The bright dining room is deceptively spacious, perfect for a casual group dinner or solo lunch to break up the monotony of your three-week-long bologna sandwich streak. D Cuisine keeps their dim sum menu compact at just 30 dishes, with options like juicy siu mai and fluffy steamed buns filled with a molten, egg custard that will definitely burn your tongue. Their dim sum menu is available all day for anyone wanting dim sum for dinner (atypically found at most places; dim sum is mainly a morning or afternoon meal). "This BYOB Chinese restaurant in Lincoln Park serves dim sum all day, every day. And while D Cuisine has a limited selection compared to other dim sum spots in the city, what they do have is delicious. You’ll find excellent pork buns, creamy steamed egg buns, shrimp dumplings, and sesame balls that are crispy on the outside and perfectly chewy inside.
