Worst Dominos in the area without a doubt. Manager Cecily is a joke of a food service manager. I ordered 1 pizza (at 4:33 PM on Super Bowl Sunday so I obviously expected a longer wait time) and after two hours I still had no update on my order when my original approximate delivery time was 64-74 minutes.
First, once my wait time exceeded the approximate delivery time I went to double check my e-mail receipt to make sure that information was correct. From the email I clicked the track order button, and it takes me to the Dominos app where it tells me "order not found". Order not found, wtf?
So I check my card to see if the charge posted, it did. The order now shows in my Dominos app as a past order, as if it were already delivered. So I try calling the store, maybe there was some mix up or maybe the wait time was another 30 minutes or so, which would have been fine had they answered the phone to let me know that. With the unanswered phone calls and the clearly faulty app, I decided to make a trip down to the store.
When I walked in I asked to speak with a manager,
So this young blonde kid (who was probably the nicest associate I had interaction with) calls the manager and all of a sudden I see a young woman looking around the kitchen saying "WHERE, WHERE IS SHE?" The tone and volume level of her voice is already an easy 7/10. She yells from the kitchen "TELL HER TO COME OVER HERE!" So I walk over to where she said, and she yells at me "WHATS THE PROBLEM?!"
Um excuse me lady? You're really going to raise your voice at your customer like that? She didn't even take the time to step out of the kitchen and stop what she was doing for 3 minutes to talk to me and resolve the issue. Mind you there's a restaurant full of customers and this is how this manager named Cecily decides to handle the situation. What an embarrassment of a manager. Dominos should be ashamed to put someone in a position of leadership who handles one situation that poorly. A disgrace.
Anyway, I asked for my money back and my order which quite frankly I should've had an hour and a half prior. And she refused to give me my order but did give me a refund. I asked the associate who handled my refund for the managers name and she said, "you're gonna have to ask her". Lol. What a joke. She must have told her that I asked because the manager (Cecily) then yelled at me from the kitchen, "MY NAME IS CECILY 1-800-DOMINOS".
Again, what a joke.
I googled the phone number for Dominos customer service and was on the phone with a representative before even leaving the store. Dominos WC, please rethink your decisions when it comes to the employees you have in any kind of leadership position.
Also, if you were wondering, the customer service phone number isn't 1-800-Dominos. So many better Dominos locations in the area, so many better alternative options in the area. I ended up taking that money to the Dominos on Hacienda in LP and had my order in about 10 minutes.
