The Best Doughnut Shops in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"Aside from a dozen doughnuts or doughnut holes, the apple fritter is especially good — stippled with crunchy knots of fried dough and sweet chunks of fruit. While croissant-style doughnuts and cinnamon rolls are often gleaming in the display case, round yeast doughnuts with sweet icing and crunchy topping are where Dee’s really shines." - Janna Karel

This is a great little spot for doughnut lovers. It’s mostly a takeout place, though there are a couple of tables if you decide to enjoy your sweets on the spot. Everyone there that we have ordered from is really nice. What Makes It Special: • These doughnuts are a refreshing change from the overly sweet and overloaded offerings at places like Pinkbox. Dee’s Donuts focuses on quality, and it shows in every bite. • Favorites: Our go-to picks are the buttermilk, the apple fritter, and the cronut. Each one has a distinct flavor and texture that sets it apart. • Extra Treat: As a bonus, they include doughnut holes in your order - just because they’re awesome. It’s the little things that make the experience unique and special. Final Thoughts: You really can’t go wrong at Dee’s Donuts. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great doughnut experience!

First timer. Service was excellent. Very friendly, clean, and inviting. Great selection, even after 11am. Ordered a dozen and they even gave an additional doughnut on the house. Parking a bit limited but they do have spots further out. Definitely check it out.

Google
Amazing donuts at incredible prices! We got a dozen and donut holes for around $26 The batter is incredibly soft and fresh, and the flavors are fantastic. The glazed donuts are a must-try, but the strawberry and maple are also delicious. The donut holes are huge and a delightful surprise. They have a massive selection, so there's something for everyone.

Google
They are amazing, and the family that runs it is so kind! The donuts taste great, and if you get there at the right time, it's fresh!

Google
Pretty good local donuts! Loved the apple filled, apple fritter (heated up a bit), and the red velvet cake (surprisingly fluffy inside). Their classic glazed are also great!

Google
We have been to several donut shops around the valley. Most are pretty good. One was not so good. But Dee's has been our favorite. Their donuts are always fresh and tasty. We buy a dozen for the family. Always 6 glazed (amazing ) and then a few others. I love their Boston creme filled donuts, and the chocolate is delicious. The donuts are so light. We just love them. We pay about $20.00 for a dozen sometimes more if we pick some premium donuts. This is comparable to the others we've tried but with better donuts. Sometimes, they slip an extra donut in there "just because." I guess just because they're awesome! I love the people too!!

Google
Best doughnut shop in town. Basic and to the point. No frills and ridiculous over the top sugar bombs that are popular these days. The doughnuts are light, fresh, and delicious. Much better than Pink Box. They can keep their over the top, trendy meh. The service here is always on point. Super friendly locals that always take care of their customers. Even local chains start to get distracted, but Dee’s is always a great place to pop in and connect.

Google
Stopped in after having lunch at with love always. Wasn't too busy as it was 11 in the afternoon but I assume it's probably busier in the early morning as they were already sold out of their apple fritter . They still had a wide variety of fresh donuts to choose from. Everything looked delicious and the lady behind the counter was so extremely nice which is rare to come by these days. She was patient and super helpful and kind. That alone will keep me coming back. The donuts were delicious, me and my family enjoyed them. (:

Yelp
A decently sized space with a couple long tables if you want to eat in, which we chose to do. Lots of people were coming in and out while we were sitting there. The staff was friendly, informative and patient while we decided which half dozen donuts to get. The flavors aren't labeled in the case, and although I knew some of the flavors, I was not sure on many of them. As such, I wish they were labeled, so it would make ordering more efficient. Also, bring cash, since card prices are ~4% higher. All the donuts were fresh, airy and soft. The Maple Bacon not too sweet with lots of bacon bits. The balance of sweet and salty was delicious! The Red Velvet had a very sweet (tasted like confectioner's sugar) icing, and I wish there was more red velvet flavor. The red velvet crumble did not add much to the donut, except for looks. The Cinnamon Crunch (Cake version) could use more cinnamon, but was tasty nonetheless. I loved the crunch with the soft cakey donut. The Boston Creme was filled with lots of not too sweet custard and topped with a delicious chocolate frosting. The Lemon Filled had a decent amount of zesty lemon filling. The glaze helped it keep its shape, which was needed as it was almost smushed by the other donuts in the paper bag. The Glazed had the right amount of glaze. I had this the next day (stored room temp in an airtight container) and it was still soft and airy. I always enjoy trying glazed donuts at spots I haven't been to. We did get some bonus glazed donut holes! Definitely a tasty breakfast or snack option in the area worth checking out.

