Denae's Diner - Review - Downtown LA - Los Angeles - The Infatuation

"Denae’s has the nostalgic digs of a diner revival done right. You’ll spot swivel stools under a long lunch counter, a retro letterboard above a fully stocked bar, and brown leather booths spread around a wood-paneled room. But once the food starts to arrive, it just feels like you’re eating in the lobby restaurant of a DTLA hotel (which you are). Menu staples like egg breakfasts, pancakes, meatloaf, and pot pie just seem like they’re missing something, while the prices skew way higher than a greasy spoon. The real win here is that Denae’s stays open till midnight every single day, which puts it in a rare category of downtown restaurants. So drop by for a snack after a show at L.A. Live or a plate of tater tots after bar hopping." - Nikko Duren

7 Exciting Things To Do & Eat Between September 28th - October 3rd

"DineLA is officially back starting this Friday, October 1st. The two-week-long program is a great way to discover new and exciting restaurants - or old ones that you’ve always been meaning to get to - without completely breaking the bank. Some of our favorite spots included are Bar Restaurant in Silver Lake, Chao Krung in Beverly Grove, and Rossoblu Downtown. Check out the official website for all the details and start snagging some reservations before they’re gone." - brant cox

I bookmarked this place not realizing it was the former Standard Hotel and because I was in the area yet again because of my car (saving that for another review). Their outside patio was lovely and the weather was perfect today finally and somehow I was the only person sitting alfresco. Very strange. Anyways, I ordered the Denae’s Slam as a splurge as I was having a late breakfast. The price is listed on the menu as $18, the server told me I had multiple options for the bread, but did not disclose it was an extra fee to get the biscuit. Obviously I chose the biscuit because I was feeling naughty BUT if I had known it was going to be a $3 up charge I obviously would not have gotten it! I hate it when servers do this, just be straight up or have it literally listed on the menu under the item description so there is no confusion. Food was luckily tasty and decent portion which is why I still gave this place 4 stars. I got the chicken sausage and it came with 3 pieces, the biscuit thankfully was yummy and they gave the cute little individual size Bonne Maman jams and honey as well. I got attentive service, other people checked in on me when my server had to take a break. But like I said was not a huge fan of being duped by the up charge of the biscuit. They also have that 5% surcharge which I find annoying in general (I thought this was banned?)- please build it into your cost or pay living wages like other countries so the customer doesn’t have to foot this. I would recommend this place if you are okay with overpaying, luckily the food and ambience kind of made up for it.

A cute little diner stashed away inside The Delphi. We went for a quick brunch. The atmosphere is great, calming and homey, and the servers were very polite and apt. The food was okay. My mom enjoyed the chicken sandwich. I had the English breakfast which was filling, but basic. I was interested in the Grilled Avocado, but it came out as normal and not grilled at all... It was still an enjoyable time, we will definitely be back to try lunch and dinner.

A really impressive and delicious diner! I go to a new diner every weekend and this has been one of the better ones I’ve tried in months. It’s located on the ground floor in the lobby of the Delphi Hotel in DTLA. I love the design on the inside, it’s in between retro and modern and has a chic look to it. It’s a sort of place you’ll want to stay a while, something in between a trendy coffee shop and an updated California diner. Our server was polite and all of our items came out fairly quickly. It took a bit to get our check but that’s to be expected because there was only one server working this morning. They have valet parking for the hotel behind the building for $20 or you can do what I did which was find metered street parking a block away. The other option in between these two would be a parking garage for around $8 or $10. They are fairly new, but you would not know that from how well everything went today. I decided to start my meal with coffee and was delighted when they brought over a large and full French press, which has about three refills in it. For my meal, I chose one of the specials of the day which was the Eggs Benedict. The wilted spinach on the bottom was almost sweet and very good. It allowed me to soak up all the hollandaise. I also added chili and cheese to my hashbrowns on the side and would recommend to anyone to do the same. They also added caviar on top for a great combination. For the end of the meal, we split a Banana Pudding and it was honestly really great. There were pieces of banana bread on the bottom, and it really tasted homemade versus some store-bought recipe. I would highly recommend ordering it. Overall, it’s slightly more expensive than other places, but still not over the top, especially for a hotel breakfast. I was honestly very impressed and plan to be back in the near future. I would recommend to any fan of diners or anyone looking for a great breakfast spot downtown.

