The pizza i ordered didnt even have extra cheese and wasn't made right the pizza tasted dried and burn they need to work on there quality check before selling the pizza

Paid $5 for two small marinara sauce cups. Didn’t get them. Ordered y pizza “pie cut” it isn’t. Waited over 8 mins for it to be walked out the front door.

I noticed this Domino's has a quite a few when stars but my granddaughter wanted pizza and I have a few free pizza coming. So I ordered a free pizza. I ordered a full sausage half sausage spinach. They did a very well job I got it hot when it just came out of the oven plenty of cheese sauce enough sausage and spinach to suffice. .. my granddaughter and I were very satisfied.

Very poor delivery, This is Your service ! Just make sure about your delivery partners, How can they serve pizza to the customer's .It looks like a garbage in a box. Not recommended this location. I

I work nearby, walking distance, and went in for lunch. I ordered on the phone and was able to eat here in their clean dining area. I was able to enjoy my drink as I waited for pizza. Quiet and professional atmosphere.

Hardly any cheese and literally counted 8 sausages in my whole pizza. Pepperoni pizza was over salted . Simple stuff if you can’t get that right then I’m not sure what to tell you. I’d recommend another place . Especially having to pay for delivery and tip you would think they would try and make a good pizza .

Poor delivery, driver not professional and pizzas not acceptable

Been having more domino's since they have the 9.99 deal. Through 3/2. Take advantage!! This location makes better pie than the one near my house. I drive 5 minutes extra for my pizza fix, now. Last night it was a little dry though, overbaked. But other times better. I always order on the website. Pizza is always ready for pickup, faster or on time to the estimated given.

I've never had an issue with this location. You can always find outstanding deals via the dominoes app using the coupons. I always suggest people to pick up their food rather than it being delivered to save yourself a good chunk of money there is no seating inside however, the food is delicious. It's a great item for small gatherings.

This is for Dominos Pizza in general because the employees at this location were great and they could only help with what they are allowed. The 6.99 offer is NOT TRUE, I TRIED ORDERING ON THE APP THEN ON THE WEBSITE AND THE PRICE JUMPS TO 7.99 INSTEAD OF 6.99. I went to the restaurant and they can't honor the special and told me to contact corporate customer service so I call and there is no option to speak to someone then it hangs up. I went to contactus.dominos.com and its a bot and it asks for MY contact info so they can call me. ridiculous.

Pizza was good , got 2 pizzas and picked up. Price was right. 2 medium pizzas for $21.00

This is probably one of the worst dominos pizza I've ever had. Just by looking at the photos you can see that the pizzas were made very half-ass and thrown together without any type of care. Majority of the pizza tasted like dough and tomato paste and not actually like a pizza. The breadsticks were undercooked and tasted like straight dough. I don't expect a phenomenal 5 star pizza but I atleast expect some type of standard, which this place clearly lacks! If you're reading this...don't bother! Try another pizza spot, Little Caesar's is honestly better at this point. Oh and they now also charge you extra for the small cheese & red pepper packs.....

Celebrating my birthday today and the initial plans were to go out for lunch with my family. Well, it rained on my birthday parade lol so we ordered pizza from here. We had lots of pizza options nearby but I decided on Dominos. Your Honolulu Hawaiian pizza is simply amazing! We placed a fairly large order and included the Honolulu Hawaiian pizza in our order, couldn't resist! Using the app, we were able to track our order which is pretty cool. Expecting a long wait, we went to the liquor store to grab some sodas and plates, checked my tracker and found out my order was on its way! As we arrived home, our driver was pulling up, female driver though I don't remember her name but it could be Grace(very nice girl). Anyhow, our order arrived nice and fresh, hot and delicious! Pizza was great! From the ease of the app, the website itself and the pizza tracker, this was a cool experience! Total time from ordering to delivery was about 25 minutes. Highly recommend this Dominos!