Yelp
The shop was very nice, donuts were very good. The glazed donuts was exceptionally soft and well done. Chocolate was okay. Check the fridge for the milk and creamer since its not visible or a sign there. Otherwise a solid donut shop, theres about 3-4 tables to sit and eat at

Yelp
Located in the corner of a small shopping center. Deli refrigerators with a variety of drinks. There is no menu with prices so you have to guess or ask the one person working behind the donut display. 1 dozen was told costs about $19.99 and that isn't a baker's dozen. The donuts in the display case looked good and even fancy but the maple bars looked dry and some looked even old with cracking in the donut. Ordered a ham and cheese was on the small side the cashier didn't ask if I would like it warmed up or not. Cost $4.99 (high way robbery) there was one small But kind of thick piece of ham inside. My daughter got a donut with red velvet crumbles on top cost $2.25 was soft and was sweet but good. Make sure to bring cash because they charge a fee to use your debit/credit card. When did donuts become so expensive?

Kristen R.

Yelp
This was a great experience. The donuts were so fresh and the size really gives you value for the money. The service was fast and friendly as well. I will definitely be making this our regular donut shop.
google avatar

Kimberly F.

Yelp
I walked in and was greeted with friendly smiles. Everything looked clean and the donuts were being baked fresh. I ordered 2 dozen to create these donut towers. The owner gave me one free donut on top of the 2 dozen and gave me a stamp card. When I fill up the card I get a free dozen. That's pretty cool!

Yelp
Dee's is a hidden gem for donuts and other goods - think croissants! While there's plenty of frosted and sprinkled filled donuts, I really love their old fashioned (crisp outside, soft inside) and their cake donuts. These are ones that you don't always find. Today, I tried their ham and cheese croissant ($4.99) and it was delicious. They are open every day of the week and into the evening as well. As the day goes on - of course the most popular donuts run out but that's to be expected. Service is always friendly!

Yelp
Sunday at 3pm is not the time to stop by here. Donuts were super dry and tasted old. The red velvet bar tasted like just a regular donut, no real flavor. The glazed donuts actually crunched when I took a bite, that seems wrong. I might give them another try, but not any time soon.
google avatar

Yelp
Dee's Donuts is a wonderful find and truly a hidden gem that you must try. The minute I walked in I could see all the beautiful cases that had trays of fresh made donuts of all kinds. Dulce greeted me at the counter and was super friendly to help me pick all my donuts. The donuts are made with exceptional quality ingredients and not a bit of oil residue in the box. I must add that the donuts are larger than most places! All the raised donuts are fluffy and the glaze has a beautiful tasty sheen. The cinnamon rolls have a really authentic flavor and melt in your mouth. The cake donuts are a good amount of dense and moistness. We tried the glazed chocolate topped cronut which was amazing as was the custard filled donuts. There was a generous amount of filling, toppings and glaze on all the items. The shop was very clean, organized and also had tables to sit and have coffee, tea or a number of cold beverages in a fully stocked fridge along with your pastry goodies!

Evelyn A.

Yelp
What a nice spot! You can tell the donuts are oh so fresh, the oil they use must be kept really clean because I didn't have that oily aftertaste. Super sweet staff, and the owners made sure to make eye contact and thank me on the way out. Go support this small family business, nothing like it!
google avatar

Yelp
I came in a little later in the day on a Sunday, so the options were pretty sparse. But that just tells me how quickly the donuts sell out during the day! I was so excited to give Dee's a try after hearing such great things about it. I got three donuts, 2 white frosted sprinkle and 1 with pink stripes. And they were so good! My friends agreed that they are some of the best donuts we've tried. They're super fluffy and soft. Next time, I'll have to come earlier during the day to see if I could try some different choices!
google avatar

Yelp
Donuts are very good, however the prices are inflated. They upcharge for everything, if a donut has chocolate drizzle, it's an upcharge. I don't like that they charge a fee for using a credit card. They won't give you a box unless you order a dozen. If you order a half dozen, your donuts are smashed in a small paper bag. Pinkbox is just as good, less expensive and doesn't nickel & dime you. They are building one on N. Durango and I can't wait.
google avatar

Brian E.

Yelp
I don't live on this side of town but I happen to be this weekend and desperately wanted some donuts. I just googled donuts and this place came up by luck and so glad it did! I was greeted and helped immediately. The staff were very friendly and the place just felt welcoming! The donuts are 10/10! I would definitely make the 30 min drive for some yummy donuts!
google avatar

Dennis H.

