astonishingly beautiful. The view of the ocean was amazing and everything was overall extremely clean. I do wish this hotel on anyone looking for some time away. And I most specifically recommend it too those who do not wish to get a rental car, because it has everything you need within a 1 mile radius.

Alex S.

Yelp
Room upgrades to a one bedroom site was offered. Room was modern and very clean! Housekeeping was attentive to all our needs. Pool and beach services were excellent. The Spinnaker Bar was a let down midweek when they didn't keep their posted hours. Highly recommend Vitolo's for happy hour and dinner if you're craving Italian!

Vicky K.

Yelp
Came to town to catch a InterMiami game. After researching the area decided on the Conrad. Loved our stay. The service here was impeccable (with the exception of the pool bar). Thankful for Arthur. He is the concierge and made our stay a little extra special. The rooms are beautiful and modern- we had a 12th floor partial ocean view and it was perfect. The bed and pillows are comfy and air conditioning is quiet. Water pressure in the shower was awesome. The most wonderful toiletries are provided from Byredo/ Mojave Ghost scent. One note even being high up/12 floor we could still hear street noise if it was on the loud side ex. Gardening blowers, garbage truck, engines revving. This did not bother us but it may bother others. There is a service fee per night of $40. Our favorite amenity included in that fee was beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach. They have bikes too but were weren't able to partake. The nightly Valet parking was $68. Lastly, we are at Takato Restaurant on site and it was very good. I recommend this Conrad and would stay again.

Ashly H.

Yelp
This is a gorgeous property and the staff is super helpful and accommodating. It's also within walking distance to very highly rated restaurants! We chose to go to Lona Taquileria which was an excellent choice. We also got an awesome deal on the residences! Will definitely come back! This location definitely knows how to roll out the red carpet for their Diamond members!

Kevin Jose H.

Yelp
I promise you, this place doesn't miss. I took my wife here for our anniversary and notified the front and they came through with champagne and chocolate on the house. The pool is area is a good aesthetic with the food/bar area having delicious drinks and menu overlooking the beautiful ocean. The gym area has all you need. We took a bike ride with the complimentary bikes they provide. The restaurant in the front is a bit pricy, but I heard is delicious. On our next stay we are planning on eating there. Bed clean. Bathroom immaculate. Room comfy. The whole experience was great!

Yelp
I had the best time of my life! My birthday was amazing! 06/20 The spa is incredible, I had a 90 minutes in heaven! Rooms are super clean and spacious, pool is great and service in the pool are is excellent. Wonderful unforgettable memories

Yelp
I love a good staycation! Although I no longer live in Florida, it'll always be home! So I decided to go home and have a staycation with my mom. I picked the Conrad because I'm a huge fan of the Hilton brand, and wanted to experience this hotel. The location is perfect right across from the beach they even offer sunrise beach yoga. The staff was genuinely amazing.

Yelp
6-14-22 6pm Came here for a pop up of Pure Barre. Love that the owner of the studio changes things up and regularly has them someplace new in Ft. Lauderdale. At first I was impressed to go knowing I was just in the area at a new restaurant I found on Yelp. So when I arrived was greeted by valet who immediately tells you it's $22. to park. I got no issue with that rather be safe than sorry parking at a meter on the street as well as my safety at night. Than was warmly greeted and lead to the elevator and pool deck for our class. The view was nice if you got up to look down lol. So after class I stayed for drinks with friends. My one friend ask about food and was shot down. Yikes what a way to take care of a group on a slow Tuesday aka not in season. I ordered an Aperol Spritz as one of my friends had one. I have had many in my life mostly when I discovered on vacation in Europe. The taste was off not fresh ingredients. Definitely wouldn't get another one and the server never asked nor could I even get my change after I paid. This left me with a bad feeling about this place. Before you knew it most of our group left. Probably experienced the same as myself. So me and my last two friends were leaving and it was still daylight. The valet pleasant surprise was discounted for our group to $15. As for me I headed on out to another place to get food and a drink before heading home.

Yelp
We had the worst New Year's Eve party we've ever been!!! Pricey, bad costumer service, and mediocre food. We had the gold VIP package and they advertised we were going to have Champagne. Well, they did not give us even Prosecco, it was only Sparkling wine. They changed us from table to table throughout the entire evening. What a terrible experience!!

