The Best Mediterranean Restaurants In Miami

"Whole branzino, grilled octopus, kebabs, and meatballs—these dishes live in most of the 5,000 Mediterranean restaurants across Miami. But Eva makes more exciting versions than most. There’s no flair, tweezers, or edible flowers involved. Instead, Eva’s food uses spices and flavors other Mediterranean spots just don’t, like aji amarillo in tahini and harissa in tomato sauce with meatballs. It’s located deep in the belly of CocoWalk, an outdoor mall we normally wouldn’t recommend for food. But Eva can make even the most unhinged person in the friend group incredibly happy." - virginia otazo, ryan pfeffer, mariana trabanino

Eva Offers Mediterranean Bistro in Coconut Grove in Miami, Florida - Eater Miami

"Eva offers a Mediterranean-inspired menu, with executive chef Ashley Moncada and Beltran at the helm. Starters feature breads, highlighted by bazlama, a Greek yogurt Turkish flatbread paired with labneh, urfa pepper, and candied walnuts. Other appetizers include foie & dates, which consists of date pancakes topped with grilled foie gras, accented by rose and pomegranate, and kibbe naya, a dish of lamb blended with black garlic, cracked wheat, onion, shiso, and marjoram. For the main course, guests can opt for giouvetsi, a Greek stew made with monkfish, prawns, squid, and orzo in a tomato base. Other entrées include a lamb chop with zaatar chimichurri, a pork schnitzel complemented by orange tahini and fennel-orange salad, and the Green Circle chicken, a duo of harissa-marinated chicken breast kebab and onion-marinated chicken thigh, both served with charred green peppers. Round out the meal with a “seashell” pistachio baklava." - Olee Fowler

Late post: Dined here late March & tried their bottomless brunch. The fitout is lovely & great spot for large & small groups. The food was great & service was friendly & attentive.

Augustine was our server and absolutely tremendous—attentive, knowledgeable, and made our experience seamless. We celebrated Valentine’s Day at Eva and indulged in two dozen East Coast oysters, a beautiful Spanish red, and the Lover’s Valentine’s menu. I enjoyed the Greek salad and hummus. Oysters were average. The ambiance? Impeccable, I’m a sucker for dim lighting. If you appreciate good bites, service, and a sexy atmosphere, this place is a must-visit.

On January 10, 2025, my wife, our two children (ages 12 and 13), our toy poodle service dog, and I visited Eva, a Mediterranean bistro located at 3015 Grand Ave #120 in Coconut Grove’s CocoWalk. The restaurant features an open-air dining room with a natural color palette and rustic design elements, such as wooden benches, rattan chairs, and gold-trimmed arches. We took advantage of their Happy Hour, available Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday to Sunday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., enjoying delicious Greek tapas and a fine Spanish wine at half price. The location is delightful, with the well-maintained restaurant situated in the lively CocoWalk, surrounded by a vibrant crowd. Although we didn’t sample the main courses, the generous tapas portions were satisfying. The service was very friendly, and we appreciated the dog-friendly policy. Please note, Happy Hour is available only at the outdoor tables, which we found to be the most pleasant seating option. We look forward to returning.

Came in with a large party and the hostess was understanding about some of our group being late, she was so sweet. The food overall was absolutely delicious, light and refreshing, plus my friend who is gluten free had options. The waitstaff and quality of service on the other was subpar. We had to constantly try and find our waiter to order drinks, food and questions on the menu. When it came to dessert they did a substitution, which we didn't mind, but we waited 20 min before our waiter came to tell us why it was taking so long. We were the last table from brunch sitting in the restaurant and the only table the waiter had.

A friend made a dinner reservation and this was my 1st time hearing of Eva. Definitely had no expectations and it surpassed any I could have had. Beautiful ambiance, amazing employed individuals especially our server. Had the pleasure and opportunity to meet Jeff who is the director of operations I believe with the AHG hospitality group; as someone who worked in hospitality for almost 6 years, he is an absolute gem! We ordered a bottle of red wine, the Auctioneer Cab Sauv and it was delicious. We tried the meatballs that tasted homemade and amazing; the fried calamari was the perfect portion size with the charred lemon, the beef & lamb kabobs were my first experience and I would definitely return just to have those again. Wow! The chicken kabobs were cooked perfectly. Between Jeff and our server, we were consistently checked on, recognized a need before we did and fulfilled it so efficiently and effectively. I absolutely love the open kitchen concept too; great experience. Can’t wait to return!

