25 Best Restaurants in Las Vegas: Steakhouses, International Buffets, and More | Condé Nast Traveler

"At The Venetian, the communal joy of Korean barbecue becomes full‑on spectacle with glowing in‑table grills, stadium‑style bar seating, and skybox‑style private rooms overlooking a buzzing, high‑roller crowd. I go straight for the Butcher’s Feast—a procession of dry‑aged Prime and wagyu with banchan and sauces that plays like steak omakase—then splurge‑minded friends chase wagyu‑heavy tastings or the camera‑ready BlackJack Sandwich stacked with truffled Kagoshima wagyu; add a 1,200‑label wine list, Vegas‑exclusive cocktails, and lighting that amps up as the night gets electric." - Andrea Bennett

COTE Vegas - Review - The Strip - Las Vegas - The Infatuation

"Chances are, no matter how early your dinner is at Cote, there’ll be a DJ in the booth overlooking the dramatic, multi-level dining room. The Vegas version of the NYCKorean BBQ staplemight feel like a clubstaurant at first, but if the servers expertly grilling your meat or the massive wine list don’t get it across: this is actually the fanciest, most serious KBBQ spot in Vegas. If you’d rather spend more time celebrity spotting than scouring the menu, you can’t go wrong with the popular-for-a-reason Butcher’s Feast for $88.88 per person that includes four different cuts like the tender skirt steak, pitch-perfect banchan including an incredible shredded scallion salad, and vanilla ice cream with a delicious soy sauce caramel that beats the typical sea-salted kind. Add on the kimchi wagyu paella to share for a rich, egg yolk-soaked fried rice that you’ll crave the next day. But honestly, the best part might be the least visible: you won’t walk out smelling like grilled meat thanks to smokeless grills and high-tech floor ventilation." - Emmy Kasten

Michelin-Starred Korean Steakhouse Cote Debuts in Las Vegas With Wagyu Omakase and a DJ Booth | Eater Vegas

"A Michelin-starred Korean barbecue heavyweight is finally making its Las Vegas debut in the Venetian’s waterfall atrium, marrying smokeless tabletop grills and an American steakhouse ethos with a club-like, gold-bathed room by David Rockwell and the brand’s first DJ box. The menu sticks to the hits — the signature Butcher’s Feast parades USDA Prime and American wagyu for $88.88 per person (with banchan, scallion salad, gyeran-jjim, kimchi stew, doenjang stew, and vanilla soft serve with soy sauce caramel), a decadent steak omakase runs $225, and a la carte cuts span dry-aged rib-eye, Cote galbi, and filet mignon alongside Japanese A5 wagyu from Miyazaki, Sendai, and Kobe — while Las Vegas-only additions include a Blackjack Sandwich with A5 wagyu, black truffle, and truffle aioli on milk toast and a “steak and eggs” riff of filet mignon tartare on milk bread topped with caviar. Starters skew luxe with a build-your-own gimbap at $198 (caviar, uni, bluefin tuna) and an expansive raw program capped by a $325 platter with caviar, sashimi, oysters, prawns, and lobster “escargot,” plus shareables like black cod in kimchi jjigae sauce, bibimbap, kimchi wagyu paella with kkakdugi, and somyun in hot anchovy broth under executive chef David Shim. Drinks run deep — cocktails (try the Elvis-inspired King or the Nectar of the Gods), soju including Khee, beer (Brooklyn Lager on draft, Echigo Koshihikari and Ballast Point Sculpin by the bottle), zero-proof options, and an acclaimed wine list curated by Victoria James with premium pours by the glass. The 17,000-square-foot space places raised booths around a central bar beneath a lotus-like ceiling sculpture, and a lit staircase climbs to a glass-encased skybox, signaling the intent to “turn up the club level” without compromising the serious beef and hospitality the brand is known for. Opening October 4, this is the biggest Cote yet, staffed by a 150-person team and tailored as an immersive, iconically Las Vegas expression of the concept." - Rebecca Roland

I’ve eaten at many high end and celebrity chef restaurants, and I usually walk away with the same takeaway: the food is great, but rarely good enough to justify the price or the overall experience. That’s why I surprised myself with COTE. It’s the first upscale restaurant I genuinely plan to return to, and likely visit a few times a year when friends are in town or for work events. What truly sets COTE apart is the complete experience, from the atmosphere and energy to the professionalism of the staff. We did have a small service hiccup where one of the meats was overcooked, but it was resolved quickly and seamlessly, without any disruption to the evening. The bill can add up fast, but the Butcher’s Feast, priced just under $100 per person, left us comfortably full. That said, the experience does depend on your preferences. If you’re not big on sides, you may find yourself wanting a bit more, while those who love sides might fill up before finishing all the meat. Personally, I enjoyed a balance of everything and left completely satisfied. Another standout was how knowledgeable and engaging the staff was. I appreciated learning about the quality of the products and what to expect throughout the dining experience. With locations in New York, Miami, and now Las Vegas, COTE feels right at home in Vegas. If you’re looking for a unique, high end dining experience that still feels modern, lively, and approachable, this is absolutely the place to go.

Google
This place far exceeded our expectations. The service was top notch. Literally the best service in a restaurant we have had in a long time. Many servers came to check on us, explain our order and the menu (very knowledgeable staff), and to provide advice about the pairing options. It was exceptional. Also the vibe was awesome. Dim lights, DJ up top, cozy feel. It was perfection. We had the Butcher’s Feast and added a Caesar salad. Incredible. So much food we could not finish it. So yummy!! Highly recommend! We had a reservation months in advance and we are so happy we tried this place. Excellent!!

COTE Las Vegas located in the Venetian is a modern upscale restaurant with a cool and trendy vibe. The ambiance was great and it had a sort of artistic layout with the seating rippling out around a central bar area. There was also a DJ up in a room overseeing the restaurant. Service was top notch and very friendly. Now getting to the food. If I’m being honest it was just ok. Not bad but not the greatest. I had really high hopes for a restaurant whose sister restaurant has a Michelin star. Unfortunately it did not deliver. While the meats were supposed to be top quality American black angus, American wagyu, and A5 Japanese wagyu, they just weren’t as good as I’d expect especially at this price point. One of my favorite yakiniku restaurants in LA (Yazawa) has much higher quality beef and their omakase is almost half the price of COTE. While I’d give this restaurant top marks for service and atmosphere, for me it was lacking in food and value. Atmosphere: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 4/5 Value: 2/5 Total: 4/5

Google
Fantastic experience overall. I really appreciate that this restaurant focuses on very high-quality meats rather than the AYCE format that dominates a lot of the Vegas dining scene. I actually think this location is better than the one in NYC. I went twice in the same week. The first time, I ordered à la carte, and the service was truly exceptional—easily some of the best service I’ve experienced at any restaurant, including a number of three-Michelin-star spots I’ve dined at around the world. Everything felt effortless, attentive, and perfectly paced. The second visit, I tried the Butcher’s Feast. The food was very good, though there were a few minor hiccups when I made some special requests. My impression is that the Butcher’s Feast runs like a very tight system, with the staff following a specific flow. When I asked for things like rice, garlic, and sesame oil, it seemed to throw things off a bit—I had to ask for the garlic 4 times times, and I noticed the sesame oil didn’t have salt this time, which it did on my first visit. None of that is meant as a real criticism. Even with those small issues, the service was still exceptional, friendly and polished. The space itself is beautiful, and the live DJ adds a great energy without overpowering the experience. I just wish they offered lunch service—I’d be back even more often. Reservations are tough to get, but for me, it was well worth the effort.

Had an excellent dinner at Cote. Staff were attentive and made the experience unforgettable. Food was top notch and the ambience of the restaurant was awesome. Our group all went with the butchers feast with A5 wagyu. The portions were perfect. We are all big eaters and we left full. Reservations recommended.

