Where to drink on frosé in Denver | Eater Denver

"Headed to watch the Rockies play but not feeling an afternoon of beer? Among the pretzels, hot dogs, and chicken tenders, the LoHi stadium is now serving up frozen rosé — ice-cold and blended with peach and strawberry juice. Coloradans can have it all." - Nisa Sedaghat

MLB Menu 2018: Where to Eat and Drink at Coors Field - Eater Denver

"The Colorado Rockies start their 2018 season Thursday, with a home opener on April 6. And nothing pairs better with the first pitch than some ballpark eats and a refreshing drink to wash it all down. As the Rockies go head-to-head with the Atlanta Braves at the third oldest stadium in the National League, Coors Field, the scene both on the field and spilling into downtown Denver will, no doubt, be action-packed." - Gigi Sukin

I traveled to Denver, CO back in June to visit a childhood friend from 5th grade and to catch Giants/Rockies since we're both huge Giants fans. My first time being to Coors Field. Beautiful ballpark. Weather was perfect for a night game. Of course, had to have a Coors Light while at Coors Field. We had eaten at a cool marketplace venue in Downtown Denver, so I didn't try any of the stadium food. The structure of the stadium was excellent. The concession stand staff was really welcoming and friendly. Overall, great experience! Definitely will return to Denver to catch another game and bring some friends and family with me next time. 🍻

We went to The Warning Track for a work party and had a great time. Only downside was that it was 100F outside so naturally it was very warm. The bartender had a great attitude as did the bouncer. Food was constantly replenished and was pretty good for stadium catering. There were 2 bathrooms within the room so we didn’t need to go in and out. We had a good time!

Google
It's our family tradition to see a Colorado Rockies game while we are in Denver in honor of my dad who was a huge fan! And this time did not disappoint. The stadium is huge and beautiful, employees were helpful to find our seats. Everyone enjoyed some snacks at the vendors. Best of all the Rockies pulled ahead with 5 runs in the last inning of the night for an exciting win! The crowd went crazy! Fun memories for our family.

Google
Beautiful stadium. We want to a day game so it got pretty hot. If you are attending a day game, consider tickets towards the back of a section that has a cover. Loved that they had sunscreen at the first aid stations and had water refill stations. We enjoyed the view from the roof and by the bullpens before we sat in our seats. I also loved that they had a kids food area with very reasonable prices! It’s right by the playground. Entertainment between innings could be more exciting.

Google
This is a great ballpark. It is gorgeous inside and out. It has a timeless look and feel. It’s so inviting you feel like Babe Ruth played there. It’s located a mile high above sea level and the views are amazing. I would highly recommend and you should buy some merch at the on site store and the food is fantastic and reasonably priced.

Google
Best ballpark experience in the major leagues. No bad seats, great layout, big concourses, lots of concession options and a few restaurants, unbeatable views, pretty easy stadium parking or street parking, private lots or take the bus or light rail to get there. Oh yeah, the Rockies attempt to play baseball there too I guess. Even when they're horrible, the experience is so good 31,000 people still show up for the game. The baseball product is always fun because there are usually a lot of hits and some home runs every game between the two teams.

Google
Enjoyed watching the worst team in baseball. All of the staff is super nice. Plenty of shade on a super hot day. The food at this stadium is definitely not that great. Had hot dogs, nachos and a cookie. The rooftop bar is a fun area to hang with to get a different perspective of the game. They didn’t hand out water but you can get ice and fill it up at water fountains around the stadium.

Google
Great Ball Park! Very walkable part of the city. Fans and staff were very welcoming to us (we were there for a Blue Jays game). Lots of food and beverage choices; however, the server at the bar at The Sandlot didn't let us order a beer without our passport, which of course we left in the safe at the hotel. Everywhere else accepted our DL's. Had great inexpensive seats behind the visitor dugout.

Yelp
I didn't see any photos of them on here so just coming to confirm that they have ice cream cones!!! Chocolate, vanilla & twist!

Yelp
Great ballpark with friendly staff. The prices for food and beer are in the teens for most items so be aware as it gets pricey quickly. The parking can be tricky.