Yelp
Extremely nice staff. Great attention to every detail. Clean and accessible to beach and other attractions in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Would highly recommend a stay at the Conrad.

Yelp
A very nice, cool, hotel located right on the beach at Fort lauderdale. I came for the day and I really loved the 6th floor pool/patio area. It offers a great pool, comfy sun beds and views, views, views.

Yelp
One of my favorite hotels on the strip. We've stayed at others and this was by far our top pick. It's clean, the food is great, staff was friendly and accommodating.

Yelp
Top notch and then some! Saw how the other half lives! Wow!! Experience was top notch from start to finish. Only wish was that we could have stayed longer. Customer service was incredible and all workers we encountered had a very pleasant and genuine positive attitude. It wasn't the smarmy "I have to be nice and deal with you even though I hate my job" attitude that you can encounter when traveling., We had a poolside suite and the room had 4 dedicated patio lounge chairs and 2 club chairs. Lounge chairs were dressed with hooded towels to make them even more comfortable.,The patio was wonderful and comfortable even though winds were so strong that the pool had whitecaps- urrgh! Pool attendant Blanca was wonderful. Room service was breakfast only but The Lobby bar, pool bar & grill and adjacent restaurant all prepared very tasty but very expensive food beyond breakfast. Big splurge!!!! Room itself had coffee espresso maker as well as fridge and hot plate burner. Staff actually came back to collect dishes without us calling. I should have taken more pics - bathroom had large walk in shower and a beautiful marble lined deep soaker tub. I would have needed a hoist to get out! Housekeeping offered clean towels each day. Highly recommend! Hope to go back someday! Bravo Hilton!

Yelp
5 star stay, across the board LOCATION The location is convenient for beach access and local bars and restaurants. If you have a longer stay or prefer to diversify your food and shopping options, you may want to rent a car. Otherwise, there are some (very) small and limited markets that you could walk to. Publix is about a 22 minute walk, but its a hot walk. Your resort fee includes a 2 hour bike rental and the bikes have a basket on the front. ROOM The rooms are mainly suites, ours faced the ocean and bay area. We woke up to gorgeous sunrises and were able to watch the Christmas boat parade with fireworks going off in the bay. The balcony is large and surrounded by clear glass. The beds are super comfy and clean, lots of pillows. There is a free shoe shine service and plenty of closet space. There is a large sectional couch, one flat screen in the living room and one facing the bed. The rooms come with the kitchen which was very convenient for our 8 day stay. You can order pots and pans and utensils and it comes with all of the dishes and detergent and sponges. There is a microwave, refrigerator (no freezer) electric stove top, electric water kettle, toaster, and a Lazza espresso maker. Loved waking up to sunrise on the patio sipping my Crema Espresso before yoga! Room service is very responsive and they don't miss a beat. The bathroom is pretty big with everything in one room (tub, toilet, shower). I never take a bath, but it was SOOOO clean and sparkly, I took a few baths after my beach days with the bath salts provided.... Ahhhh I miss that. The shower is amazing!!! Great pressure and it has Mojave soap, conditioner and shampoo dispensers. Blow dryers and bathrobes included. Perfect room for a long stay. You can also purchase suites at the Conrad starting a $500k. You can easily exit the hotel next to the lobby and enter that door up until about 11 or midnight. RESORT FEE $40 per day is the elective fee which covers a full day of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, with towels and water. You get 2 bicycle rentals for 2 hours. You can decline at checkin and simply approach the front desk and ask for a beach day on the days you want to be charged the $40 fee. Servers come out for a small window after lunch and take drink orders. There are washing showers at the entrance. Come early to get a chair, but if its busy you cant come and go. Be there by 9 (or just hang out after yoga) to get a chair. I put a book on the chair before 9 and that kind of held the front row seat :) AMENITIES Nice sized gym and a spa on Floor 6. Standard cardio and small free weights and mats. They also provide fresh fruit and water in the gym and it overlooks the bay. The pool is pretty big, not really crowded. Its a mix of babies and adults, I did not see many children- maybe because they were still in school. There is also a hot tub. The staff is always onsite walking around and providing towels and food and drink menus. Spinnaker Grill and Bar is at the pool, they play house music and have plenty of seating and drink options. Its a full bar and light beach snacks. Takato is the main restaurant facing A-1, somewhat pricey featuring Korean and Japanese fusion (korean bbq and sushi). There is also a bakery inside with pretty outrageous prices for bakery. There is a full starbucks about 8 mins south in the Westin, overlooking the ocean with a shaded deck. There is a bar inside the lobby, the Atlas... you must try one of this guys cocktails- its worth it! YOGA There is yoga on the beach daily from 7:30 to 8:30. I HIGHLY recommend it, its a great way to start the day. This class works for beginners and advanced yogis... there is just something about feeling the warm sun on your face in practice with the sound of the ocean lapping against the shore. Towels and water bottles are provided. Just exit the side door by the elevators and walk straight towards the beach, cross the street and the yoga instructor is there with a cart and signs you in on her phone using your room number. The reference point is lifeguard tower #11. PARKING The entrances are on the South and North facing side streets, Takato occupied the entire front space of the Contad. When you pull up in an uber be sure to get dropped off at the main lobby entrance on the south side, not the high steps! I think valet is about $50 per day. We parked our rental 2 blocks behind the hotel on a street for free every day, it was about a 4 minute walk and its mostly shaded by the highrises. OVERALL Easy check in and check out, no surprise fees. Everyone on sight; the maintenance, the valet, the pool attendants, the yoga instructors, the lobby staff, the house keepers, the janitors on the room floors- EVERYONE is friendly and helpful. It was a great getaway. I truly enjoyed this stay, and I am grateful to all of the staff who commit to the guests' experience. Thank you Conrad!

