These are the best gluten free biscuits I’ve ever had! I mentioned to the person taking our order that I have celiac disease and they were knowledgeable!! Staff was all super kind and helpful!! :)

Yikes. I’m not one to write reviews usually, but after all the great things I heard about Eastwood, I was pretty disappointed. Ordered a chorizo burrito online, and when I arrived for pickup, they just grabbed a pre-wrapped burrito out of a warmer. Looks nothing like the photos others have taken, and those who recommended this place said this was not what it typically looks like. New to the neighborhood, but likely won’t be back.

1st time here and it was delicious! They have some very yummy fresh made daily muffins and they have these good looking salads. I'm not much of a salad guy, but when I saw then they looked fresh, good and just wanted to have one. Well I'm glad I did because it was very very tasty and good!!!!

Absolutely life changing sausage, egg and cheese. On a house-made GLUTEN FREE BISCUIT. I had to make sure after the first bite it was so dang good. Gonna have to stop myself from coming here everyday. And the staff is so friendly and helpful!

Ordered a chicken sandwich and a fruit tea the sandwich itself was really good the staff was extremely friendly had a great conversation the place itself was very spacious and just looks like a super comfortable place to come and work at to come and have a breakfast or lunch at to just hang out. It has one of those locations to where it blends in so well you would miss it, but once you go in, you will see all that has to offer.

Nothing wrong with this club sandwich, but as others have said, it's similar to something I would make at home based on ingredients quality. Compare this to Michell Deli's club for the same price, which is significantly better.

I ordered the sausage burrito and chai latte. I asked specifically if they could make it with whole milk; the cashier and I discussed it at length. The burrito took about 10 min, and when they handed it to me they realized they had forgotten to make my latte. I waited for another 5-10 minutes for the latte, and when they finally gave it to me it was made with water, not milk. :(

Eastwood Deli is just what you would expect: a neighborhood deli catering to a small audience and providing quick, tasty, comfortable food. This is a good thing. Set in *the* shopping/food complex you think of when you think of Eastwood (and in, I believe, the old The Wild Cow spot), you can expect easy parking, an efficient - but bustling - crowd, and lots of children underfoot. I had yet to get to the grocery store, so I was making my daily trek in search of lunch. Trying to trick myself into a healthy option, I decided I'd come here for a salad -- a fried chicken salad. I fully admit to trying to trick myself.* I don't know the sandwich experience here but, for salad eating, it couldn't be easier. The options were grab and go right by the cashier. I suppose you could get a salad made to order but in my case, I looked for what I wanted, grabbed it, paid, and went about my way. E-Z. I came back home, thought about dumping the goodies into a bowl but chose not to do so seeing as the container it came in was sturdy and I didn't feel like loading another dish into the washer.** My fried chicken salad came packed with fried chicken tenders (with seasoning in the breading), romaine &mixed greens, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, bacon, pecans, and cucumber paired with an addictive honey mustard dressing. This salad won't win any health awards but it will fire up the endorphins and satisfy your belly. Just writing about it makes me want one... and I just had lunch! *My mind, not my body. **I understand the obnoxiousness of the action.

Thank god to Uber eats for recommending this place! We were staying at the Gaylord and looking to Uber eats some easy lunch and this came up! We got the fiesta chicken sandwich and the Wareen club. They got the order exactly right with all customizations and it was stilled heated and toasted when it arrived!!! One of the best deliveries u have gotten and the food was great. These sandwiches were big and delicious. The club was packed with meat and the chicken was tender. Overall we had a great experience and it was awesome! Delicious lunch worth the price and can't wait to try more things on the menu! Thanks for getting our order right and saving us from really boring hotel food!

What a cute family own business. Their sandwiches were delicious. We had the pastrami as well as the chicken salad sandwich. We recently moved into this side of town and we love it especially for places like this. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

We had a really nice lunch here while I was in town recording. Friendly fast service. My chicken sandwich was excellent. I would definitely recommend this as a lunch spot.

