I ask the person that took my order how I wanted my pizza and she got it right on point and she was nice about it, love there customer service, i would definitely go back.

The food here is awesome! Over the years, I've tried pretty much everything on the menu. I haven't been disappointed once. Hard to pick a favorite since my cravings differ with each visit. The staff is friendly and efficient. They always get my order correct. That's important since I drive from LA just for them.

I don’t know how this place got so many good reviews, but I came back from a heavy workout and was really hungry which usually means that whatever you eat is going to taste awesome but this place let me down big time. All the ingredients were favlorless, the dough is nothing special and the pizza is so packed with toppings that they don’t even cook properly. We order the XL and for some reason that comes cut Chicago style (squares) which is the worse type of cut for a pizza that with that many ingredients gets soggy and you can’t hold the slices without the ingredient falling all over from the floppy dough. To make matters worse there’s no dine in so you can’t even seat down to eat your pizza you have to figure it out yourself. This place is massively overrated and after paying almost $40 bucks for a pizza I’m definitely not coming back here.

With pickup and delivery becoming extremely popular out of necessity, I decided it was time to give an old stand-by a call. What a great experience! After I got the information from the recorded announcement, I ordered online. Even with my limited tech knowledge, it was easy. After about 5 minutes I received a call from Domenico's to double check my order. I had inadvertently ordered twice. I was very pleased at their thorough follow-up. The girl at the other end of line confirmed my order and indicated when it would be ready. I received text updates as the driver left the business and made his way to my location. It was an easy process. When he arrived,he was very courteous and made sure I had what  had been ordered. Everything was packed in a sanitized way, and the food was still hot. I enjoyed the Big "D" special pizza and garlic bread with cheese. Their flavors were on point, and it was nice to have leftovers for another couple meals. I know everybody's very protective of their pizza preference, but this was excellent! It's nice to support a family-owned business with a great reputation. I will be ordering other items off the menu soon. All of their information is on their website. With protocols and regulations changing constantly, it's always good to double-check online.

This is one of my favorite places to get pizza and more. My family has been coming here for many years and things are still amazingly good great customer service love the greeting that you get when walk in and you usually run into people which feel the same about Domenico's. Thanks for being a stable in the Pasadena and Altadena area.

My family has been going to Domenico’s for years and we have always loved their food! They’ve since re-modeled the interior of their restaurant. Honestly I miss the old setup, it had a more homemade, mom and pop shop type of feel. Now it’s more corporate. But the food still tastes amazing! It’s been a while since I’ve visited but they’ve always had the best tortellini pasta! That with a side of garlic bread is really the chefs kiss! For dessert make sure to try out their signature truffles! I always get the White chocolate Amore. Perfect way to end the meal!

Surprisingly bad. The soggiest pizza I've ever had. Tastless as well. The dough was literally soaking wet . I've had better pizza at a cafeteria which is saying something. This place makes Costco pizza 5 stars. The chicken broccoli alfredo pasta was also nasty. The chicken was rubbery like they reheated it too long in the microwave and tasted mostly like plastic. I'm shocked at the 5 star reviews.

This is my favorite Italian food place in Pasadena. Their prices are fair and their food is always tasty. I got their Cheese Ravioli/Spaghetti combo plate $12.25 and it was fantastic. Staff is super friendly! They even gave me some free garlic bread. Easy online ordering through their website and free parking in back.

It's Sunday, watching football and eating pizza with my buddy Bob is par for the course. So we went to Domenicos. I've been coming to the this original location for at least 50 years. As the years before their pizza is delicious! The service at the counter was fast , and with a smile. That always sets the tone . It's been a minute since I've been here because of the Eaton fire. Not to worry the pizza is fantastic and the sit down part of the restaurant is open for business as well 11-4 . Family owned and always great food If you are in Pasadena, definitely Recommended

Today was our second trip to Domenico's. The first time we had the Big D pizza, and today we had the Lasagna and garlic bread with cheese. Both meals were very good, and we would order either meal again in a heartbeat. We will definitely be returning.