I tried this restaurant for the first time and am so happy with the experience. The food was delicious and made so well. The atmosphere and aesthetic is great. What truly made the experience perfect was the service. Ariel was amazing and attentive. He made us feel genuinely cared for. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

Google
Delicious food and excellent service. Was delighted to find ample outdoor seating that is well protected against rain and wind. We shared a great starter of tzatziki that was light, fresh and tasty. Then I had some perfectly done lamb chops and tasty lemon potatoes while my friend thoroughly enjoyed Seafood Giouvetsi. We both agreed that we’d like to return and would happily order those same dishes or try new ones. So big thumbs up on Eva!

Yelp
I just had dinner here with two friends. I made a reservation through their reservation link - Open Table. I indicated it was a birthday dinner. The wait staff never acknowledged that and never asked me about it. The menu is somewhat limited and on the upper side of pricey. However the food was really delicious. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that the food was delivered "when ready," as the wait staff acknowledged it would be. The "appetizer" - Tuna Crudité was the last to be delivered. All the entrees were delivered at different times. This was awkward as one hot entree was delivered first and the other guests had nothing. But so it didn't get cold, they started while the others had nothing to eat. Not a good way to celebrate a birthday- which they never acknowledged. The desserts were all amazing. The wait staff shared they are not prepared in-house. The wait staff were attentive and pleasant.

Yelp
MIAMI SPICE IS A CON, DISCLAIMER DO NOT ORDER! TERRIBLE SERVICE.. I was excited to visit here. The place was popular and very busy. My husband and I were excited to try their Miami Spice evening menu. The decor is very pleasant. The restaurant was extremely hot. After enquiring we were informed the air con was not working but they were getting it fixed that Tuesday. It was absolutely sweltering. My hair was soaking wet by the time I left the restaurant. Now this I could deal with. What I could not deal with was the poor service/lack of service/rude service. Our server was a nice lady behind the bar who was evidently over worked. She was not rude, just extremely busy, and then she just disappeared. There were not many staff members we could see at all. The manager was totally useless, rude and looked completely out of his depth. The Miami Spice food is a con as they provide you with smaller sizes. We tried the following - Appetizer - Zucchini Croquettes served with a tomato marmalade. I enjoyed these. However the dish was very small with only three small balls. I checked photos on Yelp of what the dish should look like. I could see the portion size was not the same as previously depicted. I counted at least 4/5 balls, not the measly three. Appetizer - Tuna Ceviche, serviced with aji amarillo tahini, cucumber, shallots, lavash. My husband was disappointed as he was expecting a ceviche. This was a Peruvian version and not a ceviche. The portion was also small. Main - Beef and Lamb Kebab, garlic yogurt, sumac onions, pita bread. This was a reasonable size. The food was ok, no wow factor, very average. Main - Salmon, mediterranean vegetables, tarama beurre blanc. This dish was an embarrassment. The portion size was so small as if for a child. I checked Yelps photos again and it was obvious the portion size of the salmon was half the size, 3 oz. It was also served on a plate that was a side plate, ie a smaller than expected plate. This was when I asked for the manager. I wanted to ask about the sizes, AND THIS IS WHEN IT ALL WENT DOWN HILL FAST. He could not care less re the air con, and when I enquired why are the sizes so small, he stated" it's Miami Spice, we have to make up for it!" I asked what do you mean? He said well, the sizes are smaller as it is Miami Spice. I told him no other establishments are doing this and named a few for him. He even admitted the salmon was 3/4 oz. Despite me being polite, he was arrogant and rude. Dessert - Orange Blossom Muhallebi, Sour Cherries, Black Sesame Tuile. Highlight of the meal. Dessert - Pistacchio Trilece, toasted malt, espresso. Decent dessert. We asked for our check from our server, and then waited and waited and waited. She had just disappeared. We were situated near the hostess stand and the sweet girl there, noticed we had been waiting for ages and was apologetic and went to find her and did not. She then went to find the manager. Again another long wait. We then had to hail the manager ourselves as he kept passing us by. Guess what? I asked where is our server she just disappeared. He said she will be out shortly. I said we were told that 20 minutes , what happened? and he just repeated she will be here shortly. We then asked him for the check. Another long wait...No explanation given, no apologies. VILE SERVICE.

