"Evergreen Butcher + Baker in Kirkwood sells fresh baked goods, meats, and a damn good burger. Stop by for delicious sourdough bread, sweet cinnamon rolls, and tasty sandwiches like ham and cheese croissants, or stock up on various cuts for fresh beef, including ribeye, sirloin, and chuck roast from the butcher case. On Sundays—the only day they sell their famous burger—the line to get into the shop stretches way down the block. And the long wait is worth it if your FOMO won’t let you rest without trying one of the best burgers in the city.