Yelp
This review is truly for Blanca, Kane, and Adrienne. They were the absolute best, my children will never forget their kindness and neither will we! Kane you are the man, keep doing what you do! Blanca you are an amazing person, we can't wait to see you again. Adrienne you are a doll, and beyond kind! We love the Conrad but they made it even more special. We can't wait to be back. The restaurant Takato is also exceptional.... We are still dreaming of the angry chicken and wagyu sliders. Our server was extremely attentive and took very good care of us all.

Yelp
This is a very nice hotel. I would say service could be better. The spa was not very good. My mom and I did not have a good experience at the spa. Other than that I would say it was pretty nice, I think there are a few things that could be worked on for the price.

Yelp
Just had an amazing stay at the Conrad. The staff at the front desk were very nice and accommodating and helpful. The valet was second to none!! They ran and never a long wait, they were just as nice and friendly. The pool was great everybody should go see Sam the bartender. The staff at the entire hotel was the BEST!!! The only problem was we had to go home and back to reality .

Marquita S.

Yelp
This guy Andreas at valet is the worst. He is rude and disrespectful. Total tool. If you see him run for the hills. He does private valet/contract service at the Conrad. The video is hard to understand but it's the only photo I have of this tool. **this does not reflect in the hotel however he is the first thing tou see walking in.

Yelp
We recently stayed at this hotel to attend a nearby family wedding and rented an on ocean front 2 bedroom suite. Despite beautiful views, hotel stay was awful with only 2 working elevators (at times only 1) for 24 floors. The A/C and Wifi did not work in our room. Hotel services stated it was being worked on all weekend without any fix. This hotel needs serious maintenance and services upgrade to support luxury fees it's charging. We won't be back.

Yelp
My favorite hotel period!! My husband and I have been here just the two of us and recently took our two young children. We had an absolutely perfect experience both times. Friendly staff, great pool, room service, so close to beach and beautiful views. Can't say enough how wonderful it is. Will be back for sure.

