World-Renowned Soiree Spot Sushi Samba Is Bringing Japanese Brazilian Vibes to West Hollywood | Eater LA

"CBS-2 reports that a fire on the 1300 block of Highland Avenue on Sunday, November 17 caused significant damage to the restaurant’s Hollywood location; the Los Angeles Fire Department first reported the blaze, which destroyed the adjacent auto parts store at 4:20 p.m., and no one was hurt." - Mona Holmes

"Because of its proximity to UCLA, this East Coast-style sandwich shack caters predominantly to the college crowd, and it shows. Everything is unapologetically glutinous, and stuffed with fries, mozzarella sticks, or onion rings; for tri-state area transplants, the sausage and pepper hero is an authentic taste of home. There's also something called the Big Fat Fatty (chicken fingers, marinara sauce, fries, mozzarella sticks, burger patties, bacon…) on the menu—if you finish it in 40 minutes, the fatty is free and you get a sandwich named after you. Many have tried but none have succeeded. The original location is in Westwood."

We were leaving Oklahoma City and someone who had moved there from LA, told us we had to come here to eat. I would have liked to have had half a sandwich - it was so much food - but it was fun and different. I had the chicken; my son had a burger. Mine was definitely a unique take on a sandwich with a LOT of flavor. The chocolate chip cookie with cake and icing inside was also super fun!

Google
Fat Sal’s is a MUST when in Los Angeles. As a New Yorker, I rarely go to a deli anywhere outside of New York because they typically don’t compare. This is the exception to the rule. I’m also not usually a fan of “fat” deli sandwiches, as they’re usually just stuffed with under-seasoned fries and lots of bland toppings. Likewise, I’m not typically a fan of “crazy” shakes, because they’re usually just adorned with frosting on the rim and are never worth the price. Once again, Fat Sal’s is the exception. Their sandwiches are stuffed to the brim with quality ingredients, well seasoned meats, properly prepared homemade sauces, they’re balanced in flavors and textures, and that means you don’t get bored eating them. Likewise with the shakes, they take AN ENTIRE PIECE of cheesecake and blend it into the shake itself. Absolutely decadent. If I’m within 2 hours of Fat Sal’s, I’m making a trip there every single time.

👩‍🦳 The pastrami sandwich was hot and delicious. The cashier person was really friendly and helpful with our order. It was a late night on a wednesday. when we went, and it was pretty much empty at around 9:/10: pm. But it was cold inside because the place is wide open to view the st.. We knew that the old place was burned down, and the cashier said that they were waiting to rebuild it and move back when it's done ✔️

Google
Overhyped, Overpriced and Over rated. Food was like any other sandwich shop(Subway,Jimmy John’s, Firehouse subs, Jersey Mike’s) but waayyy overpriced. If you’re going for atmosphere ok, but otherwise go to one of the above mentioned restaurants for a better & affordable sandwich.

Google
Great local sandwich shop chain. Wild selection of massive sandwiches and shakes. Must try for any visitors to LA. Staff were super friendly and the food tasted great!

Google
PORTIONS… the portions here are wild and the food is pretty good! Th burger, the sandwiches, and the shakes are great. The sandwich I had was sooo good that I forgot to take a picture of the actual food lol! This past weekend was my first time in California and my first time trying Fat Sal’s and they did not disappoint. Till next time!✅

Google
Starting great with their services. The workers there helped me out willingly and patiently when they knew it was my first time; they went through the menu orders, signatures, their personal favorites. I got the "FAT CUG". It was a large sandwich with chicken, mozzarella sticks, fries inside. For me, their "seasoned fries" is a must; so flavorful. I also got their "Fat Shake #3". The shake was a lot smaller than I expected from the photos on the menu, but I was glad because it was already a big meal. Recommend to get their shakes as well, it's so good.

Google
I’ve gone to Sal’s twice to get their Reuben sandwich and my only problem is that I’m genuinely afraid to try anything else. Their Reuben isn’t one of their more popular sandwiches and it absolutely SLAPS. I can only imagine how good their more popular items are and I’d probably spend my whole paycheck there if I branch out. Josh has helped me both times I’ve ordered and he provided excellent service. He took the initiative and offered to walk me through their menu after I told him I had never ordered from them before. Both times he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions honestly. Excellent customer service. Their Reuben isn’t traditional but you won’t be disappointed. It does not come with a pickle so I just ask for some pickle slices on the side. I also tried their mozzarella sticks this time and they’re fine. Good cheese to breading ratio but it’s nothing special. You won’t be disappointed but I’m not sure it’s worth $8.99. The ranch that came with it though was fire.