Google
We had an amazing dinner at COTE! We arrived a little late for our reservation due to traffic so we started with very tasty drinks at the bar while we waited for a table to open up. We ended up waiting for a while so the bartender brought us a couple appetizers which we really appreciated. Once we were at our table, we went with the Butcher's Feast for the two of us and it was so much food. All of the steaks were delicious and we enjoyed every single side as well. We were celebrating my birthday so they brought us both their awesome soft serve to end the meal. The food was awesome and so was the service. Our table was touched constantly by the cook checking our meat on the grill or our server checking on our drinks. The restaurant is also just a fun experience for couples or groups compared to the regular steakhouses in town. DEFINITELY A MUST TRY!!

Wish I could give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was truly one of the most incredible dining experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely flawless — every team member, from the host stand to our servers, was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. We’ll admit, we felt a little out of our element at first — a friend told us this was a must-try — but our waiter, Korey, guided us through the entire experience with such patience and care. The staff checked in regularly and kept everything running seamlessly. And the food… wow. Every dish was extraordinary! From the Lobster Escargot to the kimchi samplings, we were completely hooked. My husband is a very particular eater, and even he couldn’t stop raving about how amazing everything tasted — I was so proud of him for trying so many new things! The atmosphere was a total vibe — energetic yet elegant — complete with a DJ setting the perfect tone for the evening. If you’re ever in Las Vegas, COTE is an absolute must. It was our first visit, but it definitely won’t be our last — it’s at the very top of our list for next time!

Google
This was the best dining experience I've ever had. Not only was the food outstanding and a lot of it the service was phenomenal. Lisa our main server was amazing, Jeremy, Karla and Vivian all had a hand in making truly fantastic. The showgirls drink was the best cocktail I've ever had. Every attention to detail was met (the way the meat turner is placed to show how we like our meat cut) was just beyond outstanding. Thank you for making our meal special.

Yelp
For our anniversary last night, we decided to splurge and chose Cote as our destination restaurant. I like to make a note of the staff's names when they provide exceptional service, and Cote truly delivered. From Lexi and Erica at the front, with their charming smiles and welcoming body language, we felt immediately at ease. They escorted us to the bar where we were greeted by the incredibly hospitable Amber and Joe. After ordering drinks and a couple of appetizers, we were already impressed. Then came the highly anticipated meat selection and banchan--and wow, did they deliver! The first soup broth to open our palate was unforgettable. Every member of the service staff was on point, including Nicole, Michael, Giovanni, and Eunice, all of whom were attentive and delightful. AGM Tiffany's warm, welcoming demeanor was as good as any Vegas hospitality, and Jay didn't hesitate to get his suit dirty by cooking our meat while making sure we felt well taken care of. A huge shout-out to the entire Cote team for their impeccable hospitality. There are plenty of Korean BBQ spots in town, but if you're looking for a memorable night out with a nightclub vibe, this is the place to splurge. And if you can, make sure Nicole is your server--she truly made our evening extra special.

Yelp
I've been to Cote New York over half a dozen times, so as a Cote stan I had to invite my colleagues to come on our trip to Las Vegas. Thankfully, this new location did not disappoint. It's the same great Cote experience, with a few twists on the menu and ambiance, but overall still fantastic. Our server Sosa was great. Attentive, a bit of a perfectionist, friendly, and wasn't bothered by the very convoluted way we needed our checks split. The DJ, as others have mentioned, is quite the interesting touch. Cote LV is more "clubby" than Cote NYC, and I found the layout to be far more aesthetic as well. I did find the prices to be slightly higher than NYC's, but that's also Vegas. As for the food itself, I highly recommend the Butcher's Feast. It's the best way to enjoy Cote. No sides needed either, it is plenty to fill up most people. This isn't just for show or an "experience," that is style over substance, Cote is delicious. All in all, if you've ever been curious about Cote, I promise you will have the same 10/10 experience in Las Vegas. Now if they open up Undercote in LV, I'll have to make my way back out and compare that as well...

Yelp
Coming from LA and having spent way too many late nights in Koreatown, I was pretty skeptical about Korean BBQ inside the Venetian... But man oh man, what a pleasant surprise! The vibe is straight-up sexy -- gorgeous lighting, beautiful decor, and a live DJ booth that makes you feel like you're in a club. They absolutely spoil you with banchan: huge portions of salad, pickled cauliflower, soups, fluffy steamed egg, rice... everything kept coming. Service was warm, attentive, and on point. Our server recommended the "Steak & Eggs," and we figured it was literally just steak and eggs. Nope -- it's an insane steak tartare with caviar on buttery brioche toast. Mind officially blown. My wife always picks the best spots, and this is proof. Easily one of the best meals we've had in Vegas. Highly recommend -- we'll be back next trip! "

Yelp
I was really excited to try this place and see what a 'Michelin Kbbq' experience would be like. First off, the restaurant itself is beautiful--the bar in the center really stands out, and their signature cocktail was delicious. Our server was friendly, attentive, and took great care of us. However, the most important part--the meat--fell a bit flat. Some cuts were good, but others didn't live up to the standard. One of the first beefs was extra chewy and had a slight smell, which was disappointing. For the price, I was definitely expecting melt-in-your-mouth quality. Unfortunately, the ice cream machine happened to be broken the night we visited, so we couldn't try the dessert, which was another letdown. Overall, I'm not sure if I'd return or if the experience is worth the price point.

Yelp
Meals in Vegas are pricey, for sure, but I was shocked at the wonderful value the Butcher's Feast is at Cote! For $88 a person, we were overly stuffed and literally couldn't finish what was on the table. We has a variety of top-quality meat, banchan, rice, vegetables, and stews! We had wonderful service from Pui, great cocktails from the bar, and wonderful hospitality from the manager and all others helping out! Beautiful space, too! The only downsides are: super expensive Soju ($100 for a bottle!), no Korean beer on the menu, and the banchan was less fermented and 'funky' than at authentic KBBQ spots. The food and drinks are clearly geared toward hihg-end clientele, which is fine, but authentic flavors are nice, too. We will definitely eat here again, but maybe skip lunch that day, lol!

Yelp
I think cote is a little overrated based on it's reputation once I tried it. It was also fairly impossible to get a rez in nyc. The experience was ok, but the vibe was too much of a nightclub and the music was a bit too loud. The service was a little slow, but I think when each server is cooking for multiple tables it's hard to keep up. The manager did make up for it a bit by giving us an extra paella which ws a nice acknowledgement. I was disappointed by portion sizes overall since they assume 8oz for every cut. The dry aged ribeye was too tough and the rest of the cuts were only slightly above average. The stand outs were the flat iron steak and Caesar salad. The flat iron steak which I've never had before was outstanding. It was almost as tender as a filet, but as juicy as a hanger steak. I'm not sure I'd go back unless I wanted a lot of flat iron steak.

Yelp
If you love k-bbq you will love Cote. Just know less marinated meats but super high quality cuts. The Butchers Feast is the way to go for your first visit. At only $88/pp it is well worth the price. The presentation coupled with top quality meat makes it a steal. Only part we felt a bit lacking was in the traditional Korean drink area. We didn't see any Korean beers and the soju bottle we got was pretty pricey for its size. They seem to focus more on wine, just something to know, and we will go that direction next time we go.

