"Daughter’s is a new Jewish deli run by the granddaughter of LA pastrami royalty - the owner of Langer’s. This tiny, order-at-the-counter spot only has a few tables and some stools, so this isn’t your work floor lunch spot. Come here when your life is hanging by a thread and you need to cry into some matzo ball soup in solitude. The pastrami hasn’t reached Langer’s levels yet, but it’s still solid, and they certainly know how to build a good sandwich. That said, our favorite thing here is the bagel and lox." - brant cox

While Daughter’s Deli boasts many overlapping menu items like Langer’s, the offerings have Trisha’s distinct touch with breakfast bagel sandwiches and hot pastrami sandwiches. "When the granddaughter of the people behind the best Jewish deli in LA (Langer’s) opens her own restaurant on the Sunset Strip, you should be excited. The order-at-the-counter spot has a good-sized menu with tons of breakfast options (the lox are fantastic) and a whole section dedicated to pastrami. The meat itself isn’t on the same level as that of Langer’s, but you can still expect a pretty great sandwich that’ll hit the spot after a rough day.
