"There are four things you should know about Evergreen Butcher & Baker in Kirkwood. First, they only sell their famous burger on Sundays. Second, they make a limited number, so if you want one, you better join the rest of the burger hunters in line well before their doors open at 1pm. Third, you can only buy three burgers at a time. Fourth, and most importantly, Evergreen makes a darn great burger. It’s a two-hander, stacked with two thoroughly seasoned, freshly ground beef patties, a thick housemade sesame seed bun, american cheese, onions, housemade pickles, and aioli. It features a housemade sesame seed bun, two well-seasoned beef patties that taste especially fresh since the butchery grinds the meat onsite, housemade pickles, aioli, american cheese, and onions. Cinnamon Bun This thing is the size of a small plate. It isn't overly sweet and is solid when it’s warmed up and eaten with a hot coffee or tea.