Yelp
**Review: A Wonderful Experience at the CR vs. Dodgers Game in Denver** I recently traveled to Denver from out of state for the Colorado Rockies vs. Los Angeles Dodgers game, and the experience exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I called for information, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. Instead of navigating an automated phone system, I was immediately connected to a real human being. Mark answered my call, and he was an absolute treasure. He provided all the necessary information and offered valuable tips for enjoying the ballpark to the fullest. Mark's assistance truly enhanced our experience, and I believe he deserves a raise for his outstanding service. The ballpark itself was impressive, with a great view from every seat, including our $18 ticket seats. The atmosphere was vibrant and made for an enjoyable game day experience. The food options were basic American fare, which was quite different from what I'm used to in Seattle, but they were satisfactory. Overall, the combination of excellent customer service and a fantastic ballpark made our trip to the CR vs. Dodgers game in Denver memorable. This is how customer service should always be, and thanks to Mark, our visit was even more special.

Yelp
Coors Field is an awesome venue for a game. I am partial to sunnier places like Petco in San Diego and the versatility of T Mobile in Seattle (with retractable roof) but I love the newer ballparks like Coors with all the amenities and modern features. Coors field has a lot of brickwork throughout and nice wide walkways. I like The Rooftop area for hanging around. Lots of food options including the Rockies Dog which was ok. Lots of Coors sponsorships throughout the ballpark. Great center field area with the pine trees, etc. Bonus: The Rockies beat the stupid Rangers today!!!

Yelp
Definitely made some upgrades some for the better. Lighting,& scoreboard,= good. Sitting on 3rd base side about row 29. There is a camera that runs parallel to the baseline in my line of sight. Absolutely an annoyance & distracting as it moves between home & left field foul pole. Otherwise clean, friendly staff and plenty of food options. 2 things stood out on this trip. The Dodgers were in town, I went thru the gate wearing a Dodger cap & jersey. The guy that scanned my ticket looked at me & said "welcome to Dodger Stadium" of course there's a huge Dodger fan base and the team was well represented. The second - this was a day game, sunny & hot. Ushers were walking up and down the aisles with spray bottles of sunscreen. They were offering to spray anyone looking for protection. Well played Coors Field.

Yelp
First time at a Rockies game & loved every moment! I've been to all types of sports from hockey to soccer in multiple states, & this was one of the better stadiums. The staff were all very helpful with finding our way around & the volunteers kept it lively on the ground level too. There's elevators, PLENTY of food choices with fair prices & the food is actually delicious, & even charging stations on the ground level! We were up by the 300's & the views were incredible in the evening! Also highly recommend the funnel cake shop by 330's, for $7 it was one of my favorite desserts during my entire visit. Definitely made a fun last minute date night even sweeter.

Yelp
I'm a baseball nerd/historian and have had the opportunity to visit many MLB stadiums. Was in town and the Rocs were playing the Padres. A very entertaining game and I was surprised the Rocs pulled it out. However, that is part of their culture which makes them interesting to follow because they are not defeated until all 27 outs have been recorded. Anyway, Coors Field is home to the Colorado Rockies. Like many MLB teams, Coors Field is located in the downtown/urban corridor that offers easy public transportation. Prices are reasonable and even though the Rockies are in a very tough division or one where they are likely to finish near the bottom, the team plays hard and provides good entertainment.

Yelp
One of the most beautiful baseball parks in the US. The mile high line in the seats is really cool feature to see. The view of the mountains past the sunset is incredible.
google avatar

David M.

Yelp
Very nice ballpark. Good views and nicely priced seats. A very intimate feel with the exception of the seats two miles high in centerfield. Do happy to add another MLB park to my destinations. Great access from the airport on the train. The entertainment between innings is totally triple a style.