Such a cute diner and we LOVED the patio. Food was good but service was a little slow once we got the food, especially since we were out on the patio

This place is the most vibey diner you’ll ever see. I came here for a late dinner while traveling and it was everything I needed - quiet enough for a single traveler (on a weekend at 8pm), open late, super friendly service, and yummy food. I got the chicken pot pie, which was yummy & a tad messy with all the flaky goodness, and the banana cream pie to-go. Everything was solid, but my favorite part was just the vibes!

Google
This place is INCREDIBLE. We just happened to be at their grand opening during our stay in LA. We came in for some early morning breakfast and it has kickstarted our day perfectly. The VIBES of this place. **chefs kiss** The entire atmosphere is so fun with an old style diner experience and their food is equally amazing with tasty twists to all the classics. Start off your experience with an offer of tap, spring or sparkling water. Don’t forget the $5 mimosas or their French press coffee. I got the black Dahlia which was a French toast topped with almond brittle, blueberries and blueberry sauce. To say it delicious is an incredible understatement. We will likely be back for lunch and breakfast again tomorrow. You don’t want to miss out on this gem.

Didn’t know the diner was in a hotel so make sure you look for the hotel, not the diner’s name! Lovely staff, especially the lady that served us. Really welcoming and patient since we weren’t sure what to get and asked for takeaway. Food was delicious, definitely recommend the chicken sandwich and their fries are seasoned really well.

If you’re looking for quality food, great taste, and a welcoming atmosphere…Denae’s is your place! They’ve got indoor and outdoor options with a lovely outdoor patio. The drinks are unbelievably delicious and the presentation is gorgeous! The desserts are delectable! Our server Tori was very attentive and always smiling. We had an overall amazing experience!

Yelp
The chicken sandwich was pretty good, but the fries were delicious. I also enjoyed the drink. I believe it has East LA in the name.

Yelp
This spot is in the heart of DTLA yet is so well hidden that you'd never expect to find it. It's located in the lobby of the Delphi Hotel. They have spectacular breakfast/brunch food. I ordered the Wilshire BEC. This is a well done croissant sandwich with eggs, cheese, bacon and tater tots in it. The sandwich is well compacted and very clean. The croissant does not crumbel or get messy. The bacon, eggs, tater tots are soft and cooked just perfectly. Servers are kind and the place has a nice patio which is hidden from the view of the streets of dtla. The prices are very reasonable as well.

Yelp
This place was great! I landed in LA and had a little time before I had to be anywhere so I started walking towards my destination then looked on yelp for a restaurant that was close. Denae's popped up so I stopped in. I had the double burger which was very good! The fries were cooked perfectly too. This place was so good I made reservations for a dinner with a friend a few days later. He had the black Dahlia French toast, I had a bite, it was sooo good! I had the turkey club and honestly I was a bit disappointed. The bread wasn't toasted like it usually is on a club, I didn't love the aioli, the vinegar kind of ruined it for me. And there were some gross looking pieces of turkey on there. I wish I had ordered something else. Service was great, the ambiance is really nice and I found it easy to get a table. I would definitely recommend this place for a meal, solo or with friends!

Yelp
Went here last minute with some cousins who had just arrived in town and were starving....Lol I was out walking near my apt and told them to meet me there. Long story short. I really enjoyed my French toast, but everyone else hated their food. One ordered the chicken and waffles, and her chicken was undercooked. I mean, we could see the blood, another ordered a salad she said it was blah and the last ordered eggs, hashbrowns and toast. She said the entire meal lacked seasoning. I didn't realize this was the same place I met a friend for drinks one night. I guess I'll stick to that and leave the breakfast/brunch alone.

Yelp
Service was great. French toast was amazing. Biscuit good not airy but had buttery goodness and good crumb. The chicken sausage was not my fav but still tasty.

Yelp
Stopped in on a whim for a quick late night bite, walked away pleasantly surprised. Grilled cheese + tomato soup was spot on comfort food satisfaction. I used to frequent this spot under a different name while it was part of The Standard hotel. Happy to know that not only is the venue open for late night diner bite, but the quality and warmth of this spot is retained and refined. Friendly service with a smile, chill atmosphere dining.