I had lunch with friends this Saturday at Domenico's inside the restaurant. This was the first time I have been inside the restaurant since 2019 since they reopened the dine in restaurant. I had been ordering takeout but I missed sitting inside. This visit was extra special because one of the friends in our group I had not seen for 9 years. One friend ordered chicken parm and another friend and I ordered a large pepperoni and meatball pizza. The pizza was made to perfection. Thin, crispy, cheesy and the meat balls were delicious. We left Domenico's with leftovers and great memories of our conversation.

As an Italian food aficionado & connoisseur, I've been to countless Italian restaurants. Domenico's is by far the best of the best in all of Southern California. I live in San Bernardino and am surrounded by an abundance of Italian eateries however, driving the 50+ mile trip to Dom's is no issue when it comes down time to get great quality food, with the upmost service from Joe. Restaurant decor sets you into a time travel & places you in the middle of Italy without the crazy expense of catching a flight. My goal is to work my way across the entire menú and I've yet to find something on the menu that I don't like. I've attached a few pictures of my favorite go to's. Best wishes & enjoy!

So this is just based on not being able to dine in at 6:30 on a Saturday. Best of luck! We will try again in the future. I think pick up is available, but Hubs wanted to sit down for his "pie".

Surprisingly bad. The soggiest pizza I've ever had. Tastless as well. I don't know what happened. The crust was literally soaking wet . I've had better pizza at a cafeteria which is saying something. The alfredo pasta also tasted pretty much like nothing and the chicken was rubbery like they made it in the microwave. So disappointed!

Got a large double pepperoni and mushroom for lunch. The crust is decent with a good rise at the edges. Quality topping and sauce. I like how the olives were chopped and sprinkled throughout, so the flavor wasn't over powering and really complimented the overall taste. Haven't had this pizza for years, I'm glad it's still around. 4 stars

My favorite pizza spot Always loaded with a ton of pepperoni and cheese. Only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is because it's slightly oily which is fair for the amount of toppings also it's on expensive side for takeout. Still worth it, I would choose Domenicos over any other pizza spot

I was introduced to dominicos way back in the 90's a friend of mine actually use to work there- he would bring me their chicken fettuccine special- well it's so addicting! It kept me a customer for years then COVID hit- sadly it closed then luckily the dining area reopened this year and I decided to drop in last week and I can tell you the food taste exactly the same! Delicious! Staff is the same that has been there for years - so friendly they make you feel like family- the dining area is a little smaller than before but it's clean and comfy! After the Altadena fires I was afraid they'd close! Thank God they survived! I will always be a customer! I highly recommend this restaurant.

They let me and my dog come sit outside and have my dog treats and a bowl for water. The food is overall really good and the service was really good to

Very fresh and piping hot pizza! I loved the crunchy crust, and it wasn't too salty which I loved. There's a small parking lot in the back and street parking. The entrance is at the front on Washington. We ordered pick up and the process was efficient and simple.

We were staying in East Pasadena for the week and needed some Italian flavor. Thank you, Yelp, for bringing this place to our attention! We ordered one of their family meal deals that's available only for to go orders. Our family meal deal included: Large pizza (we had pepperoni and fresh mushroom) Spaghetti with meat sauce Large salad Garlic bread We also ordered Eggplant Parm, cuz we're bougie like that. Everything was delicious, the portions were huge and the server was very friendly and helpful. It was all we could do to eat 1/2 the pizza and all of the salad, so everything else was eaten over the next three days. We did fix up the spaghetti a bit with more spices and herbs, more sauce and added our own meatballs because it was just a little too basic for ur family's taste.. Will definitely go back for the lasagna and chicken piccata!