10/9/24 Wed. -Bought 4XL Pizzas for the Nurses & Staff at EMANATE HEALTH Cancer Ctr. in West Covina. Ordering was very easy and the lady taking my order was, "Joanna." Very polite and professional on the phone. She got my orders accurately! When I arrived to Pick up, "Daisy" took care of my order and opened the pizzas for me to Look at what I ordered was accurate. The Nurses & Staff loved All the pizzas and were Very Happy at the Freshness and quality! I Will order from This Location again! Thanks, DOMINOS!!

When I'm craving pizza I order Domino pizza online. I love the flavorful Domino's pizza. I enjoyed their gourmet vegetarian thin crust as well as pizza with meat. I'm happy with their fast on time service delivery.

Seriously, ZERO stars. What the actual crap is this? I waited an hour and a half for this. I tried calling the store multiple times to ask for refund, but no one answers the phone.

It's rare for me to have had delays in my orders from this location, but it does happen on an occasion. My order last night came in swiftly and promptly and everything appeared to be accurate. I'm a sucker for dominos and have been a fan of their pizza since childhood. Sometimes I just crave their salty pepperoni pizza and some wings on The side. Are there better pizza options? Probably, but you know what to expect and its a reliable, filling meal.

I used to order from the west covina location quite a bit and I was pleasantly surprised that the salad was fresh, pizza ok and pasta surprisingly good. However, ordered tonight as I had a free pizza worst ever cold pizza neglible toppings. The salad was old brown on leaves, never happened before and pasta less than usual. Wow don't know what happened prices went up to 7.99 no problem not much considering everyone else but quality is way down don't want to eat cardboard.. never again

I normally love ordering dominos but this location sucks. My pizza arrived uncooked and tasted like dough. I called the location and they tried to lie and say they don't have my order and if I was sure I ordered from them. Lol smh

The worst customer service. Waited over an hour for a delivery. They didn't call or reach me at any time. When I called the store, they said that they couldn't find my place so just brought it back. They were really rude and didn't seem to care at all. After 10 mins they offered a refund that will take 5-10 business days.

Ordered 2 pizzas for pick up Heavy set lady at counter very rude no idea of what customer service means I've asked her for crushed peppers n Parmesan cheese she responded we charge extra n when I've asked if napkins were extra she said not yet!! Maybe her husband yelled at her before she left to work but not customers fault maybe I'll go to Pizza Hut next time I want pizza disappointed by dominos customer service

Ordered online 2 pepperoni and mushroom hand tossed crust pizzas and they were horrible! I was a bit surprised that they were delivered maybe 15 minutes after the order was placed. Well those were not hand tossed crusts. They were thin crusts and it was like eating warmed over cardboard.

This Dominos is the worst one yet make sure you order your pizza a day before to expect a prompt delivery. Employees are clueless never know the whereabouts of your pizza. If I could do no stars I would.

Definitely the last time I go to this location, took over 2 hours, 2 hours since I ordered for them to deliver. No apology, no sorry just here you go, no wonder it has such a low ratting definitely not going back.

Just ordered Philly steak and cheese pizza, and basically got a cheese pizza with two mushrooms on it. The pizza cost $28, and you would expect more for your money! I would not recommend this place to anybody. I just called at 9:24 PM way before Domino's closes, and they just keep hanging up the phone. How is a person supposed to get their money back, or a pizza that is right if the manager is doing his job? I'm a retired veteran from the United States Army, And this is how you treat us veterans? I should've ordered from another pizza establishment, at least I would've got my moneys worth. I was expecting Philly steak and cheese pizza, and got a cheese pizza with one slice of mushroom on it. Maybe this way they keep hanging up the phone. look at the picture of the pizza for yourself, and there's one mushroom on the slice that I had, and the rest of the pizza is full of cheese and no Philly steak!

I don't think I've ever left this bad of a review someone but I'm sorry dominoes I had too! I ordered online and it was fine, they delivered it fine. The delivery man was very nice. But I'm so disappointed in the food and whoever made it and decided to send it out. I ordered a classic hot wings and that's what they gave me? Burnt boneless chicken pieces, with some type of cheese and hot sauce on top. Then I ordered a Caesar salad and it's not fresh at all, such a disappointment. You can see the lettuce has aged. They should've thrown it out. So basically I paid for a rotted salad and some burnt chicken pieces.

