Craft 64 Scottsdale

Absolutely loved the wood-fired pizza—perfectly cooked with a crisp, lightly charred crust and incredible flavor throughout. The toppings were fresh, the specials were creative and unique, and everything came out just right. The service was excellent from start to finish. 10/10, highly recommend!

Sat down and ordered at the bar, ordered the Burratta Fresca pizza and the bartender misheard and put in there fresco salad. She did course correct and got us the pizza quickly. She asked my partner if she wanted a drink she said just water, but never asked me just assumed for both. When the pizza came out again was not asked if I wanted a drink or if we needed anything else. The staff was just hanging out behind the bar, at one point I looked around the restaurant and I saw two servers talking to each other on the floor and he lifted up his shirt and I got to see his hairy stomach. Really was not a good look. At the end of the meal we asked for a box, had to wait while she ran food and poured drinks all while there was a server standing behind the bar when she could of asked her to grab one for her. The food , the pizza wasn’t the best, for the style of wood fired crust it could of been better, was a little too charcoal forward and all the ingredients on the pizza were too heavy. You couldn’t just pick up the slice. I know it’s a Fresca pizza but the only thing cooked on it was the mozz and sauce when I thought the burrata and heirloom tomatoes would of been cooked too. $25 for a 12in pie is also a lot even for being a specialty pie., if I’m going to spend that I will walk 2 doors down to Virtu and have a superior experience, food, and ambiance.

Service was excellent- Kate took great care of us! Atmosphere was casual and friendly- food and drink options were plentiful. We started with the caprese salad and then ordered the margherita and tipsy pig pizzas. Everything was fresh and delicious. We really weren’t interested in fine dining while in Scottsdale, and I’m really glad we found Craft 64. It was a very high quality casual spot. Highly recommend!

Garlic bread, pepperoni pizza, dessert calzone…literally all delicious and worth returning for. My husband had the house made root beer and said it was great. Presentation was nice. Place was clean. Our server didn’t really come back to check on us until just before bringing us the check; we actually sat with our table cleared for several minutes while he checked in with the people right next to us and chatted with fellow workers. He never did refill my husband’s soda, which was empty halfway through our time there. So not really sure what’s up with that. But otherwise everyone was nice and a woman thanked us on our way out, which was a nice way to end our visit.

As someone who appreciates locally brewed beers, I found this selection to be a perfect complement to the pizza, offering a clean, crisp flavor profile. They have both indoor and outdoor seating options, creating flexibility for different weather conditions and dining preferences. It's worth noting that as summer approaches, the outdoor seating may become less comfortable due to rising temperatures, something to consider when planning your visit since I don't recall seeing misters of any sort. Should you choose to dine at Craft 64, I hope you enjoy the experience as much as I did!

Phenomenal food! In town from Oregon and we started with the Caprese appetizer, Watermelon Margarita and ,"64" Fashioned. They make their mozzarella fresh daily as well as pizza dough, sauce and foccacia - it was sooo good! We then had the Meatball Hero pizza which was delicious with a glass of Cab before ending with the mini chocolate canola. Friendly staff, fun environment with patio and heaters and oh, the food!!! Happy hour is amazing too. Run, don't walk to Craft 64. Don't miss out!

Amazing pizza! It's a random choice and a local pizza place. The service was excellent, too! We sat on the outdoor patio in beautiful weather. I want to visit there again.

Spent Valentine's Day at Craft 64, and it was such a great spot for a casual yet cozy date night. We chanced it with no reservation, and to our surprise, there was no wait, which made the experience even better. We ordered the Carnivore pizza, and it did not disappoint! Loaded with flavorful meats, perfectly crispy crust, and just the right amount of cheese, it was definitely enough to share between two. For appetizers, we went with the meatballs and a Caesar salad, both solid choices that rounded out the meal perfectly. Of course, I had to get a Lemon Drop Martini, and it was amazing--balanced, smooth, and just the right amount of citrusy sweetness. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and relaxed, making it a great spot for a laid-back Valentine's date. Whether you're looking for good pizza, great drinks, or a chill but elevated dining experience, Craft 64 is definitely worth a visit!