Yelp
Pronounced "coat", we stumbled into COTE at the Venetian during F1 week and lucked out with a last-minute 7:15 PM reservation on a Friday night. We had never even heard of it until we walked by, which is surprising because we've eaten at most of the restaurants in the Venetian. The energy the moment we walked in was wild. The bar is the heartbeat of this place, the music is loud, people are genuinely enjoying themselves, and the DJ above the entrance is fully locked in. We waited about 5 minutes past our reservation time, but honestly, for a last-minute cancellation spot, we didn't mind at all. We love Korean barbecue and we love beef - probably too much - so we came in with high expectations. If you think you've tried Wagyu before, you haven't experienced it the way COTE does it. The place is Michelin star quality, yes, but what really shocked us was the teamwork. There were so many people working the floor, and while you could see the hierarchy, it didn't matter when it came to hard work. Everyone touched every table: waiters, assistant waiters, the GM, the management team. It was coordinated, respectful, and unlike anything we've seen. Special shoutout to Josh, who took the time to chat with us, laugh with us, and genuinely elevate our night. Because of race week, we went with the prix fixe menu. We were skeptical at first since it was only five cuts, but we were very wrong to doubt it. The A5 alone is worth coming for. One ounce each, perfectly marbled, perfectly cooked, and absolutely memorable. Every cut was seasoned and cooked exactly right, and we left full and happy. Their signature appetizer, "Steak and Eggs" on toasted milk bread with filet mignon tartare and caviar, was included, and I could have eaten an entire loaf of that bread by itself. At the end of the night, I told my husband I would absolutely come back. There's nothing like this on the Strip. The price point here is more than fair considering restaurants like X-Pot are also at the Venetian and don't match COTE's quality. If you're debating it, make the reservation. I could go on about the four private reserve sky boxes overlooking the entire restaurant, but I'll stop there. Go see it for yourself.

Yelp
We visited shortly after their opening last month, and everything--from the food to the service--was flawless. The drinks were perfectly crafted and balanced, and the quality of the meat was truly exceptional. What made the experience even better was the attentive staff who cooked each cut right at the table, and every piece was grilled to absolute perfection. The ambiance is both welcoming and spacious, giving it that rare mix of upscale energy and comfortable warmth. Whether you're going for a special night out or just craving an elevated dining experience, COTE Las Vegas is a must-try! Knowing that other locations exist: New York and Singapore, I'll def have to try to visit there too

Yelp
This place is FIRE! Went during F1, so expect higher prices and fuller dining space. The race week menu option was $158, we did the omakse meat menu at $228. The whole table has to do the same experience so the cooking doesn't get complicated. The meats- Wagyu different grades, were two bite size, but wow melt in your mouth, seasoned perfectly. There were lots of small dishes of picked veggies- turnip, cabbage, fennel, cauliflower, baby okra. Super tangy and just the right amount of vinegar. The Caesar salad had a taste of wasabi in addition to the regular Caesar dressing. The wedge salad had bits of pork belly along with cherry tomatoes. Everything was wonderful and due to their technology of floor vents you didn't smell like Kbbq when you left. Fantastic dinner!

Yelp
This beautiful Korean BBQ steakhouse is located inside the Venetian hotel Definitely recommend making an online reservation on their website at least 2 weeks in advance! It's open daily 5-11pm (except Thurs, Fri, Sat - 5pm-12am) Inside was so beautiful and dimly lit with plenty of seating! Service was top notch and all the staff was so friendly! Shout-out to the main server, Mike! He was so helpful and informative! Really enjoyed how the staff worked as a team and jumped in to help each other cook the meat even if they're not the server for the table. Menu had a good variety of appetizers, set meals, and alcoholic drinks! Got the most popular item there - The Butcher's Feast ($88.88/person) and it came with soooo much food! Not only did it come with 4 cuts of meat but it came with a nice selection of banchans, scallion salad, red lettuce, prime beef bone broth, egg souffle, two different kinds of stews with rice, and a vanilla ice cream. Best part was that all sides were refillable! Don't be fooled by the small portions of the meat! They might look small but they were very filling. All 4 cuts (hanger steak, 45 day dry aged steak, flat iron, and marinated short rib) were so tender, flavorful, and delicious! I requested it to be cooked medium rare and the server cooked it to perfection! The marinated short rib was my favorite! The banchans were decent and nothing special. However, I really enjoyed the egg souffle! It was so soft, fluffy, and yummy! It was packed with flavor without being too overly salty. The 2 stews (spicy kimchi stew & savory doenjang stew) were just ok and a bit too salty. I tried adding rice to make it more enjoyable but it was still too spicy and salty. Really enjoyed the hack that Mike recommended to put a piece of meat with scallion salad and Ssam-jang sauce inside the red leaf lettuce! It tasted so phenomenal and it was such a genius idea! The vanilla soft serve was so amazing and the soy sauce caramel drizzle sounded odd but tasted so incredible! For cocktails, I got the White Tiger ($23) and it consisted of tequila, coconut water, coconut, pistachio, and lime. It was very refreshing and not too sweet. A little sour but very tasty! Overall, I really enjoyed my experience - from the delicious food to the wonderful service! I would definitely recommend and return!

Yelp
This place is so overhyped and overpriced. The bonchon/ appetizer are either too salty or too bland. The only good part is the quality of meat. But I can get it too at half of the price in Chinatown. The service was meh. The person who was cooking our meat over cooked some of the meat. The ambiance is good. But the music is too loud. I saw of the couples left because the music was loud.

Yelp
Highly, highly recommend! Do some research beforehand because the menu is extensive. Assuming you know your meats and drinks, you're in for a treat. We opted for the butchers feast because we were feeling stuffed and couldn't not try a few things. But they have better more exclusive tastings as well. Service is top notch! Multiple people cook your meats so you're really enjoying getting pampered. The banchan is AYCE and they did not skimp. Loved the stews and egg souffles The kimchis were also excellent Also who knew I needed soy caramel on soft serve!!!!! I'm hooked to it now. Their drinks are well made so just tell them what you like and they'll make sure you're taken care of. Special shoutout to the martinis

Yelp
Great, vibe-y experience with DJ in the house. Butcher's Feast is the way to go if you don't know yet what your preferred cut of meat is. Love that someone always comes around to cook the various meats perfectly then serves it up. We appreciated that we did not smell like KBBQ upon leaving. Good amount of refillable banchan. Needless to say, the steamed egg and stews here were also tasty.