Sandwich was not good. Flavorless, poorly presented and counter staff has questionable sanitation etiquette when handling food products. Hand washing is not a standard.

I've stopped in for lunch a few times now and have been pleasantly surprised. They have a small, yet strong menu and the option to build your own sandwich. I grabbed a fabulous chicken salad salad on my first visit and built my own sandwich on my next time I went in. Wow! Great meats and bread make all the difference. The roast beef is prepared sous vide and is incredibly soft and flavorful. Extremely friendly staff and great drink selections are the cherry on top.

Hidden gem of East Nashville, perfect place to get a BANGER sandwich. The people who run it are always super nice and welcoming. I like to get the Fiesta Chicken and add pimento cheese with a side of their potatoes. It's to die for . I've also had their Reuben, Chapel Ave Chicken, and Boscoe Bird and all of them are phenomenal. You can't go wrong with any sandwich on the list.

Stopped by for brunch this morning. Just really great food at such reasonable prices. I got the quiche of the day which was smoked salmon, Gruyere cheese and baby spinach and was amazing. The crust was to die for. My husband got the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and declared it an A+. The biscuit was on point. The hard Italian soda was a nice find! I'll also add the ready to bake lasagnas are excellent and make for an easy meal at home. Easily feeds 4-6. Top it off that the service is always friendly - 5 stars and can't wait to go back.

Super cute little cafe, not far from Shelby Park. Dog friendly. Tasty sandwiches (forgot to take pics!). We would definitely go back!

My sister is in town and we were craving an egg salad sandwich. So we came here to try it for the first time. They didn't have egg salad, but they did have a pimento cheese with jalapeno sandwich. We split it and let me just say, you had better split it too! It was so delicious and rich with just a slight punch of heat. The pimento cheese salad was perfectly made, not too much mayonnaise, not too little. It was on sourdough lightly toasted and we asked for it with no lettuce. We also ordered a small container of their potato salad. I could have eaten a large container all by myself, it was just so fresh and delicious. Then we split the Molasses cookie and the pecan sandie cookie. They both were homemade and fresh. The young lady at the counter was very personable and the place is darling inside. They leave the door open and it is well ventilated. I will definitely be back.

Found this place via Yelp when looking for somewhere different to grab lunch with a friend! What a great little spot! This place was the perfect compromise for meat eaters & vegetarians! The Reuben sandwich Was really great! The bread was perfect & I appreciated the thick slices of corned beef! My lunch buddy enjoyed the pimento cheese sandwich as well! My lunch date also got the chocolate chip cookies & said they were warm, soft, & wonderful! We look forward to trying the rest of the menu at theI quiet little easy Nashville lunch spot!

This place has 5 stars but I don't see it. We thought we'd come try it. Food was good and everyone was super friendly but could the food get any smaller? The portions were small and expensive. I got a chicken salad sandwich. It was basically two peices of bread with a little bit of chicken salad and a bunch of lettuce. No chips, no side of any kind for $7.50. My wife got a vegetable burrito that was, no kidding, 3.5 inches long for $4.50. That being said, the flavor was good. So if you don't mind expensive small portions then this is the place for you.

Just walked in for the first time and tried the reuben and it was incredible. Friendly folks running it and a cool deli vibe. Would highly recommend. Thrilled to have EDC in the neighborhood!

The "take home" lasagna is delicious! Reasonably priced and I don't have to cook! What a great neighborhood treat!

Great food, great ownership, and awesome for families! I come here at least 2-3 times per week. I just can't help myself. Lunch is great but breakfast is really my favorite. The quiches and egg bites are so hearty and delicious! The best neighborhood deli!

Gluten free sandwiches! They can make any sandwich on their menu gluten free, and each one is fantastic. Multiple times we have picked up these sandwiches, as they are great for a picnic. I would recommend the Rueben!

The turkey sandwich is the best deli sandwich in Nashville. The smoked turkey combined with the thick cheese, tomato and lettuce is wonderful. My favorite deli sandwich in Nashville. No competition.

