Whoever is working the grill knows exactly what they are doing. Everything I have tried there has been good. The onion rings taste freshly battered. The ranch dressing is delicious. The chicken and Swiss sandwich is simple but so good. The Chicago dog is perfect. The protein bowl is still a great deal for the price. They are closed in the afternoon, I think, around 3:30, so be aware that if you want a late lunch it might not be open.

We were driving past this place when my friend pointed out that we'd seen it on tv so we decided to stop in and give it a try. We got a couple of ripper dogs, a Chicago style dog, fries, and a strawberry shake. It wasn't bad - the hot dogs were serviceable but nothing special. The chili was bland and didn't add anything to the hot dogs. The Chicago dog had all the right ingredients but seemed a little off in the execution, slightly off in the proportions and a little overly mushy - not bad but not really memorable. Maybe one of their other specialty dogs would stand out a little more. They also have a burger on the menu and maybe a couple of other items. The fries were really good and between the two of us, we finished them all and wished we had more. The strawberry shake was exceptional it had plenty of strawberry bits that didn't clog the straw. I'd go back if i were in the neighborhood (maybe just to get a shake) but wouldn't make a special trip there.

I wish I could say this place was better. I ended up going for the Kansas City Dog. Don't get me wrong the sauce did not disappoint but everything else did. Walking in the place looks a gloomy & empty. The staff seemed to be half paying attention & also got my name wrong for the order but that's besides the point. The Service & atmosphere were nothing special. Where the experience lost its specialty was the food. I feel like when you order a hotdog from a place specializing in hot dogs that the cheese should at the very least look delectable maybe even melting but that wasn't the case for this location.. the hot dogs flavor was lost in an excess of grilled onions. The dog itself was not flavorful because of the onions, there was a good bbq sauce inside but it wasn't enough to uphold the rest of the weight of the overwhelming onions or dry tasteless cheese which covered the top layer of the dog. As a side I ordered some tator tots which was also short of normal, some salty. I really looked forward to the save & grace of this review to be their milkshake. I ordered a chocolate peanut butter shake which I looked forward to despite the depressing hot dog. I was informed there were no straws so I took the lid off the drink & began to try it out. It started ok with a huge taste of chocolate but the part that really disappointed me was the peanut butter flavor. It wasn't like it was evenly distributed & tasted like peanut butter... Nope. Rather the peanut butter was left inside like a giant spoonful of creamy store bought peanut butter. It was just a giant chunk sitting inside the center of the so called shake. That being said I tried finishing it but it just tasted so bad that I ended up getting rid of it. I'm sorry to say this place wasn't what I was expecting & it had so many good ideas but poor execution in the kitchen. I left photos of the menu in case anyone is interested in trying their food. I apologize as I do not see myself coming back here again.

Google
I had a nice experience at Fab Hot dogs. There is plenty of parking. I went in to meet Brian who was at the counter. Brian told me about all the most popular hot dogs that they serve. I ordered and it was ready within minutes. The restaurant is filled with pictures of customers. The Fire Department is a big fan of Fab Hot Dogs. The Police department is also a big fan of them. If the Fire and Police Dept go there to eat, well= you know it is an excellent place. I go the Fab Hot dog. It has tomato relish. It was delicious! This is the first time I tried tomato relish. Please look at my photos. The food is excellent. The dining area is clean and spacious. There are so many options and choices that all looked very appealing. This is a great place for Hot Dogs!

I had lunch here today for the first time and as far as the service and the food this place is a must if you like burgers and dogs. I had the Jalapeño Avocado bacon cheeseburger and I was delighted, I'm hard tho impress but the taste and quality of the food is top notch. the place is not to small but it's a bit tight due to the fact that my brother has to move on a wheelchair. The ketchup and the mustard containers were sticky as was the table, but other than that I was the place is great.