Yelp
COTE is a Michelin Star Kbbq restaurant based in NY. My husband and I dined at their newest location in Las Vegas at the Venetian hotel. It's located on the first floor (below the shoppes) behind the escalator. When you walk in, you're quickly transported to the fine dining experience. The lights are dimmed, the bar is lit making it the center of attention, and the music is playing by a live DJ. As you're seated, the waiter will ask for your drink preferences and will go over the menu in detail (if it's your first time). They will also take their time to answer any questions you may have. My husband and I booked this restaurant a few days in advanced to celebrate his birthday. It is done through the Venetian website - it was an easy process. We opted for the Butcher's Feast which is $88.88/person. You get 4 selected cuts, Black Truffle Gogi Cha, USDA Prime beef bone consommé, Ban-Chan, Scallion Salad, Savory Egg Soufflé, Red Leaf Lettuce with Ssam-jang, Two Stews w/ Saechungmu Rice (Spicy Kimchi Stew & Savory Dwen-jang Stew), and finally the Vanilla Soft Serve topped with soy caramel. Before the server begins grilling the meats for you, they will ask for your preferred temperature - we asked for ours to be medium-rare. As they're being grilled, they will be seasoned with a pinch of salt and cut for you. Our server's name was Thaddeus. He made our experience even more memorable! He was attentive and personable. He made sure that we were getting our money's worth and advised us not to be shy to ask for anything (you can ask for more sides, fyi). He cooked and seasoned the meats to perfection! He also recommended the Highball drink which is a whiskey drink with suntory toki, peach, earl grey and mint flavors. It is tasty! It's more of a refreshing whiskey drink. I opted for a glass of red wine. The dessert was enjoyed by my husband, as I am lactose intolerant. I'll take his word for it, he said he was incredibly happy he got to have two of the same dessert lol! He really enjoyed it and has not had anything like it. Soft serve with soy caramel? I've never heard of any restaurant serving that. It looked delicious! I'm glad we took the time to check this out during our trip. We were excited to go back home and tell our families to try this place when they visit Vegas. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
COTE delivered an amazing dining experience for my wife and I. I made a reservation at COTE to celebrate my birthday while here in Vegas. COTE is located on the first floor right across Donutique next to the escalators between Venetian and Palazzo. If you see the neon signs you found it. The restaurant has been officially opened for about 2 week so we were really looking forward to this dinner. Reservation can be booked online and we had it for 9PM. Checking in was easy and the hosts greeted me with a "Happy Birthday". We were called in promptly at 9PM and seated on the 2nd level of booths. Our waiter for the evening was Thaddeus and he was exceptional. From explaining the drink menu to the regular menu and the cooking of all our meat cuts he was exceptional. Very attentive and personable and we could tell he was a very genuine person. We ordered some drinks to start. My wife ordered a red wine and I ordered the The Highball per recommendation. The Highball was a refreshing good mixed drink. I suggest this for anyone visiting. For dinner we ordered the "Butcher's Feast". It's priced at $88.88pp which comes with 4 cuts of meats, Korean soups, and stews, banchan, salad, steamed egg and soft serve dessert. It is a lot of food and worth the price. We also added some oysters to pair with everything. This entire dining experience was as advertised for us. They are known to be a Michelin Star Korean BBQ brand and they delivered in every aspect. Every step of the grilling progress Thaddeus explained all the details of the cuts and how to pair and enjoy them. We requested medium rare as your waiter will do all the meat grilling. As the dining experience goes on they food and sides are all paced out to be delivered accordingly. The meat cuts were high quality and tasted excellent. The meltiness of the meat cuts were memorable. The vanilla soft serve is the best one to end the meal as the amount of food will keep you very satisfied. My wife and I found ourselves taking in the whole atmosphere of this dining experience and we were happy we chose to celebrate my birthday here! The whole vibe of COTE was amazing. There is a live DJ every night and the service delivered on all the hype the COTE brand has attached to it's name. Thank you COTE and shout to Thaddeus again for making this Birthday dinner an unforgettable one! We will definitely be back here again in the future. ( ^_^)b

Yelp
Started off with the best highball I've ever had. It was delicious! To celebrate a trip to Vegas, we treated ourselves to the omakase. The meats were superb. Perfectly cooked and paced so we could compare the cuts. We were stuffed afterwards with all the meats, Banchan, and other dishes. The service was amazing. Friendly staff noticed the details and provided excellent hospitality. The ambiance was modern with changing lights and a dj. I loved the tiered seating layout. There was no smoke in the restaurant, and the floor was clean (not sticky like Korean bbq places) The only reason I have to go with 4 stars is that I felt like this is not very Korean. The Banchan was very mild, with the kimchi being barely fermented. Even the samjang was mild in flavor. However, the quality was meat was so good I didn't even want to taint it with extras. This was an upscale steakhouse experience, not Korean barbecue.

Yelp
I was so excited to hear that Cote was coming to Vegas! I had the NYC location 2 years ago & loved it. I made a reservation for a big group of 11 (2 separate tables) as soon as I heard there was an opening date. Overall, awesome experience! Service was attentive & staff had lively personalities. Ambiance felt true to late night Vegas with brief lights changing during the live dj's beat drops. Felt like we were getting meat service at a club lol. Started the White Tiger cocktail, which pretty good. Liked how it was light yet creamy. Ordered the Butcher's Feast at $88.88 per person & kimchi paella. Loved the variety of banchan & other sides. I enjoyed the egg soufflé & vanilla soft serve w/ soy sauce caramel as well. Meats were all delicious & tender. It was nice having them cooked to perfection in front of us. Would definitely recommend a try!

Yelp
Been wanting to try Cote since I heard it opened in Las Vegas. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and so professional that I briefly wondered if I should be taking notes to improve my own life. They guided us through the menu like culinary tour guides who actually enjoy their job. We ordered the Butcher's Feast, which was basically a parade of glorious meats with each one better than the last. At one point I was convinced they were secretly testing how much happiness one human can physically handle. Everything was perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and perfectly capable of making me forget I live on a normal grocery-store budget. It's pricy but that's most things in Vegas, but definitely worth trying at least once.

Yelp
Where to even begin... Cote has just opened at Palazzo and I had the opportunity to join a group with family and friends. Before anything, the service in this restaurant is top notch. All food was cooked to perfection for us, and the bar staff rocked! We opted for the Butcher's Feast with a few add-ons, and it was absolutely incredible. Explanations of the Banchan and the different meats allowed us to taste and understand the differences between every taste and highlighted the best combinations. The A5 Japanese Wagyu was an excellent addition and delicious! I would highly recommend the addition of the Wedge Salad too, the mustard vinaigrette adds freshness and a light contrast to the meat flavors.

Yelp
Absolutely loved my dining experience at COTE Korean Steak House Las Vegas. The interior is stunning, elegant lighting, stylish decor and such a vibrant atmosphere. I ordered Butcher's Feast with Wagyu upgrade (+$33) and the Beef Tartare plus a cocktail, everything was beyond delicious and beautifully presentation. The quality of the beef was outstanding and every bites melted in my mouth. My server Jennifer was amazing, she explained every detail so clearly and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Jurnee was also super attentive and thoughtful, always checking in and making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place if you're in Vegas and want premium BBQ with exceptional service and atmosphere.

Yelp
Upon arrival the place is beautiful! The bar is sexy and the layout is spacious, barely any smoke for a Korean BBQ spot. The metal appearance of the booths honestly triggered my vertigo and made me dizzy so I wasn't a fan of looking that direction. Anyways, on to the meal! We were ready to go full send on this meal. Our server lacked knowledge especially when it came to caviar, so it was a little frustrating with her being unable to guide us through what would've been a higher check total for her. But when we met the server assistant he was WAY more helpful and friendlier if I'm being honest. We did the shellfish tower, the omakase, Caesar salad, bibimbap, a few cocktails, andddddd the bacon. Everything was really good. I've heard the hit and misses online on some of the dishes but I think it all comes down to personal preference. The bacon, ribeye cap, scallion salad, and ice cream were my favorite bites of the night. The price point and the "hospitality" received just really don't match the price point or the claimed Michelin star. The bibimbap was far from crispy and they don't mix it for you.. When it came down to the cooking our server was definitely lacking "temp" knowledge. I also thought it was strange when cooking your meats I constantly had to hand my plate to the server to get my meats, and honestly it was strange to have them seasoning the meats AT the table with their hands. I'm not a germaphobe by any means but again for the price we are paying I just expected a more refined experience. All in all it was good, but for all the hype.. I don't feel like we received a Michelin star experience and would rather have my local KBBQ because I know what I'm paying for and I am completely fine with cooking it myself lol.