Yelp
They won't serve you your donuts in a traditional box unless you buy a whole dozen. They smash them in a brown paper bag and ruin them. Then they charge you a percentage for using a card to pay. They also shrunk their apple fritters to half the size as they used to be, and raised all their prices. Once Pink Box opens on Oso Blanca, i know where i will be getting my donuts. They have a monopoly in their location but not for long. Other than these corners being cut to make a quick buck by Dee's, the donuts do taste good.
google avatar

Cathi A.

Yelp
Excellent donuts, kind staff. Efficiently run. Been going there for over 2 years. I luv that they open at 5 am!
google avatar

Nicole C.

Yelp
The donuts are delicious!! I love this traditional style donut shop! They're a family owned small business and the owner is such a sweet guy. We love coming here on Sundays for a weekly treat. They give a 4% discount if you pay in cash. We will definitely be long term customers!
google avatar

Bailey E.

Yelp
Our neighborhood donut shop we've been going to for 10+ years. Their cronut is amazing, far better than any other place in town. It's light flakey and not too sweet I could eat a dozen by myself. The chocolate cake donut is also amazing, great service, even better donuts!
google avatar

Celine S.

Yelp
Sooo good! Way better than any franchise you could go to. Always so fresh and not too sweet for me! The employees are always so nice and give me a few extra donuts for free. Make sure you tip this small business. They deserve it!

Yelp
DEEZ (do)NUTS are a local legend. The sweet scent wafting through the morning air draws you in. The glorious masterpieces behind the glass catch they eye and captivate the senses. The kind smiles of the ladies behind the counter and eagerness to serve provide stellar energy to start the day. My recommendations: Boston Cream - seriously the hugest Boston Cream donut I have ever seen in my entire life. Maple Bacon Bar - They pack the bacon on! Maple with Chocolate Drizzle - Best of both worlds. Blueberry Glazed - Fruity with a little sweetness. Chocolate Glazed with Chocolate Chips - The kid in me loves this combo! Cinnamon Bun - Nice and fluffy- perfect for dunking into milk or coffee. These glutinous pillows of joy are the things that dreams are made of. Be a hero already, and pick up a few dozen!

Carol C.

Yelp
I've been thinking of trying this place since it opened last year and finally got there. Was I satisfied? I'd say a resounding no! It was difficult to communicate with the person who was waiting on me!! I not only verbally requested the doughnut that I wanted, but pointed at it also. When I arrived home to put them away, I noticed that one was unidentifiable!! Just a hard piece of dough that looked like something I would have thrown in the trash. The old fashioned was rock hard and left an oil slick n my upper palette!! I'm not sure I would go back again!! Plus, they charge a fee if you use a credit or debit card!! Not helpful for me!!
google avatar

Yelp
So far, its my favorite doughnut shop in north Vegas. Tried most options within a 6 mile radius of Centennial Hills. The main downside of Dee's is merely the price. A bit much for doughnuts...but, still cheaper than a "pink box." I like the glazed buttermilk and nearly always find a flavor calling my name. Good service. Line moves quick. Parking is easy.
google avatar

Maria D.

Yelp
Our go to spot on this side of town! Never disappoints! I usually order through Uber Eats and they are sometime out of stock for holes, but if you want to grab some donut holes or Cronut holes; you can call them the day before and place your order for pick up!

Lucy J.

Yelp
I love this donut bakery. Workers are exceptional, owner is very friendly and the donuts are delicious .

Yelp
Best donuts in the NW valley and probably Las Vegas. Outstanding! This place is dedicated to quality and shows by the time they open every morning...
google avatar

Heather S.

Yelp
Local donut shop at the centennial area. Donuts were fresh and a lot of variety to chose from. We grab a dozen and mixed it up. The red velvet cake was soft and not too sweet which I love. I would come again and again.
google avatar

Emily W.

Yelp
I was very disappointed with the quality of the cronuts and donuts. This was an early Saturday morning and the oil taste on these donuts was old. The cronuts were very disappointing and their up-charges are ridiculous! $10.80 for 1/2 dozen donuts $2.00 up-charge on Cronuts, they up-charged me for a glazed twist! Every single donut was up-charged! So, $10.80 became $18.51 for 6 donuts!!!
google avatar

Ashley C.

Yelp
I lived in the centennial area a few years back and this was my donut SPOT! So good! So fresh! The customer service was top notch. I liked them because they were great quality donuts at a reasonable price and who I think was the owner, always used to throw in an extra donut. I love a donut shop that does a bakers dozen . Fast forward to now, I drove across town and went in for two dozen birthday donuts and it just didn't feel the same. Not sure if they merged with another company but I see the name has changed a bit. The price has skyrocketed but tbh prices everywhere has so I didn't mind that so much. But the picking of donuts was very transactional when it used to be more personal. I'm sure that sounds silly but it feels more like some of those big name donut shops (who by the way do bakers dozens lol). Disappointed to say that the taste wasn't fresh like it used to be. It was still good for a donut but not worthy of making a special trip over. Again, nothing wrong with the place. It's fine. It's just lost it's greatness for me. Could've saved myself money and time and gone with the guys in pink for more than half the price and more donuts.
google avatar

Margret C.