Google
As delicious as the hype about this food place for good prices. There’s not a lot of popular and yummy hot dog spots around the LA valley so I’m glad to have finally tried Fab. Oh. And the garlic fries are 🤘🏻

Google
I don't eat hot dogs very often....but when I do...it's always this place. Top quality ingredients with imaginative menu ideas...it never disappoints and the prices aren't too high. Delicious!

Google
Love this place! I’m from Chicago, so I had to try their Chicago Dog, and its pretty delicious! So far everything I’ve had here has been great. If you’re looking for a good hotdog spot, this is it!

Yelp
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO. We stopped on a whim and it was the best decision we've made in a while. It is a super cute little place and has the nicest staff. The hot dogs are absolutely unreal. Everything is made in house including the ranch

Yelp
I really Used to like coming to Fabs but the food and the environment has rrally gone down hill. The place has no love anymore - it's clearly not cared for. Food quality was awful. The hamberger meat was gross. The hotdogs were overly sauced with cheese and the dogs themselves very small and not juicy. French fries and onion rings were well over salted - kitchen team: it's a seasoning, not a topping! The lighting was fairly poor. There were boards covering up some of the kitchen. The place had no music, no ambiance, no music, and the loud fan noise over the burners added to the cheap atmosphere. Their website is down - has been for some time apparently. Facebook isn't really helping promote their menu which has changed over the year and hasn't been updated. I won't come back here until they make many meaningful changes - it's lacking a lot, unfortunately and they've got a lot of work to do.

Yelp
Food: I enjoy hot dogs and their variation when I visit a state in the US. So when I discovered this joint from Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dive show, I had to check it out. I love the sheer variety of hot dogs that are common in other states and I picked some of the ones that I love eating when I went to the cities that sell them. The Coney dog is so tasty and the BBQ Coleslaw Dog was savory and sweet. Overall tasty hot dogs Service: The service is quick and they were nice enough to answer my questions to some things I was curious about in the restaurant, so kudos to the staff. Ambiance: The only gripe I have with this place is how the place look. It looks kinda old, worn, and rundown. Even other restaurants that old would at least update or keep their place tidy for customers to feel comfortable. The Guy Fieri portrait is a little worn down. While the place's looks is lot to be desired, I still enjoy the unique hot dogs they made and the service is decently good for a place like this.

Yelp
I've been coming here for years- I usually order their Chicago dog. Their service and food is always consistent and their staff is very friendly. I've also tried their burgers and those are good, too!
google avatar

Dan L.

Yelp
The place is located at the plaza with a huge parking lot so the parking is not an issue. The interior looks kinda old and worn. They offer different types of fastfood. I got a coleslaw bbq hot Dog combo. Slaw and bbq didnt really match each other but it was edible. Tots were ok but it comes with a ketchup where I was going to have like a house sauce. The price was decent too it was like $12 for a combo. The waiting time wasnt that bad - like 10 mins Minus 3 points for a girl behind the counter who had an arrogant attitude, wasn'ts friendly and welcoming at all. Every time I asked her something she treated me like I am her ex boyfriend. Would not visit this place again due to a bad customer service

Yelp
Whenever I'm craving a hot dog, I go to Fab! Today I got the Mexicali. It's off the secret menu. It is a charred dog, adobo sauce, guacamole, sour cream and grilled onions. I also enjoyed the Chimichurri. It is a charred dog with Philly meat, grilled onions and chimichurri sauce. Pro Tips: Garlic tater tots are a must! You can Build Your Own hot dog. Hot dogs are prepared either steamed or charred. Staff are always friendly. It's a small place so I think a small group of 4 can sit here comfortably.
google avatar

Pablo L.

Yelp
Friendly costumer service with an extended and big menu, so many choices, found on the secret menu the Chimichurri dog, which they were so nice to replace from my original order, wow, delicious choice! I'm giving 4 stars because the A/C it's not working, it feels very hot inside of the location.

