Was at Moulin de Cambelong in June with a group for 3 nights. I must give 5 stars to them for everything: the magical location (a restored medieval mill), the interesting design of rooms (a very French combination of new and old), the dedicated service and, last but not least, the amazing gastronomical experience of Emilie and Thomas. Every dish was a work of Art and Love, which they call "instinctive cuisine". Definitely worth it, both for the dinner and the overnight-stay.
We all felt at home here, and, most of all, we felt welcomed!
