Dynamo Donut & Coffee

I'm usually not a donut person, but this place has me smitten. The prices are about what you would expect for a nicer, craft donut place, and imo it's worth it for the creative flavors and overall quality. I love the texture of the donuts--they're very moist and soft and cakey. I also love that despite some of the more adventurous sounding flavors, none of the donuts I tried are overly sweet. I usually feel disgusting after a bite or two of a donut, but I ate two whole donuts this morning and didn't feel sick nor did I experience a sugar crash. I wish I had discovered this place sooner, but it's probably for the best that I didn't 😅 I will absolutely be back next time I'm in San Francisco.

We love Dynamo Donuts!! No visit to San Francisco would be complete without stopping at Dynamo Donuts! We’ve been coming almost since they opened 16 years ago. Lots of classic and creative flavors and always something new. Really friendly - great service! You can tell a lot of locals come by and are here often by the friendly banter - always a good sign! One of our favorites is the maple bacon. You’ll find yourself craving it! Everything is freshly made and the owner of Dynamo even makes her own jam (jelly??) for the filled donuts. The lattes are great as well. You can order from the outside window and take it to go, sit inside on the stools at the counter where you can watch all the movement in the kitchen, or head out back to the cutest courtyard patio when the weather is good. Super cute! When you are done, there’s lots to explore and so many finds and hidden gems around the Mission district. Wander down and check out the local graffiti art on Balmy Alley! So much going on in the Mission! And Dynamo is a definite can’t miss!

This is my favorite coffee shop in San Francisco! Without a doubt the most creative latte art I’ve received on the lavender latte (delish by the way! Easily my favorite coffee) and other drinks. Their vegan donuts and gluten free options are pretty darn tasty, if I might add. Service is usually friendly and quick to medium (I prefer they take their time with my bev), music is a variety, and the donuts… Killer! I love the passionfruit flavor they have here. I highly recommend the spot on 24th st. The one in the Marina is a bit complicated to get to, but worth it if you’re out on a bike ride, or planning an outing to the greens. I believe their latte art is unique and challenging to do so consistently! What I have found impressive is the baristas’ ability to avoid spills down the side of the cup while pouring these masterpieces. Check out the pictures for reference! The SF. Mission District & 24th Street has many great food specialty cafes, diners, and taquerias. Dynamo donuts is one of my favorite morning stops.

Nice place to get a fresh donut and a coffee drink. I had the strong prepared macchiato with regular milk. I will definitely try the donuts the next time around.

Came to the store this morning. Was the only person in line to buy my dog a donut. Another customer stepped in front of me. I asked to please order as I was in line already. The Barista told me they didn’t see me and were not going to help me until they took care of the other customer first. My dog enjoyed the donut. I felt a bit annoyed that they ignored me. Don’t feel like coming back. Edit: Went to another donut shop down the street. It was crowded and someone accidentally tried to go before me, I let the owner know and they let me order without any drama and without making ME feel like I was in the wrong. That’s what happens 99% of the time this scenario plays out, the 1% bad experience was at Dynamo.

The glaze was a orange and ginger which sounds like it could be a lot but it was saddle and delicious. While nothing blew me away about it, it is a solid choice on your way to work. It's all walkup so not much for atmosphere but you probably aren't looking for that if your just on the go anyway. The staff is really friendly and the dounoughts are pre-made so everything is super fast. Even though they are pre-made, they are super fresh. A great choice for an on the go donought if your in the area.

Be sure to get there early if you want any choice and be aware that not every single choice will be like a Bob’s or Krispy Kreme. You will be waiting on 24th Street, which can be unpredictable but interesting. Dynamo donuts are not meant to be overly sweet but more... artsy? This is not to say Bob’s or Krispy Kreme are not works of art — they are, but Dynamo is a place where the donuts are more subtle (think rose water, earl grey, orange blossom, or lavender...dry glazing/frosting that would give a ’plain’ donut at a more traditional donut shop a run for the money). Dynamo donuts are creative, crafted and are, in the end, filling and satisfying. It is tempting to go to any number of neighborhood donut shops and bakeries nearby but they would be something different too. Thank goodness for donut diversity.