GET THE CHICKEN BISCUIT + add honey butter!!! Quite possibly the best chicken biscuit I've ever had in my entire life.

Amazing spot for gluten free breakfast! This is my go to when I want a breakfast sandwich. They have gf biscuits and toast. The biscuit is fluffy and one of the best I've had!!9

Great to have this place in the neighborhood. Opened up in the old Wild Cow location and is offering some great food. I had the Turkey Ruben and my wife had the fried chicken salad. Both were great. The soup of the day was Curried Lentil and it was amazing. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Review is long overdue. My absolute favorite breakfast in town. Biscuits are the stuff of dreams, even considering the high standards in the neighborhood. Everything is totally delicious and Stefanie, co-owner, is a complete joy and easily my favorite part of the whole experience. Just go.

Yesterday was my son's 4th birthday and we were hosting about 12 kids. We didn't want to do pizza (also nothing was open by party start) so I searched around for something park friendly that didn't break the bank. While a lot of places cater, they cater to adults. On a whim I emailed Eastwood Deli and sure enough they were able to make kid-friendly sandwiches for a reasonable price! They were so easy to work with and very responsive. I told them what I was thinking and they were able to make it happen. We ordered 13 turkey and cheese sandwiches and one plain cheese for a vegetarian. We also got a large fruit salad for everyone to share. The turkey was thin sliced, roasted turkey and it was delicious. The whole thing was a hit for the kids! A few of the parents even said they were really happy to see something else besides pizza. I can't recommend them enough. If you need to cater an event for kids, look no further. I wish I took a photo but you know how it goes, by the time you remember the kids have devoured their food. We will absolutely be back to try some of their other sandwiches too. They are such a neighborhood gem!

Since this spot has opened up it has become a regular lunch stop for me. Everything I've had has been great (especially the tuna melt and fruit tea!) and the staff is always kind and welcoming. If you are in the area, make sure to stop by!

I'm thrilled to have just discovered this place. Somehow, it's been open for almost 6 months and I am just now finding out. Well, better late than never! This is an EXCELLENT addition to the neighborhood food scene. Great salads and sandwiches for when that's what you need. They source quality ingredients but nothing about the food feels pretentious. The owner is super friendly and open. I feel like this place fills a real gap in the neighborhood - I am definitely going to be a regular!

I'm so happy this place opened in the neighborhood, I have never gotten a sandwich I didn't like, and the service there is great, everyone is so kind. I go here at least once a week and it's well worth it every time.

I'm a regular here. The staff is super friendly, and the food is delicious and the service fast. Try the Porter Pork or the Southern Fried Chicken Salad.

A great new deli on Eastland next to Jennis! The first time I went I had a turkey sandwich which was delicious. This morning I got the homeade biscuit sandwich with sausage. OH MY!!! It was fantastic! So glad to have this deli in the neighborhood.

I don't know they paid for the high remarks on trip advisor but the sandwiches are mediocre at best. The bread was stale and potato salad undercooked

Our group ordered english muffin breakfast sandwiches with bacon, biscuits, and reubens. Everything was fantastic. That Russian dressing is tangy and sweet and savory. A+ addition to the neighborhood.

Awesome new spot in East! I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on an English muffin and it was incredible! You could tell the English muffin was homemade--way more delicious than an ordinary one. Their bacon also was excited to have them in town!

Stopped here yesterday on my way out of town after a visit. Great friendly service and the salmon and spinach egg bite and biscuit sandwich were spectacular! Hope to be back next time I'm in town. Support local!

I've had nothing but excellent service here. The owner (Stephanie?) is so personable. She even took time to hand deliver our breakfast when we stayed outside with our puppy. The Gluten free biscuits are AMAZING. The breakfast sandwich is definitely something to write home about. I would eat here everyday if I could. 11/10 recommend a visit.

We went for breakfast on a Saturday morning. It's a cute spot, service was incredible and the food was delicious! We ordered sausage egg and cheese sandwiches - one on an English muffin and one on a biscuit. The biscuit was delicious but almost overwhelming in taste so might recommend it on the side instead!
