We sat in the garden room, a fire was blazing in the fireplace, the chairs had sheepskin lining and extra blankets for maximum coziness on a rainy night. Everything was absolute perfection, no detail overlooked, every course was served different members of a large and cohesive team. The chef talked to us at the end, a kind and genuine gentleman, full of gratitude for his team and his position. The food was top quality and such an innovative blend of Turkish flavors with local fresh ingredients. Presentation was impeccable! We did the basic wine pairing, which was excellent. Start to finish one of the best experiences I’ve ever had the pleasure to share.