Whoever thought a passion fruit and donut go together ?? Cuz they don't , but they do at the same time. Gourmet donut shop with all sorts of exotic offering. Located in the mission district( This was absolutely delicious. It's got that hipster grind going on. A solid choice to jumpstart your morning over a cup of Joe.

TLDR: Yes, these aren't your $1 Safeway donuts, tgod!!! If you want a bargain and care less about flavor, go somewhere else *shrug* Longer: Taking stars away because you think the price tag is high is just silly. Quality comes at a cost. This neighborhood is transitional, and with that, comes variety. The beauty of that fact = there are many options within this block, and if Dynamo ain't your cup of tea, you don't have to walk far for other options. I love the color scheme of their exterior and the complimentary (vintage?) carafes housing the milk/mylks for (black) coffees+teas. I can imagine the back patio being the perfect spot to curl up in the sun with a drink, shaded from the wind that's whipping outside. On our visit, donut flavor options were plentiful, and we had a hard time choosing. We asked the barista for their suggestion, and got one they suggested, and one that was calling my name (lemon anything-sign me up!!!) Seemed some of the flavors were seasonal, while others were more classic; a little something for everyone, no doubt! Boyfriend suggested the lavender latte, and while I'm usually more of a dry cappucino kinda gal, this was a decadent treat I savored on our walk home in the sun. 11/10 recommend checking out if you're in the area looking for: - a cozy place to indulge in a (sweet and/or coffee) treat - a donut that might be a little "different" than what you'd find at Safeway, Bob's, or Krispy Kreme - a fun, flavorful spin on classic coffee drinks

Mixed up my order and tried Dynamo's weekly special filled donut - Apple Pie and it was delicious! The apple pie filling was fresh and not too sweet and each bite had the perfect amount. The crumble topping added a nice texture. I will definitely try more filled donuts.

* date visited: 07.28.2024 * ordered: caramel donut and blueberry lavender phone did not eat first but this was really good (for someone who doesn't even like donuts like that) caramel was a little too sweet for me but i'm a sucker for a blueberry donut. the blueberries were so juicy and sweet and paired beautifully with the lavender flavor. will be back to try other seasonal/interesting flavors.

Best donuts I've had in SF so far! I love how there's plenty of options to choose from! My favorite will always be the vanilla bean! Can't wait to try the rest of their menu!

Love this place. Excellent coffee and the donuts are the best in the city. Both in freshness and innovation of the flavors. There are donuts for every person. Even vegan and gluten free options. On weekends this place can have a very long line, but it moves along quickly. Feel free to sit inside and enjoy your donut and coffee. This is an experience you will want to savor.

My SO and I had six apple cinnamon donuts and these are the perfect crispy consistency and only a little bit sweet. Easily one of my favorite donut places now and they have such unique flavors.

Delicious donuts, they have some staple flavors and some that switch monthly. I tried all the 5 vegan flavors they had, the staples: Spiced chocolate, Chocolate Rose, Chocolate Star Anise, and the October special flavors: Candied Orange Blossom and Cinnamon Apple. The chocolate ones were a bit more cake-donut like but they were all good! I really enjoyed the spiced chocolate, cinnamon apple, snd candied orange blossom. The servers were friendly and it's a cute space! No seating, but close to a park if you wanted to walk over and sit there.

With time and trial it's finally time I wrote up this reviews. I've visited this location and the Marina location atleast 20 times over the past 4 years. It is my intention that this will aid in your decision of where to grab a good ol' cup of joe and dough when visiting the Mission district. Here's what I have to share: Dynamo is a FANTASTIC coffee shop and pastry shop. While I have not dined in, a few times while waiting for my drink, I have sat in the interior area, fluorescent pink tile lines the walls, with a view of the baking going on if you sit on the bench against the wall. They had a 4/20 deal on donut holes this year that was totally a steal for the variety of flavors & the quantity provided at $10 for a box! Which made for a dope pre-swim munch! I have yet to be disappointed by a drink that I have ordered here. Just check out the picture attached to this review, not the first time I've received some very novel foam artwork. The baristas here are so creative when it's not a rushed time. I was truly entertained to see this smiley onion on my latte. Honestly, it made my morning! 10/10 drink! I am not always a fan of vegan donuts, they often have a dry or dusty taste after the first bite. At least that has been my experience when I've tried them at other cafés. Dynamo donut knows what's up!! Their recipe hits the spot for something that normally turns me off. New flavors are a constant at this cafe. I would highly recommend buying a drink and having a coffee on the go while exploring the neighborhood. They also have great looking artwork and a excellent selection of beans. More than once I've purchased a bag that has lead to a repeat on my rotation at home! Thanks for operating your business at such a high standard!