Yelp
Geeat food, I got the Fat Sal and onion rings. The service was great too, very helpful. The new place looks very cool as-well. i like all their merchandise and skateboard wall.

Yelp
Fat Sal's - 1154 N Highland Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90038 Atmosphere: Fat Sal's offers a vibrant, laid-back vibe that's perfect for a casual hangout or grabbing a bite with friends. The space is modern, with a fun and energetic feel, making it great for anyone looking for a relaxed spot with a big personality. Service: The staff was attentive and friendly, making the whole dining experience seamless. They really made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Food: I went for the Fat Texas Sandwich Combo with fries and a strawberry cheesecake milkshake, and it was unreal. The sandwich was massive--packed with a perfect mix of savory goodness, from the tender beef to the tangy barbecue sauce and melted cheese. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right, a perfect side to balance out the rich sandwich. As for the milkshake, it was pure decadence--smooth, thick, and bursting with that sweet, creamy cheesecake flavor. Every bite and sip was a satisfying experience. Overall Experience: I highly recommend Fat Sal's to anyone in the area. Great food, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere--couldn't ask for a better experience.

Yelp
I was recommended to come here while on vacay because of their crazy sandwich combinations and I wasn't disappointed. They had a bunch of funky choices but I landed on the Fat Banh Mi-Ki . I loved the different flavor profiles and textures this sandwich had between the marinated ribeye, pickled veggies && onion rings **amongst other toppings** it takes you on a nice ride. Yelp
First time at this location, not my first time at sals. Tried 2 of their "limited time" items 1 being "the pilgrim" sandwich which was basically a thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich. It had stuffing, cranberry sauce, sweet potato fries, turkey, and sooo much more it was literally thanksgiving in a sandwich lol. I tried their pumpkin cheesecake shake which was good but the cheesecake wasn't pumpkin so it was less of a pumpkin taste than I'd hope lol. I was expecting pumpkin cheesecake in a pumpkin flavored shake, it was a pumpkin flavor shake with a regular cheesecake slice, still good but a bit misleading based on the post for it and the ingredients. Still a good meal still a nice detour after some Hollywood shenanigans. Sals is a staple of LA and worth trying if a local or a tourist. Nice wall art and a clean interior made dining in a nice date option as well for the evening. Keep up the good food and vibes y'all are a great business :) Wait wasn't long and the service was quick with the sandwich.

Yelp
If a stoner and a fun drunk decided to open up a restaurant after a sudden enlightenment from making a sandwich with whatever they had in the fridge, this joint would be the result. Well, that's how I felt about the fat bodega. It was bursting with flavors and had a lot going on. I could see why this sandwich would be delicious to the average inebriated late night dweller. The parking is horrible, Had to drive around the block 4 times until I found a spot to park. Other than that, definitely worth the try. Service was good, inside was really chill. Overall, we are coming back to try more sandwiches.
google avatar

Luz C.

Yelp
We came in on a Saturday night and were greeted by workers that looked happy to be at their job. The interior was a well-lit half indoor/half outdoor which was a cool concept. We couldn't decide what we wanted so we were recommended to try the Philly Cheesesteak fries. They weren't super memorable but they tasted good. The fries reminded me of McDonald's fries but without the salt. The meat was essentially flavorless and the onions were a little undercooked. It still hit the spot tho. PS I was impressed with how clean the bathrooms were for a Saturday night!

Yelp
WOA'!!! Roll in & Check this place OOOUUUTTT!!! Can't say enough about every one of the sandwiches we ordered!!! Plentiful protein and the accoutrements in each sandwich made each unique & dddeeellliiissshhh! For dessert we had the Pumpkin Cheesecake Milkshake & the chocolate chip stuffed with a red velvet filling cookie nothing short of mouthwatering... Both insanely scrumptious, "guilty pleasures!" You won't Regret poppn' in to this Spot for a bite!
google avatar

Liz N.

Yelp
We ordered an insane amount of food for just three girls but it was so worth trying it all. The worker was really funny and seemed appalled by our order that he gave us free drinks because he probably knew we needed it to wash down everything. The cookies and cream milkshake was AMAZING!!! I also really enjoyed the buffalo chicken fries. I would NOT recommend the mozzarella fries with gravy. The fat Sal sandwich was amazing though. Parking is super limited so be careful. Inside is spacious and clean. They also have one of those cool soda machines with a huge variety. I wish they had a location in OC!