Love love love this place In town for a wedding. Son wanted pizza. Looked up this place on Yelp. There's a reason there's so many good reviews The staff were super friendly. The food. OMG so is good. Fresh mozzarella hand made quality pizza. It was happy hour on the apps so got three! Pigged out. So don't hesitate. Do it. I'm so lucky I don't live in Scottsdale

This is my kind of place! Great draft beer selection beginning with their creations and extending to other local craft breweries. All draft beers available as flights! They also make great wood fired pizzas plus other al forno treats. We had pizza, bruschetta and salchicha - all were excellent. Service was incredible- fast, funny and personable.

All I have to say is - be brave and get the aji pizza - it is DELICIOUS!!! So fresh and flavorful, you feel healthy eating the best pizza of your life. It's not too spicy, the other ingredients balance the flavors perfectly - so do it!! We sat on the patio which was perfect for the spring day, there's not a ton of shade, so would be harder when it's hot. Service was good, will definitely be back.

Rated in the top 50 best pizza in USA by Dining Lovers magazine last 3 years - gotta try it! We've been to a handful, James Beard award-winning pizza places. So expectations were high and the pizza exceeded my "expect-taste-ins." We had the Italian hummus appetizer, which was delicious. Aji woodfired pizza with parmesan, mozzarella and ricotta cheese, thick sliced fennel sausage, Aji jalapeño pepper sauce, and fresh spinach on top. The crust is sweet crispy, crunchy and airy. The rest of the pie cooked all the way through. Perfect.!

Amazing!!! We just found this local pizza place and we have a new favorite! Super cute, rustic location with a great bar area, it has inside and outside seating and the outdoor area is dog friendly. They are a great craft beer location and have their own brews as well as guest beers on their 30 tap wall. They also serve great Moscow Mules and have a full bar. There are plenty of TV's for sports and the staff is super friendly and most have been here for about 9 years plus! We tried their Classic Tomato Bruschetta and it was an incredible happy hour special! The tomato's were firm and flavorful and the bruschetta was crisp. Their mozzarella is homemade every morning and it was served with balsamic and oil. The serving was perfect for two hungry people or three not so hungry. For dinner we tried their wood fired pepperoni pizza and it was delicious! Plenty of pepperoni, cooked perfectly with the crust browned, not burnt, and their crust is so good! Ask for the chili oil to add to the crust. It is well worth it! This was such a great local find, we can't wait to come back and we loved our bartender and server!

Was looking for a local patio to get some drinks and a snack and found this gem. Great garlic cheese bread and Bomb Pop Sour was great. Love how it's tucked away from Old Town and patio in the back is cozy. Service was friendly and great! Definitely need to come back and eat some pizza.

Cool little spot. I know what good pizza taste like and this is it. Full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Thin crust and quality ingredients. The free yelp iced tea was delicious. I'm not big on tea but it was the best iced tea I've ever had. I will be back!

Craft 64 has great potential, the place has a very cozy vibe and offers outdoor seating. I can see how in the spring they would be packed. Tonight they were under staffed with two bartenders doing everything with a greeter/buser helping. The bruschetta was over powered by the mascarpone not allowing the fig jam to come through. The pizza was over cooked and all I tasted was a strong bunt flavor on the bottom of the crust. I love wood fired pizza and just think they were busy and got over cooked. I will come back and give it another shot as the atmosphere was great

I wish I would've found this place sooner! The pizza with hot honey on it is so good! They do wood fire pizzas so the crust was just the right amount of crispy! The bruschetta was so fresh and delicious- I ate way more than I needed! The service is really good. The staff was very attentive and talked sports with us which was really nice! They have a bunch of TVs too, so you can easily enjoy lunch and watch football! They are dog friendly which is always an appeal for me. The inside is on the smaller side but there is two patios!

This spot really reminds me of my time in Italy! Nice Italian nightlife vibe with simple decor and music. Great great atmosphere and service. Just the right balance where it is not overly attentive to enjoy the star of the show. Pizza paired with a peroni is just amazing. The added salami was the bonus. So great I ate the whole thing.

Came here for dinner recently. I sat at the bar which offers a full menu. Bartender is really friendly and they have a great selection of craft beer. I ordered the bruschetta, margarita pizza with added sausage. The bruschetta came out and it is more like an order for two or three people. I was disappointed in the amount of mozzarella on the bruschetta. They really need to add more and maybe cut back a little on the tomato. The pizza was outstanding! The sausage is spicy which was nice. I noticed on their special menu a cannoli for desert. I was full but could pass a cannoli on a specials menu. It did not disappoint. That should be on the regular menu. Highly recommend Craft 64!