A solid spot to satisfy your donut/sweets cravings! The prices are a little pricey - but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality. I love that there are new flavours each time I stop by, which makes me want to visit often! My second time here I noticed that there is a small seating area inside the store that you can enjoy your donuts and drinks in, while watching some of the staff work on the donuts. It smelled absolutely heavenly in there, and I loved seeing that the donuts were being worked on manually and each one to perfection.

With the pink decor and their unique donut flavors, Dynamo has something for everyone. You order outside for to-go, but there's seating inside too. Service is warm. I eyed donuts like the Bacon Maple Apple Donut, their famous spiced chocolate donut, or rosemary cherry, but tend to just enjoy an Iced oat lavender latte.

Pretty good donut. I got the passion fruit chocolate. It was nice and tangy and the chocolate was able to bring it around full circle. The donut had a nice chew. All around pretty good. The shop is cute and very pink, they advertised a nice back patio but I didn't go, had to go to work. Would come back to try more

Nice cafe in the heart of the Mission. This place has a really nice back patio. The kitchen/dining area gives off a hip vibe. A staple in the mission since 2008. The people working are always cool. The service is amazing. You can't go wrong with the array of donuts this place has to offer. It's one of my favorite places to stop by and grab a donut and a coffee if I'm in a rush. 1 The passion fruit milk chocolate donut is my absolute favorite, but don't take my word for it. Make your way to Dynamo and splurge on all their awesome donut flavors. You will not regret it!

It's official--I'm obsessed. Listen, I'm not normally a donut person but wow I was happy with these ones. My friend got them for me as a gift and I was able to try a myriad of different flavors. The texture was different from a normal donut and the uniqueness of the flavors made this an incredible experience. The mango sticky rice one was definitely a highlight but surprisingly, my favorites were the lemon pistachio and pumpkin chocolate chip. Super unusual for me to like these flavors because I genuinely prefer non fruity flavors in my pastries. These ones hit it out of the park... I was literally licking the melted glaze in the box after. I will be dreaming about these donuts for a long time and I can't wait to go back!

These are pricy (but very good) donuts with unique flavors; sometimes the combinations work, while other times it's more of a miss. The online portal is more effective at giving you options if you have dietary restrictions, but staff is knowledgeable and efficient. The store is colorful, and the donuts really are unique - you're not going to find the generic ones here.

Just stopped by to grab a couple donuts. The man helping me was friendly and service was quick. I'm no prude but there was a woman working who was saying how F'd up she was at outside lands, quite loudly. Not really what I think goes with a donut coffee spot. I swear too but there's a time and place. Otherwise nice spot yummy donuts. Update: I got a vanilla milk chocolate and strawberry chocolate. The vanilla milk chocolate didn't seem to be cooked all the way through and there were chunks of salt. It seems a batter wasn't mixed properly. In addition, strawberry chocolate was very chalky. For this reason, I lowered the stars to 3.

Ok I have to keep coming back because this place is so good! It's become THE pick me up for hospital workers at SFGH. At least, our lil group of resident doctors. My co-resident was having the toughest day with some really acute patients, so we took a 10 min field trip to fetch her (and ourselves!) some donuts and it brought the biggest smile to her face. Granted, she wolfed it down because she still had a ton of work to do, buuut she also wolfed it down because it was SO GOOD (highly recommend the carrot cake while it's still featured). We all got our own too, and we'll keep coming back for sure!

