I just had the rudest customer service experience here, I don’t usually post reviews but I was taken aback a bit and hope others don’t have this experience. The lady working asked how she could help and I told her I was looking for a Chardonnay, ideally under $20. She scoffed at me, then proceeded to show me wines over $20, even though there were wines there less than that. Wine doesn’t have to be expensive to be good, nor elitist.

Fantastic selection of both local and European vintages - stopped by to grab a bottle of bubbles and the helpful staff directed us to the perfect bottle as the price point we’d specified. 10/10 would come back to browse their selection of unique natural wines.

E&R is a wine shop that evokes the same warm feeling that I have walking into a book store or a record store. You walk in with an idea of what you are looking for but you walk out with new unexpected gems. The crew is very knowledgeable in selecting wine that not only fits your budget but pairs perfectly with any occasion you might have. They are a great place to learn about wines from all over the world and small regions. You can walk out with a everyday bottle or a rare bottle of wine depending on what catches your eye.

Fantastic bottle shop on Macadam. Excellent source of Italian and French wines to go along with local favorites. Incredibly knowledgable and friendly staff can help to steer you in the right direction if you have any questions, or events that you are looking for the right bottle for. Their "Almost Direct Import" selections allow them to source incredible and previously unknown wines for an incredible value compared to what they might otherwise be. Oh, and their tastings can be absolutely stellar in scope providing education and experience you won't find elsewhere. Get on their list! A truly fantastic group that is providing something unique to Portland with an authenticity that is true to their love of wine. Stop by and take the time to see what they have to offer.

Fantastic wine shop with friendly and very knowledgeable staff! They pride themselves on having great wines at every price point, from everyday $6-7 bottles up to the elite $200 bottles. Great selections in every wine region-Oregon/Washington, France, Germany/Austria, Australia/New Zealand, and particularly Italy.

This place is the most interesting wine shop I have been to in Oregon. They have a great selection and the people who work there are very helpful, knowledgeable and pretty. Plus they have great rock collections from Vinyards from all over the world. Highly recommended.

The absolute best wine store in PDX. The team is super friendly and helpful no matter your level of wine knowledge. They have something for every price point too!