Yelp
Always drove by Fat Sal's with a crowd so we figured it had to be good. Went with a group of friends & we all give it just an OK rating. I feel like this place is popular because it closes late, not because of the food. We got the Fat Jerry & it was decent but barely had ribeye steak. I guess that's why there's all the other toppings but the overall flavor combo wasn't special. The strawberry cheesecake shake was yummy while the cannoli pistachio is way too sweet & artificial tasting. Not worth the price.
google avatar

Yelp
Been going to Fat Sal's since day one and they never disapoint. The fat Texas rocks. Everything there is tasty. It's a busy joint so allow for time.
google avatar

Lou M.

Yelp
First time here and I didn't know what to get so I asked the counter guys. They recommended the Texas and without knowing anything about the sandwich I went for it. This thing had mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers barbecue sauce french fries. Definitely something I wouldn't have ordered myself so my first experience here, not that great. If there is a next time, I will order my own. The vanilla shake was good though.
google avatar

Brian K.

Yelp
Actually amazing. Since we went I've been really wanting to go back. Everything we got was great and really packed with flavor. Hard choice when looking at the menu because everything sounded good. We ordered online and the food was ready by the time we got there. Guy working the counter was super cool and even though we got takeout, the place was clean and next time we will probably eat there. We got the OG Fat Sal, the Fat Bahn Mi-Ki the Buffalo chicken fries and the Samoa shake. Every one of those was worth a repeat! But I also want to try everything else!!!! Good problem to have and can't wait to go again.
google avatar

Nikki K.

Yelp
What a breath of fresh air!! We brought our toddlers here and this place looks like a night club, which was a completely new, exciting experience for them. The excitement the staff had over their menu and the limited time offerings was contagious and we ordered more than we originally intended. They were also so kind and accommodating. The food was out of this world. Like I said, we ordered more than intended AND got a pumpkin cheesecake shake and we ate EVERYTHING. It was really so good and well-worth every penny. Highly recommend, will definitely be back.
google avatar

Ereny H.

Yelp
This location moved to a worse spot and it seems like the quality went down too. The new location feels like a hookah lounge/beat up club and the sandwich I always get (the Philly cheesesteak) was honestly the worst version I've ever had. I also got super sick and couldn't hold it down. I really miss the old spot, I feel like the parking was better, the street isn't as dangerous because everyone thinks they're a race car driver on Highland. The service was okay and the vibe just isn't the same. I miss their indoor/outdoor vibe at their other location.
google avatar

Jasmine B.

Yelp
Superior service, LA vibes and good food. This was my first visit to Fat Sal's after driving by 1000x. I didn't know what to order and took a chance on the Italiano and fries. The fries were super soggy and the Italiano wasn't my favorite after only two bites. I asked to change my order and they were really accommodating. They suggested to either order well done fries or tots. I ordered tots and a philly cheesesteak. I thought both were really filling and flavorful. Hard to go wrong with tots and the sandwich was more my speed.
google avatar

Tatiana M.

Yelp
This was intense! I honestly didn't know what I was in for when I came here. The sandwiches are huge!! Very flavorful! The one I had had ketchup so I probably would've just done it without that and it would've been perfect. I definitely had to take half togo.
google avatar

Ryan A.

Yelp
DelisBurgers$$ is a solid choice for a quick bite! The burgers are juicy and packed with flavor, though they could use a bit more seasoning. I loved the crispy fries that came with my meal! The service was friendly but a little slow during peak hours. Overall, a satisfying experience, and I'd definitely recommend it if you're craving a good burger.
google avatar

Nolan M.

Yelp
Fat Sal's Deli in Hollywood offers huge portions and creative sandwiches, perfect for late-night cravings. The flavors are pretty solid, but sometimes the delivery can take a while, which is frustrating. While the vibe is fun and lively, the overall experience just didn't blow me away. Worth a try if you're in the area, but maybe not a go-to spot.
google avatar

Chris P.

Yelp
Late night after a show. Seems like the perfect hangover food. Something you might not put together on your own. Place late night surprisingly busy. Staff was great, and was a cool place to eat late night. Big and messy.
google avatar

Jacqueline S.

Yelp
Parking: small parking lot. The only time it can be a pain is when they're extremely busy. Service: always great service. Friendly staff. No matter how busy they are, orders are filled, and never leaving you waiting a long time. Ambiance: small spot, but worth it - the food and service. Music always on point. Three tv screens mostly playing sports. On the side of the building is a Biggie moral. Food: I ordered a pastrami rueben. My wife ordered the fat banh mi-ki. We also had the vanilla ice cream Oreo cookies and caramel salt shake. Their fries are a hit too. Fat Sal's Deli is a 10/10. Always a must visit when we're passing through LA.
google avatar

Andrew N.