Yelp
Man, wow. Wow. This is good. Really good. Really affordable. My husband and I have been on a search for a Chicago Dog replacement since a recent trip to The Windy City. Lucky for us, we live in Encino and Fab hotdogs is so close in Reseda. The food was so so so so good. We got two Chicago Dogs. And an order of Chili Cheese Fries to share. Absolutely delicious and certainly the best Chicago Dog in LA! Try it! My husband said the total was approx 22 dollars for this food and two drinks! Truly the most tasty food I've had in a long time and at such an affordable price! I know I'm coming back soon but I can't decided if I will keep getting this amazing Chicago Dog or try something new. This honestly may be a new regular spot for us . The ambiance is very fast casual. Nothing to special, but clean, and comfortable for a quick bite . Thank you for the amazing food, Fabs.

Yelp
Fab Hot Dogs is soooo good! It sits right next door to O'Reilly's! It's a hidden gem in a strip mall with lots of stores and plenty of parking. When you walk in you see a wall of fame with plenty of accolades. I ordered a beef coney dog with chili and cheese. Being from Chicago I take hot dogs very seriously! It was delicious. The sweet potato fries were fried to perfection with their special dipping sauce on the side to add an extra explosion of flavors in your mouth. They have a full menu from burgers, hot dogs and even Philly cheese steaks! The Service was great! This place is perfect for families, a date or single life. Make sure to stop by if you're in the area! Who doesn't love a great hot dog?! Highly recommended!

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday for lunch. There was plenty of parking in the Victory & Tampa Plaza. We saw a few to-go and dine-in orders but we were able to order quickly. The inside isn't anything special and has limited seating that's very dim. However they have 4 table outside, some shaded, that were nice to sit at. We decided to get two elote dogs off the "secret menu". It was described as being bacon wrapped with lime Mayo, cotija cheese, grilled corn, and cayenne pepper. We also got an order of garlic tots and onions rings. I'd recommend bringing your own water if you want water because the water cups are a bit small. The food was an extremely good price. Each hot dog was around $7 and the sides are around $4. Some of the fried foods seemed like they were bought frozen but it didn't matter to me since this was like eating at a quick and convenient fast food restaurant with way more options. We got the food within minutes. The hot dogs were loaded with corn and cheese. They actually didn't have any bacon but we didn't realize till later. The hot dogs were still really good. Maybe if we brought it to their attention they would have given us some bacon or something. The sides were perfectly crispy and came with some ketchup and ranch. We ended up taking some of the sides home. Overall a great deal for decent food that's ready fast. Service was quick and helpful. Would come back again for a good ole' hot dog and would definitely like to try their other types!

Yelp
Had the double chili cheese burger and it was good but very greasy and with a much smaller bun and burger patties than 10 years ago. To pay with a credit card is somewhat clunky with the prompts that don't work. The cashier could use a course in customer service and friendliness. This individual came up to my table and started sweeping dust into the dust pan right at and only at my location right after I received my order. They kept slamming the broom end into the dust pan and raising dust at my table with my order which I found very disconcerting and unappetizing. I was the only customer in the joint! Definitely not a friendly or welcoming place to dine; in fact, quite the opposite! The grill used to be in center view behind the counter; now it is hidden behind a dark barrier. Tells me all I need to know about this kitchen nightmare.
google avatar

Jbi C.

Yelp
I DDNT know that they had an app. More convenient for me when I order. I used the app like last week or so, bomb sliders

Sue F.

Yelp
Wow!! What happened to this place?? The food is now HORRIBLE!! Their hotdogs with "cheese" are totally DRENCHED in some kind of liquid cheese sauce, which completely over-powers all of the other flavors and made the whole bun completely soggy, to the point where it fell apart as soon as I tried to pick it up. It was totally disgusting! Plus the hotdog was only the width of my thumb - completely small and tasteless. Tasted like boiled, low-quality meat. The burger was so rubbery and over-cooked that I took 2 bites and threw it out along with the soggy hot dogs. The onion rings would have been good except they were so over-salted that it was too much to take. My dinner was a complete waste of calories & money. Will NEVER go back!!
google avatar

Jim B.