What better way to celebrate the day of love then with Valentine's Day themed donuts? We ordered the Classic Valentine's Box that included one of each: Heart shaped Chocolate Rose Hibiscus Rose Chocolate Chip Raspberry Champagne Meyer Huckleberry Chocolate Star Anise with heart center Vanilla Bean with pink sprinkles While aesthetically pleasing and the donuts all sounded good, they all tasted good as well! Some of our favorites were the Chocolate Chip Raspberry Champagne, Meyer Huckleberry, and the Vanilla Bean with pink sprinkles. You can definitely taste the homeyness in comparison to your generic Safeway, Krispy Kreme donuts and I can't wait to try more of their seasonal flavors!

There's very few things that would make me make a mission to the mission, but Dynamo Donut is definitely one of them Their cute storefront was nice and vibrant, and their variety of tasty donuts were prevalent and so yummy We tried the hibiscus rose which was probably my favorite, the chocolate chip raspberry champagne wasn't too sweet but I think the fruit flavors could've come out a bit more, the vanilla bean was pretty standard, and the chocolate star anise was pretty dense and decadent so I probably wouldn't try it again Still the variety keeps going and changing so I look forward to trying more of their flavors

I hate the word MOIST. But I do love Dynamo Donuts, they have a specific biteNess texture that I really love! It's been awhile since I had Dynamo and Maple bacon is what always brings me back. But what really caught my attention is when I seen a pic of an Elote Fritter & Ube black sesame on InstaGram. I was like, WAIT A MINUTE! HOLD THE PHONE! I need this!!!! So when I finally got my hands on these luscious goodies I seen the menu and even more flavors caught my eye. I told cashier I'll get a 6 piece. Of course I got Maple Bacon, Elote fritter, ube black sesame, whiskey peach then the cashier recommended the guava coconut. I was like, I'll take it!!! Maple bacon always delicious & my fave! The elote fritter was good as well, the flavor combo was definitely there with corn in the Donut itself. Ube black sesame is good, the ube flavor is subtle BUT again (the word I hate) the *moistness* is what I admire with Dynamo. Guava coconut is really good! , its not overly guava which I like and the coconut had a crispness to it which I love chewing. I'm weird, I like coconut but I hate it at times as well. The way the coconut was created here is really complimenting. The whiskey peach is fine but not something I'd get again, I was hoping some peach bits but whatevs. The flavors change on a monthly basis, so I can't wait to taste whats available next month. I'll be back

Okay so I made sure I got there early for the crazy good donut selection. Seriously interesting flavors like lime and blueberry. Totally worked. I'm actually working the donut selection experience into a short story I'm writing -- the staff here are so friendly and helpful when choosing a flavor journey.

