The Best Restaurants and Bars in Portland’s Kenton Neighborhood | Eater Portland

"In many neighborhoods, a merely competent pizza and pasta restaurant can thrive simply by providing a “good enough” carb-and-cheese fix to hungry locals. Fino vaults well above that bar, gracing Kenton with pies and house-made pastas prepared with exceptional care. The sauces make both pasta and pizzas sing, and even the simple spaghetti and marinara is memorable. The full — albeit limited — bar offers beer, wine, cocktails, and mocktails. In warmer months, dine outside along the sidewalk or on the small back patio." - Nathan Williams

Where to Find the Best Burrata Dishes in Portland, Oregon | Eater Portland

"This casual Kenton restaurant serves its burrata with a salty-sweet combination of speck and stone fruit, with Calabrian chiles for a little heat. Slabs of grilled burrata work well as a vehicle for the cheese, best layered with peaches, cured meat, and a spread of burrata at the base. It works well as an appetizer ahead of house-made pasta." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden

The housemade pastas and care that goes into each dish make this place a “must have and then have again” in the vibrant Portland food scene. I’m always excited to try their weekend specials and new menu items as they never disappoint. The portion sizes are on point and always leave me perfectly satiated, which is something I look for in my usual restaurant rotation! Fino has become my go to for special occasions, hosting out-of-towners, comfort food, and quick pizza slices! If you haven’t had their Italian staples, you’ve been missing out!

Google
I love this place! Highly recommend!!! This is hands down my favorite place in Portland! I have tried several of their new menu items and their fresh, unique flavors are crave worthy!!! You can't go wrong. I'll definitely be dreaming about the King Salmon, utter perfection!

Google
The staff was very friendly, but not very attentive. The rigatoni was absolutely delicious, but took over 30 minutes to come out. It wasn’t even busy. I am visiting the city and this was the first time in wasn’t blown away in Kenton. I do believe the service and food are amazing, but the fact that I watched everyone that arrived after me get their food before I got mine is disheartening.

Google
We ordered the pizza with sausage & cheese on it. (Can’t remember the name) but it was pretty good. We got there pretty late but still managed to get a fresh pizza made for us. Staff is nice. Easy access and good location.

Google
Fino reached out to me to make this right and they sure did. The food was great this time and I will continue to eat at this restaurant. Staff is amazing and it really meant a lot the the manager cared enough to want to win back a loyal customer! Usually this place is great. The pizza is always good. However, I usually get The Italian Grinder for lunch and it usually is great. The last couple of times it has been smaller and less filled. Usually it’s packed full of lettuce and other veggies. This time we got it, it had barely anything besides pepperoni in it.

Google
They forgot about us while sitting in the front patio, so we waited 45 minutes for some pretty subpar pizza and pasta. The seafood polenta was really oily looking and tasted like it from a frozen box mix. The fish that wasn’t burned was really fishy and chewy. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while and was pretty disappointed. The wait staff was really nice and it was a Sunday night, so I’d like to give them a pass, but I probably won’t eat there again.

Google
Wow, this place is incredible! I’m not sure how we missed it for so long. The chef is absolutely wonderful and very thoughtful in their approach to the food. It truly stands out, and I’m amazed that it hasn’t already become a huge success in Portland Monthly.

Google
Blown away by their gourmet pizza! You must try it. So tasty. Perfectly balanced flavors, excellent thin crust with the perfect crisp. Stand out place! Will definitely be going here again. Also great atmosphere, and very friendly helpful staff. They have other dishes besides pizza too that look amazing. Thanks for your Pizza week slice that blew my mind!

Yelp
We used to come here at least once a week for date nights in college. Sadly we had to move away. But this weekend, we had the chance to return to Portland and we knew we had to come here. We're pleased to say they still have it. The service is friendly as ever, the prices haven't skyrocketed like so many other places, and the food is just a delicious and high quality as we remembered. We had a wonderful time.