I've been to Domenico's twice since I moved to Pas a month ago LOL. Its a fan favorite in our household. Portions and prices are amazing we got the family feast for 2 of us and it took us 3 meals to finish everything. Please support this small business!!! They've been around forever

I got some words for you Domenicos, BEST PIZZA IN TOWN. BEST I TELL YOU! Staff is super friendly! No frills type of place if ya no know what I mean. They just pushin GOOD QUALITY FOOD. No seating inside either. Just call order your meal, and pick it up in like 15-20 minutes. Can't get any easier! Theres been days I've even called and the wait for pick up was up to an hour. It's that good. LOCALS LOVE IT! So my favorite all time menu item is their EXTRA LARGE PEPPERONI PIZZA, WELL DONE. Perfect amount of dough, sauce, cheese and of course pepperoni ratio and that crunch! Man oh man, it's GOD TIER! When I say well done they know how to make it on point. I mean PERFECT! If anyone is aware of their antipasto salad that is amazing too. There are times where I have just order that and make my own hoagies at home. The large antipasto is LOADED with salami, provolone, olives, lettuce, onions, mozzarella and tomatoes it's fantastic with some mayo and mustard between a roll, call it the perfect sandwich. But I don't recommend eating it next day, gets super soggy, unless you're into those kinda things! HA! And last their meatball sandwich it's bomb! Can't ask for more. Perfect amount of sauce, cheese and the meatballs are made perfect. They aren't those hard meatballs, super nice and tender. Lots of flavor. Lots of love. Also your choice of sauce either meat sauce or marinara. I'm all about MEAT SAUCE. It's cooked perfect, the extra meat in the sauce enhances the sandwich, just the perfect bite. Small parking lot in the back and don't forget to grab a 2 liter, unless you got some pop at home. They got cold ones inside ready to go with your order. Man, that well made pepperoni is calling my name! Can't wait for my next cheat meal in town, Domenicos it is!

5 stars Hands down, the best pizza I've ever had! I stopped by Domenico's last week, and they absolutely nailed it. I ordered a thick-crust pizza, asked for it to be a little well done, and loaded it up with a ton of toppings. When it arrived, it was pure perfection--crispy, golden crust with that ideal balance of chew and crunch, slightly charred just the way I like it, and piled high with fresh, flavorful toppings that all worked together. Every bite was a dream! The staff was super friendly, and the delivery was quick. Domenico's has earned a permanent spot in my pizza rotation. Can't wait to order again

Excellent foods for chicken parmigiana and meat sauce spaghetti I ordered for to go!!! Since they have been running take-out orders only!! But services on front desk were still very groomed... Tasted delicious chicken parmigiana that the chicken n the cheese were baked right on ... so tenderness... spaghetti were so Al Denté and delicious meat sauce!!!

This is my favorite pizza place and am so glad it is okay after the fires. The pizzas are so good and this is a great place to get catering as the portions are huge and everything is delicious!

I've been coming here since 2020 and have always really enjoyed the food, but unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. The pizza I received wasn't anywhere near the quality I've had in the past. It honestly felt like it was made for kids--very different from what I'm used to here. On top of that, it was cut into squares, which I didn't ask for. Not trying to be rude, just wanted to share honest feedback because I've had great experiences here before and was surprised by the difference today. I basically wasted $40. Go to Prime Pizza they are a lot friendlier too.

Really awesome place and great food. I had a pepperoni and chorizo pizza. The service was excellent. I highly recommend people to try this restaurant. So many choices of food that I will be coming back to try some of the other options on their menu.

There's NO Dine in available at the moment , Placed my order on the phone and they were quick to pick up! 10/10 Customer service fast and friendly! 7/10 Pepperoni pizza : great size ,medium has 8 slices. 9/10 Chicken Alfredo : if you haven't yet this is a must ! Flavorful! You will not be disappointed I promise you. Needs more sauce ,you can ask for more on the side with an extra charge. My total came up to $70 + 3 chicken Alfredo's 1 medium pizza Not bad ! Portions are large. Thank you !