Yelp
Came here to watch the Rockies play against the Phillies and had such a fun night! We had great seats and could see everything happening on the field. Also, the big screen they have is great and makes it easy to see the score. We got there about 20 minutes before they started playing and grabbed some food and drinks. They have this awesome grab n go station for drinks, it was so convenient! There was no line, just grab the drink you want and check out. It felt like being in the future because you place your drink under a scanner, that can scan what you have, then you pay. They do have 1 person there checking IDs before you pay. I payed $15 for 1 tall boy. Really like this concept. We went to one of the regular stations for food. I got the brautworst and added grilled peppers and onions at the cashiers recommendation. The braut was very good, cooked well, and the peppers and onions added so much flavor! It is definitely big enough to share. And the fries were so crispy. For both the fries and braut it cost $16.00. The food came out so quickly, too, the line went by so fast. Later, we walked around looking to buy merch, there weren't very many tables on the level we were on. There was one guy selling discounted merch, and I bought a blanket for $30 because it was cold. They had some hats on sale for $16, which was a good deal. We went down to the first floor and went to the dugout shop, they have so much stuff in there. It was so fun walking around, but the prices are very high, so if you want something, be ready to shell out a pretty penny. Lastly, we wanted to get the ice cream in the helmet. Only one station sells them in the helmet, and they also offer other flavors. All the other stations only sell vanilla ice cream and no helmet. When we got there they only had 2 flavors left, I chose strawberry, and it was a very artificial, almost chemical flavor. It melts very fast, too. Would recommend going there first or before the 8th inning. Was disappointed with the flavor. It cost $9 with the helmet, not a lot of ice cream for that price. Overall, it was a very fun time. I recommend giving yourself lots of time to find parking because they don't have a designated lot and bring a raincoat.

Yelp
We always have such a fun time at Coors Field. The people that work here really seem to love what they do. Always kind and helpful. I also love that you can even bring in your own snacks here , I hope that continues to stay. I think things like that are part of its charm. Although Rockies are having a rough season, we always know we're going to have a fun time at the games!

Yelp
Rockies game 6/20. Beautiful field but horrible food. Worst stadium dogs I've ever had, dry bun, non-juicy dog and way too long... I want it steamed and wrapped in foil to retain the moisture and a thicker dog like the great stadiums offer. Burger was the like, super slim flat patty with a dry crumbly bun, just sad. Don't get me started on the bar line. Why would they have at club level only 2 bartenders with a line 40 deep?
google avatar

Sarah A.

Yelp
Of all the Denver sports stadiums, this one has the best food! They also allow you to bring in your own food (so long as you follow their rules). As far as experience goes, I've had the most relaxed experience at a Rockies game in comparison to some other sports. I'm not a huge baseball fan but I do enjoy the environment of coming to this stadium in the summer and cheering on the local team.

Yelp
Rockies lost to the Twins 7-6. I was in town for the USC/Colorado football game. I've been to Coors Field before, this a great stadium to visit. Nice ballpark to see a game, they make it feel like a fun event throughout the game. I consider this one of the more modern parks. Big bright scoreboard looms over center field and gives you all the details you could want. Decent sightlines from most seats. Affordable ticket prices. Great views of the city and landscape walking around the outside promenade and concession areas. Food choices are basic stadium options, at least what I saw. Good fan base who was into the game despite having a bad year. This is always a fun park to attend. Go Rockies!

Yelp
My favorite baseball stadium -- just look at this view! This park is great. Location is super close to downtown Denver. It's crazy clean, even the bathrooms. Food is good, but also tons of great restaurants nearby to grab before or after a game. Overpriced of course, but what ballpark isn't? I make it a point to hit up a Rockies game every time I'm in Denver, it's just a fun experience and I adore that sunset view over the mountains!

Yelp
Company baseball tickets on the Warning Track. Such a cool experience. Catered lunch and an open bar also make for a great afternoon. Not sure what happened with the open bar, but our bartenders made the best of it. For some reason, they weren't working with a full bar - as in no lemons, no limes and several other staple items you'd need for cocktails and basic drinks. They rocked it out anyway, creating some tasty concoctions for adults and kiddos alike. The Warning Track clubhouses provide quite an interesting view. It was cool while also being a bit disorienting, especially with fly balls. The experience was aweosome overall and with private bathrooms, food and drink within just feet of us - priceless!