Yelp
Hadn't been here for a while, pretty much the same. Extensive menu and reasonable prices. It would be nice if they turned on some lights, it was like entering a dungeon! We ordered burger, the Bald Eagle ripper and a polish cheese dog. Everything was very good although I thought that the burger was way overcooked.

Yelp
What an amazing place. I used to come here so often MANY years ago when my dad used to work at the Fry's Electronics down the street. He would always take me or bring some home. Then I went to Pierce College for about a year and would come here often as well! It has been years since I've been here and finally got to get some a few days ago with my office mates for lunch. It is exactly how I remember. Just as delicious and flavorful as it was many years ago. This is such a great spot for hot dogs and their garlic fries dipped in ranch! I have yet to try their burgers but the hot dogs are definitely the way to go. I usually get the classic Fab Dog which is packed with a mouthful of flavors. I could go for grilled onions (if they do that) since the raw onions can be a bit overwhelming. One of the people at our office placed an order over the phone and it was ready by the time he headed over there. Super quick and convenient and they really load up your order. You won't be disappointed! At first glance it may not look the best but sometimes those places are the type to have the best food. It has that old, run down look but trust me. Their food is worth it! Yelp
Triple D really made this place out to be amazing. Unfortunately .....not so much. They hyped up the Eagle relish/sauce. It does not look like the video at all. Just wrong. We tried several items there, and found nothing to be outstanding. They also nickel and dime you, for every extra sauce and condiment that you request. If I were in the area again, I would not return, but use Yelp to find a different location.
google avatar

Shanoah N.

Yelp
I've had their hot dogs and their burgers. Both are great, but both over priced. I don't really crave their food, I just enjoy it when I'm feeling like spending some $ on a dog. Their sauce is really good. Expect to pay extra for it. I've been coming here since they were at their 1st location. Quality has definitely gone down since then. There's just a lot more room to eat now. The workers are always nice and work fast. Nothing to special, just a good old hot dog and burger place.
google avatar

Nick G.

Yelp
Definitely not a place to pick up UberEat or DoorDash orders. They say "5 minutes" when it's actually 20 minutes. Costed me time while waiting to pick up, and time is money.

Rhonda S.

Yelp
Great food. Staff is pleasant. First time back since 2020. The Chicago Dog without the Hot Peppers is the best. Skinny fries. Ice Cold Coke and a 6 oz side of Beans. They are really tasty.
google avatar

Amanda D.

Yelp
I used to love this place. This place was so good and it was wallet, friendly. Now the quality reflects their prices. The hamburger tasted so gross. And the drink was spilled in transit. Their chill cheese fries are nothing to brag about. Me and my kids were just really unhappy.
google avatar

Rick S.

Yelp
Feels like I stepped into a Chicago hot dog, hamburger joint circa 1965! And the all beef (snap!) Chicago Dog I just ate was PERFECTION-- right down to the poppy seed bun, peppers, tomatoes, Kelly green relish, celery salt, and snappy beef hot dog. This sahsage was a culinary PLEASURE!!
google avatar

Steve K.

Yelp
Times change. So has my diet. Fab's does not serve veggie dogs anymore. Very disappointing.
google avatar

Eric N.

Yelp
Been here twice and loving it! My Dad recommended this place to me because he loves good hot dog and boy was he right! The first time I came here, I got the Texas burrito dog! YUM!!!! They grilled the outside of the burrito so it's nice and crispy. Holds up to the chili inside. The garlic tots were AMAZING! Lots of garlic and lots of crunch. The perfect tot. I got a pastrami dog the 2nd time I came here and it was made quick and delicious. I sat on the patio! They have a few tables out front which make it nice for Covid safety. They take it very serious there. They ask everyone to mask up every time they get up from the table and interact with the staff. They use a 3rd part cup to fill drinks, so the cup doesn't touch the fountain. Both times I've been here it's been pretty steadily busy. It definitely has it's loyal fanbase. Sign me up! I'll be coming back.
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
Great hot dogs, burgers and tots. Give the Philly cheesesteak dog a try! The Fairfax burrito dog is also amazingly glutinous if you're feeling REALLY hungry.