Yelp
Small mom and pop store located in a small strip mall. There were a few tables for eating in. There was a refrigerated drink case. There were two donut display cases. Pricing was good. Coconut shreds on chocolate was hubby's choice. Mine was a chocolate old fashioned (I like that it's not fully covered in chocolate). Our son's was chocolate covered (he had it for dessert last night, after dinner - and he liked it---he is a fourth generation chocoholic, his dad's side). We bought four donuts at $5.38. There is a fee for using a card. A lady told the clerk she only had $1.50 and told the lady it was ok. That was nice of her. This is worth stopping in if you are in the area.

Yelp
Dee's Donuts saved my St Patrick's day! After going to several stores and another donunut place to find some kind of green pastry to take to work, I called Dee's. She of course had a few of the festive confections I was looking for! She said she would put back a dozen so I could pick it up when I was ready. I've been to Dee's Donuts before, and they never disappoint! They have a huge selection of delicious donuts and a few savory croissant sandwiches. (I recommend the ham and cheese!). These green themed donuts were the same slightly crispy on the ours wide, soft and moist on the inside perfection that I have come to expect from Dee's. If you're in the mood for a great donut, visit Dee's Donuts.
google avatar

Gene B.

Yelp
Needed 3 dozen donuts for a client and found these guys on Yelp!, excellent reviews and local small business, had to give them a shot. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and didn't bat an eye when I asked for 3 dozen. A little pricier than other places but worth it for the better service and quality. When I told the clients I went to Dee's they were excited so obviously they have a good reputation. Cheers!

Yelp
Nice little hike to the falls. Fun photoshoot. Super cute place ! Easy hike and easy to park

Yelp
We LOVE Dee's donuts. So my review is more so the ownership/management hears our frustration versus telling someone not to come here. First, we always order the same thing for two of us - three glazed donuts and three cake donuts with chocolate frosting. Our frustration is that we often get there in the morning on weekends and there are NO cake donuts without sprinkles. We are 40 year old plus adults. We don't want the sprinkles. We don't want the texture of the sprinkles. We don't want the flavor of the sprinkles. So often we end up leaving with just glazed donuts - or if it's after 7:30 or 8 am, we just don't go down there for donuts. About a week or so ago, we went down to Dee's at 6 am on a Monday morning. The cases were overflowing. The carts and pans behind the cases were overflowing. Yet there was ONE cake donut without sprinkles. It is REALLY frustrating to come in at 6 am and STILL not be able to get a standard donut!!! We love Dee's. But we shouldn't have to order donuts days in advance to get a standard donut. Please consider more cake donuts WITHOUT sprinkles. ;-) THANK YOU!

Yelp
Dees has great donuts. The texture and flavor are great. They're were also very accommodating for my wife's baby shower.

Yelp
I was looking online for local donut shops and ran across Dee's Donuts. They're conveniently located in Centennial off of Centennial Parkway and Durango. Easy access to the 215. I went in around 11am and it was one person and myself there. Easy in and easy out. As I was leaving, five people were entering. The shop is small and quiet. The staff were friendly and greeted me as I entered. I ordered a glaze donut and cinnamon bun. It was delicious. You can tell it was freshly made and wasn't from a previous day. This is a plus. They offer a variety of donuts. Most of the donuts had sold out as it was late in the morning when I arrived but I was still able to get something that I liked. It's a nice treat to be able to purchase a couple of donuts at a time, so they aren't wasted. If you live in the area or new to the area, stop by and try their donuts.
google avatar

Julie C.

Yelp
THEE BEST DONUTS EVERRR! We love getting donuts here. It's a bit more "doughy" than donuts from other store which i love. We always get the Bavarian cream and glaze twist. They run out fast so try to go earlier rather than later. Service is insanely efficient i try to go knowing what I'm wanting with back up options.
google avatar

Fg2 A.

Yelp
The donuts are amazing and fresh! Always a great vibe. Real good ham and cheeses as well.
google avatar

Preston E.

Yelp
Good donuts, I go there quite often. However get there early because they run out and once there that it's it you have to pick a different type of donut. I enjoy this place and recommend it for sure.

Nicole G.