It's become tradition for me whenever I have a donut craving to make a donut shop the destination for my morning run. Since Bob's Donuts is just too far away for me to be motivated to do in the morning, I figured I'd give Dynamo a try this time. I previewed the donut lineup on their website beforehand, but ultimately decided to order in-person as I like to be able to see the product to evaluate freshness. I had no trouble finding the right place as it's a bright pink donut stand. Donut places tend to have a kind of rustic, old-school feel to it which this place definitely did. Despite the throwback vibes, everything looked clean and the payment terminal was definitely modern. I ordered one vanilla bean, one whiskey peach, one maple bacon, and one black sesame donut. They do have the option to order by the half dozen but there is no quantity discount. The donuts are not on display for customers to see, but luckily I had previewed the menu before leaving so I just went with the four flavors that initially stood out to me. I requested my donuts in two little bags so I could fit them in my backpack for my run back which was quickly honored. Once I got back home, I was excited to unpack my haul. The first thing that caught my attention was the fact that all the donut glazes are super sticky, so much so that a good amount of glaze was left stuck to the inside of the bag and pulled off the donuts during the process of transferring them onto a plate. The next thing I noticed was the fact that the vanilla bean donut was considerably smaller than than the other three. I decided to start with the vanilla bean and I found it to be extremely dense. If you read other reviews, a lot of them emphasize that the donuts here are neither classic raised nor classic cake but somewhere in between. I'm personally not a fan of cake donuts, but I knew this wasn't going to be a classic raised experience as soon as I pulled the donuts out of their bags. While the vanilla bean might not be as dense as a classic cake donut, it was considerably denser than the other three donuts. I also didn't particularly enjoy the vanilla icing, which I felt had a bitter element to it and didn't really deliver vanilla. Everyone agreed that this was the least favorite of the day. I've never had maple bacon before but was convinced to get it because I know it's such a Canadian staple. This donut looked the most aesthetically pleasing with the little bacon bits on top. I think the taste could potentially take a bit to acquire but I didn't hate it. The bacon has a good crispy flavor which was too crispy for my personal taste, but I understand that it's the flavor to be desired by other bacon lovers. The donut base was less dense than the vanilla bean donut so I was much happier with it. There were also a couple of bacon bits in the donut base, which was a nice added touch. The whiskey peach tasted almost like a peach pie with the cinnamon dusting on top. The icing wasn't giving me whiskey vibes exactly but there were little peach bits within the donut base. I almost wish they did a bigger peach slice on top just because the little peach bits were rather dry, and a little more juiciness would've been an extra touch. Bottom line, still a good flavor. I was probably the most excited for the black sesame initially and I saved the best for last. There was a good amount of black sesame flavor in the icing and the donut body looked like the same as the other three but had a bluish hue in color. I thought it was more moist than the other three but the icing was just a bit runnier as well, so I'm not sure exactly what makes this one better but it just was. Full-size black sesame seeds in the icing helped to add a bit of texture, so this one was definitely my favorite of the day. All the donuts had a sugar coating on the bottom which I'm personally not the biggest fan of, I just think it's excessive sugar. I also noticed that the prices online were higher than the prices I paid ordering in person, each donut was almost 20% more expensive online. Personally I don't think I'll revisit Dynamo just because I'm not the biggest fan of their donut style, but if you've been searching far and wide for a middle ground between raised and cake donut then this could be the winner for you. Just be careful with the vanilla bean, you might get more donut for your money with one of the other flavors.

Great back patio but otherwise I do not get the hype. The donuts all have the same texture and it's kind of like you are biting into a loaf formed in a donut pan. I've tried them so many times and am always left wondering why they are so popular.

passionfruit chocolate was okay... not the fluffiest donut but nice tangy passionfruit flavor. the seasonal mango sticky rice sounded interesting and they have yolk-filled donuts on sundays only so maybe we just ordered wrong

I frequent this spot a little too much even with a few other donut spots in the area. The way they make their donuts, a little cakey and soft, and the lack of intense oil which I've gotten from other donut spots makes this place one of the best. Their donuts don't make you feel awful afterwards, I think a testament to their ingredients and dough. Pretty unique flavour but hands down my favorite is the chocolate star anise. If you're a chocolate lover you will thoroughly enjoy this flavour.

Donuts are good though a bit overpriced for the size. This is a nice spot for your casual coffee and donut.

I was ordered several vegan doughnuts here and they were pretty good. I'd definitely order them again next time I visit this doughnut place.

Ordered 3 dozen vegan donuts for a donut wall for my wedding and they were a hit with our guests! We were really struggling to find some vegan dessert options and I'm so glad we ended up finding Dynamo. No one could even tell that they weren't "normal" donuts, and the flavors were great/unique. I also had a snafu where I accidentally scheduled the pick up for the wrong day. I ended up calling into one of the locations and the woman who picked up was super understanding and helped me fix it.

Delightful small retro coffee and donut shop thats been a mission staple for over a decade. Great vibe, tasty coffee, quick friendly servers, and a clean bathroom.

Apple cinnamon donut and vanilla fritter were really tasty! My friend got a chai latte tea and they added simple syrup to make it extra sweet. Overall I've never had a bad experience with them. People are always super friendly and there's no place to sit fyi.

Was compelled by their 2k Yelp reviews to pop by but found ourselves disappointed by Dynamo Donut. First off, their donuts are pricey - even the most "simple" flavors start at $3+ per donut, and the "fancier" donuts are around $5 each. We tried the chocolate anise donut for $4 and were disappointed. The flavor was fine but not that special, and the donut itself was super dense, thick, and almost cake/scone-like. Personal preference but I enjoy donuts that are light, airy, and fluffy, which Dynamo Donuts definitely are not. Service was also a bit of a miss. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and there was 1 person in line ahead of us and no one behind us. The person who took our order was very curt, didn't greet us at all, and overall wasn't welcoming. For a walk-up stand where I received no service and just a donut in a bag for $4, probably not a place I'll come back.

