I found the service excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Service is fast and efficient. I had my dinner at the bar which was comfortable with nice atmosphere. Menu is extensive- with many small and full sized plates. I wish I could have sampled more! The portion sizes are excellent-very generous. The flavors are varied and delicious. Hoping to come back to try more items on the menu!

Slightly above average Chinese food. It’s great for groups and sharing everything family style. My favorites were the Dan Dan noodles (super soft noodles and yummy sauce) and stewed beef and turnip. I did not like the spicy tofu fish as the fish was too fishy, and did not like the texture of the string beans, which felt like it was not cooked thoroughly, altho the taste was pretty good with the pickled vegetables on top. Other dishes were good as well, including the soup dumplings and dry pot chicken. We ordered a tequila shot but it tasted like it was diluted with 50% water. It also took a very long time for the waiters to even get us a pencil for marking the menu. But after we ordered the food came out quite quickly.

Delicious soup dumplings ! They are complex in flavor. Really yummy. Soup in the soup dumpling is delicious. You get 8 per serving which is also really nice. I would not pass up this spot if you want tasty soup dumplings. Their Mapo tofu was amazing as well.

Great place to go after a night out. Three of us, one being vegan, were able to eat here and get al le carte dim sum options with the following descriptions below: -scallion pancakes: very crispy, light, slightly sweet -glazed crispy brussel sprouts: vegan friendly, very crispy and sweet tangy glaze -several veggie dumplings, crystal shrimp, and soup dumplings (my fave) -noodles (vegan friendly) -boa pork buns: soft, pillowy, tangy sweet inside, flavor/texture was good but not the best I’ve ever had Dishes came out at different times spanning from 5-25 minutes, so there may be a wait. Our waiter also forgot to place an order for the BBQ ribs we marked down on our sheet. Overall, great place for dim sum dinner.

So we decided to try a new soup dumpling place in Philadelphia. this was a great alternative to the one we go to on Race Street. We tried some of the same items, and here are my thoughts. Scallion pancakes were very tasty and right out of the kitchen as they came out within minutes of our order. We followed that with the vinegar and honey ribs. which were just ok, not the best but flavorful wish they were a little sweeter. There was no vinegar taste at all, which I was concerned at first, but I was relieved to have had these pull off the bone ribs. Then came the assortment of dumplings. Spicy pork soup dumplings, and a tin of crab and pork soup dumplings. Very tasty and full of meat. the challenge you have with these is if you make the dumplings to thin on the dough, the soup leaks out. These were a little thicker, so they stayed together. The final order of shrimp dumplings was perfect. lots of shrimp with very light doughy outside. Our server was great. kept our drinks full, and she checked on us several times. Place had a bar on the inside, with lobster tanks and a wall of wine. nice inside space, plus outside area and seating available. Noisy when they were half full, with an eclectic ambiance and interesting walls. Wish I could eat more as all was so delicious. I would come back when I am closer to this place next time in town. Update One year later... July 2024 We are back in Philly and wanted to give this place a second chance as last time there was a gee things that they needed better. Inside has a full bar and fish tanks for the freah seafood. Maleah, our server, was very helpful in choosing the best dishes. We started with the spicy pork.soup dumplings, this dumpling was made perfectly with a thicker dough to be easier to lift up without breaking. Followed by a chili oil wontons and then the scallion pankakes and shrimp dumplings then came the Sichuan string beans, and finally, the Singapore mi fun with chicken and shrimp. ( made with curry) All were suggestions from Maleah, which were perfect choices for us. She was terrific and knew the menu well. Each item had its own special flavor and texture. and each dumpling was so unique. I am so glad I came back to give this place a second chance. The crazy thing was how fast the old is served. Suggestions. order one item at a time to have a nice long meal. Otherwise, it comes all quickly.

Reservation was for 6pm but we arrived early and they graciously welcome and seated us. They have so many options! Customer service is great. The food was hot, flavorful and came out fast. We ordered veggie fried rice, lo mein w/ chicken, scallion pancakes and pork dumplings and everything was delicious! I would definitely recommend everyone eat here. The atmosphere is welcoming and perfect for a casual yet sophisticated dinner.

Very good informal place! Lots of options, great service in the hearth if Philly. If you are around that area and have cravings for a very good dumpling, this is the place! Prices are really low in comparisson with the food and variety of options that you receive there! Wey to go Jane G's Team!!!

We recently visited this spot to try their dumplings. The staff greeted us warmly and were quite friendly. However, I noticed the cleanliness could be better – our table, for instance, was sticky. Our order included pan-fried beef dumplings, steamed vegetable dumplings, and dry pepper chicken served with white rice. The dumplings were decent, but the chicken was unfortunately too dry. As someone who enjoys Asian cuisine, I’d say this place is fairly average and didn’t particularly stand out to me as a favorite.