Yelp
I have been going here for years now because this place serves my favorite sandwiches. There's so much stuff in the sandwich I love it. I always recommend the Fat Jerry as it comes with ribeyes
google avatar

Cindy C.

Yelp
Ordered a fat Jerry and it did not disappoint. The fat sandwich has a little bit of everything in it. Perfect for someone who loves to have variety. If I bite on the right side of the sandwich, I'm eating rib eye steak with french fries. If I bite in the middle, I'm eating chicken fingers with some bacon, and if I'm biting the left side, I'm getting a mozzarella stick with some fried egg. Such a surprise in each bite. Love it! I would get it again :)
google avatar

Yelp
Funny how things work. Came to LA for the Rose Bowl and had Fat Sals on the radar due to yelp reviews but the timing didn't work out. We got on bus to go to parade and the box lunch provided to us was.......Fat Sals. Italian sub was delicious . Just the right amount of thinly sliced onions for max flavor and the bun was possibly the best I ever had. If you crave a good Italian sub look no further.
google avatar

Reeven S.

Yelp
Looking for a satisfying meal that can probably put you to sleep? Fat Sal's is the way to go! I ordered this for take-out, and it still tasted amazing despite eating it 30 minutes later. I was shocked by how many things they put into one wrap. They will combine every single munchie craving you have in one wrap - mozzarella sticks, fries, onion rings, ribeye steak, and many more. It's definitely a meal for those not concerned with their diet. The wrap was huge! My friends and I could not finish it all in one sitting. I definitely recommend this place especially for those who are HUNGRY.
google avatar

Angelo M.

Yelp
My first time at Fat Sal's last week. I've seen photos and heard great things so it's been on my list to try whenever I was starving. After much back and forth, I went with the Fat Bodega. I gotta be honest, Fat Sal's was on a diet when he made my sandwich because it wasn't too fat. I'll be adding more meat next time. Fries were perfectly seasoned, and the Fat Sal sauce is major key. I'll be coming back and making sure my sandwich needs a visit from Dr. Now! #IYKYK
google avatar

Yelp
I really want to love Fat Sal's, but perhaps it's a good thing I don't, otherwise I'd be 200lbs. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich and the Philly Cheese Steak Fries. The food tastes good, but I was kind of disappointed by the fries because I thought the ingredients would be tossed with the fries, then put in an oven to melt the cheese. What I got was a layer of cooled cheese, with a few pieces of steak and some large cuts of onion (not minced). Basically, underneath all this, you get plain fries. Plus, you have to pay a dollar for a small tub of sauce (several varieties), which I think all the fries will need. This location has a nice layout, it's very open, perfect for L.A.'s mostly moderate weather. The music is mostly modern rap, not my thing, but that is what you get at this location. The service is pretty lackluster, a bunch of young dudes who don't seem to enjoy working there. If you are craving some fattening comfort food, check them out. They have several locations, so they are popular. But I can think of other places I would go to first if I'm craving some carby fat food.
google avatar

Ozzy R.

Yelp
Omg! My first time trying it and it was amazing! Expensive because each sandwich is $14+ so I won't be back. But it was definitely worth the first time. Too rich for my blood. I ordered the western burger with cheese sticks, pastrami and bacon. And the other sandwich we tried was the one with fries and steak. I can't remember the names of them. They kind of have a lot going on. Hence, the "fat" in fat sal's lol. Portions are decent. Quality is there. So is taste. Service is really good. Very helpful and friendly people. Fast too. It's in Hollywood so parking can be tough. Traffic too. No complaints. We also tried the strawberry milkshake. That was $10 or so. Pretty good. But again, everything here is pricey. At least to me. Thanks for the good food and good times. Keep it up.

Yelp
My husband and I were visiting my dad at the nearby UCLA hospital and just happened to stumble upon Fat Sal's. HOLY COW! It was amazing! We got a Philly cheesesteak and Fatty Patty (which I believe was a special) with seasoned fries. We ordered at the window and then ate on the connected patio that was cute and had umbrellas that provided nice shade on that sunny day. Our food was brought out to us by a server with a huge smile! We enjoyed Fat Sal's so much we actually ordered it to be delivered the next night! Wish I would have taken more pictures but this will definitely be a staple in our future LA visits!