Yelp
Finally had a chance to check out Eva in the Grove. It did not disappoint! Eva is a sister restaurant of Ariette, and opened fairly recently. They offer a daily Happy Hour, with a few decent bite options and reasonably (for Miami) priced drinks. We ordered a kebab from the dinner menu which came with a side of rice. I had to take one star off - the rice was cold! Hopefully, it's a fluke and it will be different next time. The service was impeccable (shout out to Augustin!). Overall, great experience and I will be back.

Yelp
This Mediterranean restaurant (part of Chef Michael Beltran's Ariete Hospitality Group) was a fun unexpected surprise. Came across this new place on the Fourth of July, seeing that every other place was full and we were in need of dinner. No one else was there, and we were initially skeptical, wondering if we should have ventured to Mister 01 which had a long line. The seating host didn't seemed bothered by the competition across the way: "they're just pizza," he shrugged, suggesting they had better food options. And he was right. Zucchini croquettes were surprisingly delightful: not too cheesy, came with a peppery tomato jam and is a great starter to share. Fried Calamari were perfectly tender, and just crispy enough, and came with a caviar labneh dip. Muhamara was a bit of a mystery as we originally weren't sure what it was exactly (tomatoes and hazelnut) but it was delicious and the pitas that came with it were quite good as well (FYI extra pitas triangles are $2) Scallops with Orzo Risotto was amazing: buttery, delicate and all the flavors well balanced. Just a small sampling of the menu but definitely worth coming back and exploring more.

Yelp
Eva is a new spot in Cocowalk & a perfect date night choice. We arrived were promptly seated at an outdoor table for optimum people watching. We immediately asked for oysters but unfortunately, although right next door to Eva's Oyster Bar, we were told by the waiter that they no longer served oysters. Womp, womp... LEMON POTATOES? Also not available that day. Not off to a great start but we forged ahead. Cocktails? *KASHMIR SOUR (gin, strega, honey, lemon, egg white) Good! * NIGHT SHADE (tequila, aperol, bell pepper, pineapple, basil) Better!!! *GREEK SALAD (tomato, cucumber, red onion, feta, kalamata olives) One of the BEST Greek Salads I've ever had! * MUSHROOMS (roasted mushrooms, mushroom hummus, chimmichurri) Also some of the best roasted mushrooms I've tried! & the "mushroom hummus?!?" SO good * TUNA CRUDO (sumac, red onion, kalamata olive, red and green pepper, ladolemono) WOW! Just perfect! * GROUPER (mediterranean vegetables, parsley, ladolemono) Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, this dish came out. My mind was BLOWN!!! Delicious & perfectly seasoned & cooked. Lightly crunchy on the outside, moist & fresh on the inside. Dessert? While super full we just HAD to & thank god we did! *ALMOND MOUSSE BAR (almond sponge cake, dulcey glaze, marcona almond praline, salted espresso sauce) Also a total WOW! Sooooooo delicious & luscious! Truly one of the best meals I've had in a while. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, just don't come in expecting oysters.

Yelp
Cute spot for brunch, lunch, or dinner. The food was super tasty and service was quick and friendly. Octopus has great flavor and texture and the potatoes were a great addition. The hummus was SO good and the pita was so soft and warm. Olives also great- very salty.

Yelp
Gorgeous interior and good variety of Mediterranean fare! Tried the Miami Spice brunch and enjoyed the Turkish eggs and breakfast sandwich. The service was slow and inattentive, had to get their attention a couple times for water refills and questions about the menu.
google avatar

Yelp
This place touched my Mediterranean roots that I never had . The location was eager to accommodate my welcome from the start. The establishment could be quiet or quite hectic (busy) depending on your timing on coming to the venue. Everything was kept, clean, and smelled fantastic. Manny the barman located on the outdoor portion of the establishment in the Oyster Bar will keep you coming back for more! Such charisma and professionalism. Also if you want to be a bother and are interested in my recommendation, request a Mastiha Mojito(Giovanni Recommends).
google avatar

Anne S.