Very good Nepoloan style pizza. Excellent selection of beer and nice bar. Not inexpensive but pretty much what ypu would expect for the area. Very good service.

BEST PIZZA EVER. Period. The picture says it all. We ate two pizzas and three or four apps between six people. While apps were good, the pizza definitely stole the show as well as the beer. Dishes ordered: Ají Pizza- the person who served us told us (unprovoked) the jalapeño sauce was too spicy, so we ordered it on the side. However, it didn't taste spicy at all, so would definitely recommend ordering the pizza as is. The "hostess" said it was his favorite thing on the menu, and he was right! Specialty Chorizo Pizza- REAL CHORIZO. I was expecting it to be ground up sausage, but it was very well spiced and tasted exactly like traditional chorizo. Apps ordered: Mascarpone Fig Bruschetta: delectable! Huge slices of bread and topped with a lot of food. Classic Tomato Bruschetta: very fresh and well seasoned. Lots of tomatoes! Artichoke Dip: super tasty and creamy! We sat outside on a chilly-ish night and enjoyed the vibe and ourselves. The best place we ate in AZ (including Sedona and Tempe)!

My husband and I shared a delicious pizza and side salad. The service was very friendly. The drinks were generous and we finished up our visit with a shared cannoli for dessert!

10/10 for Craft 64! We came for pizza, but truly were blown away by their Mac n cheese. This is one of the best Mac n cheese I've had in a long time, it was SO good! The jalapeños and bacon truly set it over the edge as it added so much flavor and a kick. The pizza was also great and so was our prosciutto toast we started with! The service was also great. Highly recommend this spot.

Pros: Excellent service and great location Loved all the brew options - I had a hard time choosing, but ended up with Sunshine Sipper (fruit notes did not disappoint) The meatballs and Fico pizza were the best we've had! The Fico has fig jam on it among other goodies and for $20 was worth every cent! Cons: The restaurant sits back a little from the road and is easy to miss Limited seating inside and on patio; restroom is also outside Pro tip: Check out the Happy Hour specials and flights of beers

Being from NY and a fan of pizza; I search it out everywhere I go. Craft 64 does a phenomenal job with the quality of service and food offered to each guest. I got the Carne Asada pizza and I can't say enough of the perfect blend of flavors between Italian and Mexican all rolled into one! While the crust wasn't as crisp as I would have liked, it had flavor all the way through. The beers on tap from their own brewery and from AZ were extensive. I had the Wheat the People and the notes were on point delicious. Much praise to Eric behind the bar! He was busy yet took the time to ensure I had the information I needed with ordering to my preferences. He is a great ambassador to this fine establishment! There's no surprise as to why they are always busy. If you're reading this, looking for a great place; you've found it! I'd move to Scottsdale just for this restaurant.

Awesome place. Low key vibe. Great pizza and beer. Kind of hidden. Parking was a little tricky but it's worth it. Would have it above Oreganos and below Bianco. HIGHLY recommend

Came here with some friends to grab drinks and dinner on a Friday night. I've been to this location and their Chandler location before, so I knew the food was good and had an expectation of their drinks. Gotta say though, I don't know if our bartender was new or what but the drinks took forever and weren't even right which was a bummer. I got the Spice Girl and the mango puree was left out entirely so I ended up with what tasted like watered down spicy margarita. Our server wasn't super attentive either and just kept saying "I just came back from vacation." My friends weren't huge fans of their drinks either but like I said, I've been here before and had a much better experience. On the positive side, the Honey bee pizza came out fast and was super tasty. I always get the artichoke spinach dip too (cheat code ask for extra bread!).

Was in the area and needed a place that was able to accommodate 10+ people and Craft64 was able to do that. There's not much parking at the location or near by. It's more all street parking. We did go close to when they opened for the day. It was pretty calm. The owner along with workers were able to get a table ready for us with utensils and water really quick. They have a good selection of their own beer and other local ones. Love it when a place offers local. I ended up getting #8 which is their own - Smooove Hoperator. It was really good. No typical IPA after taste which I liked. For food I got their Fico wood fire pizza and their mascarpone fig bruschetta. We got the bruschetta first. Flavors were really good. Right amount of cheese and fig sauce. Bread was a little bit more toasted than I would have liked for the toppings. Not burned though. Still really enjoyed it. The pizza was so good. Dough is done in house which is nice. Really enjoyed it. The owner was constantly checking in on us which we appreciated. He found out we were there celebrating birthdays and was nice and gave us a complimentary sparkling wine bottle. They do have inside seating and a little outside seating. The outside seating is partially covered and has mists on. Overall, fun place. Would go back but maybe not with 10+ people. Haha.