Yelp
We were here to watch our home team Twins play the Rockies. Staff was very welcoming of us visitors to the stadium (and there were quite a few of us). We had seats behind the Twins dugout (visitor) which were great seats. We did a walk around the stadium upon arriving. I highly recommend a stop in the rooftop area. There are beautiful views of the field, scoreboard, and the Rocky Mountains in the background. Concessions were quite slow. They need order/money takers and runners like Target Field has. When one person is taking orders, payment, and fulfilling order, it takes forever. Overall, very nice experience as a visitor.

Yelp
Usher Rick called security to kick out my elderly father and myself out of section 135 row 36 seats 12 & 13. Upon showing our Google Wallet tickets usher Rick escort myself and my father to our seats. I went to get my father and I a hot dog and upon returning to my seat usher Rick denied me entry and accused me of HITTING HIM. Rick first told me that my fathers tickets were bogus because they did not have a moving barcode. My tickets were presented through google wallet which is listed as a valid form of ticket through your website as we used google wallet tickets to get into the stadium. Bruce Jones and Lisa Weidenkoph refused to review camera footage to cooraberate my story and proceeded to ask police to escort myself and my father out of that stadium after telling us that our google wallet tickets were not valid because there was no moving barcode. I was even denied access back to my purchased seats to retrieve my belongings! We paid over 90 dollars each a seat to be kicked out before the 5th inning with a valid ticket. You need to train your staff better on the forms of entry accepted by the MLB before kicking out fans that pay to enjoy your games. I expect a full refund for my tickets and 2 complimentary tickets to a game the next time the Dodgers come to Denver to make this right. I also expect compensation for my belongings as I was denied access to retrieve them. I am not someone who wants to start conflicts nor cause anyone to lose their jobs. I am simply a fan whose night was ruined due to lack or training to your staff.

Yelp
I love how baseball games literally shut all the streets down around The stadium. Everyone fucking loves just sitting in two lane traffic and not fucking moving

Yelp
As someone who regularly enjoys a good baseball game and also has visited quite a few MLB stadiums around the country, Coors Field is easily in the top 10. Every interaction I have had with staff in any part of the stadium has been wonderful. The workers here care about your experience and genuinely seem to love helping people. The sight lines from anywhere in the ballpark are wonderful. I am partial to the first base line in the 300 level seats since you have a great view of the game and a view of the mountains on a clear day. Food options are plentiful, but not super unique, and the cost is on par with other MLB parks. The area around the stadium has plenty of life as well. Want to go out after the game for another drink? No problem there are a handful of bars within a block or two. Hungry? There are plenty of options to eat within walking distance of the stadium as well.

Yelp
Love it! beautiful field, friendly people, great location. Staff was phenomenal. They make me want to move here haha There was even a phone charging station behind our section which was extremely helpful!! Can't wait to come back!
google avatar

Yelp
Couldn't beat drinking a Banquet at Coors Field! I really liked their ballpark, I would definitely come back to watch a game here! Sadly, you can't see the mountains from inside the park, but it's still a great time. They had a few delicious options for food, along with fun desserts. We loved the chocolate drizzled strawberries & brownies on a stick!
google avatar

Yelp
Always love to go to a Rockies game. Beautiful views of the Rockies. Over priced beer and food and smiles all around. Love top row to feel the breeze and avoid the hot sun. The rooftop is a great place for cheap tix and standing room only fun with close friends and drunk neighbors. Love that new scoreboard too
google avatar

Yelp
One of my favorite baseball stadiums! Very reasonable prices and great seats. The atmosphere is always a fun time.

Yelp
Rode a bicycle around the outside of the stadium. Stadium is very close to Union Station and other places of interest for people visiting Denver. Easy access to watch a game. Built in the old style, which is very pleasing to the eye.

Yelp
This is my first-time visiting Denver and going to a Rockies game. I love stopping by all the stadiums across the country. I purchased cheap seats online and made my way to the stadium. Going into the stadium was easy and we were able to find our way around. They had a cool rooftop area where you could stand and drink beers while viewing the game. The stadium was packed with more Phillies fans than Rockies fans. I always love walking around the stadium to see the different food options available. They had everything from hotdogs and sandwiches to fried oysters. The biggest line was for Berry Kabobs. They give you the options of strawberries or bananas on a kabob with brownie bites. The second option is a frozen cheesecake on a kabob. This was a fan favorite so I tried the strawberries and brownie bites. It was delicious. It was not your typical baseball snack but it did the job. Coors Field is a great place to check out a Rockies game. Afterward everyone started heading out to the nearby bars for more drinks and music. I only wish it was warmer in May to enjoy a game. If I am back in Denver again I would love to go to another game in the summertime.
google avatar

Isaac A.