Yelp
We came in close to closing but they were very accommodating. We ordered a bottle of wine that was out of stock & we were recommended another one that was amazing. The food was fantastic the octopus & the trio dips were great! I wish we lived closer to come here more often.

Yelp
Eva is an upscale fine dining spot with Mediterranean food. We had a reservation on Saturday night. We thought about the Miami spice menu but opted for family style. It has some tasty food including the halloumi and chicken kebab. The salads are all very good too. The staff was very attentive and nice. However, we just couldn't enjoy how loud it gets in there. The acoustics are so bad that everything echoes. It was hard to hear the person right next to you. This place isn't very kid friendly either. Overall, the food was decent but if you're looking for a spot to have nice conversations it's probably not the place for you.
google avatar

Puja B.

Yelp
We decided to do date day and have lunch here on a Saturday. The ambience is typical grove with warms woods, and boho vibe. We ordered Spicy feta - this was delicious Fava been - I loved this but my husband felt it was muted Mushroom - this was interesting and had a lot of umami. Loved the spanakopita oysters - very clever version of oysters Rockefeller Shrimp saganaki- was a miss for me. Altogether beautiful venue, decent food , I'd try it again, maybe next time upstairs to the oyster bar.
google avatar

Christian V.

Yelp
I'm SO PLEASED I came here. I did not expect how amazing the food and service was going to be. Daimaris (I hope I spelled her name right) was so sweet and recommended the lamb chops. 100% RECOMMEND.
google avatar

Sean P.

Yelp
Cute Mediterranean place in the grove. Waitstaff was extremely attentive, we had one primary waitress but others would come by and check on us randomly. Food was fantastic as well I got the Snapper Milanese which was a very large portion of fish and perfectly cooked broccoli rabe. My wife got the branzino which made me jealous after coming out the way they cooked it was better than any restaurant I can think of that has the same dish. The only thing that was disappointing was the 'Greek fries' it just seemed lazy, but honestly if bad fries are the worst part of your restaurant you are doing just fine . Highly recommend!
google avatar

Grace C.

Yelp
Nice tiny location inside of Coco walk. The happy hour had great prices and it was a chill atmosphere. I like the set up. It's just like a bar very simple however, the oysters that were unhappy hour were not amazing but worth the price. Its a personal taste for me not that anything was wrong with them
google avatar

Annette A.

Yelp
Hubby and I love this place! Nice place to sit outside and eat. Everything on the menu is spectacular. Highly recommend the Snapper Milanese and the shrimp and risotto. The service is a bit slow so don't go in a rush.
google avatar

Kelvin E.

Yelp
The services here was elite. Also a beautiful restaurant with a inside and outside bar. The Calamari and the octopus was amazingly good. The snapper and the kebab were ok. Very good overall.
google avatar

Daniel R.

Yelp
I went for the Miami Spice brunch and I thought it was impressive from start to finish. Great service, great food and the place is so tranquil and beautiful...what's not to like right? So basically if you are not familiar with it, Miami Spice is either a 3 course brunch, lunch or dinner at a set price. Standouts here included the mushroom toast and the blueberry pankcakes. I was sweating to take all 3 courses down, they didn't skimp on anything. Beautiful bar area, super clean throughout with a nice view to the outside. You can also sit outside. It's upscale and not recommended for kids.
google avatar

Ameesh P.

Yelp
The food at Eva was quite good. I was here with family for a weekend brunch/lunch. I had the lamb pita wrap and it was a great portion for a midday meal and came with fries. Service was pretty lackluster and they were not overly busy. It took quite a while for food to come out after placing orders and our server came back maybe once during our meal. I'm not sure what the deal with no refills on soft drinks is either. They don't actually price themselves low enough to not offer that as an option.
google avatar

Barbara M.

Yelp
Wow wow wow 10/10!!! Everything was amazing!!!!!!! All the food, the wine and service. Also, they have the best pita bread ever, make sure to get
google avatar

Misha I.