Yelp
Cote in NYC was the first Korean BBQ spot in the US to be awarded a Michelin Star. When I last went to Manhattan, I tried to get reservations for Cote; however, the available reservations were snatched in seconds. When I heard that Cote would be opening on October 5 at Venetian Las Vegas, I immediately snagged a reservation for my birthday trip to Vegas! I'm glad that I came by to celebrate my birthday as Mikel and the Cote team took care of us tonight! We started our meal with a trio of oysters. We had an East Coast Oyster with Uni ($9), an East Coast Oyster with Kaluga Caviar ($17), and a West Coast Dynamite Oyster ($8) that was baked and topped with crab. My wife preferred the creamy, warm dynamite oyster, but my favorite bite was the creamy uni over the briny east coast oyster. While I enjoyed these, I probably wouldn't order them next time as these are splurge appetizers. Our next course was two versions of steak tartare. We had a "steak and eggs" ($64) that featured filet mignon tartare that was topped with Caviar and served with a side of buttery milk toast that was carefully toasted for fifteen minutes. We also had their steak tartare ($32) that was top round and asian pear that was finely chopped and served with crispy tendon puffs that were like beefy chicharron. Despite the lower cost, the $32 tartare with top round and the asian pear and beefy chicharron was the winner for us as it had the perfect balance of beefy, salty, savory, and sweet flavors; however the "steak and eggs" was also delicious as the filet mignon was tender, bread was buttery, and the caviar provided saltiness. The star of the menu is their "butcher's feast" ($88/per person), which is the best way to sample their signature cuts, their house fermented banchan, their stews, and their dessert. I was worried that the butcher's feast would be a modest portion; however, I was wrong. The portion was perfect as it allowed us to have bites of hangar steak, 50 day dry aged ribeye, American Wagyu Flatiron Steak, and their signature Cote Galbi. Mikel took really good care of us for my birthday meal as he not only helped us understand the menu, but he perfectly cooked our meats, and taught us about how to get the most flavorful bites. They have a great sommelier and I got a nice rose sparking to go with my oysters and tartare and I got a great 2014 rioja to go with my meat courses. And when we finished all the meats, we rounded out the meal with a vanilla soft serve that was topped with soy sauce caramel. Overall, this was one of the best meals that I've had in a long time. I also wanted to highlight that our favorite parts were not necessarily the most expensive items. I've been to dozens of Korean restaurants and Korean BBQ spots in LA, but I understand why this place is special. The ribeye was dry aged in house for 50 days, they have meats sourced from Niman Ranch, their kimchi and banchan is fermented in house, and you can taste the difference. I'm thankful to Mikel and team for taking care of us and I told Mikel that "I hate him because I'll have to drive three hundred miles to come back soon!" The atmosphere is pretty electric, so if I bring friends, then what I'd love to see is delicious soju cocktails for a group.

Yelp
October 2025 Gorgeous high-end restaurant newly opened at the Venetian. The interior is absolutely stunning inside the Las Vegas location. We had to wait a bit even though we had a reservation. We were escorted to our seat through the beautiful restaurant pass the bar in the center followed by three concentric rows of seating. We were seated at the back row which allowed us to view the beauty of the entire restaurant. There was a live DJ which added a nice touch. We brought our kids for dinner but would say it is more for the adult crowd. Being Korean, the Korean BBQ concept with the banchans is not new to me. Thus, conceptually the dinner menu didn't overly impress me. But that is not to say the food wasn't good. We shared the COTE "ceviche" moolhwe, butcher's feast for each at the table as well as an additional order of the Cote galbi. All the meat quality was superb and presented very nicely. The explanation of the meat cuts and the variation of the different origins of meat was helpful. Even better than the food, the attention to detail of the drink menu was amazing. The list of cocktails, wine and spirits were impressive (non-alcoholic also available). More so, offerings of Z Biotics (pre-alcohol supplement) & 신쾌한 (Sankewhan - Korean morning after hangover drink) was thoughtful & intentional. Will definitely be coming back to Cote Las Vegas with more adults to enjoy some of their special offerings like the Grand Plateau & Cote Gimbap appetizerS. Best wishes to this new addition to Venetian!

Yelp
We're so spoiled being Vegas locals and always say if we move, we will always miss the food here. Cote takes a luxurious spin on KBBQ and the quality of meat they serve is absolutely insane. It is so tender, delicious, full of flavor, and carefully served and seasoned. The side dishes are absolutely amazing and we couldn't get enough. The service is quick and attentive, and our server was very informative and cooked all of our meats to perfection for us. The environment is super cool and busy, and they have a DJ spinning the entirety of your dinner with a nice little subtle light show to go with it. The only thing we would've liked to see was a bit more meat in our portions. There were 5 of us present, two males and three women. And some of us didn't leave very full for what we had paid. All in all, amazing and fun and absolutely delicious!

Yelp
Was able to snag a reservation a couple weeks after it's opening. Right near the conference center for dinner. Had seen reviews from others and tried out the butchers feast with waygu addition. It was a lot of food for two people, especially when the set comes with a lot of the Banchana, stews, rice, and ice cream. Enjoyed talking to the team of servers and learning about process and the technology that powers the grill. the team was extremely nice and the maître D was super friendly. Had a great experience from this Michelin star. Perhaps the only small thing I would change is how loud the music was the servers and the guest to yell at each other in order to each other or lean in in order to hear each other. Since they have a DJ every night just a tad bit lower volume may help conversation conversations.

Yelp
We had a great time here! Our group of 4 was seated right away for our reservation on time. We were greeted by so many friendly staff members on our way to our table. The table was spacious and very nicely set. The ambiance is upscale and cool, nice vibe. We got the butchers feast. The meats were simply delicious, cooked to perfection by the friendly staff. Each cut melted in your mouth, they were just so tasty. You could tell the meats were exceptional quality. The sides were plenteous and also delicious, our favorites were the pickled radish and scallion salad. The egg was so fluffy and yummy too. Our server, Eddie Adam, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He cooked our food very well and was attentive to us. We had absolutely everything we needed and had a wonderful night. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Yelp
Food Bad As others have stated, most banchan is too acidic. It really is unfortunate and puzzling why it is prepared this way, and that is coming from someone who always wants acidic food and beverages. It's borderline inedible. Go to Grams Kbbq in Garden Grove and take notes. Meh The 45 day dry aged ribeye was the worst of the butchers feast. It was still solid, but disappointing for my first dry aged experience. After rave reviews about the galbi I was disappointed. The char overwhelmed the flavor and it wasn't really tender. Excellent Beef broth and kimchi pork belly stew are both perfection. The flatiron steak is god tier and probably the best steak I've had at a restaurant for the price. The first cut of the butchers feast was tender and great. Ice cream was a solid ender. Service Great job, Korey and others. This is why this place receives such praise. Overall almost perfect but a couple workers ignored me on the way out instead of saying bye. 4.9/5 Atmosphere A modern and clean place that had a good energy without being too noisy. I'll give this another 4.9/5. Overall, I want to give this place 5 stars, but for the price and Michelin pedigree I cannot due to the acidic banchan and two of the cuts being not as good as I thought they would be. Flatiron was 5/5 though.

Yelp
Went to Cote last weekend. When you enter the restaurant, you're warmly greeted by the hostesses and quickly taken to your table. The space feels massive, which makes sense since it used to be Barney's New York. The DJ sits on an upper level overlooking the dining room, which looks cool, and the ceiling décor is beautifully done. You get another warm welcome from the team along with a beverage book that's visually impressive, though honestly a bit confusing. We ordered a few cocktails, but all of them were disappointing. Considering their theme of high-end Korean BBQ and Michelin-level expectations, the cocktails didn't meet even an average standard for the price. We ordered the Butcher's Feast, which is $88 per person. The beef broth "amuse-bouche" was a nice start, but the portion of meat for four people was very small. The menu doesn't specify the ounces of meat included, so I highly recommend checking ahead and adding more if needed. It felt like we barely got about 6 oz per person, And trust me.. I am not comparing this to AYCE Korean BBQ spots in Vegas. I had read comments about their side dishes before visiting, so I expected they might be hit or miss. And for us, they were mostly a miss. The timing was confusing as well: some sides came out with the first course, and others later with the soup and egg as second course. Some sides are refillable and some aren't, so definitely ask your server. The egg side dish was really good, though. Our server cooked the meat for us, but we found ourselves flipping it often because he was juggling many tables and wasn't paying much attention to ours. He asked for our preferred temperature, but the meat came out always undercooked than we requested, so we had to put it back on the grill. What really threw us off was seeing the server season the meat with salt using his bare hand. After watching him touch menus and other items around the restaurant, this felt pretty uncomfortable. Maybe it's acceptable in their other locations, but in Vegas this is a definite no. For dessert, we asked for a menu but were told there wasn't one, and were given soft serve with soy caramel. The flavor pairing was great, but receiving it in a disposable paper cup with a wooden spoon felt out of place for a meal that ends up around $200 per person with drinks. They also never mentioned the fruit platter that's supposed to come with the feast, so we left without it and only found out later. Overall, the reason for only 2 stars are mainly because our experience just didn't match the Michelin-quality standard they're marketing except for portions were being small and we just won't be back after this visit. Drinks were weak, service wasn't great (even though the staff tried), and the price was too high for what we received. Again, we won't be returning.. In the Venetian, I'd rather go to Smith & Wollensky or BOA Steakhouse instead.