Yelp
So the food is good and I do recommend, not like making it long drive destination good but if nearby then definitely worthwhile (mainly pizza in referring to as haven't had the other items recently but when had in past were all good). They usually knock it out of the park with their white/olive oil slice options too. 3 stars only cause they have started adding hidden charges upon being rung up, that being a 2% for health and benefits but also still look for a 18% min tip for counter service. The food and drinks already aren't inexpensive with veggie slice at 5 bucks and draft at 7.5. Would rather see this surcharge built into the prices. Unfortunate to see them start going this route with the lack of transparency.

Yelp
Service was terrible. I was literally the *only* person dining in at the time. Server just disappeared - didn't come to see if my food was ok, I had to find my own salt & pepper, finally when I was long past ready to leave I told them the meatballs were too dense, unchewable, and terrible, and asked them to bring me the check, which they did - including the meatballs. Told them I wasn't paying for the meatballs which I just told her were terrible (I didn't even eat 1/2 of 1). They basically told me 'sorry, not sorry', so I asked to speak with someone else. Told me their manager wasn't there, so I told them I'd accept *any* manager. They disappeared again for a good 5-7 minutes, to return and tell me the manager was in a meeting and the back of house manager was cooking (I have no idea who for since there were only 4 other people in the place [up front for pizzas] besides me). Guess they were the only person in the entire kitchen. And the only other manager was in a meeting (whom I saw on the way out and they literally ran from me) was specious. So the server finally offered to take the meatballs off my check, if that would make me happy. I replied, "No, but I'll take it so I can get out of here." I also asked for their managers name and their email address - of which I got neither, an unreadable scribble, and the email address posted on the website. On the menu there is a risotto with "guanciale and kale sauce" (ewww....and kale is so 2010's). I asked if I could get the carbonara with some of the guanciale in it. The server said they'd have to ask the kitchen, and here is the bs "answer" they came back with: "The chef feels that the spices they use on the guanciale would *not* go well in the carbonara". Me: What spices are they adding to the guanciale?? It's already smoked, spiced, and cured....??? (In my head I'm thinking they're adding something extra awful like celery salt or adobo to go with that kale.) The meatballs were so dense they chewed like rubber, no taste other then cracked black pepper. and the sauce they were in had just pools of grease (see photos). The arancini also highly underseasoned and the nicest one had a whole 3 peas in it and a single strand of leek. The focaccia is served toasted, extra toasty, to hide the fact it seems about 2 days old. The primitivo was served to me at about 80 degrees F, so NO care or respect for the food or spirits, and especially not the guests. Additionally, they charge a 3% surcharge for insurance for their employees. I don't know how the restaurant industry has so long gotten away with lower than minimum wage and no benefits which are all required by law for every. other. employer. in the country, and I for one am done lining their pockets when they should be beholden to the laws like everyone else. I won't be visiting restaurants having this practice and will find out for certain before I go. The place also doesn't have nice ambiance - the dine-in area is mostly just bare 2x's with liquidation tables and whatnot, and the amazing final touch of dead flowers. Anyway: Would not recommend 1/10. I only gave them a 2 because the AC was on.

Yelp
The pizza is really good The spaghetti and marinara not go great, but not bad. Just not worth $15-17 I was so excited to order some cake until I realized all the cake pictures on Yelp were 3 years old. Nooooooooo Decent choice for wine and the cocktails I saw looked pretty tasty Cesar salad is very good. A small is big enough for 2-3 to share

Yelp
Sometimes I forget how much good pizza we have in this and that it's spread out across this city and not just in southeast Portland. Now I don't get up to Kenton much and I have been to Fino before, but I guess I overlooked it and didn't write about this place. Well, time to correct my error. I'm usually only up in Kenton to go to the Kenton Club, so not very often. But it's a nice little spot with some tables inside, seating at the bar and some covered outdoor spots. Art on the wall for sale and of course slices of pizza plus brownies, chocolate chip cookies, cheesecake and a few other pastries. There is a small selection of beers but, it's a good variety. As for the pizza? The crust is always a good foundation to start on and they have that right. It's up there with Pizza Thief and Pizza Kat, both on the west side of town. On this visit, I had a slice called the Moonraker. Cheese pizza base with chili ricotta, tomato, garlic and pepperoncinis. Very creamy, with pops of vinegar and heat. I imagine it's one they have all the time. It stood out. Chances are that I've also had the pepperoni pizza. I don't know how many of you make it up to Kenton or St. Johns for that matter, but they seem to be keeping some good food to themselves. Y'all might want to venture up this way. Enjoy and support local PDX.