Yelp
Fantastic from the moment we walked in. Awesome Food, great staff. Loved the multiple TV's and open dining area.
google avatar

Sofia P.

Yelp
Come hungry and with someone to share the sandwhich with- it is good but overwhelming, I guess that's the point though haha. It's perfect to share and eat right away, Im not sure it would hold as good leftovers though. Sandwhich took longer than expected to come out of the kitchen despite coming at a slow time. Lots of seating options!
google avatar

Jason E.

Yelp
Fat Sal's is the best! Been coming here for years. Prices are a little on the high-end but the quality is certainly there to justify. This is the next best thing to a full service deli. Subway is a hard pass these days. Sals sandwiches are always FAT. So sad their spot burned down, the new one is only about half a city block down on same street.
google avatar

Xiomara F.

Yelp
Ok ya'll!!! We all have those nights when we are hungry late at night!! And THIS location of Fat Sals will be my new go to spot. Just because it's late i'm not willing to compromise on taste. Also Josh, a manager I believe (or should be!!!) is the kindest man. It's late and he made sure my husband and I felt welcomed with smiles and laughs. Thank you to the entire team! We'd share a pic but the food is GONE !!! lol
google avatar

Brandy N.

Yelp
I got the buffalo burger and I enjoyed it but I was so hungry no time to take the phone. Ambiance was nice it was somewhat out doors. Customer service was phenomenal any issues was fix.
google avatar

Akul M.

Yelp
The mozzarella sticks are really crunchy and have an amazing cheese pull. The pastrami is one of the best I've had on the west coast really soft and tender. Great sandwich.
google avatar

Mefa L.

Yelp
Attention cheese lovers and sandwich enthusiasts! Imagine sinking your teeth into a sandwich brimming with a melty, decadent blend of cheeses that creates an irresistible gooey experience. Paired with fries that are golden and perfectly crisp, every bite is a flavorful explosion. For anyone who craves the ultimate cheesy indulgence and an expertly crafted sandwich, this spot is your new go-to destination. Don't miss out--this is comfort food elevated to an art form!

Jessica L.

Yelp
Came to the new location after the OG burned down. Still great service and quick bites. My favorite thing to order is the buffalo fries or the Fat Jaime.
google avatar

Linda L.

Yelp
My husband has been talking about this place for quite a while he always spoke great things , finally got the chance to try it today and let me tell you it was delicious. Tried the Fat Banh Mi-Ki it was so good. I like when my food has crunch inside and the jalapeños gave it just that crunch along with the union rings. ‍ My husband got a Fat Texas and I'm not a fan of barbecue sauce but his sandwich was very delicious as well!! Customer service was also really great!! Side note : parking lot is quite small but during the week I don't think you will struggle for parking
google avatar

Kristal W.

Yelp
Love Fat Sal's! This location is very chill, nice and clean restroom, and parking is easy enough for the Hollywood of it all. The guys working the counter were very professional and patient with me as I tried sort out what I wanted. The sandwich options all looked so good. I finally settled on the Fat Bodega minus the tomato with jalapeños on the side. Yum. Took me a while to polish off that bad boy. It really is a sizable sandwich so maybe reconsider getting a shake and a side unless you plan to share. They have a patio with outdoor seating and lots of indoor seating as well. There are huge TVs that had sports games on without sound but good music playing not too loud. It was nice to be able to have a conversation with my friend without having to scream. Overall, very laid back environs.
google avatar

Sera G.

Yelp
The service is quick, the indoor vibe is also nice. They were playing the Super Bowl on the TV which I enjoyed to watch while I ate as did others eating there. The sandwich is absolutely delicious, I usually prefer healthy/less greasy options (as the sandwiches are) but I'll take this one any day. Go for the Fat Sal!
google avatar

Briana M.

Yelp
Visited Fat Sal's yesterday for the first time in a while. I used to frequent this place when I was younger and drunk more often. It was always a favorite stop on the way home to soak up the alcohol. I remember it being good but man sober day time me was blown away. I ordered the Fat Cherie. The potato chips IN the sandwich was a nice touch to round out all the well put together flavors. The service was even better than the food. Donald was so helpful in helping me decide what to get and since I was so indecisive , he told me if I didn't like the sandwich he would make me something else. Luckily I loved it but I thought that was a nice offer. I got my meal quickly and he even went out of his way to come outside where I was sitting on the picnic benches to ask how I liked it. I need to come here more often. I do wish they still had the pizza rolls though.
google avatar

Robert R.

