"When at Canyons Village, ski into Dos Olas Cantina, one of four in-house restaurants at the posh Pendry Park City. Executive chef Carlos Segura’s robust menu is inspired by his Mexico City roots, with mezcal, tequila, and margaritas available for imbibing alongside barbacoa nachos, tinga de pollo tacos, cauliflower con mole, and ceviches. And be sure to save room for a churro sandwich for dessert." - Katie Shapiro

"When The Pendry Park City opened in 2021, it brought four new restaurants to the Canyons base of Park City Mountain Resort. One of those was Dos Olas Cantina, a Mexican restaurant where you could clip out of your skis and get to a mezcal cocktail and barbacoa nachos within minutes. You’re at a ski resort hotel, so expect entrees in the $20+ range, but portions are huge. The menu features things like tinga de pollo tacos and cauliflower with pineapple alongside tacos and fajitas. " - jene shaw

There's some culinary mastery going on here at @DosOlas. Simply blown away by the deliciousity and detail of their Mexican offerings. Albeit dainty, their fish tacos are every microgram of yum. Seriously killer. I would have liked to savor these all day but they were devoured in a moment and washed down with a refreshingly superb Codigo (plata) Paloma. What a combo! I also enjoyed the best-ever Barbacoa Nachos. Out of this Would awesome. Everything was top-notch and Last-Meal worthy. Don't forget the salsa trio (habanero was fresh & spicy! I love Dos Olas. QUE SABOR! @wardstr

Service and location were good. I expected to pay more being near the lift- but I hoped for better quality food. The fajitas were kind of bland. The loaded nachos were pretty good.

Google
Excellent Mexican spot right off the mountain in Park City. A little pricey, but not unexpected given that it's steps away from the lift and in a beautiful area. The queso was good, but the salsas were excellent. I had the shrimp tacos which were a little small but I had some of my son's chicken fajitas which were good & large in portion size. The churro for dessert was pretty good, but definitely enhanced by the chocolate sauce.

The food was pretty good. Everyone was happy with their dishes and appetizers for the most part. Micheladas were not very authentic, so wouldn't recommend if you are a Mexican michelada fan. Margaritas were good. Service was just OK. Our waitress wasn't very friendly or helpful. But where the 2 star rating really comes in is the treatment from the manager. Even after spending money on dinner and drinks for 10 people, the manager told us to go across the street (to another bar) if we wanted any after-dinner drinks bc the bar was closed for a private event. When we tried to explain that we had a 10 top but we weren't able to order (bc no servers were coming) he acted like we were lying and insisted on looking up our reservation to double check. It was just very strange and aggressive behavior for no reason. I wouldn't recommend this spot if that's how they treat their patrons. Very strange.

Google
AMAZING restaurant in Park City. Hands down our favorite restaurant of our whole trip. Our server was Ryan and he took great care of us. We have 3 teenagers and our entire family of 5 enjoyed the meal and vibe! Affordable (for Park City), great atmosphere and wonderful service. Highly recommend!!!

Google
Pleasantly surprised experience. Dos Olas far exceeded expectations. There was a lot of love that went in to the dishes at this place. The fajitas were not only delicious, but beautifully prepared and presented. The quesadilla was one of the best I ever had. The guac was freshly prepared and right on point. Queso fondito was fantastic. Our server Adriana could not have been nicer, more efficient, and caring. She really made a difference. It was so good that we dined there twice in one week. The second time the food was excellent but the service was lacking. But they seem to be a little short staffed and busy. But they tried, which is really what counts. So happy we found this place. Nice job.

Fun and delicious Mexican food with relaxed vibe. Outside seating was nice. Great service! I appreciated the creative vegan options.

As a local Park City Realtor I always get requests for restaurants, especially for clients and visitors who are staying in or skiing at the Canyons. Dos Olas has a great bar, perfect for watching sports and casually hanging out with friends. The restaurant is great for families with a wide variety of great Mexican food. My clients always rave about Dos Olas after we go! What a great addition to Canyons Village.