Yelp
I ordered my food from Doordash and I got a large pepperoni pizza, a caesar salad, and a brownie. The costco tastes and looks like a harder costco/sams club pizza, the brownie is very thick amd was pretty big, and the salad was actually pretty good cause that is super basic. Overall I felt like the price I paid for the meal didn't taste very good, the sizes were amazing but it was just very bland.

Yelp
Every time we come here, it is delicious! This is probably my favorite Caesar salad to order out that I have found yet! The spaghetti marinara is perfect and the meatballs! Holy cow! Crispy on the bottom, tender, and incredibly flavorful. It's a staple when we are craving Italian!

Yelp
Friends have asked us to meet them for dinner here this coming weekend, and that's when I remembered we had eaten here before. The food was excellent, their homemade pasta was served al dente and had the perfect texture. I had the Alfredo, which is always one of my test dishes for an unknown Italian restaurant, and it didn't disappoint. Others have mentioned the Cesar Salad, and I too must join the chorus, it is one of the best Cesars I've ever had! Very much looking forward to dining here again!

Yelp
Great sit-down place, awesome pizza. Been here twice! Service was quick and friendly. Really good ambiance too. The meatball trio was outstanding, so tasty! So was the garlic knots. We got them on different trips. One 18 inch pizza is a ton of food and two of us had many slices left over from one pizza.

Yelp
Best pizza! Also very good Italian dishes. Highly recommend. Great service, lovely place for a date.

Tannu S.

Yelp
Visited them while we wanted to try a new place serving Italian food. Their menu keeps rotating, so the dishes we wanted to try weren't on the menu. We ordered two pasta, garlic knots and ice cream and brownie. Though they did mess-up my order by adding a piece of fat belly in the vegetarian risotto, but they also fixed it, by replacing it with a new one. Both pasta, risotto and knots were good. The ice cream with brownie could have been better. I hope they warmed up the brownie a bit. The cold brownie with cold ice cream wasn't much fun to eat and we ended up not finishing it coz it wasn't as divine as we expected a dessert to be. Overall a nice place to have authentic Italian food.

Yelp
It was good, server is nice.. Ambiance needs a bit of updating. Food is delicious, i would've given them 5 stars had they NOT downsize their menu significantly. Just a heads up to people the menu you see here in yelp isnt the same as what they have anymore. They've cut out so much stuff. I was excited to eat here and its my first time. The very tiny menu is a bit of a let down.

Yelp
I got the Fettuccine Alfredo pasta with chicken and for $18 I wish it was a larger portion, BUT it was super tasty and the presentation was lovely. The employees have a calm demeanor even during busy hours and I felt welcomed and well fed. Lovely outdoor seating too!

emily e.

Yelp
Pizza was good, but the pasta was very mediocre. The shrimp ziti was under salted and overall kind of bland. The portion size was also small, especially for the price. We had a group of 5 and waited 20 minutes to even put in our order, another 20 minutes for our drinks to come out, and almost an hour and a half total for our food. Waiter said they were busy and things were backed up, but wait just seemed way too long. Another table who sat 15 min after us also got all their food before us.
google avatar

Gus M.

Yelp
Been coming here for +5 years and their service and quality of food never disappoints. The fino rolls (like a smaller rolled pizza) are one of my repeat items. The dough is just perfectly cooked and one can choose the fillings. Prices are also decent and not overly expensive.

Yelp
We moved into the neighborhood recently and wanted to find a local italian place. I should probably preface this by saying my husband is Italian American and so he takes his pasta and pizza very seriously. This place is awesome. Very seasonally driven ingredients and such a warm vibe. The wine list is perfect and the suggested white was crisp and perfect with the spaghetti and meatballs. My son demolished the burger and it was Smokey and really crazy good. Who knew an italian place could make such a good burger? I will absolutely be back. The menu is well curated and yummy and I can't wait to try everything!