Yelp
If you're looking for a casual dinning experience that seamlessly blends warm hospitality, delectable cuisine, stunning ambiance, look no further than Denae's Diner. This spot is located in the Delphi Hotel in DTLA and from the moment we stepped through the doors we were greeted by an incredible hostess staff whose warmth and accommodation set the tone for a memorial dinning experience. Now let's talk about the heart and soul of Denae's, the food. The menu boasts an array of classic/retro American diner cuisine that transported my tastebuds to various levels. Each dish we ordered was a culinary masterpiece with a perfect blend of flavors and textures that showcases the Chef's commitment to quality and authenticity. What truly elevates Denae's is not just the remarkable food, but the seamless coordination between the kitchen and the wait staff. The service is prompt and attentive, they have a great knowledge of the menu that just adds another layer of enjoyment to the dining experience. In conclusion, Denae's Diner is an iconic gem that goes beyond just being a restaurant but an experience. It succeeded our expectations not only by satisfying our palates but created a long lasting impression of an amazing dinning experience.

Yelp
This place was so good we ate it for breakfast everyday! Located in The Delphi hotel, this diner was both aesthetically pleasing and delicious. Our servers both days were attentive and friendly. We dined both inside and outside and felt everything was great each time we sat to each. The ambiance gives a retro vibe with modern touches and felt cozy. My entrees included the La Brea- a short rib hash served with eggs your way- and the Wilshire Bacon Egg and Cheese. Both were great, but what was surprisingly best was their breakfast sausage. For cocktails I had the espresso slushy which was a perfect blend of coffee to frozen goodness. I will definitely dine here when back in the city!

Yelp
I could make this a VERY SHORT review and leave it at five stars with only saying I was three nights in LA and every night I was at Denae's diner. That would say enough about this place. But if I would do that I would leave out how great the service was each night. How friendly they have been one night and even let us in 15 min before closing. I would leave out that you have to know this location since it is inside a Hotel and you can not see it from outside. That is where YELP comes in again and again - it makes it so easy or even possible to find those spaces. All items have been reasonable prices and tasted delicious! See in the end it's not the shortest review I wrote - but I wanna tell you that I highly recommend you visit when in town! By the way, if you are asking what to get? Here is a hint I had the Chicken Sandwich two times in a row since it was hands down one of the best sandwiches I ever had!

Yelp
Visited on a Saturday early afternoon, just in time for the hip hop brunch with a live dj. We were sat right away and it wasn't busy. It's inside the Delphi hotel, and has really cute decor. Gingerbread old fashioned came with a little cookie and decorating tools! Also the cookie was fresh and crispy. The French toast was so flaky and buttery! It came with blueberries on top and regular syrup, which was fine but it's not blueberry sauce. The bacon was cooked to perfection. Great place to visit for great food, great decor, and a good vibe.

Yelp
This was my second time dining and Denae's did not disappoint! I can't quite remember what I had the last time but this time I ordered: The Black Dahlia - 5*/5, this delicious concoction is two pieces of cinnamon roll/croissant french toast, with a side of butter and blueberry sauce. I opted for maple syrup instead of the blueberry sauce and was very happy with it. I'd go back to Denae's just to have this amazing dessert, I mean breakfast. Bacon on the side - 5/5, the thick cut bacon came as requested - nice and crispy. I believe they also had soy milk which is my preferred non-dairy creamer for my coffee so extra point for that. Plus Denae's is super cute in the trendy art deco Delphi Hotel with excellent service. I will definitely be dining again at Denae's next time I'm in DTLA.

Yelp
Cute Diner! The food, the service was awesome! Had a full bar ordered the expreso martini was delicious!
google avatar

Mahsa S.

Yelp
This new restaurant is a gem of a lunch spot for anyone who works in the area! It's a bit hidden and you have to enter through the hotel lobby. The space is very well-decorated with both nice indoor and outdoor seated. The menu has a large range of items, including breakfast all day and more items available after 11 am. It's very affordable compared to other restaurants nearby. I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup, which was $12 for a perfectly sized portion. The side of fries was also delicious and I would highly recommend. The service was super quick and they also have a $5 mimosa special!
google avatar

Mary R.

Yelp
Hip Hop/ R&B brunch on a Saturday. DJ was on point! I did not want to leave. Foood was good and vibes are cozy/ eclectic; old school diner set up. This place needs to promote their weekend brunches better. Like I said the DJ was on point; if we didn't have someone were to be I would have continued to order the $5 mimosas and stayed for the music.
google avatar

Melissa M.