Justin M.

Yelp
Im not even a big hot dog fan but had to check this place out. Did not disappoint. The staff was really friendly and the food was great. Without a doubt stopping by here next time I'm in the area. Go check it out!
google avatar

Mike F.

Yelp
I've loved this place for a long time (found it when it was featured on Diners Driveins and Dives). Food is still really great. I love the Kansas City dog (on a polish firecracker), the Chicago dog, Boston Dog, Spicy Redneck, Texas Burrito Dog and my personal custom order, a bacon wrapped dog with green chiles and melted cheese. My complaint is that the place has gotten kind of run down and the people working there aren't friendly anymore. Not sure if it's still the original owner (who's a nice guy) or if it's been sold but something has changed. I'll still go for the food but the ambiance has definitely taken a downturn. I hope it improves
google avatar

JA M.

Yelp
I'm from Chicago, so I had to try their Chicago Dog while visiting the area, and its was pretty close! Definitely a great lunch spot, so far everything I've had here has been great.
google avatar

Yelp
It was about 7:45 pm when we were looking for a place to eat. Noticed Fab Hot Dogs close at 8pm and wanted to check it out. My family ordered our meals and the staff was very friendly. There was no rush at all. While we got the food and started eating, it BS tarted to hit 8pm where they have to close the doors so that no one else can place orders after 8pm. I thought this might be our queue to leave since they close at 8pm but the staff/cashier went over to our table to say "she is closing the door but we are welcome to finish our food and no rush". Was very impressed that they had the courtesy to inform us so we don't feel like we are rushed. The hot dogs are great! Although the interior of the shop was not as up to date as other Fab Dogs I've been too, this is definitely not a show stopper to come out and eat here! I would come here again!
google avatar

Richard E.

Yelp
Excellent hot dogs. But locking your doors from 4:00 pm to 4:30pm is an inconvenience and just meant to piss off any customers that might arrive at 4:10. But good hot dogs.
google avatar

indigo m.

Yelp
These are such creative hot dogs and not to mention delicious!! I will be coming back here a lot! Seriously not kidding though ... this place is mouth watering and affordable. Definitely recommend the LA street dog that's what I had. Good vibe inside the place as well.
google avatar

Michael L.

Yelp
Who doesn't enjoy a Yelp event hot dog?! But let me add, this isn't your normal hot dog. I opted for the LA Street dog which was packed with a ton of veggies. Also the dog was wrapped in bacon but found it not overwhelming at all. Paired with a Mexican coke this place hits.
google avatar

Anna P.

Yelp
I like to support small businesses however this place takes no pride in their food any longer. It was okay the first few times but I won't order again. The burger was in three pieces ... as a cook Why would you continue to cook this "burger" and serve a burger that is in pieces? Why not start a new burger and ensure that the customer is happy---- also the knife skills are atrocious the raw onion I had was in chunks. I'm sure you can Google how to cut a onion properly.. the prices have been raised and the food quality went down. The meat also tasted funny. If this is a reflection of the cleanliness of the place I'm sure the grill top is with other orders probably resulting in this aftertaste I have the bacon on the burger was not even cooked which I do not recommend considering a man on the news just had parasites in his brain from uncooked bacon.... It's a no for me dawg.
google avatar

Happy E.

Yelp
Had a Mexicali Dog the other day so good. Been coming here since it was a hole in wall in Reseda. Good onion rings.
google avatar

Sally N.

Yelp
I use to come here when it was a small mom and pop place. Then they moved and sold. My office moved so not very convenient but I go out of my way to eat there. Food is great but they charge for everything. On top of that there is an expectation to tip. I order the food and pick up when my name is called. I was given the side eye when I didn't leave a tip. I saw another customer leave a tip but he also picked up his food when his name was called. There were only 3 customers there at the time. Talk about tip fatigue.
google avatar

Richard B.