Yelp
COTE in Las Vegas delivers that signature high-end Korean BBQ experience with a full Vegas twist--sleek interiors, dark mood lighting, and a soundtrack that makes it feel half-restaurant, half-club lounge. The vibe alone sets the tone: upscale, energetic, and perfect for a night out before actual clubbing. Food & Quality The food is on point. The pre-set menu is honestly a bargain for the quality you're getting--premium cuts, beautifully marbled, and cooked with precision right at the table. Every bite feels curated. The ban-chan is clean, flavorful, and balanced; nothing feels like filler. The egg dish and soups were standouts--rich flavor, comforting, and the kind of warm dishes that perfectly anchor a meat-heavy meal. The salad is crisp, refreshing, and a perfect contrast to the BBQ feast. Overall, the food hits that COTE standard: elegant, simple, but executed incredibly well. Drinks Service? Excellent--attentive, warm, and fast. The team keeps the energy up and the table moving without ever rushing you. Cocktails? Weak, unfortunately. We had to send a few back, and the flavors were inconsistent. For a place with such a strong brand, the cocktail program didn't hold up its end. But the wine program is solid--great bottles, thoughtful selections, and pairings that actually complement the meats. If you love wine, you'll be happy here. Overall COTE LV is a perfect blend of Vegas nightlife vibe + quality Korean steakhouse dining. A great value on the pre-set menus, outstanding food, strong service... just skip the cocktails and go straight to wine. Highly recommend for a fun, stylish dinner before the strip nightlife.

Yelp
TL;DR: Yummy, pricey, vibey, you should def go. $$$ I'd been to the COTE location in New York a few times, and while it was enjoyable overall, it wasn't a life-changing, earth-shattering experience. I saw that COTE was opening a location in Las Vegas, and I was definitely intrigued. My partner and I went for my birthday in November, only about a month and a half after they officially opened. We didn't have a reservation on a Saturday night, so we waited about 45 minutes for a table at 11:15 PM. Thankfully, the casino was still very much open, so we walked around the Venetian/Palazzo and sat outside at the tables nearby to relax and get some journaling in. The hostess came up to us (she spotted us from the host table) to assure us that they were working on our table and that she'd come get us once it was ready. The ambience inside was stunning, with a giant coppery-bronze COTE flower logo atop the ceiling. Our server told us that lights are placed strategically along the petals to illuminate each table's grills without compromising the dimly lit, moody, cave-like lighting. A hidden DJ (I couldn't find them from where we were, if there was one) was playing EDM that would occasionally sync with additional lights hidden in the bronze flower thing. It felt like a hybrid club, upscale restaurant, and ritzy cocktail lounge, which is perfect, given that this is Las Vegas. Service was impeccable, every staff member we interacted with delivered top-notch hospitality, was very much informed and could answer pretty much any question I had. Everyone was very sweet and friendly, the opposite of typical club atmosphere lol, but very much in line with a fine dining experience. Alright, now onto the food and drink. I ordered The King while my partner got the Nectar of the Gods. I was expressing how I was unsure of my choice and my server assured me she'd swap it out for me if I didn't love it (spoiler alert: I did) which I appreciated! We both opted for the Butcher's Feast ($88.88) and the steak tartare (one of my favorites from the NYC location) for our meal. Our server went into details as to how it would work, what meats were being offered in the Butcher's Feast, and how our soups and pickled items like kimchi would come in the second half of our meal. I don't recall them doing this in the NYC location! The meal was impeccable, and was honestly even better than I remembered. I don't recall getting a bone broth starter in the past, and this one was delicately flavored with truffle! It warmed us up and prepped us for the meal to come. All 4 meats in the Butcher's Feast were juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The banchan were also great and in season! I was surprised by the pickled cauliflower and the chayote, and of course, the scallion salad, ssamjang, red lettuce combo with the meats is perfect. I also loved the soups! I can't say I had a favorite cut of meat, but they were all so good. The salt blend that they used to season the steaks were great, and it was nice hearing where they were sourced from as well. The steak tartare was just as good as I had remembered. The pear and what I think was mustard seeds added a nice sweetness and texture to the tartare atop the pork crisps and the soft, tender steak itself. The soft serve with soy sauce caramel to finish the meal was delicious and perfect, and I always love a sweet treat to finish a meal. I definitely think the superior Las Vegas hospitality and ambience contributed to my experience overall, but I don't remember actively craving the food at COTE after my times dining in the NYC one, but I'm craving it while I write this review of the Las Vegas location... and whenever I think about this meal in general LOL. I keep mentioning to my partner that I want to come back, and he agrees with me! Can't wait to come back with more friends in the future to share this experience with. :)

Yelp
Our experience was disappointing needless to say. I was then informed by my dinner guest that the the egg soufflé,Korean soup and ice cream were also included in the butchers feast but never arrived. Be aware. Do better Cote LVS

Yelp
COTE Las Vegas located in the Venetian is a modern upscale restaurant with a cool and trendy vibe. The ambiance was great and it had a sort of artistic layout with the seating rippling out around a central bar area. There was also a DJ up in a room overseeing the restaurant. Service was top notch and very friendly. Now getting to the food. If I'm being honest it was just ok. Not bad but not the greatest. I had really high hopes for a restaurant whose sister restaurant has a Michelin star. Unfortunately it did not deliver. While the meats were supposed to be top quality American black angus, American wagyu, and A5 Japanese wagyu, they just weren't as good as I'd expect especially at this price point. One of my favorite yakiniku restaurants in LA (Yazawa) has much higher quality beef and their omakase is almost half the price of COTE. While I'd give this restaurant top marks for service and atmosphere, for me it was lacking in food and value. Atmosphere: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 4/5 Value: 2/5 Total: 4/5