Kenton S.

Yelp
I wish I could say more about the food quality around here.... not sure if anyone cares about anything anymore. I overpaid on this (burger?) ... I waited for over 45 min just to get a squishy, damp, way undercooked burger. I guess the fried were okay.

Susan C.

Yelp
I've dined here solo, with family and with friends over several years. Since the most recent chef started the menu has become more interesting and sometimes very good. My family and I have all agreed that for the pasta entrees, the portions are too small. We are not the types to want "quantity rather than quality" but I have a small appetite, my daughter's is medium and we both leave hungry. The salads are very good, tiramisu NOT authentic at all. I would truly go much more often if I didn't leave hungry. Also, for those who watch their sodium intake, it can be exceptionally high (to the point I've sent one dish back).

Yelp
BEST NY pizza in Portland. I grew up just outside manhattan so I have a legitimate opinion! The Italian dishes are excellent! My Long Island Italian friends living here in Portland love it ... they probably know something too.
google avatar

Taj T.

Yelp
Fino came through with an interesting Portland pizza week flavor. Never thought I'd eat strawberries on a pizza, but it turned out to be really great! The toasted kale on top was a nice earthy balance to the sweetness of the strawberries. The whipped lemon ricotta was interesting, but I think regular cheese would have been fine to let the balsamic, strawberry and kale shine. Creativity and quality and classy: these characteristics run throughout Fino. I'd definitely add it as a stop while touring through one of the coolest little pockets of Portland.
google avatar

Danny D.

Yelp
I need to get out more! Kenton is growing and this place is definitely a great addition. We had a delicata salad and risotto fritters to start and they were both filling and delicious! We also ordered a large pizza with meatballs that we were too full to eat much of but it was yummy. The person that brought our food and drinks was super nice and attentive and made our experience even better. Don't let the front of the restaurant fool you. It looks small but it has a whole dining area in the back and there is plenty of outdoor seating options!!
google avatar

Tanya M.

Yelp
One of my favorite pizza spots in Portland. I always stop by for some delicious pizza slices. They make everything from scratch. The service is always welcoming. Everyone who I took here always enjoyed it.

Damien S.

Yelp
Best pizza outside of NY local staff and an amazing cook!!! Stop reading this and go there now.
google avatar

Christine S.

Yelp
Food was 8/10, very nice dining room. Off street parking, a tad on the spendy side, but good pizza, paying a bit more for it being open and nice dining area in PDX, with homeless people taking over the neighborhood at dusk.

Yelp
Great pizza. Highly recommend the Buffalo Bill. Was disappointed when 48 north left but this place makes me not miss it anymore.

Yelp
We were seated immediately upon walk in, passing beyond the bar down a darkened corridor to the main dining area in the back. Our waiter was slightly aloof and a little hard to find near the end of the night, but was prompt and attentive up front, with our drinks, appetizers and entrees served back to back within 15 minutes. No complaints here! In fact, our only gripe is in regards to the cocktails: they're simply too small for the price, in our opinion. In fact, I would label my drink, the Angry Old Sap (which I mistakenly believed to be akin more to an Old Fashioned) as "dainty". Don't get me wrong, it was fantastic, even if it wasn't what I expected, but I had to nurse it for it to last halfway through the appetizer. My wife's beet salad, which I avoided like the plague (I have childhood food "trauma" involving beets...haha!) was, in her words, "the best salad I've ever had", with an absurd amount of creamy whipped goat cheese, that honestly left me a little envious, despite it being slathered in beet juice! My fried ravioli were more to my tastes, even if they really are just a fancy mozzarella stick in a different form factor. The cavatelli with sausage (which is an add on) is so perfectly paired, I can't imagine ordering it without it, and the ricotta atop it (like the goat cheese in the beet salad) was so creamy as to nearly be a sauce. And while basically everything in the butternut squash rigatoni is a big "no!" from me, my wife vehemently disagreed, once more declaring it to be among her favorite pasta dishes anywhere! I guess that makes me the culinary Philistine in our relationship...haha! Overall, despite some nit picks with our beverages, we were quite happy with our experience at Fino, and expect to come back again, as they serve some of the best Italian pasta we've found thus far in Portland.
google avatar

Calli R.