Got there in time for HH pricing for first round and app. The tomato bruschetta was great, my craft 64 pale ale was tasty and the wife had a 64 mule which she liked a lot. She moved on to great balls of fire signature mule which she loved. I tried a flight of beers which is always fun. Really liked the Bone Haus lichii blood orange was fantastic. For dinner we ordered the margarita pizza. Nikki, our bartender was great.. we ordered the margarita pizza only to have it delivered with no basil... How does a pizza place that has basil in 30% of the menu run out and not tell you before it arrives. Disappointed to say the least. We went with the Honey Bee, which I loved but wife did not. Think she was disappointed about the margarita. She will decide if we return. Bummed it ended poorly for her. They charge 4% to pay w CC

This is actually the second time I've been here. Honestly this place is insanely overrated. The pizza is solid but the rest of their food is not good at all. The service and ambiance are both solid so this gets a 4 star for me, rounded up from 3.5. I've visited this restaurant in person, about 2 years ago, and also had take out from here just last week. The pizza is good but some of their pizzas are def better than others. Don't love the Bianca. Marg is fine. I personally like their pepperoni best. Whatever you do though do not get the meatballs (at least not to go). They were soooo overcooked and dry and just god awful. They also come with a "side" of Mac n cheese which is basically two ketchup containers worth. It's honestly sad they even give that out as a side lol. Opt for the salad instead lol. Overall solid enough pizza but the fact this place is rated so highly in the Scottsdale food scene is bizarre to me.

The wood fired pizzas are delicious. We had the Fico which was fig jam, arguella, and three cheeses. We also had the Margarita pizza, simple and delicious. Walking distance from Old Town. Craft beers were also very good. A definite stop if I'm the area.

Delicious wood-fired pizzas! We order the honey bee and carne asada pizzas. The honey bee was mostly just pepperoni flavored but the sweet hint of honey was lovely after. The carne asada was incredibly tender and juicy; however, both pizzas were quite oily and messy to eat. The interior of this pizza place somewhat resembles a dive bar, and the overall vibe is a bit unusual.

Food was outstanding, The service was prompt and everything came out perfect! We really enjoyed the outside patio!

Great reviews drew us here. Service started out great but our server seemed to be serving the entire restaurant. Ordered meatballs and cheesy bread. Meatballs took 20 min and cheesy bread took longer. So weird. We went to order and the adventure starts. Caesar salad, they ran out of romaine. House salad, 86 mixed greens. Ok let's have a bruschetta, nope, ran out of tomatoes. Ordered a cider, ran out. Seriously ridiculous. It was laughable, go to a grocery store and buy romaine lettuce and tomatoes. By the way, we sat down at 615pm.

They have delicious wood fired pizza. They make the mozzarella cheese fresh and they are very enthusiastic about all their fresh ingredients. They used to have a MOP pizza with meatballs and pepperonis but it was a pizza that they cycle through as a special. The honey bee pizza is very popular with spicy pepperonis and honey. Great service, and delicious pizza.

Somehow while reading local food news, Craft 64 showed up as one of the best pizzas in AZ/U.S., rated by independently Italian reviewed 50toppizzausa.it . Since we leave nearby, why not try it? I ordered take out and got the classic pepperoni pie. It was ready within ten min and service was quick. Cute taberna style inside for those dining in. The pizza is cooked in a classic wood fire oven and cooked to perfection! No soggy bottoms and no overly charred crust either. Prices are on the higher side for pizza, but I guess they take pride in used higher quality ingredients too. I will probably be back and try other items soon!