Yelp
My oh my. There is a reason this is the only Michelin star rated Korean Bbq restaurant. I had come into COTE obviously with very high expectations as it is Michelin star rated and they did not disappoint in the slightest. We had arrived a little late as we had a little bit of troubled right to find the entrance from the monorail. It is located underneath the escalators on the Palazzo side. They were gracious enough to still seat us despite the fact, and I am very grateful as the experienced that followed was amazing. We were sat down and our server, Michael, was great. Explained the menu to us and the key differences. And we ended up going with the Tour - all of their prime cuts in one. We ordered drinks and were immediately surprised by the perfect ingrained "COTE" text inside of the perfectly smooth ice ball. Details matter here, and it showed throughout our entire experience. They started us off with a bone broth to prepare your stomach for the course. I now would like to start every dinner with that exact bone broth. So insanely rich and full of flavor. Next was their eggs and toast which comes with a tartare. I'm not the biggest fan of tartare but I am a fan of COTE's. The bread toasted perfectly pared with the caviar and the smooth texture of the tartare. The sides were some of the best I've had in a very long time. The pickled fennel was a surprising favorite amongst the table, but for good reason. The crisp texture with the acidity of from being pickled contrasting against the meat was an exquisite pairing. The scallion salad was highly addicting, the pile was huge, and before we knew it, it had vanished. The meats were amazing, all insanely tender. But as mentioned before derails matter. And the way they gently flip the meat, moving in a way that shows respect for the cut, and not only by Michael, but every server that passed by and noticed it was ready to flip. It represented the class they are in. Back to the meats, they were obviously all inanely tender, I had made a joke about the Kalbi because usually it can only be so good. But I kid you not I ate my words as it was literally spoon tender and I had no issues cutting through it as if I had just sharped my knife in the kitchen and was making my first cut. The star of the show was obviously the A5 Wagyu. The did a grill change for just those two pieces, and let me make it clear, the grill was not in a condition that warranted it to be changed - but for this cut it NEEDED to be changed. Once again, respect for the cut of meat. I got 3 bites into the meat before it was reduced to a warm gulp of beef fat. After eating Kobe in Japan and thinking I would never find similar in the states, I have now been bested. I never thought I'd be full off 6 oz of meat but I was satisfied. However then came the vanilla with a SOY SAUCE drizzle. Baffled by the sheer umami that was present in that sauce. I am not one for salty and sweet but I would buy a 5 gallon tub and bring it home if I could. Overall COTE is deserving of its Michelin rating, from food to service to ambiance they check all boxes for my first and what I presume to be my only 5 star rating.

Yelp
I would have never imagined that I would give a Korean barbecue restaurant five stars, nor would I have ever thought of coming back to Las Vegas just for a dining experience, but COTE Vegas has changed my mind on both fronts. We visited during race week for the Las Vegas Grand Prix and opted for the Race Week Feast, which contained five selected cuts of American Prime, American Wagyu, and Japanese A5 Wagyu. The dining experience (it is so much more than just a meal) started off with a delicious beef broth to get the digestive system kicked off. That was followed by the "Steak and Eggs" which cleverly is a filet tartare topped with caviar and served with a delightful milk toast. Our server, Mikel, guided us through each course. After allowing the cooktop to get to temperature, Mikel took a fat cap and prepped the grill, seasoned the hangar steak, and cooked it tableside, turning each cube of steak until it was our desired temperature (medium rare). He then suggested that we place a piece of the meat into a piece of baby red lettuce, add a little scallion salad, and then enjoy it as a small wrap. After the first bite, Mikel had earned my full trust to be my culinary guide for the evening. Another server then brought out another selection of sides, including an egg souffle and napa cabbage kimchi. As Mikel was preparing the 45-day dry aged ribeye, he described the fermenting process of their house-made kimchi and how to take a slice of it and eat it with the souffle. The ribeye was flavorful, with a subtle nuttiness from the dry aging. The star of the show was the Japanese A5 Wagyu with marbling so intense that by the time it was ready to hit the grill, it had already started to melt. Buttery and rich, firm and juicy. Seasoned with nothing more than a blend of three salts so that the beef itself could shine, and shine it did. The American wagyu flatiron followed with the combination of the beefiness of a ribeye and the tenderness of a filet. The last steak was the COTE galbi, a marinated short rib, that caramelized when grilled and offered a nice sweetness to finish off the round of beef. Dessert was soft serve vanilla ice cream with a soy sauce infused caramel topping that was a wonderful compliment to the preceding courses. As my dining companion exclaimed after her first bite, "Wow, nothing missed tonight." Attentive, friendly service. Amazing food. An energetic atmosphere that was warm and friendly. Nothing missed tonight.

Yelp
TL;DR - Very good KBBQ experience for white people or first timers. (Meaning no disrespect to anyone). Ever since watching Eater's Mise En Place story on COTE, I've wanted to try them. Hearing they were coming to Vegas, I watched for reservations to open. Finally! And... Trendy, high end, energetic nightclub / supper club vibe. Specializing in only beef KBBQ. It's very good but aside from the ambiance, as already mentioned, not unique, Vegas, you have 8oz Korean Steakhouse, Hawaii, we have Onkee. LA, oh hell, you have more than you can count. To start, an emphasis is placed on caviar so the "steak and eggs", a small patty of their hand cut steak tartare with a generous topping of Petrossian imperial daurenki caviar. It is sublime. Mildly flavored, seasoned by the salinity of the eggs. Topping some on the milk bread toast good. Alone, even better. Get one each. You're welcome. Wanting to sample the steak tartare because it is served with puffed beef tendon as it's chip. Wow. Bits of Korean pear add a gentle fruitiness that amps up the very beefy flavor of the tendon chip. The beef, while delicately seasoned becomes a familiar temp / texture component instead of a flavor of its own. Pickled mustard seeds, a brilliant addition. The best way to sample the offerings, the "Butcher's Feast". A complete set of dishes for just $88.88/pp. From elevated banchan to an absolutely delicious, signature scallion salad dressed in a acidic, garlicky, complex gochugaru vinaigrette, an airy but creamy egg soufflé, a kimchi jjigae, doenjang jjigae, lettuce for wrapping and a bold, well crafted ssamjang all accompanying four cuts of beef. The beef is expertly trimmed and thick cut so cooking to temp is not a problem. Cuts include a prime hangar, prime 45 day dry aged ribeye, American wagyu flatiron, and their marinated galbi bursting with light soy and fruity flavors. Opting to add an ounce of Japanese A5 wagyu for just $32 to round out the assortment and complete the beefy tasting. All, except the kalbi, seasoned with salt then grilled. All well seared and to temp. Impressive. One criticism, the beef is removed from the grill and cut up on each diner's plate without being allowed to rest. Let's just say, the plate becomes juicy in a way not everyone will appreciate. Expecting Asian service, efficient and invisible but instead got "friendly" with forced conversation interrupting our table talk / yelling. It is loud. Very good wine program with lots of old world producers and impressive selection of large format bottles. High Vegas resort markups. While grateful for the opportunity to try this NYC Michelin Starred KBBQ eatery, at its core, it's just that, KBBQ. I won't say no if invited by friends but there isn't enough uniqueness to put it at the top of my must revisit list.

Yelp
I've heard amazing things about COTE in New York and considering they're the only Michelin Star KBBQ my expectations were very high. We had a reservation and were seated very promptly when we arrived. The restaurant has a very nice and sleek, modern interior and the music level is just right-- some places in Vegas play the music way too loud. Our biggest complaint about this place was definitely the service. We had a very nice server pour us our water and then all of a sudden it was like they forgot about us and after 10 minutes I finally decided to ask for the menu. We went with the butchers feast which ran for $88.88 a person which I believe is only $10 more than New York's prices. The set came with four meats : hanger steak, 45 day dry aged ribeye, flat iron, and marinated short rib accompanied by their ssamjang. It also includes a variety of banchan, a kimchi pork stew, a soybean stew, and a steamed egg which are all free refills. The servers explain everything as it comes out to you but it didn't seem like everyone had their lines memorized. They sometimes accidentally get a palm or a finger into your food as well sometimes as they place it onto the table and our cook even somehow got the dirty tongs into one of our cups and didn't notice. The only one who seemed to know what they were doing was our drinks server. She constantly refilled our water and asked if we needed anything else. We were not a fan of how things were brought out periodically with each meat was cooked especially the banchans, I would prefer to have my rice and everything spread out to mix and match with the meats. The only banchan that stood out was their green onion salad which was amazing-- we were very excited to try the okra kimchi but it seems that their Vegas location had stopped serving it for the time being. The hanger steak was a great starter meat which had a strong beefy flavor and paired very well with the lettuce and perilla wrap. The dry aged ribeye lacked heavily in flavor and marbling and almost seemed like a select cut. The flat iron was nothing special and was like a flatter tasting hanger steak. The marinated short rib at the end was amazing and had the perfect amount of sweetness and was super tender. The best part of the meal was by far the soft serve with caramel soy sauce at the very end. All in all the overall experience was very disappointing, the meats were nothing special and the service fell exceptionally short.