Yelp
There are great views which are sometimes better than the game itself. I didn't grab any concessions, but we came on a rainy day and had to evacuate the upper deck due to lightning warnings. We got forced down to the lower areas and couldn't really see the game any longer without standing in awkward places. This kind of ruined the experience, but everything before that was great. Parking wasn't terrible and the place was packed.
google avatar

Dana W.

Yelp
Always a fun time at the game! The store had a line with at least 200 people and I kid you not, I was in line less than 5 minutes. Come check it out! No wait even though it looks like you'll be there all day!
google avatar

Alisa J.

Yelp
Had a great time at Coors Field, seeing the game was fun. Definitely recommend! Everything is normal priced for a sporting event. Lots of food and drink options.

Yelp
Baseball fans, whether you're root root rooting for the home team or not, appreciate stadiums like this. One of the nicest parks in the country. Part of the originators of the boutique park, it's hard to imagine this team and stadium have been here 30 years. A great ballpark.
google avatar

Ye J.

Yelp
Came to Coors Field for a Friday game. Love the open roof and the firework show after the game was amazing. Food and drink prices are reasonable and cheaper than a lot of the other ballparks. There are also healthier food/ snack options like salad bar and chocolate covered strawberries.
google avatar

Yelp
Coors Field is a great stadium; attended a Dodgers game and appreciated the diverse food options. The friendly atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable.

Yelp
Even from far away I had a great view of the game. Good vibes, good brats, and pretty easy to navigate the stadium, despite how big it is. Rockies lost bad but it was still fun, especially for a $9 ticket.

Yelp
Always fun going to see the Rockies!I got a chance to see them play the Yankees. I can't wait to go to another game!

Yelp
I've never attended a MLB game in my life my life. I wasn't really interested into baseball throughout my life. As life turned out, I happened upon an opportunity to attend a game here at Coors Field in Denver, Colorado. MLB baseball is a cool concept, as long as the hitters are hitting homers and there's a lot of activity on the field. At least for me though. I find the game more entertaining if there's action and not just balls and strikes, but that's just me. With that said, I arrived via Uber on a brisk Thursday afternoon around 6pm. The Uber driver dropped me off 2 blocks away since there was heavy traffic around Coors Field since it was game night. I met my friend at the entrance and we headed in. We found our seats and hung out. It was my first live game so, I didn't really know what to expect. I ended up drinking 3 beers during my time here and my friend graciously picked up the tab for me, since I was from out of town. At times, the home crowd got really loud and quite passionate about who's doing what. The game went back and forth in the early going but the home team got its groove on that night and won 15-4 to close out the season. It was cool to see that, along with the home runs and stuff. It was cool to have servers in the stands taking food and drink orders, which you don't typically see at other sporting events. Not even during movie theaters too! They have restrooms but like movie theaters, you gotta leave your seat. For the most part though, my first MLB live in person game experience was rather epic for me. Bucket list item 23521 check! The overall experience here at Coors Field was quite magical and awesome. Coors Field is home to the Colorado Rockies MLB baseball team. During my experience there, they were playing host to the Los Angeles Dodgers that evening of 9/28/2023. I probably had 3 beers that night (lost count after 2), but could function to cheer on the home team, even though I was from out of town. My friends and I were in the lower section of the ball park and got to see the action 1st hand, which was cool in itself. When the crowd started to stand up and sing those traditional baseball songs, I just sat there being the out of towner to not know what they were doing. Thankfully, they didn't notice or were drunk (or both) to not notice me not participating. In any event, the game was good and loaded with fun and home runs, so I wouldn't get too bored. Drinking alot of water and beer helped me find the restroom a bunch of times during the course of the game. For the most part though, it was a grand experience being able to attend my first MLB game here at Coors Field. If you are interested in attending a Rockies game, consider looking at their home schedule and come on by when they're playing at home. Definitely recommended as an area tourist attraction too. Coors Field is located in the heart of Denver, Colorado. It's as large as a large building or a cluster of buildings. It's address is physically located at 2001 Blake Street, right off the I-25. Since you usually need to be a ticket holder to gain access to the stadium during game nights, they accept major credit cards and cash for tickets - as well as fast food sales and drinks. As far as parking goes, best to check with the Colorado Rockies MLB team to see where you can park on game nights. As for me, I Uber'ed here from the hotel to meet up with my friends. If you are into public transportation, consider which bus routes are feasible for you on the metro Denver public transportation system and use it for your inexpensive ride here. And of course, there's always Uber / Lyft to meet your transportation needs. While sitting at the hotel and watching the game could have been okay, finding myself here with friends watching it live is another thing. Definitely worth the Uber ride for sure. Gave me something to do on a Thursday night while being a tourist in Denver. Consider being entertained by MLB baseball, if you are one of those people. 4.0 stars for the overall experience. Support local! B

