My wife and I enjoyed a lunch at Dede’s yesterday, the food was phenomenal, distinctly elegant In combining Turkish flavours and local produce. We have been in numerous Michelin restaurants in the Netherlands and central Europe, thus we can wholeheartedly say that Dede’s restaurant is not only worth a detour, but also a trip to Ireland. The non-alcoholic pairing for the courses is the best we have ever enjoyed. Thanks so much for a wonderful time at your place.

Dede is a truly magical place with the food, ambience and staff all being outstanding. It’s the best 2 Michelin Star restaurant I’ve had the pleasure of eating in. What made it extra special was to meet Chef Dede which was a joy and a privilege as well as his business partner Maria. The fusion Turkish/Irish cuisine was a taste sensation.

What can I say except WOW! I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because Dede deserves it. Service is outstanding, you really feel special. Food is out of this world, taste explosion after another. Wine is superb. Ahmet came out and greeted everyone, he is such a nice guy. What I love the most is how he showcased his team. Each course was presented by the station chefs and described. So lovely. I’ll be back again for sure. You should come here if you find yourself in Baltimore.

Food was magnificent, absolutely delicious and wonderfully judged.Lovely restaurant. I don't have too much more to say about the experience really which for good or bad is telling I think.For some reason we didn't feel the experience was that memorable and we can't figure out why. Only real criticism is our wine and water glasses went empty for too long on more than one occasion which I have not experienced before at this level of dinning and this is nitpicking.

What a treat! Arrived at this place to be greeted by the Chef Ahmet and taken to our table. Then the adventure began, a journey of fine dining with Turkish ingredients and Ahmet’s teams flair. This probably is my favourite Michelin starred restaurant. From start to finish Irish hospitality with the most amazing food… looking to go back towards Autumn.. Simply superb. Thank you all at Dede

An outstanding display of Turkish-Irish culinary excellence by Executive Master Michelin two star Chef Ahmet Dede and his team. The superior guest (not customer) table service invigorated warmth, greeting and hospitality along with the surroundings. The culinary delights were serviced by the chefs themselves, explained in detail the construction, ingredients and the sources of those ingredients and where appropriate historical backgrounds. Chef Dede made himself readily available to all his guests. The kitchen is open plan and the guests can view the preparation of their dishes. The kitchens functioning reflects Chef Dede’s own personality; calm, collective and quite. A two star Michelin engine at work – an honour to watch. The food presentation, as expected of this level, is exquisite. The taste, flavours, sensations are something extraterrestrial. Absolute dynamite, magical, nothing overburdens or dominates. Balance is supreme. Some dishes seem to have no gravity, it just simply disappeared in your mouth! No chewing. We salute Chef Dede and his entire team.

This has been the best food I have ever eaten. No doubt. Every dish is a masterpiece. I couldn’t even start to explain the absolutely amazing combination of flavours, the beautiful presentation, the attention to detail, the incredibly friendly service. The wine selection is fantastic, and the sommelier has a great knowledge of the wines they serve. The experience has been exceptional.