Yelp
Great taste. So many things to pick from and from there special menu. If you looking for good American hamburgers and hotdogs with a twist. This is your spot. The staff is super friendly. You can go wrong with mostly everything on the menu. They do have a lot of good party platters. The wings look so yummy. This be great for the up coming football season and basketball.
google avatar

Curt B.

Yelp
We got an offer for a free hot dog and took it. The Chili dog was very good along with crispy onion rings that were hand dipped. The Fab burger, which I got protein style came wrapped in fresh lettuce and was perfect. Best of all were the garlic fries which were just perfect. The staff was very polite and informative and the location was clean and accessible. We placed our order to go and it was packed carefully and the Fries and Onion rings were on top and we grabbed a few on the ride home. it was a good deal and value for the money. Will definitely return! Oh! The best Fried Chicken wings too!
google avatar

Jonah J.

Yelp
I have eaten at Fab Dogs for over 14 years, I went to their location when it was a hole in the wall. I have taken friends and family to enjoy the dogs and tots. I have had heated discussions with people over the best dogs in LA. That sadly ends today. I got REFUSED service because of my service animal. The young lady cashier was rude. And I am highly disappointed. Don't worry I filed a nice report with the ADA. Enjoy sorting that mess out.
google avatar

Craig B.

Yelp
This place was terrific. I came in when it wasn't too crowded, but there was still a bit of a wait. That's ok; I didn't see anyone standing around. Sometimes quality takes longer. And quality it was. I got the Chicago dog "dragged through the garden" (if you know, you know), pictured below. I also got garlic tots and a coke. The dog itself was excellent. Well prepared, with a good snap. It wasn't overwhelmed by the toppings, which were fresh; I could still taste the dog. I love garlic, and the garlic tots were awesome. They come with some type of ranch sauce that I didn't bother using. You know this place is authentic because they have Dr Brown's in the fridge. The cashier was super nice, and gave me my coke for free because of the wait. Again, the wait was fine because no one was slacking. I don't eat hot dogs that often, but I'll be back to try other menu items.
google avatar

Doris R.

Yelp
Ordered the LA Street dog and my Bf got the Chicago dog with a side of French fries and a chocolate milkshake, & sheeeeeeeeesh. It was soooo bomb! The crispy golden shoe string fries with the savory hot dog and a sip of the chocolate shake in between gave me a Mouthgasm!!!! not even kidding. Added to the list of my favorite restaurants!

Alex S.

Yelp
Good food, good Service, I'm was eating very delicious polish dog and LA street dog Highly recommended

Yelp
Love this place !! Can't deny a great hot dog !! Only place around where I can find a true Manhattan Dog with the NY Red Onions (if you know, you know) They have a whole menu of amazing hot dog variations, I want to try others but I'm so stuck on the Manhattan Dog. They have burgers too but I'm there for the dogs so I honestly haven't tried their burgers. Their fries, tater tots & onion rings are just as "Fab". The worst thing about this spot is it's location, it's not close to where I live. Wish they would come to Conejo Valley, where many of the Valley residents have relocated. If you live in the SF Valley, and haven't been to Fab's yet, check them out, anyone I have ever brought here loves it & wants to come back!
google avatar

Jennifer G.

Yelp
1st time trying this Burger place and the cashier Patch cheer patch thank you so much for recommending the fab's Burger with the garlic tater tots so delicious. I will definitely come again. Patch your vibe is awesome keep up the good work. Next time I come recommend me something else!!
google avatar

James ..

Yelp
This is a fun place to step outside your typical hot dog/burger place. The bald eagle dog was not as great as I thought it would be full disclosure, however I'm also not at all mad that I tried it. The meat is actually a pretty cool idea. I just felt it lacked a little something else on top. I did like the fab dog and the fab tots were scrumptious and quite possible the real winner here. Over all it was a fun experience to try new things. I would love to try new things next time!

