The Best Restaurants in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico | Eater San Diego

"After 10 years at Ensenada’s famed Baja cuisine institution Manzanilla under chefs Benito Molina and Solange Muris and as chef de cuisine at their La Revolución Comedor in San José del Cabo, chef Alejandro Torres now runs a sunny spot at the Las Nubes winery with his wife, chef Fabiola Aceves. Their first restaurant, located on the stone terrace adjacent to Las Nubes’s spectacular tasting room, serves chilled oysters with ginger and rice vinegar, and a thick, grassy Sonoran steak that pairs well with oenologist Victor Segura’s young, fruity red blend, Selección de Parcelas. And don’t miss the smoky abalone chorizo tacos hot off the grill with a glass of Jaak, an easy-drinking rosé kissed by strawberry and melon, with a nice floral finish." - Bill Esparza

"Add this gorgeous outdoor restaurant to your must-visit list. Located at the Las Nubes winery, you'll enjoy dramatic, sweeping views of The Valley from your table, while overhead, sun shades and café lights add to the ambience. The kitchen team makes good use of local produce and seafood while also favoring grilled meats for this contemporary Mexican cuisine, available both à la carte and as a tasting menu. Polenta finished on the plancha has a nice, crispy exterior before being topped with shredded braised beef and stewed cherry tomatoes. Local crab shines in a house-made taco served with a bright orange salsa, then thick slices of grilled New York strip steak with an excellent char is served with peanut Jalisco-style mole, a nod to the chef's heritage." - Michelin Inspector

Wish I could give them more starts. It’s a beautiful experience as it’s located in Las Nubes winery. We had the fixed menu @ $50 pp - oysters two ways, sashimi, fish and snail chorizo taco, steak with miles followed by dessert (we were a party of 4 and got two apple tarts and two perfectly grilled peaches on cream so we could share) Super service. Nice selection of wines from Las Nubes and great local beers, interesting cocktails. Owners are on site to make sure you enjoy. Essentially to book ahead.

Second time to Enverro in October, the food was gorgeous, wines from Las Nubes are excellent and the view is one of the best in Valle de Guadelupe. The Chef Alex is doing a great job, with his open kitchen and fire wood cooking, the 5 course menu is delicious and sophisticated, as well as the menu a la carte. Recommended at 100%

The food was excellent. The chef greeted everyone in our group. The service could have been better. The bottle of wine we ordered was terrible. We asked for a replacement and was refused. We ordered a different wine and it was good. Not good customer service for a winery. We would have bought more wine to take home.

We had a great time. The view was really nice and the good was even better. 5 course dinner was excellent. Started we an oyster platter with three differently prepped oysters, followed by a shrimp tostada, next a fish taco followed by a cooked to perfection sirloin. For dessert a pear tart. I obviously don't go into the every detail of how the food was prepped but believe me it was awesome. We will be going back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The first time I tried to dine here, a reservation mix-up got in the way—but they more than made up for it. On our return visit, we had a truly memorable experience. Chefs Alejandro and Faviola, along with their wonderful team, were exceptional hosts. The food was excelente, the wine selection was top-notch, and the views were absolutely stunning. They went out of their way to accommodate us, making it the perfect setting for a special family reunion. Highly recommend!
