"Submit to the fog machine at Danger Danger in Bushwick. It wants you to dance, and it’s not like you’re here to read a book or do your taxes, so you might as well. This is one of the newer nightlife spots in the neighborhood, and it’s perfect for a late night that you’ll only partially remember. The whole place is covered in zebra-print carpet, with other funky touches like purple mood lighting and parrot chandeliers. This place is a true hidden gem. It's so discreet that I almost missed it while searching for it. The moment you grab the unique hand-shaped door handle, you know you’re in for something special. Inside, the atmosphere is vibrant and eclectic, with neon lights, zebra-print fur walls, and striking lighting. The drinks are affordably priced, and the music sets a great vibe. But the real standout is the food—featuring inventive options like chicken nuggets, fried ramen balls, and a creatively twisted chicken sandwich. I’m definitely planning to return.

This place isn't nearly as popular as it should be. It is by far one of the most interestingly designed bars in Bushwick and has a vast selection of drinks. Go at least once on a friday or saturday night.

I think the music could be better! Even if there is a theme night I’d drop in some hits. The overall design and vibe is sick, the neon, stain glass and zebra carpet is 🔥, very fun. The fake flowers feel out of place, and there is ALOT of fog from the smoke machine.

My friends and I decided to hit up this bar last night, just looking for a chill spot to drink and dance. It was like we walked into some alternate universe or something. The place was mostly taken over by some private sailor event, and the vibe was just... off. The music was weirdly niche, people sitting at the bar giving us the side-eye, etc. It was okay for a drink, but we ended up bouncing pretty quick.

I celebrated my birthday at Danger Danger last weekend and we had the best time ever!! Rather than rent out the space because it wasn’t in my price range, the manager Bianca helped set up a champagne tower which was an amazing moment midway through the evening that all of my friends commented on afterward. Such a great offering for anyone who wants to do something special to celebrate their birthday while at the bar! The bar itself also has such a great vibe to it! The decor and lighting are so funky and retro, the staff are so nice, the crowd was friendly, and the drinks are great and reasonably priced. The DJ that evening Brandon Manitoba was also playing banger after banger, we had so much fun dancing the night away! Danger Danger is genuinely one of my favorite bars in BK. Can’t wait to come back (both on the weekend and for their Dogger Dogger event, which seems so fun) :)