Yelp
Arena is clean, safe and employees are great for the most part. Wish they had more then one food stop that offered Gluten Free as the one they have is disorganized, and honestly not good. The bread taste old and the chicken and such did not look appealing so passed on that. Based on the need the pizza place should offer GF and other stops. Trust me we pay the difference- us GF customers as some of us have no choice. Thank you for listening

Yelp
Well it's been awhile but same great food, field and atmosphere. Where can you go and enjoy a great game performed by a great team.
google avatar

Jason Z.

Yelp
The mile high stadium of the Rockies. Non roof stadium unlike Minute Maid but located squarely on the north side of downtown Denver. Food and drinks are much more reasonably priced than at Minute Maid and restrooms are much cleaner and better organized.
google avatar

Jeffrey S.

Yelp
One of the things that I enjoy is visiting a new city, finding a baseball field. Not always do I have the opportunity to catch a game but just being able to check out the architecture, see what I can of the park is worth every bit of it. Maybe next time I will be in town for a game. Awesome park.
google avatar

Yelp
Not sure how I never wrote about Coors Field because my husband and I came here a few years ago, and it was such a fun part of our trip. Since we are Cubs fans, it's interesting to go to large stadiums since Wrigley is so intimate and historical, but Coors Field is seriously a gorgeous stadium. I love the brick exterior and it feels SO BIG inside and out. The day we saw the Rockies, we got Blackmon bobbleheads and it was such an awesome souvenir! The game itself was fun and we had great seats right behind the dugout, but the entertainment seemed a bit minor league; for example, they played songs like "I can make your hands clap" every 5 minutes of the game because the fans in the crowd just won't do it on their own apparently. It was an interesting change haha. We also did the wave a few times. The food was nothing special either. Nothing too authentic or different, just baseball game food options like nachos, hotdogs, etc. The concourse was beautiful and I love that it all connects to the outfield so you can walk around the whole stadium. I also love that you can see the mountains in the distance when you're higher up. The jumbotron is even mountain-shaped. There's even a purple row of seats in the upper deck of the stadium that represents a mile above sea level. SO UNIQUE and cool! The ballpark is also in the heart of downtown Denver, so many things are close by! Overall, I want to go back to Denver and I wouldn't mind going back to a game. A lot of fun memories are attached!
google avatar

Jason R.

Yelp
Such a beautiful stadium. Always have a good time. The food choices in the club level are so great! Steak tacos are delicious. Prices aren't too horrible in my opinion. I have been to other stadiums that are a lot worse. Rockies game was very empty. Bathrooms are pretty clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Nice place to catch a game!
google avatar

Heather N.

Yelp
Nice ballpark. Love the downtown location. Easy to get to from the airport for my daytrip. Took the A train from DEN to Union Station, then just a short walk to the park. Lots around the park to do. Highly recommend stopping by the nearby Ballpark Museum. Plenty of food options. I had a Biker Jim dog. Next time I'll brave the Rocky Mountain Oysters.
google avatar

Kyle B.