King M.

Yelp
Food was very good. The chili was fresher than other fast food places like Tommy's or Fatburger. The hatch Chile sandwich was super tasty. The protein bowl was good as well. Decor a bit old / dated but I think the food is a good value. The staff was super nice. Highly recommend!

Yelp
This is how you do hot dogs. I had the pleasure of eating the LA Street Dog, Chicago Dog, and a side of Chipotle Ranch. The LA Street Dog was fantastic. It was a very hefty burger with a lot of toppings, but every topping was delicious. Every topping was meant to balance and add flavor to the hot dog as a whole. One highlight is the grilled onions which add a nice savoriness to the hot dog, on top of the reminiscence of a good LA street dog. The standard ketchup and mustard of course add a nice sauciness to the dog. I would go without the tomatoes. I usually do not see tomatoes on the usual LA street dog. The jalapenos already add enough freshness to the hot dog, that the tomatoes are not needed. Of course, the bacon wrapped around the hotdog is delicious. The hot dog was juicy and snappy, which are the signs of a good hotdog. They used a standard hotdog bun. The chipotle ranch is pretty good. I dipped the hot dogs in them. Very light chipotle flavor, with a high emphasis on the flavor of the ranch. Nonetheless, it was a good dip for the hotdogs. The Chicago dog is my personal favorite of the two. This hot dog was an explosion of flavor and balance. Again you have a nice snappy and juicy hot dog. The bun this time is different, with some nice seeds. The toppings are what really make this hot dog. The amount of vinegary taste on this hot dog, which cuts the beefiness of the actual hot dog, is what made me really like it. Then of course you have the freshness of the tomato to cut both the vinegar and beefiness taste. It was a perfectly balanced hot dog. Of course, the mustard tops off the flavor. The quality of the ingredients is good. All the toppings they use on their hot dogs tasted good quality. I believe they make the chipotle ranch themselves, which is impressive. Again, the hot dogs are snappy, beefy, and juicy, which makes me believe that the hot dogs are of good quality. The presentation of the hot dogs is alright. I like how they really load the toppings which makes the hot dogs appealing to the eye. The prices are absolutely fair. They are at a really good price. Again they load up the hotdogs. Therefore, the portion is fair. The price is pretty cheap for how much they load up the hotdogs. Again, it was also really delicious so the price is well worth it. The staff was pretty nice. They were not over-welcoming nor under-welcoming. The food came out at a standard time. I did not have to wait a long time. The ambiance is alright. It gives a hole-in-the-wall vibe. Nothing wrong with it, but they should do some theming. The place is overall very clean. The parking is good because they have a big parking lot. Delicious hot dogs here. Will come again!

Yelp
Damn Fabs what happened? I used walk in here and just smile. But now it's just depressing to walk in, used to be so lively walking in here now even the employees don't even want to be here. The food used to have some of the best quality ingredients and now they use the cheapest possible ingredients. I'm on the wall of fame here but I don't think I will ever come back.

Yelp
The place was packed, so I'm guessing more people like it here than don't. I got a hot dog with sauerkraut & mustard. Being from NYC, I find all the wild toppings commonly found in LA gilding the lily. So, while I don't say they shouldn't be available, I say they're not for me. It was even funny that their "Manhattan Dog" included fried onions -- relatively few people in NYC get onions on their hot dogs & never fried. The hot dogs were small & the generous portion of sauerkraut was a bit soggy. Their "deli mustard" was actually just plain yellow mustard, even on the Manhattan. So, I was underwhelmed at a $6 small, soggy dog. But, the large crowd & efficient staff made me willing to go back for something else, maybe a burger. HOWEVER, I think it's HILARIOUS that the response to negative reviews is a copy & paste job [see photo]. They're so "horrified" at poor service that they can't bring themselves to write individual responses. Perhaps they think no one will notice...? lol
