DelectaBowl Food Truck & Catering

I was excited to try this food truck at a wedding I attended recently. I loved the idea of the different flavors of bowls, but ended up disappointed. The staff were friendly, but pretty disorganized. I had the curry bowl and it was cold and bland. The tzatziki on top was really tasty, though, and the portion size was generous. I heard from two other guests that had the Mexican-style bowl that it was also in need of seasoning.

Visited this food truck tonight for the first time at Rally on Ridge in Canton. The food was amazing! The flavor and freshness of everything was excellent! We had the Gyro Bowl and Comfort bowl. It was good we went back for an additional bowl for the next day and one for our son who was working. Everyone on the truck was just wonderful and accommodating. We even ordered extra cornbread because it was delicious! We will be on the lookout for their truck again!

We recently had Delectabowls Food truck at my daughter's wedding and they were a big hit. Everyone raved about the food (I personally had the comfort bowl and it was delicious!) and the crew was very friendly, competent and accommodating. Several choices to choose from too. Highly recommend.

Our second time renting this food truck for our children's grad party's. Under new ownership but just as good. Staff and owner very professional and very easy to work with. They were very kind and even had a grad card for our daughter with a gift. I feel they went above and beyond. I also enjoyed how kind they were overall. They had our guests laughing and were very quick at getting the orders out!

We tried 3 bowls (Creole, Chicken Tortilla and Monster) and all were delicious. The flavors were spot on in the Creole version. After we finished eating I went back to ask how could I find them again. It was just that good. Definite give them a try if you have the chance.

Originally, I was excited to order from a local food truck tonight! We showed up early to Wixom’s Family Fun Night today and ordered 3 entrees. Unfortunately, we were sorely disappointed after spending $50 (Yes; we tipped and paid cash!) for our food. It was bland, did not even include all ingredients listed (pork and not chicken…and nothing fresh) and it was small portioned and salty. Very sad that this was our experience. My sister spent an additional $30+ and had the same experience.

Met their food truck first time today in our neighborhood.. The cheesy potato bowl is excellent. It took a minute but it tasted like or reminded me of the Stouffers noodles romanoff which they stopped making years ago. That was always a favorite for me. Everything we had was good.

We scheduled DelectaBowl Food Truck for a work event on August 5, 2021. We had never tried them before. The food was terrific and the employees were very pleased. There were several bowl options and potato bowl options and everyone was able to find something they liked. Hands down, the Comfort Bowl was the most popular and the favorite. It was delicious! The crew was friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend them!
