Dear owner,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my recent experience at your Franklin location in Chicago, which occurred around 11:30 AM today I ordered a bowl with rice, sweet potatoes, salad, and salmon, and purchased a tahini brownie. Unfortunately, the service I received was disappointing. The staff member who served me was speaking directly over my food, so I politely requested that she move it to the side. Instead of addressing my request courteously, she roughly tossed the food aside and responded to me in a rude and dismissive manner. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, her response was merely, "I am sorry you feel that way."
I have been a regular customer since your establishment first opened, often stopping by for breakfast and lunch. However, due to a recent relocation back to the city, today was my first visit in a while. Given the poor service I experienced, I regret to say that I will not be returning to your restaurant. Respect and customer service are very important to me, and I believe in spending my hard-earned money where I feel valued.
I hope you take this feedback constructively to improve the experience for future customers.
