The only thing better than very good coffee is very good coffee that is hot! Excellent customer service inside of a very clean coffee shop. I recommend giving them a try.

I’ve truly enjoyed my experiences at East Pole, especially since it's my go-to spot at their original location. The thoughtfully designed space and delightful merchandise really draw me in, and the quality of the coffee and crafted drinks is outstanding. Each visit feels special, and I appreciate the friendly interactions with the staff that make me feel welcomed. I find the ordering process so intriguing—especially how they write drink orders on playing cards. It's a bit of a mystery to me, but I love that unique touch! The seasonal drinks are genuinely fantastic and show great creativity. However, I do wish their food offerings were a bit more varied, as it tends to lean more towards a drink-centered experience rather than a snack one. We often order their beans online and appreciate how convenient the pickup process is. Overall, East Pole has such a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps me coming back!

I can ALWAYS count on this place to get a great cup of coffee. Bring a light jacket if you plan to sit inside to work on a paper or do some remote work, because the AC here is always on blast.

The best coffee I have had in awhile. Rich and full bodied flavor, the cappuccino tasted fully of coffee rather than steamed milk as so often is the case. The service was timely and the staff not only prepared and presented our drinks beautifully but also were polite and friendly. The store itself was very clean and neat as well as spacious. I will definitely be returning and will bring more people.

Been here twice. I want to like this place because it’s chill and the baristas are friendly, but the two cortados I’ve ordered have been imbalanced: two hip glasses of steamed milk that overpowered the espresso. Guy next to me ordered a double espresso cortado, and that may be the play, but that means an $8 cortado, which feels about right for Atlanta.

I see this place often, but I never stopped by until the other day. The atmosphere is beautiful, the menu has great options and I enjoyed my Crescent Green Tea, the restrooms were squeaky clean, but the customer service was blah. The employees seem bored and slightly annoyed when I asked for recommendations. Lighten up please. Not everyone is a frequent visitor. I will be back though, Thanks!

I’ve been wanting to check this place out for a bit, and I’m glad I finally had the opportunity. East Pole has a really nice vibe, the food offerings are nice, and the coffee is great. I’d recommend trying their breakfast empanadas, and a latte. Great combo.

Very nice staff! Very good expresso so weeell extracted. The place is cozy, pretty and clean. Capuccino and Mocha are good. Vegan options! What else!? Thanks from a frenchman.