Yelp
Absolutely loved trying the new addition to the Cocowalk - Eva. The ambiance was very nice and perfect for a date with dim lighting. Service was a 10/10. The labneh dip with walnuts and warm pita was delicious. Next time, I want to try more of the dips. The calamari I would skip, as they were overcooked. I had hoped for fresh, not frozen calamari from a Mediterranean restaurant. And, the short rib kebab was delicious with a nice Smokey taste and complimented with hummus, carrot, and enoki mushrooms on the side. Overall a great experience. I can't wait to come here again and try more of the dishes!
google avatar

Jazmin M.

Yelp
I had a very pleasant experience here at Eva. food was excellent and the service was super accommodating. My water was constantly being refilled the waitress was so friendly and every dish that came out was so flavorful and well presented. The decor was simple middle eastern vibe. Try it you'll like it!

Yelp
Good evening Yelpers , It's Saturday night and I'm driving back home feeling incredibly ripped off- Let me start by saying that i enjoy fine dining and can't turn down a good meal. I am blessed to be able to afford the luxury of treating myself to a night out and it is very upsetting that I choose a spot , spend so much money to leave hungry and dissatisfied. Here's what I experienced tonight: We made reservations for 6 people at 6. When we arrived there were allegedly no tables inside but they had reserved one outside in the hallway under the spotlight which was not an option because it was so hot and humid. We asked if there was absolutely anyway they could find a table inside and they said it was impossible. We said we understood and would be leaving. A table inside appeared. But we should have left because we felt rushed all night long. And That set the tone for the evening. For a positive Let's focus on the dips and pita bread which were honestly delicious...especially the walnut pita but definitely not enough pita so we had to order more which automatically tacked on another $4 plus on the bill. After that , everything went downhill. I had the lamb shank which was pretty good and my husband had the pork schnitzel which he could not eat which is saying a lot. My girlfriend had the grouper which was swimming in a sauce she ended up returning- as they rushed us along- my sister in law had the lamb chops which were minuscule---which pretty much sums up the mean - sample size but hefty tab. Mini lamb chops, mini wine glasses and mini expresó martinis left me majorly hungry as we were rushed out the door. Oh and my favorite, that 20% tip automatically added to your bill whether or not the service warranted it which I find infuriating. So, back to the 20% tip. Having worked as a server myself in my younger years I respect the value of servers and understand how Tiffany works very well. However, by automatically, including Natalie, are you not ensuring the server will provide service, but you are also limited the customer and v"corner me up against the wall. I do not believe it improves service. It actually makes it worse or nonexistent, so I removed the 20% tip from my check because I honestly did not believe she had earned it. Not only did I feel rushed throughout the evening. She was never around when you needed her and knew nothing about the menu. This obviously did not bode well with the lady with the British accent who I assume was a manager. When I explain this to her, her response was as disrespectful and infuriating as a service. She told me that 50% of the restaurants in Coconut Grove operate this week, and that I should look it up before I go and if I didn't like it not to go. That was her response and pretty much sums up the service in most places these days. Do I recommend? Nah ... too many better options in Miami

Yelp
Eva is a nice place to catch up with friends and have a nice dinner followed with sweet unique desserts like the pistachio tres leche ! My main plate was the snapper Milanese and it was so fresh. The tomatos paired with the fried fish was delicious! The dips were also very yummy! The place has a very pretty bar with a lit up glowy arch against the wall! Service was very nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely consider coming back here :)

Yelp
The cocktails are great here. The food has. Nice twist to Mediterranean food. Service is great.

Yelp
Don't even look at the drink menu. Order the Basil Lemonade! You won't be disappointed!

Yelp
One of the best restaurants in Coconut Grove. Best happy hour, food and drinks are amazing! Great service, great location. This is our new "go to" restaurant.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm a big fan of anything from the Ariete team and Eva is no exception. The ambiance is relaxed and cool . Mediterranean vibes without being tacky. The food is OUTSTANDING. We shared tzatziki, the grilled mushrooms with hummus, lemon potatoes, arugula salad and the lamb shank. The lamb was perfectly cooked and so tender. They serve it with a chickpea Stew to balance the richness of the meat. My favorite was the grilled mushrooms , I've been dreaming about them since. I will definitely be back!
google avatar

Bob E.