A Pasadena staple for decades.... Great family-style Italian food (which is kind of hard to come by in the LA area). We've been customers for our entire lives, and we've never left without great food and great service. Highly suggest the antipasto salad. It's like $12 and easily feeds 2 adults AND is delicious. I also recommend the Big D pizza. They cut it in a non-standard way that leaves pieces of all different shapes and sizes which is perfect for sharing with a large group of people where some people may/may not want a small or large slice.

Domenico's is solid. We've been coming here for years and the food is delicious. Picked up a pizza and salad to go so we could watch the Dodgers. Domenicos pizza and salad early evening on a warm Saturday while watching the baseball game...it's an elevated version of that '80's afternoon of pizza and paper plates, you've run into the house to eat real quick before running back outside to resume your street baseball game with your friends. Could it be any pizza place that sparks the nostalgia? Sure. But your today self will thank you for the delicious Domenicos pizza and salad. I really emphasize the salad because even my kids get hyped for it.

I ordered the chicken piccata and a small pepperoni pizza. Both were delicious. Good portions. Customer service was great. The girls at the front counter are very helpful. One star off because they closed their inside dining. They are take out only now. I recommend their food. I'll be back to try more menu items.

I got a gift certificate so went to use it on a Saturday night. The sit down part of the restaurant closes at 4 pm which seemed odd on a Saturday. I ordered a pasta and cheese garlic bread. Over $25. No salad, garlic bread or side comes w the dinners. Bread was extra. Worth it. Staff were efficient and friendly. Food was quick, but I had gone for a nice sit down meal to celebrate my burned house being cleared. I was tired and didn't want to cook. Unfortunately the pasta was so bland I had to cook to make it tasty. There are a few chairs to sit in for the wait. Other wise it's takeout counter ambience Wish the food were better.

Pizza is good and salad is good too and I went with teen parenting teacher and my grandma from high school and it was delicious

We just moved to the area and catered from here for the first time and we all loved it. The food was tasty and the portions were very generous for the price point. We will order again for sure. Thnx Chicken parm, the family feast and lasagna and pizza!

Delicious as always. I've ordered about 10 times a year for the past 5 years. I always use a delivery service and my order is always perfect. Hot food is hot. Cold food is cold. The order is always correct. They ensure things are packed well, so when the food arrives everything is the temperature it's supposed to be. They also pay attention to my notes, such as salad dressing on the side , which I have to say many places miss. When I eat here I feel like family. I really do. If you select utensils, they pack you up like a loving family member would. I have no ties to this place other than I love it, and am happy to have found it. Thank you Domenico's. Thank you for respecting my hard earned money and doing your part to ensure I get the best meal when I order from you. I can tell you care, and want your employees to care too.

The Best Pizza in Pasadena and any other SoCal city. The Big D (named after me...just kidding) is the go to pizza to order. The have the best antipasto salad I ever tasted and there spaghetti is on point!! Domenico's is one of my favorite places in my hometown Pasadena

Great pizza! Ordered on DoorDash and the pizza arrived piping hot! Very tasty and the crust was perfect! We ordered one large pepperoni and 2 large Big D Special Pizza. All the ingredients were very fresh and tasty! I really like the way they cut the pizza too!! Smaller pieces and easier to grab. Especially when there's a large group of people. We were all so hungry that I didn't have a chance to take a picture! Would definitely order here again!!

One of the things that's important about a restaurant is that it's consistent and this place is consistent. Red sauce is really good (and that's hard to find), garlic bread is great, tiramisu is fantastic. Eggplant parm, pizza, fried zucchini, raviolis, fried mozzarella ... all really good. The staff is very friendly and Joe who greets you at the door is the best! World needs more people like Joe. Go see Joe!

I've been going to Domenico's for 20 years - what was childhood without this spot?! Usually I pick up a Big D's special which is essentially a combination pizza. They pack this baby with tons of fresh vegetables, sausage and pepperoni - it's my absolute favorite. I also usually opt for a side salad which is your classic, standard antipasta. The staff is super friendly, the service is quick (usually 20-30 min for a pick up order) and the pizza is a warm hug.