Yelp
You must do the Omekase if you are here. Trust me. You won't be disappointed. The ambiance is your trendy Vegas vibe. The food is by far the best. Service is ah-mazing! I would love to come back and eat all of this delicious goodness again.

Yelp
After our first experience, the restaurant invited us back to try again! This time we had Brian as our server, and we were pleasantly surprised by how funny and attentive he was. The meats were all cooked perfectly, and he was a joy to talk to during our dinner. The next time we come back, we'll make sure to ask for him personally. I also noticed that the music was lower, and my partner and I could hear each other speak from across the table. We had the same Butcher's Feast, but we added the steak and eggs this time, and the toast was to die for. Definitely the best part of the whole dinner. It seems like they are still working out any kinks in their service, but it felt like everyone was interested in making sure we had the same elevated experience that we expect from the NYC location. We also appreciated their commitment to making sure we left happy.

Yelp
So have been eagerly waiting for COTE to open in Vegas after i heard about the announcement last year. Was searching randomly for reservations last week and just happened to realize at that juncture that COTE was slated for opening on the 4th of October. Went ahead and booked it online and showed up on the 5th for dinner. The space is absolutely gorgeous and the exterior decorations made it very sleek and classy while keeping an upscale vibe. The room draws you in with the bar being the central focal point with the ceiling work being done elegantly to highlight the COTE flower logo. The room set up is in semi circles with chic couches and plenty of space to go around with a DJ bumping the beats on the 2nd floor. The menu is the standard version I have grown to see from the NYC branch and i found it nice that they had denoted items that were " vegas specials" The service was great overall but Amy was the absolute gem. Was great to meet her and was bummed to hear she was just helping the launch before going back to her full responsibilities in the east coast. We started with the drinks selection and actually went after the soju selection as we had done in NYC in the past. There were two options and i was familiar with both of them from my time in Korea. WIshed they had a slightly bigger selection and with more variability in price point (Even a hwayo for example) but the soju itself was good and certainly refined. After perusing the menu, we decided to go with the Butchers Feast with the A5 add on, the Steak and Eggs, the Cesar Salad, and then the Janchi somyun. The Cesar salad was good! Liked the subtle doenjang mix into the traditional Cesar dressing. A minor nitpick would have been to see some more put into it like anchovies or something else but still a really solid caesar. The Steak and Eggs was absolutely delicious. Enjoyed the bites of it and the premium nature of the tartare and of course who can say no to caviar. the Somyun was good and definitely had an upscale feel. Wish they had more broth into it as the noodles soaked it all in. The butchers Feast banchan is all solid and the scallion salad was a perfect accompaniment. The egg souffle was good and standard Egg Jjim so enjoyed it and liked that they offered both stews (doen jang and kimchi) The doen jang was my favorite for sure. It was a hearty style that goes really well with rice (which any korean knows is a tall tale sign of deliciousness). The kimchi was good and the ingredients good but it wasnt as spicy as i would have wanted from my kimchi. But just call me a kimchi stew snob :) The quality of the meats overall were good. Enjoyed all the cuts provided and the precision in the KBBQ grilling that was happening at the table. The only cut i didnt love was the galbi... was a tad fattier than i anticipated. With all this said, a great splurge meal and great ambiance with impeccable service. Can see myself coming back soon enough!

Yelp
Last night was my first time dining at COTE Las Vegas, located inside the Venetian on Restaurant Row, and it was an experience worth remembering. I had an 8:00 PM reservation, but we didn't get seated until about 8:35 PM. The wait was a bit frustrating, especially with a reservation, though we were able to grab drinks at the bar while waiting. The bar service helped make up for it -- I ordered two of their nonalcoholic cocktails, the Aplós Ume Spritz (Ume plum, lion's mane, hemp, grapefruit) and the Ghia Ginger Spritz (gentian root, rhubarb root, yuzu, white grapefruit). Both were amazing -- refreshing, layered, and not overly sweet. Once seated, we ordered The Butcher's Feast, which features a selection of USDA Prime and American Wagyu cuts with all the Korean accompaniments. Every cut of meat was outstanding -- tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked on the in-table grill. The sides really elevated the experience: the egg soufflé was light and savory, the kimchi and doenjang stews were rich and comforting, and the soy sauce caramel soft serve at the end was the perfect balance of salty and sweet. The service was very good overall -- friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive -- though at times it took a little longer than expected between courses. The space itself is beautiful, with sleek design and warm lighting that fits the high-end chophouse vibe. My only real complaint was the noise level. The restaurant was extremely loud, to the point that it was hard to hear my partner across the table. It was also quite cold inside, which made it a little uncomfortable toward the end of the meal. Despite those small issues, the food quality and presentation were exceptional, and you can see why COTE has earned a Michelin Star and recognition as one of the best steakhouses in North America. If you're looking for an elevated Korean steakhouse experience with top-quality meats, creative sides, and great drinks, COTE Las Vegas is absolutely worth trying -- just be ready for a lively, loud atmosphere.

Yelp
I got the privilege to enjoy this amazing restaurant this evening!! I am almost lost for words as it was an experience I want all of my friends and family to have. Let's start with the staff at the entrance. The hosts were friendly, smiled and gave an overall welcoming demeanor like they were excited we were coming. When we entered, the atmosphere was super warm and the staff were tending to their tables with smiles and happiness. We were delighted to be served by Jovani and the restaurant manager Jae Won. Words can't express the professionalism, knowledge, and service they provided. It was top tier and they made us want to come back over and over again. The food was cooked to perfection and Jae Won spent time at the table instructing us on how to eat it the correct way and it definitely did not disappoint. All of the flavors paired so well together and the meat was so tasty. My favorites were the Korean Bacon appetizer and the Japanese A5 Wagyu. I wish I could give a 10 star because 5 star just isn't enough. Looking forward to visiting again. I have to mention again Jovani and Jae Won made this the best experience I have had at a restaurant.

Yelp
Very disappointed. Food was ok Service and menu was complicated. Seems like they were trying too hard to make a simple kbbq experience much difficult. Also they didn't have Korean soju or Korean beer? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Go to spring mountain for 1/4 of price. Reminded me of PF Changs. (Chinese food with no Chinese eating. Same here. Korean food without Koreans. Not worth even using my free dinning credits. Ambiance was impressive. Felt like a night club couldn't even see my food. Kimchi was impressive on point. Karaoke room was cool. But we have KAMU for that. NYC COTE is much better.

Yelp
Amazing restaurant with LV vibes. Upbeat and refreshing the atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant with live spins from DJ. The service and wait staff caters to your every whim. The omakase was legendary with variety of mouth melting flavor bombs of Kobe and wagu meat. Powerful and punchy kimchi sides with vibrant variations of interesting umami flavors. A must visit for an impressive dining experience.

Yelp
As Vegas locals we've been very blessed and able to dine at many of the restaurants on the strip. We also frequent many local restaurants, mostly Asian cuisine, 8 Ounce Kbbq on Spring Mtn being our favorite. With that being said Cote is an experience! The flavor, quality and quantity of our meal exceeded our expectations. Our party of four enjoyed the Butcher's Feast with some additional appetizers. The meats were so flavorful and tender, the refillable banchan and soup authentic and delicious. Highlight for me, probably the best egg soufflé I've ever had! Only critique, we needed more of their soy sauce caramel on our soft serve which was the dessert included at the end of our amazing meal. Although opening week, service was still exceptional from the hosts who greeted us, our main server and runners. Atmosphere a vibe, but do we expect anything less from Vegas? We left full and very happy! We will be back!