Found this place when perusing through Yelp, trying to find out what to eat in the morning with coffee and this place really hit the spot! This place is located in the mission and has a lot of cool donut flavors, which also change with their monthly specials. Ended up trying: *passionfruit milk chocolate - this was my favorite and very delicious if you like the passionfruit flavor, the chocolate gave it a nice crunch *maple bacon - this donut was also pretty good, the boyfriend loved this one * chocolate rose - this one was our least favorite but not bad as well

I do appreciate that you can DoorDash from here. A denser but still brioche type of dough make these donuts unique. The flavor profiles play with sweet, savory and sometimes tangy which make them a stand-out. There is also a donuts of the month menu to keep it exciting. An only in San Francisco experience.

I first had this place when I used to live on the corner of 24th and Harrison a few years ago. At the time I hadn't yet begun my donut era so I didn't appreciate it. Decided to give it another shot today and it was so good I stopped by a second time in afternoon to get another donut. I got the seasonal pumpkin chocolate chip donut and a sweet potato maple donut. I really liked the flavors of the donuts and the density. I just wish they were a bit bigger!

I was craving cake and I've been wanting to try these donuts for so long, so I went ahead and ordered these via DoorDash. I made sure to order earlier in the day because I know they end up running out of flavors later. I ended up getting a box of 4 donuts and the flavors I got were vanilla earl gray, passionfruit milk chocolate, vanilla milk chocolate, and INAG chocolate mocha. Prices of each donut: -vanilla earl gray: $3.75 -passionfruit milk chocolate: $4 -vanilla milk chocolate: $3.50 -INAG chocolate mocha: $4.25 Total: $15.50 excluding delivery and tip Feedback of each item: -vanilla earl gray: omg this was one of my favorites. The donut was so soft, chewy and fluffy. You get a subtle taste of the earl gray, but I loved how it wasn't overly sweet. I really wanted to order more and even the next day, it was still pretty soft. 5/5 -passionfruit milk chocolate: when I saw passionfruit, I wanted to try it so bad. The passionfruit itself is tart, and the chocolate balances out the bitterness. It is an acquired taste, but I enjoyed it. 4/5 -vanilla milk chocolate: I wanted to try a regular donut, and this one was sooo good. I loved the milk chocolate on top and the donut itself was fluffy like the earl gray! Even if it is a basic donut, it hit the spot. 4/5 -INAG chocolate mocha: I didn't like this one as much. The mocha was light in flavor and the donut itself was very dry. It seemed like it was left out in the open where it can get stale. I did get a taste of the espresso which was good, but I wouldn't get this again. I did finish this donut (don't get me wrong), but I would avoid it tbh. 2/5. Overall, really good donuts with unique flavors! I can't wait to try. more in the future.

Such a cute little shop in the middle of Mission! It immediately caught my eye due to the colorful display and once I saw it was a donut shop, I was hooked. The menu is a little small, but the flavors are pretty interesting. I ordered the vanilla bean and as soon as I took a bite I realized these are very dense donuts. If you like cake donuts, like myself, these are definitely for you. Although the donuts are thick, they are very moist on the inside and easy to eat. My favorite thing about these donuts is that the flavors aren't too sweet or overwhelming, it was subtle but apparent enough that I could tell it was vanilla bean. Overall, I was pretty impressed with these donuts and would definitely come back to try more flavors!

I've seen the passionfruit/cocoa nib combo all over the place, but Dynamo's genius replacement of the typical cocoa nib with my preferred milk chocolate makes this concoction just delectable. Get it. Thank me later. All the donuts are cake donuts, so heavier and denser than average. I would love to see some of the flavors on lighter, fluffier raised donuts one day. Hubby loved the Guinness pear raisin donut, he was very impressed at the flavors. I've tried a number of them; their chocolate base donuts seem to be drier, and don't have that chocolatey melt-in-your-mouth richness that I like. Santa's cookies and milk donut is a bit bland--supposed to be cookies mixed in but I'd prefer if there were either more, or cookies were a little chunky rather than granulated sugar size/texture. Passion fruit milk chocolate is the winner by far--I'd visit solely for this. A tiny bit pricey at +\- $4 per donut, but even the mom and pop donut places in the city are easily $2 per, so the more interesting flavors are worthwhile.

