Walked into the restaurant, it was lunch time, and the dining room was half full.
We were greeted nicely and were seated shortly after. It appeared they were understaffed. Our server didn't know if the corn tortillas served with chili Colorado were white corn or yellow corn,
Our food came to the table looking great. My entree was hot and presented nicely.
My wife loved her Ceviche tostada.
To be honest, I'm not too sure how house- made, the chili Colorado was prepared.