Do not stay in your car at this site. Get out of the car and make them acknowledge you. Major pet peeve is when you are waiting and the clerk takes another person in front of you! Called in per instructions and the boy put me on hold. Fine. But then some chickenhead man pulls in and he serves him FIRST AND FORGOT ME!! Then he does not apologize for the error after I point it out. I even had to dial back in because of him forgetting I was on hold! This was mainly because it was a crew of males and I know they made fun of me because one of the other boys (they are NOT men) looked over at me. Irritaing little twerps!

Terrible service!!!!!! Purchased four large pizzas and a side order. Asked for peppers and the sales lady made me wait for three minutes or so and came back wanted to charge me extra for peppers flakes. Has anyone heard of that before, Really???? Will not come back to this place again.

I do not recommend this place my pizza did not look appetizing and I ordered five of them on top of that the driver decided to give himself a $10 tip I called the manager and she really didn't care much of what I had to say she said she was going to refund me my order and she refund me the $10. 2days later save your time and your money there's better places around the area

Yet another post about Domino's pizza as little tiny chicken wings I wish somebody from this store or from corporate would contact me because this happened to me more than once and am tired of wasting my money on what they refer to as chicken wings but look more like pigeonwings my advice to people don't over the wings pizza was fine the wings are so smalle they do nothing but irritate me in not happy with there food or customer service an am ready to just say quits with them an move on to another pizza place. Use to advocate to avoid Domino's at all cost-- Since I moved to this area few months ago; sad to find out there are not many good pizza places. I've came / ordered here about 3-4 times and I gotta say, pretty dang good. Service has always been fast- friendly and I got a great pie!

Late orders are now the norm here. The most recent delivery order took two and a half hours. Picking up isn't any better because the food is never ready on time.

This dominos usto suck!! Being it's the one I get delivered to my house :/ ... I gave it another shot a couple weeks ago and today as well! On point

I tried to order online but it wouldn't let me. I called store and they took my order over phone but couldn't give me 50% advertised offer because I wasn't ordering online. I would have to do a carryout forv50%off. I drove to store in West Covina and it was closed at 230pm. The lady from Honeybacked ham said there was no electricity. I called number again and the person who took my order could not help me but claimed their store was on south glendora in west covina. She claimed their store was next to Honeybaked Ham and asked me to call back later? I went to domino's in la puente and they were helpful and took my order.

Will not be ordering from here again, I placed on online order and never received my order. I was watching the pizza tracker so I knew when to expect them and after the pizza tracker said it was delivered I opened my door to see if it was dropped off and it wasn't, I waited a few more minutes to give the driver some time because it is an apartment building, even though there are only 8 units. When I call the store that I never received it they said the driver, whose name was Jessica according to the tracker, had said she left it at the door and that there is nothing they can do. Didn't offer to replace my order or a refund just an apology that you can tell they person on the phone did not mean. Great job on the customer service guys!

I placed an order for pizza wings and a pasta took over an hour to receive my order and when I called in the person who answered the phone was more then mad he maybe couldn't deal with the stress of working at dominos cuase I know how busy they get , he went off saying it's rainying there's a lotta of people ordering my pizza will get here when it does and when I asked if I would receive it cold would I get my refund back he said he could just cancel it because it sounds like I wanted free food when I clearly had paid with card . I only order from here cuase it's the only dominos I have in my area never again I'll stick with Pizza Hut !

Ordered a pizza from Dominos about an hour ago. I never put instructions on the pizza box, "Draw a duck on the box". Usually they don't follow through on requests so we didn't think anything of it. We get the pizza and in BBQ sauce they worker by the name of Julian drew a penis on top of the pizza. When I called the store they tried to blame me because I said to draw a duck and I must have confused him. While the manager is giggling under his breath. Wtf? Seriously? I don't find it funny. We got a free pizza from this but that's not even the point. Unprofessional

Shitty dominos location. Workers are rude and hung up on the phones, after I finally got through on a call they cut me off mid sentence and didn't even start on my order after an hour. I live down the street. I wanted my food, this place sucks ass

$32 got me two bland medium pan pizzas. They were missing the saltiness that one would expect from pizzas supposedly containing extra layers of cheese and ranch sauce. The paltry amount of pepperoni and sausage on both pizzas might also be the cause. No bueno. Not going back.