Yelp
Service was solid. The drinks were better than the food. The patio was lovely but we started baking when the sun moved past the neighboring buildings. Thankful the servers were quick to move the umbrellas to get us back into the shade. Our french toast order (The Black Dahlia) took an incredibly long time to arrive and we were pretty full by the time it arrived. But they were probably the best thing we ate. The chilaquiles were dry. I would come back just for drinks and skip the food.
google avatar

kristie k.

Yelp
Came on a Friday night at 730. It was empty. I think more people come for brunch. Our waiter was also the bartender. First off with food prices going insane, these prices were shockingly affordable. Cocktails between $12-20. I got the mushroom melt. Super tasty and cheesy and crispy. The fries are also really good. Only $14! Beautiful decor and vibe. I hope more people check this place out for dinner. Lots of great options.

Yelp
OK major vibes, it definitely gives diner vibes with a modern day twist which I love. I'm obsessed with the yellow interior, blue light and theater like billboard display that sits above the countertop. The restaurant is located inside the Delpi. As you walk in to the hotel it is to your right hand side. There's a host podium too, so not hard to miss. We arrived on a Sunday - the day if the tropical storm and there was about 2-3 parties there having breakfast. We were seating right away. My bf ordered the Hello LA and I ordered the stacked Pancakes, - these were so fluffy and delicious, served with a side of strawberry butter ( it doesn't come with anything just 3 stacked pancakes). I also ordered a side of hash brown, 2 eggs, and a side of bacon. They have $5 mimosas, so I ordered one too and it was bigger than most places. The services was flawless. I'm glad The Delphi is opening up new restaurants. Oh and forgot to mention BREAKFAST served ALL DAY!!!!!! 10/10!! I'll be back
google avatar

Yelp
First of all, I'm late. I didn't know they closed the Standard in dtla. Anywho, it was revamped into "The Delphi" Inside that hotel is Denaes Diner. Parking is Dtla style... parking lot up to $20 or if you enter off Flower, the underground is $15. We parked underground and took the elevator up. Once we got to the entrance, yellow umbrellas and decor to the right caught my eye. They have an adorable outdoors patio. The aesthetic gave me whimsical old school. Fast forward. Sat down with my guests and we noticed coffee stains and cup rings in the table. It looks like the tables were wiped down with water after each guest. Soap and water is needed for that table. The menu was modest with sandwich combos and a la carte breakfast items. $5 Mimosas... Cool. I ordered the turkey club on pretzel bun and I asked for pickles. My guest ordered the black dahlia and (1) egg for $3. Turkey sandwich, good. Fries nicely seasoned. The black dahlia was savoryyyy, you do not need the syrup. It was a small portion for $14 and included no side. When our order was placed at the table, the waitress asked "will you be ordering anything else?" We looked at each other and replied "maybe" she replied, " we'll, I'm off at 3 and wanted to know if you would like to close it or transfer the bill." I pulled out my phone and it read 2:52pm. I said, "transfer it." I mean cmon! You just sat my food down now I have to close out?! She leaves. No one else checks on us after. I have to wave someone down and they thought I was asking for the check and I said , no, please come help us. I asked for a mimosa and waited another 10 mins while the bartender rolled her when given the order. I was mad! It was only 6 tables occupied the rest of the place was empty. The other waitress with the bun, walked past our table and rolled her eyes when we mentioned the lack of service provided to our table. Why is the service slacking and attitude being served? The DJ was cool, iBRrease. He kept the RnB songs going. I may order the black dahlia to go but I probably won't return. Oh! They charge a 5% administrative fee and $1.25 for pickles on the sandwich. The manager, Patrick, came after I requested mgmt and spoke with us and had a conversation about the cleanliness of the tables and the staffs attitudes. He credited our mimosas and gave a round.
google avatar

Karen F.

Yelp
We'd actually tried to eat here before they opened, so we had to try it once it finally did open. 1. The service is friendly, but sometimes they're all over the place. The manager is doing his best to train everyone and we did catch him nicely coach servers when he saw something. 2. The atmosphere is super cute, but we did notice that our booth already had a few tears on the seat. 3. The food was good and not as pricey as we were expecting in DTLA. That said, some items were definitely more worth it than others. - Steak and eggs, amazing. - Cobb salad (deconstructed), not what we were expecting. Tasty for sure, but also kinda light for what we paid. - Chicken and waffles, we were not impressed with the waffles, which were very dense and a bit dry. The chicken was good and we really enjoyed the hot honey and slaw. - Banana pudding, about what we expected. - Key lime pie, just ok. - Blueberry pie, so light and we scarfed that right down.