The chocolate rose donut pretty heavy for a donut, both in terms of weight and flavor. The chocolate flavor was rich and the donut was really dense and cake-y, but I personally prefer my donuts to be lighter. There was no discernable rose flavor, as the chocolate overpowered it, but I did taste a hint of the lemon zest from the glaze on top. There were some crystallized sprinkles on top that added some textural variety. Overall, a sweet treat if you enjoy really heavy and cake-y donuts, but it wasn't my favorite.

I learned about Dynamo donuts from a coworker who recommended it when I was in the area a few years ago. It's one of those places where you need to get there early to get the good stuff. When I went, I just got a few crumbs. This time I went with a friend and my daughter and we were very early. So early that parking was free at the time. Surprisingly, there is a line, but it gave us time to decide what we were going to get. My daughter was motivated because she was going to give her donuts for a friend's birthday. As overwhelming as the flavors are they were very helpful on what to order. The donuts are very creative and the flavors are unique, more cake than raised. Also, I had a latte which was really good and I had the option of adding oat milk. They are on the pricey side, so for me this is a special occasion treat.

What a way to celebrate a new job by trying out Dynamo Donuts for the first time! Another coworker had DoorDashed a box of donuts for the office for Valentine's Day and we were in for a huge surprise and sweet treat! Our box had the following donuts: -INAG Lemon Rose -INAG Chocolate Raspberry -Vegan Cinnamon Apple -Lemon Huckleberry -Hibiscus Rose -Raspberry Champagne I can't speak on how much the donuts were since I didn't purchase them, but if you're looking for a unique and special kind of donut to eat with family and friends, Dynamo Donuts is your best bet! I didn't eat all 6 donuts, but I tried their INAG Chocolate Raspberry and enjoyed how moist and not overly sweetened the icing was on my donut! It's definitely the kind of donut you wanna eat for breakfast with some coffee (or tea like me lol). I did wish I could taste more of the chocolate in the doughnut, but still, it was pretty tasty!

Doughnuts were good. Unique storefront and added to the experience. Doughnuts were good quality and each seemed to be made to perfection. Not your regular around thd corner donut shop. Service was approriate.

This place has the most unique original donuts Ive ever had, it seems the flavors they come up with all originated here, before those same flavors goes viral and mainstream to other donut places. There bacon maple has to be my favorite.

If the quality of one's life can be judged in terms of number of donuts consumed, then my life is amazing. Because I eat a lot of donuts. Some might say too many, but I say (do)nuts to them. I've been a Dynamo devotee since about 2010, and I still deeply appreciate what they've got going on here. Some folks I've recommended them to weren't as enthusiastic about them as me because they're not what you might think of as a traditional donut shop. But that's what I love about them. Soft, pillowy dough. Creative, interesting flavors. An alluring mix of year-round mainstays and seasonal offerings. A couple of my favorite flavors that are always on the menu are spiced chocolate (because I'm a total sucker for spicy chocolate) and passionfruit milk chocolate. And I'm always excited when caffeinated crunch or pumpkin chocolate chip hit the menu. My personal favorite as of late has been the elote fritter -- too good for words. My only feedback is that the customer service has been a little less warm and fuzzy over the last couple of years. Nothing terrible, just a little less smiley and personal than what it used to be. Not a big enough deal to keep me away by any stretch of the imagination, the quality of their donuts smooth out any wrinkles in their near-perfect game.

The lavender latte is worth the stop alone. Always a great donut selection but it can be overwhelming with all the amazing options so don't be afraid to ask for a recommendation. Cute little backyard area that's protected from the wind to enjoy your coffee and donut or sit down and get a little work done. I highly recommend getting the lemon pistachio donut as well.

Unique, real deal, flavor packed donuts. The lemon Szechuan donut here blew my mind. Ordered this on recommendation from the staff and could not have been happier. Our denture group tried different things and no one left disappointed with their choices. Also be sure to check out their beautiful back patio while you enjoy your morning snack.