Yelp
Where do we even begin! I guess I should start by saying we were in town for the week for a bachelorette trip and this was one of three restaurants we were considering for dinner. This restaurant is nestled right off the mountain in the resort area. There is a parking garage right underneath the struture that offered complimentary parking for the first 90 minutes. From there it was a quick elevator ride up to the restaurant level where there was live music and a few stores to shop at. Once we got to the restaurant, we were seated on the patio where we were able to enjoy the live music and the beautiful weather outside. Shortly after we were greeted by Juan and Sebastian who ended up making our night extra remarkable. For drinks, majority of the table got a spiked horchata. It was the perfect mix of horchata with a side of tequila. :) We started the evening with guacamole and salsa brought to the table. The Guacamole was the perfect blend of avocado and various flavors. The chips were nice and crunch were not overly salted. For my entree I got the pesca tacos, the first was my most preferable where it is one solid piece as opposed to a bunch of small pieces with a bit of slaw and salsa on top. A few of us decided to do some tradsies and I was also able to try the carne asada as well. Sebastian was super well attentive and made sure we had everything we needed along the way. Juan also checked on us several times to make sure we got everything we needed. All in all, we had an incredible time and I can't wait to come back and visit when I'm in town again.

Yelp
Great food, great service. Loved this restaurant. Food was very flavorful and prepared well. Had the steak fajitas which were cooked perfectly. Waiter Michael was very nice and had great energy.

Amanda K.

Yelp
The food and service was amazing! We loved the queso and the fajitas. Adam was excellent!

Yelp
This place should be shut down. It is located in The Pendry, which is a 5-star hotel, and it reflects very poorly on the hotel. Service was atrocious. Food that wasn't disgusting was bland. The place wasn't busy when we walked in, and the guy that greeted us made us feel unwelcome the way he rudely asked if we had a reservation. Sat at the table with no water or drink refills for a good 5 minutes when they had 5 people at the host stand doing absolutely nothing. When I got the check, I had been charged for the Diet Coke refill. Stay clear of this place!

Valeria B.

Yelp
i saw plenty of bad reviews on here, but our experience was incredible! the service was excellent, the food was crazy good and everyone was very friendly and polite. we are visiting here and we came around 3 o clock and it wasn't too packed. amazing lunch spot

Yelp
For all the haters- 1) its a ski town. most of the staff is seasonal and doing their best to accomodate peak crowds. our server got our 10 year old served before he fell asleep (bonus points for that!) 2) its a Mexican place, dont get too creative. We had Fajitas, tacos and quesadillas and they were all excellent! 3) prices also reflect that its a ski town (see #1 above) 4) spicy margaritas were excellent

Yelp
To be fair, it was busy. From the time we walked in the hostess was too busy berating the other hostesses to even look up and acknowledge us. We had a reservation and we arrived on time with our entire party. They told us they would let us know when our table was ready. Not a problem. I look around and there is essentially nowhere to go. I see a family with a young child standing next to the bar and see an open area so I figure we could stand there. Immediately the hostess starts screeching (and yes, that's the most accurate description) that children can't be "in the bar". We are from out of state and this is our first night here. We did not know and I said "oh I didn't realize, I saw a kid over there with her parents." The hostess glares at me and says "where? I don't see anyone" (insert eye roll, ok I must be hallucinating that child). Fine, we can follow rules. I direct the kids to stand by the door while my husband orders us all drinks margaritas and sodas. We settle up immediately because I can only imagine what will happen if we ask to transfer the bar tab. She calls our name, we respond. She looks at our drinks and whines, "you have to settle your bar tab first". I confirmed we did that already. She looks surprised but turns around and leads us to a nice table. Someone pours us water. Another guy comes by and says "is someone serving you?" I have no idea at this point what is happening. I tell him that someone poured us water but I wasn't sure if she was our waitstaff or not. He says "oh ok, do you want a starter?" We say sure and order. It's a rushed and uneventful dinner. Random people are just snatching dishes from the table. Our waiter swings by and while my head is turned he takes my margarita (presumably thinking it empty) and before I realize what has happened he's gone. Unceremoniously we pay the check and it was by far the least impressive meal we had while we were in Park City. Over the next few nights we had so many excellent meals (and waitstaff) that it more than made up for this train wreck. So unless you enjoy having the plates snatched out from under you as the last bite hits your mouth, my vote is to skip this place. They're either overbooking or poorly managing their tables and staff.

Yelp
Great spot right off the mountain! This was walkable from the resort area which was convenient. Our group got a reservation and ordered a few appetizers. We loved the guacamole (came in a mortar and pestle) and the elote (you get 4 pieces). The queso came with tortillas which was interesting but we also had chips to eat it with. Most of us got tacos with different proteins- the chicken, shrimp, fish, and beef were all winners. The shrimp was the favorite. Fun atmosphere and good service!