Yelp
Gorgeous interior! This diner inside the Delphi hotel was a sweet find. You don't need to stay at the Delphi to try this lovely diner. I ordered the Wilshire B.E.C and it was DELICIOUS. The little square croissant bread was crispy and soft all at once. My boyfriend enjoyed his biscuits and gravy and we also couldn't pass up on a fresh everything bagel with cream cheese! Service was great and we enjoyed our breakfast here :)

Yelp
Very chill, nice place in heart of Downtown LA. Paid parking available outside of hotel. Service was good, food was fresh.
google avatar

Yelp
Really cool decor but the food was mediocre. Pancakes tasted like they were made by someone who hates people who like pancakes. Service was fine.
google avatar

Edward M.

Yelp
Great breakfast with high quality ingredients, friendly staff, and great value for DTLA.
google avatar

Bob W.

Yelp
This is a brand new eatery in the Adelphi Hotel. I got a Cobb Salad and Meemaw's Blueberry Cheese Pie. For me the portions were just right, maybe a shade on the small side. But, the food was delicious and fresh-tasting. Service is well meaning if still a bit awkward. The space is big so with just a few diners it felt a bit weird but hopefully that will change.
google avatar

Rachel R.

Yelp
DTLA gem! This spot is just what dtla was missing - it's the perfect fast casual, updated diner with delicious eats at reasonable prices. It's open late and theres something for everyone on the menu. My friend opted for the dodger slam which includes pancakes, eggs and choice of protein. I'm still dreaming about the smash burger which was so delicious. The service was top notch and the ambiance is so cute. So if you're looking for an affordable spot with everything on the menu from chilaquiles, to milkshakes, to fried chicken sandwiches to pies, to pancakes and cute ambiance this is your spot.

Yelp
They just opened this hotel and the diner recently so I finally got go try this place. I like that the prices are not overly high for a hotel restaurant. They waiters were friendly and witty. I liked their hospitality a lot. So the reason why the prices are not too high is that the portions are small. It was fine for us but if you are hungry, you need to order a few extra dishes. Still It may not be too bad for you because you get to try variety of items on the menu. We shared Spaghetti & Meatballs and Potato Chip Crusted Cod. Both dishes tasted really good. Meatballs were a bit dry but the pasta sauce was surprisingly flavorful. The milkshake was a bit too small. It will be over with 3 sips. hahaha Anyway, I would love to go back here. I heard they have $5 mimosas!

Max S.

Yelp
Food was good but way overpriced. Two Eggs, potatoes, sausage, bagel and a coffee was $38.
google avatar

Jim W.

Yelp
Nice hidden find for downtown diner experience. Chill vibe, a bit uneven on the service but would go back.
google avatar

Imon C.

Yelp
The tomato soup I ordered was delicious. Very flavorful, and with the right texture. It seems the restaurant is only offered on Uber Eats. On the Uber Eats app there are missing some items than what's listed on the website, like the grilled cheese. Very delicious food!

Yelp
A great diner in downtown LA. If you want a great burger (and tater tots, don't pass on those) this is the place. Their menu is chalk full of the diner favorites; meatloaf, fish and chips, and chicken pot pie. A diner vibe with a sophisticated twist. A must visit if you're staying downtown.

M F.

Yelp
The service was very nice and the food taste and food portion was good, and the price was surprisingly reasonable.I wish I knew this place when we had to eat late night something microwave in our hotel room. I liked the music choice but little loud. Maybe depends on DJ? This is one place I'd like to visit again when we stay next time in downtown LA.

Excellent diner!!! Highly recommend it. The chicken pot pie was a little too salty but the crust was phenomenal!!!

Yelp
I'm being generous with 3 stars, taking into account that they "just" opened a few weeks ago and are still working out the kinks. We got a bucket of chicken for 5 of us to share. It came with 5 pieces of chicken, 4 waffles, some sauce, and slaw. It wasn't great. The batter was stiff and seemed like it wasn't freshly fried. I didn't like the coleslaw either, but the waffle half I got was good. Our group also got the double smash burger, the cod (thinking it was more like fish & chips, it was not), a turkey club, and a Greek salad. We ordered drinks that never arrived. My cheeseburger was supposed to come with all the trimmings (lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles), but I guess they were out of the toppings, and I only got pickles. It was tasty, tho. I can't rate the other food since I didn't try anyone else's. I don't think I would go back again.
google avatar

Greg G.

