"This Major League Baseball ballpark hosts the Colorado Rockies' home season (opening April 6, 2023 against the Washington Nationals) and has expanded beyond classic concessions to offer a wide range of elevated game-day fare. The official vendor rolled out new savory items such as cheese fries topped with pork green chile, BBQ chicken sandwiches paired with cheddar mac-and-cheese, steak empanadas served with chimichurri aioli, and “walking tacos” made with Doritos and carnitas or chicken tinga; sweet offerings include s’mores shakes, waffle cones filled with berries and ricotta cream, and “peach chimmies” (a flour tortilla with whipped cream cheese, peaches, cinnamon sugar, caramel syrup, and whipped cream).