Yelp
Our 3rd day in Park City... It was snowing a lot and we didn't feel like taking the shuttle to main street for dinner, so we decided to stay in Canyons Village and check out Dos Olas Cantina. They let us in 5-minutes before they opened their restaurant because we were shivering in the snow, which was nice of them. Atmosphere was clean and cozy. Food: * Complimentary chips and salsa: chips had a great texture and flavor. One sauce had some spice and the other one was salty. Both were great together. * Carne Asada Tacos: a bit bland for me and the steak was overcooked and dry * Shrimp Fajitas: Shrimp by itself was super salty, but after wrapping it in the tortillas with the rice and beans-- perfection. I just wish they provided some more condiments/sauces with the food. Drinks: Watermelon Basil Margarita- PERFECTION! I don't even like Tequila, but this margarita was refreshing. Not too sweet. No limey artificial after taste either. Loved it! Gender Neutral Bathroom Friendly staff Great atmosphere Located across The Pendry hotel

Yelp
This restaurant consistently over books on open table and then will contact you to cancel your reservation last minute. Do not plan your nights to include this restaurant if you are someone that like to have reservations in advance.

Yelp
Exceptional service. Coming from Southern California, I'm very picky about Mexican food. This place exceeded my expectations. Their signature margarita is one of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend the guacamole and the carne asada tacos. The ceviche is perfection. Ambiance is lovely. Decor and color scheme very well conceived. I can't wait to return here!

Bob F.

Yelp
Had Caesar salad with grilled mahi mahi last night. Prepared perfectly. Very tasty. New chef knows his way around the kitchen. Highly recommend this restaurant. They make a delicious hibiscus margarita too.

Shlomi R.

Yelp
Come for the Apre Ski and stay dinner. The service is friendly and attentive. Fun cocktail menu, their tequila based old fashion is highly recommended. Their Guac is a must so are the churro ice cream sandwiches. Authentic main dishes thoughtfully curated by Chef Carlos straight from Mexico City.

Linnea E.

Yelp
We went in for a quick dinner and I was so unimpressed with the food and found myself quickly wishing we'd gone somewhere else. The only upside was the margaritas were good. I gave 3 stars for that and because my son said his food was a whole lot better than mine. He got the barbacoa tacos, which did look pretty tasty. I went with chicken tingas tacos. Bleh. So incredibly bland. I had asked for flour tortillas, but they gave me corn. I was too hungry to wait around for them to fix it (would have required getting someone's attention... not an easy task). If that was all we'd ordered, I'd be voting 1 star. Not somewhere I'd go again.

Collette K.

Yelp
Great for groups of people or if you want to hang out by the bar. Very clean. Servers very friendly. If you like spicy food, ask for their house hot sauces. They were delicious!!

Gwenevere C.

Yelp
Everything looks good, but it's pretty bland. Menu is pretty basic, felt like we were at a Disneyland on premises resturant. :/ Got the little guac for our chips, which was pretty good but didn't have cilantro or other flavors you anticipate. Tortilla soup was tomato based, which was good, just not want we were expecting. Unfortunately, my fajitas came out with no sizzle, I could actually tough the "hot" plate. And the flavors were really lacking, veggies were beautiful and good. Saturday night was decently busy but the place was extremely noisy (no sound barriers or reducers) for size and amount of people. This is definitely a tourist spot located in the upper village walkable from many of the hotels.

Daisy R.

Yelp
Nice dinner out to start off the weekend. Chips and salsa were the highlight for sure!! Margaritas were good, but kinda sour. My husband got the mahi-mahi tacos. He said the tempura batter was light and crisp!! I got the Tinga chipotle tacos. Really nice flavor! Black beans and rice were good too. I love spicy food so I asked for hot sauce on the side. So glad it was on the side!! Probably the hottest I've ever had! I even burnt my tongue, so be cautious! For dessert we shared sorbet: mango, hibiscus and tamarind. Not too bad for a Mexican restaurant in a hotel in Park City.

Summer O.