Yelp
Stayed here March16-18 and March 27-29, before and after a cruise we took, leaving from Fort Lauderdale. I used my Hilton Honors points for both stays. And this particular Conrad Hotel location did NOT disappoint. Starting from check in to check out, excellent customer service all around. This hotel is somewhat new, and the property was super nice and luxurious for a 4 star. I want to point out, that Charles from security was awesome in first aid, when my friend injured a previous wound he had. This place is worth a try either paying by $$$$ or points. The food at the pool bar was delicious, but the menu is a bit limited. The hotel room has Byredo Mojave Ghost body wash, shampoo, and conditioner that were Devine!!!! What a fabulous touch! Also, the room was equipped with microwave, small subzero fridge, and small stove, so you can use if you get takeout food to store. You'll need your room card key to go up and down the elevator, too. This property was posh! The only thing they really need is a better gift shop. Need toiletries, no problem.... Go to the CVS 6 short blocks away from the hotel. Would I return and stay here again!?!? HELL YEAH!!!! Great location and it's next door to the Four Seasons!!!! Very Happy!!!!

Yelp
So sad so sad to think that luxury could exist in outside name brands. This place is a disgrace. They make their customers paying literally 1500 a night wait several hours for the room then if it's disgustingly filthy and when you complain there isn't any help. I spoke to the manager who basically couldn't care less. This is a disgrace. Disgusting dirty literally I would never recommend anyone to stay here. We ran away to the ritz bc they would not change their problems

Yelp
We used to be big fans of the Hilton Beach Resort next door. However, the room quality was starting to get a bit questionable. After our last stay there, we decided to check out some other hotels in the area. That's how we wound up at the Conrad. I have to say, Im glad we dumped familiarity and went with something new. This is one fantastic hotel! The well appointed rooms are outstanding and exactly what you'd want a top end hotel to be. Everything from the high quality sheets and bedding to the modern kitchen and appliances to the gorgeous bathrooms was beautifully presented and in great condition. The room was also super tidy and fresh. No mold, dust, mildew, or any dirt anywhere. Well done cleaning crew! Speaking of the cleaning crew, I also want to mention the staff as a whole who surprised me with their unflappable positive attitudes and friendly demeanors. Hilton properties usually have great staff, but this Conrad really topped them all. Whomever is managing and training the staff here is doing a great job. If I have any criticism, it's not about the hotel per se, but rather the noise that's coming from the construction site next door. It's really a bummer to be sitting in the sun, relaxing and having some drinks only to hear BOOM CLANG BAAAM BOOM from the heavy equipment over and over. I also didn't appreciate the fact that during work hours, the 2 cranes there swing perilously over the Conrad's pool area and come about 20 feet from the side of the hotel. What city inspector approved this? Seemed potentially dangerous to me and certainly unsettling. That aside, great stay! I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Five stars. Just watch out for the cranes!

Yelp
This place is fantastic! Felt welcomed as soon as we got out of our taxi. Room was beautiful and clean. The view was perfect. The beach is great, the guys there are quick to set you up with towels. The pool area is lovely. Alex helped us with our drinks and lunch. He was very friendly and attentive. I can not wait to visit again!

Yelp
We checked in on 01/21/2024, we immediately noticed that the master suite toilet did not flush. I called the Hilton service desk, they stated that they would send someone to fix the issue. Thirty minutes later the Hilton people called and stated that they would not address the issue and I needed to call the owner's representative. My husband decided to fix the toilet himself, the internal tank mechanism was not hooked up properly. We continued to have problems with the toilet throughout our stay. I called on more than one occasion asking the issue to be fixed. We departed for Key West on the morning of the 22nd to attend a funeral. We advised the front desk and the parking attendants. We confirmed that we would not be charged for parking as we would not return until the 24th. I was assured by the parking attendant that "we only charge if we have the keys to the vehicle" Upon returning on the 24th Jim went to the front desk to double check the status of charges to the room. He found that we were in fact charged for parking. The front desk attendant advised Jim that there was nothing she could do because the parking was run by an outside vendor. Only when he showed her our hotel bill from Key West and threatened to file a fraud claim with Visa did she suddenly was able to correct the billing. Upon returning to the room and reviewing the new charges we were still being charged for days that we were not at the property. Three trips to the front desk and speaking with the manager we were able to correct the billing. On the 24th we departed the room at 10:30 am as housekeeping was entering the room. We spent the day with friends and returned to the room at 5:45 to find our door propped open and no one in the room. It is our assumption that housekeeping left the room door open and unsecured. On the morning of the 26th we moved our vehicle off site to our friend's home and rode our bicycles to the hotel. We asked for a secure place to lock up our bikes, we were informed that we would be required to lock up the bikes behind the hotel on the street. We asked to be allowed to take our bikes up to the room to keep them secure. We were told in no uncertain terms we had to lock up the bikes behind the hotel on the street. The morning of the 27th we returned to the bike rack only to discover both bicycles had been stolen, the bike locks had been cut and were left on the sidewalk under the bike rack. We never brought our vehicle back to the hotel. Upon asking to see our room charges on February 2, we discovered that we were still being charged for parking even though the vehicle had not been on the property since the 26th. Clearly this is a calculated scheme to defraud customers. We will obviously have to check the parking again prior to departing on the 27th. Below is a list of the maintenance issues we encountered in the room, clearly the lack of basic maintenance is a systemic issue with Hilton. This has been our first and LAST stay at any Hilton property. We have stayed in many hotel properties in both the US and Europe, and this has been the worst experience in security, service and condition in what is supposed to be a 4 star resort. 1. The master bedroom is missing the large shade, the chain to raise and lower was in the dresser drawer, leaving no way to darken the room. 2. The master bathtub drain would not close, leaving no ability to use the bath. 3. The door on the freezer does not close and seal, the refrigerator runs continuously because the door will not close and seal. 4. The shade in the kitchen is broken. 5. Six burned out light bulbs in the kitchen and living area. 6. No seal on the shower door in the hall bathroom, water leaks out onto the floor.