The food is awesome here! I used to work near the area when I started visiting this place. Now that I'm no longer in the area, I still make the drive whenever I get the cravings for great Italian fare. Their linguine with red clam sauce is my fave! But trust me, their whole menu is fantastic!

Domenico's is a great restaurant. I love their Big D Special Pizza. It's great and I add pineapple to make it even better. The food comes quick. I've eaten there for dinner and it's a classic small family Italian restaurant.

I ordered meat lasagna and garlic bread. I've never had such bad lasagna it had absolutely no flavor and looked like it was thrown together by a monkey. Then I asked for regular garlic bread because I hate cheese garlic bread and of course I was given cheese garlic bread. I've had the lasagna here before but it was a few years ago. Honestly , a frozen stouffers would have been better.

Had to stop for lunch when I saw the dining room was reopened! Really great to see familiar faces and the new generation still providing good service and delicious food.

This food is always amazing!! Fresh ingredients and everything is good. I got the pepperoni pizza, antipasto salad (cheese on the side), chicken wings (they even gave me all flats!!!) and garlic bread. Been ordering from here for decades and it never disappoints. Thank you!!

This is an out-of-the-way neighborhood pizza place, serving outstanding pizza with lots of fresh ingredients. Since the pandemic, it's take-out only, however (a shame, since I'll bet their pizza is doubly-good right out of the oven).

We love this restaurant. Have been eating there for decades. My siblings both worked there in High School. They have been a great family restaurant. I now live far from Pasadena, but whenever I come back I make sure to stop in and get the Fettucini Alfredo, with Chicken , broccoli, and special request sun-dried tomatoes! You won't find another restaurant that makes a better Fettucini Alfredo!

The absolute best pizza ever! When I come out to California we always have a pizza dinner from here. We have had every single pizza they make and have done our own combinations. The salads are great, we had a Garden salad the lettuce is fresh crispy. If the family would agree to it I would have a couple meals at domenicos during our stay.

Top notch! Hearty Italian, jammin pizza with amazing dough and crust. Best Italian around and been around here for nearly 70 years.

Doesn't look like much when you walk past it, but I was so hungry !!! I had to walk in ! And the scent of garlic was in the air I was like ,"this has to be that Italian restaurant !!! The staff was super nice ! Made me feel really comfortable The young lady helped me with the menu , she explained everything really well!! I still couldn't get over the smell of garlic ‍!! I asked what's she recommend . I got the cheese and meat ravioli , she recommended the classic marinara sauce which let me tell you it is the best marinara sauce I have tasted to the point where I had to lick the bowl!! I also got a side salad , tossed ! Filled with nice beautiful veggies was just perfect ! The love I have for Italian food , it is out of this world !! the staff , the cooks , the food and the smell everything about this restaurant defined the Italian culture ! I'm so glad I live across the street Thank you guys !!!!

If you are looking for a taste of Italy, Domenico's is the place to find it!!! This jewel has been a part of my life and heart since 2009 when I first started working in Pasadena. I don't work there anymore, but I did take a trip to relive my past since I was feeling nostalgic. I ordered exactly what my old coworkers and I used to order back in the day except it was all for me. The midweek special, which is a large 2 topping pizza, salad and 2 liter drink. The pizza and salad of course were the highlight. Instead of a regular salad I got the antipasto salad instead. It was delicious! The perfect blend of black olives, cheese, Italian meats, lettuce, tomatoes and dressing. It may sound basic but believe me, there was a party in my mouth with each bite. The toppings I put on the pizza were black olives and fresh mushrooms. I forgot how they pile the toppings on to make for a wonderful treat! With each bite I could taste the different flavors of Italy including garlic, basil, oregano and basil. Maybe it was in the sauce because it was SO GOOD!! Patronizing this family owned business would be in your best interest so check them out, you won't be disappointed!