My pizza arrived cold, and person who delivered it refused to leave it outside. Instead, they kept on insisting to leave it on top of my car, even after we told them over the phone to leave it outside. Person did not speak English so that didn't help. This is like the 3rd time so i am forced to leave a review...

I order a thin crust pizza. Very dry did not taste good at all! I do not recommend domino's pizza! Terrible customer service

Perfect order! Pizza was delicious. No mistake on my order. They put extra sauce, as requested! On the tracker, it said that Earwin was the one making the pizza. Props to that person! The driver Jose was very polite and punctual. I have pizza delivered at least 3 times a month and all delivery drivers are professional. To top it off, they texted me that Domino was on their way. About 3-5 mins later...they showed up. I think that's pretty cool.

I will never order from this place again. I ordered a medium pepperoni and a medium Hawaiian style. After eating the pizza, I immediately felt sick. I asked my partner how he felt and he said his stomach was hurting. I tried to call after this took place, but they never picked up the phone.

Surprisingly on time. I used the coupon with the app and watched the app change status of the pizza. Right on the clock. I love dominos because of its coupon and the bbq sauce, the white sauce, the garlic, yummy! The place is nice and clean. There were two staff working together. One is preparing/cooking, the other one the cashier. So you can say that the pizza is clean.

I placed my order with a young, cold, competent girl. She was having a hard time answering my question. After trying to clarify an order, she was just not getting it. I was not calling customer service for my banking needs, it was to order a damn pizza. When I asked to talk to a manger, assuming he/she is a manager for a reason and can answer my question. Instead, I was laughed at by this manager. I felt like he was mocking me by laughing at me being ignorant after answering my question. I even questioned why he was laughing at me, when clearly his cashier was not getting me. He was unprofessional and rude. My order was suppose to take 35 - 45 minutes. I called them at 50 minutes after I placed my order, I was placed on hold to have them check on my order. He said "your pizza is ready, its sitting here and its just now leaving for delivery." The pizza was delivered in over an hour from when the originally call was made. Our pizza was cold and dull and charges waved. Was this done purposely or they "accidentally" forgot to deliver?

Extremely annoyed online says open till open till one front door says open till 1 God till 1 got there at 12:23 and closed you do not care About your customers. Shame on you . Will not be using you again Pizza Hut it is at least they care about their customers and have the correct online hours

This place is a joke the first time we ordered a large pizza with extra cheese an extra pepperoni. Ones the pizza was delivered we opened the box no extra cheese or pepperoni at all. My fiancé was like wow little Cesar tastes better. We called and the manager tried to tell us how they put extra cheese and I told them no no when I order dominos with the extra cheese an pepperoni literally the cheese is covering the extra pepperoni. They gave us a free 3 topping pizza. We ordered it horrible no same thing extra cheese an pepperoni with jalapeños no. Horrible half the pizza did not have cheese at all. Pizza Hut does not do this at all An i don't have high expectations for them at all ridiculous. And also next time have the driver have enough cash to fully give you back your change. He told me he did not have change at all I'm like you know what it's fine disappointing.

They charged me twice for the pizza and then told me they would not refund the money, literally Dominoes Pizza stole money from me. Unbelievable ....told me that I couldn't talk to a manager, and they have no way of refunding me.