Yelp
Dos Olas Cantina offers Mexican cuisine slope side for refueling after mountain biking, hiking, or taking some turns in the snow. There's indoor and outdoor seating for all types of weather. This cantina allows children, and offers restaurant seating and bar seating. Dos Olas is located in the new Pendry hotel plaza. This plaza is going to be known for being pricey. I'm sure this is relative to where you're from, but Pendry and Canyons is upscale and the priciness proved it. Make sure you go when you're not in a hurry. We came right at 12 noon after church but there weren't any crowds. Luckily we weren't in a rush, just enjoying a relaxing Sunday lunch. When we walked in, we didn't know if we were in the right spot. There was a stand but no host for quite sometime. After we were seated, our waitress saw us and said she'd be right over. She delivered the drinks in here hand, came back and took our order as we were ready. Food was quick to come out and taste great. But our waters were never refilled and with chips and salsa, and then lunch and dessert; I could've used a refill but couldn't find someone to wave down. We were sitting inside and I think our wait staff had parties both inside and out, which makes attention to these details harder.

Rams F.

Yelp
Attention Pendry people!!! New chef! New menu! Absolutely delicious! From the ceviche to the corn eolte to the guac and tacos. ALL the food and entrées were AMAZING!! The churros were the bomb and the staff was super attentive. Thank you, Wendell! Will definitely be coming back again!

D G.

Yelp
Will never go back! Felt like Mexican food and was so excited! Server was a nice guy but not good. I went with my husband and son. We ordered two skinny margaritas and had lots of ice and not too much alcohol. I get the " Utah" pour but give me a break! My son ordered the Barbacoa tacos and liked them. My husband ordered the tortilla soup and was good. My husband and I shared a fajitas with chicken and carne asada. The tortillas tasted like a package of mission tortillas. The chicken and carne asada had no taste. We couldn't tell if the chicken was under or overcooked but was very hard to cut and tasted awful. The chef came out and offered to make us new chicken. By this time we were just really disgusted with everything. We left with paying $ 135 including tip. Not worth the drive, or money. Moral of this story. Don't go! There's so many better options in Park City!

Susan H.

Yelp
Went on Cinco de Mayo. Had a lovely singer. Food was great. We shared the fajitas. The desserts are amazing! And of course the server was awesome.

Tanya M.

Yelp
Best guacamole I ever have my server Tanya was phenomenal !!! And the tres leches it's to die for .

Elliott E.

Yelp
I absolutely loved Dos Olas and Chef Segura's approach to a Mexican, or rather, Contemporary Mexican cantina. The staff are all delightful and the selection of tequila is plentiful, but the food is the true star of the show. We ate here twice over the course of two nights. Night one was delicious! The Elote appetizer was sizable for 2+ people (2 full cobs) and left both of us smiling and wanting more. We then had tacos, 1 order of carnitas and 1 order of shrimp, and once again Segura elevated a simple Mexican staple beyond our expectations. We left completely full and satisfied. We didn't plan on going back, as we like to try different places, but after hearing the menu changed the next day for the winter season, we had to go back and try the new items and are glad we did! The Bean Soup and Chicken Entree (I am blanking on the proper menu names of each) were both new to the team and immediately made a statement. The chicken, was a delicious combination of subtle flavors that came together for the PERFECT bite. Lovers of herbal, mushroomy, and smokey flavors will praise this dish! In response to the service issues from other reviews, I can understand where they are coming from. However, it is a fairly new restaurant with seasonal and international workers that are just getting to town, learning the menu, and processes. I definitely think they will tighten up over the first few weeks of the tourist season and work out any kinks. Regardless, they were all very nice. In conclusion, Dos Olas wows with simple yet elevated dishes that bring new life to contemporary Mexican cuisine. I can't wait to come back and see what Chef Segura continues to do!