Yelp
Server was friendly but tried to upsell a bottle of wine with an inaccurate description of flavor profile then proceeded to forget even bringing the bottle to our table. The whole front of the house is amateur hour. Seasoning was completely absent from the anemic and lukewarm broth my under-steamed mussels were cooked in. oh well

Petter G.

Yelp
Terrible experience , the food was decent , the service was terrible this Hispanic middle man was terrible , he's not professional our cocktails arrived late , also our food and apparently he's the manager Wich is worst , the ambiance was ok nothing impressive, def a NO NO , I would never recommend this place

Yelp
Right now it's easy to say that this has to be one of our top 3 favorite restaurants in Coconut Grove. The service is incredible, and the menu items that we were recommended were just as great. Jordan and Cunard made our first trip to Eva such a memorable experience that we're already planning our next visit back. See you real soon. Ivette, Nina & Seb.

Tyla P.

Yelp
This is the BEST place in all of coconut grove!!! GOOOOOO!!! We sat by the bar and received the best service

Lynn S.

Yelp
Second time there. Great food with fantastic food. everything was tasty. It was a party of 11 with 3 kids under 6. zThey met all our needs with a smile. Love this place!

Amanda M.

Yelp
Best food my husband and I have shoved down our gullets. 100% worth coming here for a five start dining experience

Raven P.

Yelp
Best hummus & pita I've had in my LIFE I have to go back and try the other 2 dips. Also got the Greek salad which is going to be my new go-to. My partner got the lamb chops & loved them. Our server was super nice & helpful! We sat out on the patio by the fountain to dine which was a nice atmosphere

Eileen R.

Yelp
Very nice restaurant. Went for a bday dinner and it was a great experience. The main dishes could be a little better but overall I liked the experience

Benjamin G.

Yelp
Bucatini with octopus, oysters spanakopita, and lamp chops were super well prepared and absolutely delicious. Everything we had was excellent. The food is an amalgamation of Greek, Lebanese, and middle eastern. The atmosphere was airy with the windowed wall open to Cocowalk. No table was available, though we walked in and saddled up at the bar. Worked out great. Alexis was terrific behind the bar, knows her F & B, was very pleasant and attentive considering the bustle, had outstanding recommendations, and with open ended requests made a couple of stellar cocktails, including a beautiful sour. Eva, the restaurant, is well ran and executed on point on its grand opening - a rarity. we will be back. Easy to come to Eva with frequency. The hospitality is warm and personable and in a neighborhood with very good food, Eva is a standout.

Yelp
Had really great experience at Eva on a busy Friday night! We got bunch of small bites at the bar with wine and cocktails. The service was fantastic, food was delicious and company made it even better. Thank you for a great experience. I will absolutely be coming back.

Julia H.

Yelp
Honestly one of the best restaurants I've been to in Miami. Such a beautiful interior and exterior and excellent ambiance. We got the greek salad, octopus, lamb kebab and the humus and everything was absolutely outstanding (the octopus was extra good). Service was great and everyone was very friendly. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Came here for a snack and drink. Great ambience for a romantic dinner. We sat at the bar and had great 1-1 service!

Yelp
We've walked by Eva so many times and it's always fairly empty, last night I finally understood why. The service was decent, the food atrocious. So bad it gives Key Club a run for its money. The menu looked promising, but per usual, Ariete group managed to miss the mark. Everything was either overcooked, undercooked or overly salted - the short rib was reminiscent of beef jerky. If you have children, skip the kids menu. The mac and cheese was truly uneatable - even the french fries were bad. Can't wait to see who takes over this space in 6 months!

Yelp
My friend and I visited the restaurant, and we both wanted to share the chicken dish. The chicken skewers came in two sizes so we asked the waiter if 1 would suffice. Despite our 2 smaller frames, he recommended the larger portion, which turned out to be an enormous portion. Additionally, I ordered sparkling water and received two without requesting the second, each costing $10. This, coupled with the oversized recommendation, left us feeling deceived and with the impression that the waiter aimed to inflate the bill. Unfortunately, this is to be expected of Miami restaurants!

Yelp
Nice atmosphere and pleasant service. Tasty food but portions are too small to be shared. Limited vegetarian options other than what are listed under "garden" which are mostly appetizers. These appetizers needed bread to be enjoyed. Love to see Eva offering more vegetarian options!

