"Since 2007, this bright, modern restaurant right next to Colombipark has been something of an institution in Freiburg. Service is friendly and adept and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Showcasing regional produce and sustainable practices, the ambitious seasonally inspired cuisine draws on French and Italian influences. The four- to six-course set menu comes in a "classic" or vegetarian version. On Mondays and Thursdays you can also order individual courses à la carte.