Yelp
We stayed at the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach for Spring Break. When we arrived, the bell hop gave us a luggage cart and told us to bring the cart back down when we were done. He stood there and didn't touch our luggage as we unloaded our car. He didn't help at all. I'm sorry, we paid $900 a night to stay here. We have to bring up our own bags? That wasn't a great first impression. We reserved a 2-queen bed room for 8 nights. We never got it. We have Diamond Status with Hilton, which is their highest status. It didn't do anything here. We got a king size bed and a pull out couch instead. We made it work, it was really tight for a family of 5. Fitting us, our luggage, a large stroller, and the crib made it hard to enjoy our stay in such a tight space. Our room had a small balcony with partial ocean view. However, we couldn't access it because the crib was in the way and had no room to be moved. It made it difficult to maneuver and use the room. We went down every day and night to see if we could finally get a room we actually booked. They said they had no availability, unless of course, we paid an extra $150-300 a night for the "upgrade." It was the very room we reserved in the first place! It was ridiculous and disappointing. At check out, we requested a luggage cart and help with our bags. Again, a young man walked up with the cart while we loaded our own luggage on the cart and he took it down. We had to load them into the car as well. I don't know if I missed something, but I wasn't expecting that with this caliber hotel. We had a $50 dining credit per day to use at the Cornucopia or at Takato, two of their restaurants on the property. We were billed every day and had to actively go to the desk to get it taken off. It's important to check your bill, I'm pretty sure they expect their patrons not to check and get away with the extra charges. The valet scratched our rental car in two spots and took a few days to give us the proper insurance paperwork to give to Hertz. Another ding to our vacation, no pun intended. You have beach access, which is a nice quick walk across the street. You're allotted two chairs and an umbrella as a hotel guest. This was the best perk of the hotel as our family loves the beach. The pool area is nice and clean. They have a small hot tub too. These were the only redeeming qualities of this place and the reason I gave it two stars. Overall, it's the Conrad name with dump motel service. It was definitely not worth the amount we paid to stay here. I wouldn't come here again and don't recommend it.

Maria L.

Yelp
I'm very upset. I have been coming to this hotel for over a year now. And my favorite part is the beach front view. I love going across the street and going to the beach, they provide chairs, umbrellas, and towels Ofcourse for a price of $60 per two. But today on Father's Day when I decide to bring my dad it was very disappointing. They told me they were only taking cash, they proceeded to say I could go next door. I told them to charge me once the machine was available and "Kevin" who want even a manger was just super rude. I will no longer come here and I recommend if you are make sure you bring cash. This is just not the way you treat a customer that during the pandemic was here everyday from Monday to Friday, spending $60 a day for two chairs and one umbrella. FYI the Four Seasons next door and they don't provide towels.