Worst Dominos in the area without a doubt. Manager Cecily is a joke of a food service manager. I ordered 1 pizza (at 4:33 PM on Super Bowl Sunday so I obviously expected a longer wait time) and after two hours I still had no update on my order when my original approximate delivery time was 64-74 minutes. First, once my wait time exceeded the approximate delivery time I went to double check my e-mail receipt to make sure that information was correct. From the email I clicked the track order button, and it takes me to the Dominos app where it tells me "order not found". Order not found, wtf? So I check my card to see if the charge posted, it did. The order now shows in my Dominos app as a past order, as if it were already delivered. So I try calling the store, maybe there was some mix up or maybe the wait time was another 30 minutes or so, which would have been fine had they answered the phone to let me know that. With the unanswered phone calls and the clearly faulty app, I decided to make a trip down to the store. When I walked in I asked to speak with a manager, So this young blonde kid (who was probably the nicest associate I had interaction with) calls the manager and all of a sudden I see a young woman looking around the kitchen saying "WHERE, WHERE IS SHE?" The tone and volume level of her voice is already an easy 7/10. She yells from the kitchen "TELL HER TO COME OVER HERE!" So I walk over to where she said, and she yells at me "WHATS THE PROBLEM?!" Um excuse me lady? You're really going to raise your voice at your customer like that? She didn't even take the time to step out of the kitchen and stop what she was doing for 3 minutes to talk to me and resolve the issue. Mind you there's a restaurant full of customers and this is how this manager named Cecily decides to handle the situation. What an embarrassment of a manager. Dominos should be ashamed to put someone in a position of leadership who handles one situation that poorly. A disgrace. Anyway, I asked for my money back and my order which quite frankly I should've had an hour and a half prior. And she refused to give me my order but did give me a refund. I asked the associate who handled my refund for the managers name and she said, "you're gonna have to ask her". Lol. What a joke. She must have told her that I asked because the manager (Cecily) then yelled at me from the kitchen, "MY NAME IS CECILY 1-800-DOMINOS". Again, what a joke. I googled the phone number for Dominos customer service and was on the phone with a representative before even leaving the store. Dominos WC, please rethink your decisions when it comes to the employees you have in any kind of leadership position. Also, if you were wondering, the customer service phone number isn't 1-800-Dominos. So many better Dominos locations in the area, so many better alternative options in the area. I ended up taking that money to the Dominos on Hacienda in LP and had my order in about 10 minutes.

Horrible. I have been ordering from this location for about a year. I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza and a thin crust pepperoni. Simple. I got my pizzas and there was very little to no sauce on both of my pizzas. I called it in and they replaced my order with no questions asked. I get my pizza 30 minutes later and again very very minimal no sauce on both of my pizzas. The worst pizza I have had and the manager I spoke to the second time had nothing to say to me just sorry and ok. I told them I don't want the crap pizza and whoever is working, sucks. So that is my experience.

We called at 10:30 at night they said they where only accepting delivery we said that was fine we live in a back area of a house so we had called back 30 min later and the person who answered had said that they would put a note on it and make sure they would call when the pizza arrived it was 12am and we called about our pizza and they left it outside on a porch that wasn't even our house the only reason I know this is because I called and asked to speak to the person in charge and they where no help either they blamed it on me when I had called 30 min before the pizza ever left the store and still didn't offer to reheat our cold ass pizza never spending a dime at this place ever again don't waste ur time

The pizza is never ready when the app says it's ready. I always have to wait at least 10 minutes. A lot of the times if you order both pizza and wings you have to wait for them to do the wings while your pizza is getting cold. Who likes cold pizza?!

I give this place a 00000. Everyone be careful when you order out you have a driver who will call the cops if he sees your lights off and starts sneaking around through your windows even though you left specific directions to leave the pizza on the chair Pizza all paid for with tip included. From what the neighbors told me and the cops he looked weird and a little crazy looking through my windows trespassing my property he literally called the cops and told them there was a dead body just because he saw my uncle on his bed rolling over at 9:20 to 9:30 pm he was sleeping which he was only able to see by trespassing my property. A dead body really why would you even order a pizza if you have a dead body in the house. Dominoes needs to make sure that the people who are under the influence and delivery pizza are capable of doing both if not they should tell their drivers to do it once they get home so they don't inconvenience people with this kind of chaos. When the cops came after he reported a dead body, I have so many entrances that they could have come through and if both parties got startled then something unnecessary could have happened all because a delivery driver decided to play detective trespassing my property when his job was just to deliver a pizza.

I just want to say the driver was friendly and the food was alright. But here is where the 2 stars come from so first of all my food took like an hour to deliver and then it was deliver to the wrong address. By the time I receive my food it was super cold.