Yelp
Was visiting Park city Utah and went to this restaurant on referral. Snowing , freezing in Utah in January. Me and my family walked into this warm beautiful Mexican restaurant first thing you see when you walk in is this big beautiful massive bar with a liquor you know and don't know all in beautiful bottles, it has two sides which you cannot see at first the colors are beautiful. The lights are low. The restaurant comes off as a very high class but considering this is a ski town, everyone came in as they were, which is very comfortable in their boots and jackets and beanies And it was just a nice mix to see . Ordered drinks that were suggested and they were delicious and the liquor was in it.!!! Their servers were young and very top of the line hands behind the back bowing and checking on us several times I was super impressed . We even got a chance to meet the chef and that was great treat. Being We were out of towners from California. As a starter we had this cheesy mushroom dip. I've never had anything like it. It was awesome!!! For our entree's we had chicken enchiladas with a green sauce, fajita plate, grilled chicken and nothing at all to complain about . I was super impressed with the flavor of the grilled chicken absolutely delicious... I can honestly say I have not had grilled chicken in a restaurant so good and flavorful. For dessert we had something called leche I believe.., and omg it was also so good. I love sweets and I need my sweets right!! And this was. My pet peeve is a high class restaurant with a dirty bathroom . No dirty bathroom at this restaurant no dirty stalls no tissue on the floor. No overflooded toilets no use in the bathroom as a storage room. Actually, these bathrooms were individual rooms like in your home Decour. It was nice and their wood doors very clean was very impressed with the bathroom as well nothing bad to say about this place The particulars. There is Plenty of parking there is a huge 3 story structure. Price of the food was reasonable.... Especially for the beautiful view outside of you are near a window seat, the ambiance , the service and the delicious food. If you're in PARK CITY you must visit this restaurant. The bartenders are great, one bartender in particular we loved her name was TIAHNA she makes great drinks. We got a chance to meet the chef that was an extra treat. Go to Park city even if you don't like Mexican food trust me this is a place you should definitely try.

Martha G.

Yelp
Party of four- we all ordered tacos: shrimp, mushroom, barbacoa. we started with nachos and salsa with a little guac. I ordered a side of plantains and ended with churros for dessert. We all thought our food was tasty and the service was great. Will definitely be back! This is an awesome addition to the restaurants in the area.

Whitney J.

Yelp
Dos Olas in Park City offers a remarkable dining experience that exceeded my expectations. During my visit, I had the pleasure of trying their cauliflower dish, and it was absolutely amazing. The restaurant's ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The attentive staff provided exceptional service, ensuring that every aspect of my dining experience was top-notch. Now, let's talk about the star of the show--the cauliflower dish. Bursting with flavor, each bite was a delightful symphony of textures. The cauliflower was perfectly roasted, retaining its tenderness while achieving a slight char on the edges. The accompanying seasoning elevated the dish to new heights, adding a harmonious blend of aromatic spices that tantalized my taste buds. What impressed me most was the chef's impeccable attention to detail. The presentation was artfully crafted, showcasing the vibrant colors and fresh ingredients. It was evident that the culinary team at Dos Olas prioritizes both taste and aesthetics, resulting in a truly exceptional dish. In addition to the outstanding cauliflower dish, Dos Olas offers a diverse menu that caters to various dietary preferences. From mouthwatering seafood options to delectable vegetarian delights, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're a local or a visitor to Park City, Dos Olas is a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts. The combination of delectable cuisine, welcoming ambiance, and impeccable service makes it a standout dining establishment. If you're searching for an extraordinary culinary experience, I highly recommend trying the cauliflower dish at Dos Olas. Prepare to be impressed by the flavors and creativity that await you at this exceptional restaurant

Yelp
Decent spot for higher end Mexican style food! The food was good and had god flavor. We ordered the carne asada and pollo tacos, guacamole, and some different salsas. The guac was fresh but needed more salt and lime, the salsas were good and had a Smokey flavor to one of them, good amount of spice. The tacos were VERY good, the meat was cooked well and the carne had great flavor! The margaritas as were good just not strong enough, but the mixer was good!

Kevin A.

Yelp
This place was very good and had a great ambiance and awesome bar. Their margaritas were good but could've used some more tequila, a little too much mixer and tasted almost like a juice. The chips and salsa with guac was very good but the guac could've had a little more salt and lime, was clearly very fresh though. The best part were the tacos and quality of meat. We ordered the carne asada and the pollo, and WOW the carne was very good and so was the chickens the tacos come with great garnishes of onions, cheese and cilantro. The tacos were very good, we may be back but this spot is very far away from us. If I was in the area we would definitely consider stopping in again!

Shelley B.

Yelp
OMG! This place is legit! Drinks are awesome. the food and drinks are off the chart. Our server, Karen is amazing!! We will definitely come back and recommend you give it a try.

Julianne S.

Yelp
Came here for a quick bite! We had one of their chicken burritos and it was awful. Extremely bland and dry! On the menu it said it comes with salsa, pico and guacamole. There was absolutely none of that in our burritos. I even showed the waiter and he still wouldn't give us extra... even though there was none to begin with! He then said the guacamole was extra.. even though on the menu it said it came with it. Long story short I didn't end up finishing my burrito because it was that bad.