Yelp
BEWARE...AND CHECK YOU RECEIPT!! What a shame that this local donut shop that has been a favorite for our family and friends has become greedily sneaky. Not sure if ownership or management has changed, but the last few visits my family and I have noticed random up charges for donuts we didn't get. We typically get a dozen donuts and today noticed the receipt had up charges for twists, filled, and old fashioned. We did get two old fashioned so that is accurate (although not sure why that qualifies for an up charge), but we did not get any twists or filled donuts. When we asked the cashier, she said it's for the specialty donuts. I showed the box and said we don't have those, and then she said the up charge is actually for the drizzle on the donuts but just rang it up for the others. Ummmm, since when do they charge for the drizzle on a standard donut...there is barely any drizzle in the first place. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! If you are going to be greedy, then just increase the price for the dozen and STOP sneaking in random false up charges. This is not an honest way to do business, especially when us locals want to support small businesses. Please stop this madness or you will continue to lose business when people realize what you are doing.
google avatar

Sammy F.

Yelp
This is a good old fashioned donut shop. Reminds me of the small town places from back home. This is not a gourmet donut shop with all the fancy bells and whistles like some of the shops around Vegas but that's why I like it. It's better than Dunkin and it's cheap and delicious. I really like their Apple fritters. I am a sucker for those and they're really good here. If you're looking for some good fresh-baked donuts and friendly service, this place is a go-to for sure! I love supporting little businesses like this one!

Eric R.

Yelp
This place is kind of hit or miss. On days they are fresh they are good, other days donuts taste stale and old.

Garry R.

Yelp
Dee's always has a great selection and are always fresh. If you get there real early, they're even hot they have great hours and very friendly people.

Tony F.

Yelp
Way over priced. Will not return. $10 for 2 donuts ?????? I'm good I enjoyed coming to this place but now I feel like they are just robbing locals. Don't blame inflation.
google avatar

Irene T.

Yelp
Always fresh donuts. Speedy counter service !! Hard working family owned, I believe. It's tucked away, but worth the drive !
google avatar

Mary O.

Yelp
Amazing doughnuts. The taste and freshness always come through. The service is always quick and amazing. Cute little shop. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I was up in the NW part of the valley visiting Gilcrease Orchard on Saturday morning. The apricots and beets I got there were not going to cut it. This day required donuts. A quick Yelp search showed me Dee's and off I went. The line was getting long when I arrived. It got even longer by the time I left. They must have good donuts. When I made it up the counter I took a few seconds to choose three of these good donuts; cream filled, jelly filled, and a large apple fritter. Then came a second line. A line to stand in to pay. After paying I made my way to the car where I ate my cream filled donut. It was good. Nothing especially different from anywhere else but good. Perhaps a little bigger than standard. The jelly filled was a bit odd. It was almost like a cream puff in that it was a shell of a donut with a cavernous void. The jelly had slid to one side leaving the rest of the donut sort of empty and longing for more. The apple fritter waited until getting back home where it was enjoyed with a cup of coffee. It was a darn good fritter. Lots of glaze. Tender chunks of apple. And a very slightly doughy interior which I love. Dee's is way out of the way for me to go for a donut so I cannot say that I will be back any time soon. But if ever I find myself in the NW again looking for a sweet breakfast, I know where to go. Full disclosure, I did not eat all of these donuts by myself. I'm not that big a pig.

Chuck D.

Yelp
Donuts look great in the case. Taste leaves something to be desired. Tasted dry and old. Twice I went when they first opened up, thinking the donuts would be nice and fresh. Both times they were disappointing.
google avatar

Michelinne P.

Yelp
I adooooore and love supporting this local business. They're a small donut shop located in the small plaza on Durango and Centennial Pkwy (off the exit of 215). They have a great selection of donuts! And staff is always so pleasant to talk to! We love getting their chocolate, maple, and twisted glazed donuts (hub's favorite). The donuts are never hard nor are they dry. AND the donuts are huge! At least they're big for me. They are also extremely affordable and don't cost an arm and leg. Would definitely recommend trying!
google avatar

Marco G.

Yelp
Doughnuts aren't the same. I walked in late and they had a very small selection. I saw the employees taking trays of doughnuts out of a suv so i asked "are the ovens broken?" and they said they don't make them in house any longer they have a factory. This confirms my suspicions that the doughnuts aren't what they used to be.
google avatar

William F.

Yelp
Overrated. Donuts were not fresh and tasted like they were from the grocery store day old sale. I won't be back
google avatar

Joanne M.

Yelp
Been coming here for a while now, but when did Cronut Bites become a thing?!!! All I gotta say is, I picked up a dozen and yummmmmmm!