Yelp
Came on Labor Day vs the Brewers. It was UNBEARABLY hot that day at 96 and our seats were in the sun. This was the last baseball field I had a strong desire to attend. They said balls travel more with the elevation. Seemed normal to me. Did see one Homerun make it out. If we ever attend again it will be in the evening or shaded seats
google avatar

Charley B.

Yelp
Coors Field is a great place to watch a ball game. If you're a purist, you'll enjoy the spacious outfield that somehow can't keep balls in the park. High elevation is a thing. Even though the fences are deep down the lines and deeper in the alleys, plenty of balls make it into the seats. I liked the raised screen fence that extends from the walled-in scoreboard in right field to the hitter's background in right center, too. Balls will bounce a bit weird, and if the fielder is out of place, the batter will have plenty of time to run. If you're looking for a good view, especially if you're a fan of majestic sunsets and baseball skies, then I recommend sitting in the upper deck sections on the first base side, specifically between Sections 316 and 323. You'll have to fight the sun for an inning or two, but it's worth it. If you're into fun little local ballpark quirks, I recommend walking around the upper deck before a ballgame. Row 20 is painted purple because it's exactly a mile high. Also, if you run into Dinger, the team mascot, please feel free to ask him to pose for a photo. The Rockies made him a triceratops because his dinosaur species' bones were discovered during construction. If you're social and looking to have a good time, I highly recommend The Rooftop behind the right field upper deck stands. If you can brew it, distill it and pour it, you'll probably find it. First come standing room areas are available if you want to take a break and catch some of the game. If you're visiting with kids, I recommend the interactive area behind Gate A. It has Home Run Challenge, T-Ball and Speed Pitch booths. I didn't eat during my visit, so you'll have to ask for recommendations. I did enjoy a couple adult beverages. They were perfectly acceptable, expertly poured and priced at the normal inflated ballpark rates. Gates are located strategically around the park. They're fully staffed and easy to access. Fans entered at a decent pace even as the walking traffic got busier close to the first pitch.

Yelp
Love baseball. A very nice ballpark with Section 125 being a terrific location to watch a game. Try to get seats between row 6 and 20 for best seating.

Yelp
This review is for the Wells Fargo club level. The seats are roomier than the lower level. You have a private entrance to the club floor, lots of food options including a carving station. These seats are under a nice overhang so if you have weather it will shield you. The bathrooms are very convenient, never a long line and they are close to your seat. On that level there is also memorabilia to look at, and a big Mickey Mouse dressed in Rockies gear! Very fun photo ops.

Yelp
Went on Labor Day for the Brewers day game. Nice stadium with a ton of food and drink choices. $11 hot dog was good, albeit pricey. Fresh squeezed lemonade was great. Be careful where you purchase your seats, the sun is brutal on one side of the stadium, during day games. Thankfully we were in the shade. Very reasonable ticket prices. Highly recommend for a fun day in Denver.

Yelp
Beautiful ball park! There seem to be no bad seats. The concourse is wide. Disappointments are 1) unlike most ballparks, there are no food booths that represent the local cuisine. 2) there is no overhead screen protecting fans behind home plate

Yelp
I was in town on vacation and wanted to see a game at Coors Field. We stayed at a place not too far away so we were able to walk to the Park, which was nice. The outside is welcoming, and there are bars and restaurants all around. Going through security was easy and everything is well marked. There are plenty of restrooms everywhere!!! Unfortunately weather didn't cooperate and it rained for the first hour, so the game was delayed. It gave me time to walk around the whole stadium, check out the food vendors, the views, the shops etc. This field is beautiful!!!!!! I loved the outfield area with the trees and the fountains. The rain stopped, they cleared the field and the game began. The screens are everywhere and the stadium just has a great vibe. The Rockies didn't play well, but it was still a great night.

Yelp
Wonderful experience. Great clean stadium with an amazing vibe. Contrast this with Chavez Ravine where wearing even a Giants cap can get your ass kicked by some dirt bag Vato. Beautiful layout, views, comfy seats. Great selection of swag and food. Vendors roaming the aisles had a great selection of items ( Nachos seem to be the hot item). Parking is a pain and is pricey. Count me as a fan and I will come to many games.
