We had a reservation at 9:30, and even though the restaurant was almost empty (over 70% of the tables were free), they wouldn’t let us sit at our table. We had to order our food at the bar, and about 10 minutes later —with the food already served— they suddenly told us we could move to our table, which had been available the whole time. Very poor communication between the staff, disorganized service, and an overall lack of willingness to make guests feel comfortable. Really disappointing experience.