They let us in 30 min before closing which we hate doing but ended up having a quick meal and great experience and the service was amazing. Great food and beer selection, highly recommend

Having lived in New York, and on both the north side and south side of Chicago, I like to think I'm familiar with good pizza. Well, my wife and I are in Scottsdale for a wedding and she researched where we should go for dinner, picking Craft 64. Located downtown, the building is humble and non-assuming. We walked in and you could tell this place has a loyal following. To start, we tried the bruschetta...with the fresh, homemade mozzarella, it was delicious, and MUCH bigger than I would have anticipated. For our dinner, we had the margarita pizza and the red smokehouse pizza with fennel sausage and oven toasted mushrooms.....Both were HEAVEN! Did I mention they make their dough and mozzarella fresh daily?!?? And I would be remiss if I didn't mention the service. Henry, who seated us and checked on us regularly (while he was busting his butt to buss and check on all the other tables, took time to tell us about the history of the restaurant, engage us about our trip, was was awesome. As was Dana, who was so helpful and friendly making recommendations and answering our other questions about the restaurant. After experiencing Craft 64 It is no wonder they are among the top pizza restaurants in the country, you'd just never guess it from its quaint and humble exterior. cant wait for our next visit. Thanks Henry and Dana for making our casual dinner special and memorable.

Craft 64...not a hole in the wall...not a hidden gem...oh I've got it...Craft 64 is the Fern Gully of pizzerias with tons of beer options to leave the Yelpstars community craving more. Located right near the iconic Hotel Valley Ho it's dog friendly patio makes this the place to bring yo booty on foot, bike, and e-scooter for you trend setters. The 80s play list was serious legit and multiple patrons partook in singing along to the melodies! The Chris G party ordered up some cheesy garlic bread add salami and one carne pizza. The pizza and bread sticks were amazing! Craft 64 has excellent pizza, service, and even the house brewed root beer was top notch! When near HVH walk to Craft 64 for great music, pizza, brews, and greatness!

Pizza good, service not so much. Good people, mean well, but when we were there they were about 2 server types and 1 busser short. Unfortunately, shortages like that end up w unbussed tables, people struggling to get server attention, and waiting all around and impatience. They don't help themselves by being on some Scottsdale food tour circuit. So a ton of people come in and eat at once and leave at once, and they are not prepared at all. Nice selection of beers. Wife had Caprese which was advertised as something special Mozzarella but had texture of window caulk. Sorry, I have had lots of real Mozz' and that ain't it. Pizza was nice and interesting as it was wood fired but not Neapolitan per se. I would go back, but please get properly staffed...

I've heard great reviews and wanted to try. I will never return. We started with the spinach artichoke dip which was not creamy and we couldn't find any artichokes. We ordered the lunch caprese focaccia which was fine. We also ordered the blt focaccia. It was awful! The bacon was raw. We finally got the waitresses attention (she was on her cell phone) for another one. After 20 minutes we decided to cancel because of long wait. Instead the waitress brought the sandwich and left. We told her that we had cancelled it so instead of taking it back she gave us a to go box. We told her we didn't want it before she delivered it but apparently she wasn't listening to us. Will never return

I had the meatball pizza and hubby the red roasted peppers, fennel sausage, and mozzarella entre which was served with six toast pieces for dipping. Both were awesome. Busy little place with charming outdoor patio in front and back uplit with outdoor lights

Came here on a date on a Saturday night. My date got there before me and saved me a seat at the bar. Once I sat down it took the bartender forever to notice I sat down, yet he was all over the regulars who sat next to my date and I. Had to ask another employee to order a wine who then summoned our bartender. We decided order a pizza which was another feat to flag down the bartender to order that. Parking is terrible and part of Main Street is blocked off.

One bite, everyone knows the rules! My husband recently saw Dave Portnoy positively review Craft 64 and we were sold! Had to check it out and we were not disappointed! The crust had a nice undercarriage and the ingredients were fresh and delectable! I have never had honey on my pizza, but it meddled perfectly with the other ingredients. There is also a Craft 64 in Chandler, so we will be visiting that one in the near future!

Very relaxing site one you get passed the stacked empty boxes as you entered the front door. It was less than inviting. Service was efficient and friendly. We tried the Blanco and it was delicious! Definitely worth ordering again. They brew their own beer and have guest taps in a wide variety of styles.

Came in for a late lunch and was so happy I did ! I got the spinach and artichoke dip it came to me bubbling with piping hot toasted bread , it was delicious! Everyone was very attentive. It's a cute little place on main next to the hotel valley ho, there's indoor and outdoor seating . Nice, but friendly for the whole family.

After being out and about all day, we decided to go to Craft 64 for an appetizer and drinks. It was a perfect night to sit outside and enjoy! The appetizers were yummy the wine and drinks were great. The server checked in with us often. Really enjoyed the hummus plate! It was big enough to share and really tasty.