Sophie W.

Yelp
Meh. Just expensive mediocre Mexican food. Service was slow and the staff didn't seem to care.

Greg E.

Yelp
Steak tacos were awesome. Tender beef with nice flavor. Not over done with other toppings. As always the elote corn is the best. Don't miss it. Great service tonight.

Mark B.

Yelp
Such a nice place and the food is simple and delicious. They don't do anything fancy except make excellent American versions of traditional Mexican dishes.

Cheryl L.

Yelp
The best I can say for this restaurant is its convenient location. However, the food is simply awful. I ordered the tortilla soup and it tasted like canned spaghetti-o's tomatoe sauce. My husband and daughter-in-law shared a caesars salad and camote con mole. Both were tasteless and poorly prepared. Even though the waiter knew they were sharing he failed to bring an extra plate or divide the salad into two sides. My son's fish tacos were OK and my grandson enjoyed his fried chicken fingers and corn. The waiter convinced us to give the tres leches a try which we did. It was good, but by no means the best we have ever had. In spite of sending the soup back after both my husband and I tried it I thought for sure management would comp it or the dessert, but no such luck. The bill came to $180 for 4 adults and 1 child (no drinks). I definitely do NOT recommend this restaurant.

Kaeley D.

Yelp
Tj, a manager, informed us this was a good place to go with kids. HOWEVER, if you plan to visit while the manager, Fausto, is on duty and you have children with you, it may be advisable to reconsider. We had an unfortunate experience where he wrote down our number on a piece of paper, instead of the iPad, and informed us that we would have to wait for over an hour for seating. After spending 30 minutes outside in the snow with four children, we returned to find numerous open seats. It appeared that Fausto had not even entered our reservation into the system. Another staff member promptly seated us upon our return. When I attempted to discuss the issue with Fausto, he remained engrossed in his tablet, failing to make eye contact, and offered a cursory apology. However, I must commend the other staff members, including our waiter, the bartender Karen who was with our other group, and several others. They were all exceptional. The food was also excellent, with the fajita steak prepared to order. Aside from the initial incident, we also observed Fausto behaving discourteously towards several employees on multiple occasions. They seemed short staffed and my guess, is a poor manager.

Miranda B.

Yelp
Cold beans and rice. A Baja Caesar salad featuring a mound of lettuce topped with a spoonful of corn salsa/relish. The chicken in the fajitas was cut too thick and had a strange, almost plastic taste. Service was terrible - with only 3 tables filled (no surprise given the food quality) and plenty of staff, the time for service was WAY too long. At a venue where restaurants need to provide at least decent food to stay in business, this place would either amp up the game or close. In PC, there's always a sucker to walk in and pay the price. Sadly, we were the suckers this time.

Sarah P.

Yelp
My family and I ate here today. Hubby & I had the chicken tacos that the owner's mom (Carlos) used to make for him as a child (after school). They were killer!!! Our daughter had the black bean soup. It was perfect...sooo good. I love spice so Carlos brought me over some crazy hot stuff...3 kinds of hot sauce. The food isn't spicy but if you want to add it, they have it. The staff was super sweet and on top of things. I wish this place was near our home in So. FL. I would eat there multiple times/week.

Kat W.

Yelp
wanted to like this place, but overall the food was lacking all flavor. Was not expecting much given its a ski resort mexican place, but the prices are insane for not good food. Classic marg was ok and $25 each. Queso and chips is $19 (and tasted like tostito's out the can) chips werent very good either. I hate writing bad reviews but after almost a $200 check for pretty terrible food it just sucks

Rudi R.

Yelp
The food was decent although everything was a la carte even the chips and salsa; They were good so there's that. I had the chicken enchiladas which looked like they were covered in split pea soup. The sauce was tasty but there was so much of it I had no idea what I was eating. The chicken was fine assuming it was chicken. The tortillas were straight out of the package. They didn't even warm them up before wrapping the chicken(?). I have to say overall it was the WORST enchilada dish I've ever had. It just wasn't enchiladas. It was basically cold chicken tacos doused in an emulsified tomatillo sauce. I added a side of beans and rice which were perfectly fine, but again not included. When you're paying $20/30 plus for a dish you'd think they'd include something cheap like rice and beans with the dish. The ENVIRONMENT: It was cold and drafty in the restaurant. I noticed many customers wearing their winter coats while eating. The staff didn't seem to be particularly happy to be at work. Although, they did an adequate job. Overall, not really worth it even if you're captive at a ski resort. Maybe, the drinks are good; We didn't have any.