Yelp
Highly recommended. The Denae's Slam is so good. The doctored up hash browns were great. The only negative was that the sausage was a little overcooked. The$5.00 Bloody Mary's were VERY tasty! Our server, Carla, was very pleasant and thorough. Thanks, Carla.

Jamie R.

Yelp
Went today for a late lunch at 4:30p. Ambiance was wonderful and food was great. The DJ was great but honestly, it was LOUD. Like, "I'm in a club" loud which was a little weird. The place was pretty empty. But the food was delicious. Just be prepared for it to be really loud if you go an a Saturday...but if you want to just sit and listen to club music, it's great.
google avatar

Yelp
My food was incredible. Best breakfast croissant sandwich I've ever had! I subbed the bacon for chicken sausage, added a little salt and hot sauce and was in the game.

Yelp
Great service and good quality food as well! They're open late and have a wide variety of options for everyone. They have a really cool interior atmosphere going on. The theming is great, and it feels very old timey and classy. The burger is good, and the fries are crispy. They are open till 12 am, so it's a great option for a quality late night meal. The prices are also great, especially for La. They offer $5 mimosas and $8 Micheladas, and have quite an extensive bar menu labeled "social lubricants" which is funny. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly. The atmosphere overall is very inviting and calming. The service was fast and efficient as well. They serve breakfast all day and have a pretty good selection of items on the menu offering some variety.

Yelp
Very friendly diner. Good vibes, nice decor, friendly staff, solid food, pleasant menu, very clean. It isn't competing for a Michelin Star or anything, but it hits the spot. Downtown needs more places like this!

Yelp
Great atmosphere, menu options, and timely service. Came here for a coworkers' birthday lunch. We were a group of six and everyone liked their food, cleaned their plates, and want to come back to try something new. Lovely atmosphere, has a very cool vibe but prices were reasonable and staff were friendly and down to earth. Inside the Delphi hotel, a lovely spot!

Yelp
Whatever your view on "diners" might be, it ain't this place - this is so much better! I haven't been to a Denny's in probably 30 years, so I laughed when our waiter/bartender introduced the place as a "boujee Denny's". Our waiter/bartender, Zack, was charming and helpful without being pushy. We had one of the best espresso martinis we have had and he made a variation of a Vieux Carre that was just delightful. Our daughter enjoyed their anytime breakfast and the wife and I devoured their smash burger. This is a great add to the downtown LA food scene.

Yelp
Wow. Fantastic diner with Lubrications (cocktails) and breakfast all day. Menu is wide ranging with both food and drinks, and the service is on point. I had the ham and Swiss with an egg on top, and wife had the eggs and pancakes. The ham and Swiss was smothered with melted cheese, and the pancakes could go toe to toe with any specialty flapjack joint. And the cocktail menu is inventive with great east coast and west coast inspirations. We came at night but I bet the morning vibe is equally awesome.

Yelp
This place is incredible: food, vibe, and price. Went here for the first time with my parents and husband a month or so ago and we were all blown away! We all loved our food and our inventive cocktails. Since then my parents have been back a few times and I took a friend there tonight. Everyone enjoyed everything every time. So far I've had The Bradbury (ham/Swiss/egg sandwich - it is out of this world) and The La Brea (brisket hash - also very good). Fried chicken sandwich also delicious and my friend loved the vegetarian Hello LA. Breakfast all day, open late, and the ambience is old time-y diner meets Hollywood glamor on the inside and beautifully lit retro beach club on the outside patio.

Yelp
Excellent helpful wait staff. Cool funky retro interior design. Classic diner menu. American comfort food. My table had the Brisket Reuben sandwich, Chicken Pot Pie, and Collard Greens. The sandwich was savory and hit the spot. The pie is unique to this place and was delicious. All excellent choices. Would comeback to explore other menu options.

Yelp
A go to! I live a couple blocks from this spot. Cute, always good music and good food. Love the French toast, mushroom melt, and the pins coladas (when in season). Solid food spot?
