I didn't like the service, the way things are handed to you, or how the staff speaks to customers.
I came here with my family on a trip, and this place was recommended to us, but honestly, it hasn't lived up to expectations. From the start, everything has to be paid for in cash, which immediately raises suspicions about corruption. It seems like they can report costs or sales however they want.
There are no waiters, but even so, about 60% of the service comes from the staff, while the remaining 40% is self-service--you're expected to carry plates or food to your table yourself. That's what happened to me: while carrying part of the food to my table, some of it fell to the floor. Unsurprisingly, the staff refused to replace the food. How is it possible not to drop something when the space is so cramped that it's hard to walk between the other customers?
To make matters worse, one of the staff members started correcting my English. Their disdain and apparent prejudice against Hispanics were clear. It seems like only non-Hispanic-looking individuals or those with a native English accent are truly welcomed here.
What do you all think? Should they have replaced the food that fell to the floor, yes or no?