Yelp
Tried to go back to Eva tonight to update the review and while we were really excited to enjoy the beautiful weather outside unfortunately the mayhem of the shopping center made it such that we decided to eat elsewhere. I understand it's a tough setup given the shared common space but the restaurant needs to do a better job of enforcing their space. It's hard to imagine anyone would enjoy eating at the outside tables with random people on top of you sitting along the fountain wall....not sure how this is allowed or acceptable. Perhaps third time will be a charm as the staff seems wonderful and we remain eager to have a good experience there.

Yelp
Just enough elegance coupled with casual dining ambiance gives you an unassuming experience. The kind and gentle service from Ana was refreshing. So we tried the Bazlama, Octopus, Corvina, Kibbe nayye and Almond mousse bar. Bazlama: Loved the fusion of sweet and tart flavors in the labne. Great marriage! Kibbe Nayye: a different take on the signature Lebanese delicacy of raw meat, here executed in lamb which is hardly offered on this side of the hemisphere. Being Lebanese and well aware of the original flavors, we were tickled by the non-traditional rendition but so damn impressed that we will make it a habit to order it each time. Simple yet delicately enticing. However, in the Lebanese tradition we pour lots of EVOO, but that's because it's our liquid gold and has zero calories! The Octopus: ok, so we think we shed a few tears after each bite. That sauce on the pasta is next level complexity, layered with such flavors that I'll have to bribe someone for the recipe. Appreciate that the pasta was Al dente tenderness and the octopus was delicious and could be cut with a fork, we never take that for granted!Thank you very much! Corvina: artistic slices of fish, beautifully presented, has just a lovely tartness, tiny beet cubes that are complimented by loose pomegranate fruit bits, and then scattered fresh herbs that make you close your eyes in utter delight after each bite. Wow! Almond mousse bar: seriously? What was that, we thought??!!! Compliments to the pastry chef! So light, delicate, a well executed dessert that's not too sweet and light enough that you wonder if it just did not count as a sin! Never tried anything like it. So unconventional, so different from all Mediterranean style desserts ever offered. We will be back to try other items and repeat what we loved! Bravo EVA, bravo ARIETE hospitality! You've done it again

Yelp
Happy hour at Eva is the way to go. Daily happy hour (even on weekends) with a variety of appetizers to choose from. Go for the calamari, assortment of 4 dips and Greek salad. The lamb burger was incredible but they recently removed it from the menu so I'd opt for the lamb chops, branzino or octopus. The ambiance is very laid back and aesthetically pleasing. The manager, Kenard, is very attentive, kind and makes the experience that much better when he's working.

Yelp
First time here and I was pleasantly surprised. The first thing I noticed walking in was the atmosphere. The place was open and spacious but you could still hear the buzz throughout. We had a large party with a reservation and we didn't have to wait at all before we were seated. The hostesses were extremely friendly and very efficient. The staff overall was very attentive and pleasurable despite our party's overly complicated drink orders. The server helped us order for the table and everything was spot on. It was the perfect amount of food for the group and we got to try so many different dishes. The tzatziki was the highlight to me of the dips, but they were all delicious. I'm always partial to halloumi and theirs lived up, I really enjoyed the earthy tomato flavor underneath. For mains we had the pork schnitzel, the whole chicken and the short ribs. All three surpassed expectations and I can't even tell you which was my favorite. I think the whole chicken wins out, but be careful if you don't like a lot of spice. I happen to and thought it was done perfectly. For dessert our server highly recommended the malabi, which I have to say was the best part of the night. Very unexpected but very flavorful. It was the perfect end to a great meal. We'll definitely be back to try more seafood dishes and to just soak in the energy of this new spot in the grove.

Yelp
Im happy that CocoWalk has this new Mediterranean restorant! Food and service was so good! First we started with some dips and fava was my favorite, then our server recommended dishes for our group and we were thrilled by the taste! Tuna and short rib kebab was so tasty, my wife loved lamb shank and kibbe nayah, our friends ordered fish and salad and they looked so happy with their choices. At the end we ordered malabi and almond desert which was a beautiful end. Atmosphere was really nice, Just a bit too loud but you get used to it. Our server Kemal was so helpful! You should definitely try house cocktails especially narkisos. Great work Eva!