Yelp
Karen is the best server. She has been amazing. Try the ceviche and the echiladadas. The fajitas are solid.

Yelp
Tazman and April are amazing bartenders and provide great service! You must come and sit at the bar and enjoy the great service. Vishal is the host of all time! Great dos olas margaritas and guacamole!!! Chef Carlos is an amazing one of a kind local to Mexico and he brought his family recipes to Park City. You must come And try his specialties! The best you will ever have!

Yelp
I think everything on the menu is tasty. i think the prices are reasonable. i think the service is horrendous. hit or miss and risks of being VERY slow.

Yelp
OKAY. that's exactly how i would describe this place. the staff and ambience were nice and attentive, but other than that everything was just okay. the food was overpriced and decent, the drinks were overpriced and just okay, the chips, guacamole, and salsa were just okay. i wouldn't recommend the food really, especially for the price.

Yelp
Came in with a party of 6 people after enjoying music at the Forum event at Canyons. Ordered our food and drinks. Avocado dip and variety of salsas with the chips were great. Unfortunately, 5 of the 6 orders arrived. We figured that the last order would arrive soon. Well, that did not happen. Can't understand why since the place was not busy. I would understand if it was high season and crazy busy. Waitress did not check in until later. After realizing that she did not place the order, apologized and placed the order with a rush on it. Eventually, the meal arrived and was later comp-ed. Thank you for resolving this issue in an acceptable outcome.

Yelp
Modern vibe in the Canyons Plaza with well executed Mexican food with a fresh twist. We sat at the bar and shared the Barbacoa Nachos and Tortilla Soup. The soup was nicely executed and tasted very fresh without the overpowering tomato tang often experienced at other establishments. The Barbacoa Nachos was a shareable plate but surprisingly very generous as we thought it was appropriate for a party of 5! We enjoyed the food and attentive service so much we forgot to take photos! Bonus, the Exeutive Chef, Fernando Reyes sat at the bar for dinner and we happily complimented him on the food.

Yelp
Had a side salad and all it was just lettuce cut up with dressing - not even croutons, nor tomatoes. The tacos were ok. The "chef " went to many tables with certain patrons to see how everything was but not once stopped by my table - although he passed by several times, but failed to acknowledge us. Then he and two other managers? stood chatting by our table / but again never acknowledged us. I asked our server who he was and that's how I found out he was the chef! I think either stop by all tables or don't stop at any.

Yelp
Dos Olas is the most unprofessional restaurant I have ever experienced. I never leave negative reviews on Yelp because I know how hard business owners work and how difficult customers can be but this place is so terrible I had to do it. First of all they never answer the phone. I called three weeks before I wanted to eat at the restaurant t and could never get through. By the time I got through a week prior, there was no longer a 5pm reservation for my family. The host on the phone told me to just walk in. Unfortunately we were too able to walk in until 540 upon which we were told the restaurant was fully committed and they could put us in a waitlist. After checking in after 30 minutes the host told us to wait ten more minutes and he could get us a table. After which we waited and then he told us someone came in and we could no longer be seated. All in all we waited over an hour and had no table. Then we proceeded to order take out. After they charged our card, after a few minutes they told us it would be a 40 minute wait for take out. That was simply too long for my family and we asked for a refund. The chef/owner said that a refund was not possible and that we had to wait regardless. Finally after much complaining they agreed to ask their "finance" team for a refund. And then to send us off they bagged all our food raw and said we could take it home. Wow hard to believe. Hoping this review helps you make an informed decision.

Yelp
We are disappointed by the food and service this time. The food is not ok. We ordered some items for 2 people. carne asada beef was dry... shrimp taco was ok. The corn on the cob was good. We order some dishes to go for a friend including a side salad and the didn't put the dressing on the side. You can imagine how terrible it tasted. It is a proper protocol for restaurant to pack to go salad and put dressing on the side, right?! This restaurant is not a cheap Mexican restaurant. Our bill for 2 people dine in without alcohol and dessert and not include the to go order, the bill was above $100. With this price range, I have certain expectation and this restaurant does not meet the expectation. There's room for them to improve.