Yelp
Loved it when it was down the street and i love it now that its across the street. Just get down here there putting everything you can imagine in a sandwhich or a hoaggie. Customer service is amazing and lots more space for dining at the new location. Parking is relaxed on weekends so just get down there. Favorite item is the bacon cheeseburger, philly cheesesteak, fat breakfast. Go see Zamne, Gio, Jesus. Awesome crew! Tell em rob sent you. Love you fam! Thanks for helping me hit my protien quota on this bulk!
google avatar

Karen C.

Yelp
I really wanted to love Fat Sal's, since I'm from Jersey where the fat sandwich was invented and would love the exact same thing here. But 2 stars because I liked maybe 1 sandwich (the Fat Sal itself). Otherwise, each individual ingredient fell short in quality plus it's pretty expensive, and so when combined, it all kinda was meh. Example: the Buffalo sandwich did not have enough hot sauce, had to ask for extra. Buffalo fries' chicken tenders weren't crispy, tasted as if they're thawed, plus the blue cheese sauce was pretty bland on it. If anyone is in central NJ, go to Hoagie Haven for amazing fat sandwiches and Buffalo fries! They put garlic in their blue cheese sauce and it just makes the fries addictive.
google avatar

Rommel A.

Yelp
If you've ever seen a show at the Wiltern, the Palladium, or really any Hollywood venue(yes, even the Bowl), you've been here. And you know how much that big ass sandwich hits at the post-game. I've destroyed their Fat Jerry on more occasions than I can count. I've sat slouched over and drunk outside its open-face promenade on occasions I wish I could count but can't remember. I've fought to park in those classic-LA spots a million times. I know only good things in this place.

Yelp
At Fat Sal's Deli, be ready for an amazing trip through a flavor-filled heaven. This venerable restaurant has established a famous reputation for creating decadent, extravagant sandwiches that redefine pleasure. Now let's discuss the sandwiches. Every culinary wonder at Fat Sal's is skillfully prepared to sate even the most voracious appetites. A crowd favorite, the "Fat Jerry" consists of a massive stack of roast beef, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, fries, and brown gravy sandwiched between two soft Italian bread pieces. It's a taste and texture symphony that will blow you away. Fantastic! Every mouthful tasted of everything. I was unable to complete the other half. It can therefore be shared. I prepared it for my next day's work lunch. Try the "Fat Texas BBQ," which comes with two slices of Texas toast stuffed with smoked brisket, macaroni & cheese, onion rings, and barbecue sauce if you're feeling very daring. It's an untidy masterpiece that honors Texas's robust culinary traditions. Will return if I'm ever in the region! I went with the wheat wrap version of the chicken bacon ranch. There were only two other parties. In Los Angeles, having parking in front and on the side is very convenient. The delicious aroma of freshly baked bread, melted cheeses, and sizzling meats greets you as soon as you step in. The staff is courteous and upbeat, and they are happy to help you navigate the menu of delectable offerings.

Yelp
Lives up to the name. A little window on the side of the street in the middle of Hollywood that's bustling on the weekends and after concerts. Fat Jerry - how do I begin? Tasted amazing for my post-concert, dehydrated, starving self, but couldn't identify any individual flavors. Just scarfed it down. Fries were seasoned well and lemonade to wash it down were enough to put me straight into a food coma. One day I'll be back for their food challenge...one day.
google avatar

Yelp
These sandwiches are on point!!! Big ass sandwiches with the perfect sauce to meat to veg ratio. I got the bahn mi sun- they put thin sliced ribeye, pickled vegetables, spicy mayo and fried onion rings in that. I loved that the meat wasn't fatty and the flavor was magnanimous!!! This place is great after a long day of walking and touring to boost your carbs/energy for the evening! *pricey but big *cozy surf shop kind of feel inside *outdoor seating *large variety drink machine with sparkling water options as well ALSO- enjoyed it so much, I ordered a turkey club on Uber eats- holy moly- how do you even make a cold cut taste that good?

Yelp
Stopped by here after a concert for some good. I got the Turkey Club which was good. The Turkey was a bit salty and there was a ton of mayo. I also got a drink. The drink machine was out of every regular drink - Sprite, Coke, Root Beer, etc. The only thing available was zero sugar or diet drinks. The staff should have said something instead of taking my money.

Yelp
Old school open air venue, plenty of tvs to watch sports, food I only had the hamburger combo and dam it was one of the most delicious burgers I've ever had, service was super friendly and informative, and they have a fill your own soda machine. The only down side was that my fries were not hot and fresh. I would definitely come back I like the service and food!