Yelp
Spendy is the only reason for the lack of a star. They could drop the menu items down a few bucks and have a lot more business from the neighborhood. It's one of the businesses used to gentrify the hood. "Upscale pizza".
google avatar

Amber H.

Yelp
We had been long time patrons for quite a while...and will no longer be. Very long wait times, every time we needed something we had to stop our waitress dead in her tracks or just go grab it ourselves from the hostess station. Food doesn't quite seem the same either and I don't mean it's better.
google avatar

Evelyn S.

Yelp
Maybe it's because of all of the reviews that my expectations were not met and I can't give Fino a better review. Nothing was wrong with the pizza I ordered, it was "A-OK". Sadly, it wasn't "Yay, I'm a Fan" worthy. For $21 I expect a pretty darn good pizza. I selected the frequently recommended Brady's Goat - meatball, fresh mozzarella, basil, dollops of marinara on a garlic oil base. Sounds good, right? Honestly, everything about the pizza was perfectly acceptable but nothing memorable or cravable. I certainly don't expect them to change anything as they are super popular, but I will suggest that when you go for the first time, you lower your expectations, expect regular, not special.

Yelp
I never regret dinner at Fino. Having parking and a nice dining room is great. The specials can be really fun, a PNW twist in rustic Italian. Service is always excellent. A wonderful addition to vibrant Kenton.
google avatar

Yelp
First time trying this place. Door dash delivery. Got a large Dalton pizza with an order of knots. First I was impressed by the Fresh grated Parmesan with the pizza and a huge cup of delicious marinara with the knots. Then I tried the pizza... Really phenomenal! Perfectly cooked and NOT your run of the mill pizza toppings. Calabrian chili ricotta is our new favorite thing- never seen that before but other pizzerias should steal the idea. Balances beautifully with the light honey drizzle on the pizza. We're planning on a dine-in meal here ASAP because there are some amazing looking Italian dishes on the menu that are served dine-in only.

Yelp
Fino lives up to its Yelp listing as a Pizzeria, Bar, and Bistro with + Good appetizers + Better pizza + Great cocktails We opted for the quieter secluded back patio (by the parking lot) instead of the busy front sidewalk or comfortable indoor spaces. Pre-made pizza slices and "to go" orders also seemed popular, but we were totally happy to relax "in back" while our attentive and patient server Chad brought us the cocktails, apps, and pizza. * Angry Old Sap ($10 - 5 stars) This cocktail made me the opposite of angry thanks to the spicy, fruity, and maple-y flavor blend from Bourbon (house), Maple, Luxardo Cherry, Lemon, Orange, & Firewater Bitters. * Mule Variations ($10 - 4.5 stars) Fun twist, but not as magical as a great Mule although you can't go wrong with Gin (house), Ginger Syrup, Peychaud's Aperitivo, Bitters, Lime, and Soda, am I right? * Barrel-aged Manhattan ($11 - 4.5 stars) Your great grandfather would be proud of you (and shocked to have risen from the grave) if they saw you sipping this classic with Old Overholt Rye, Crater Lake Rock & Rye, Dolin Vermouth, Angostura Bitters, and Toschi Amarena Cherry. * Brussels Sprouts ($11 - 3 stars) Caramelized White Chocolate, Raspberry Agrodolce, and Green Shallots was an amazing way to make Brussels Sprouts and would of been even better without the Brussels Sprouts ... anybody else thinking bacon? * Shrimp Scampi ($9 - 3 stars) The scampi was a little skimpy (hey-yo!), but 5 on skewer laced with Green Garlic, Lemon, Ancho Chili was still a fine tasting palate pleaser more than it was a dish to share. * Large Pizza ($26.75 - 4 stars) ** half Avenue P - Prosciutto is the headliner, but Arugula is the star along with the rouge tandem of Red Onion and Roasted Red Peppers. ** half Fresh Mozzarella - A little disappointing, but only a little. I craved big dollops of fresh mozzarella and this just seemed to be regular cheese pizza. Luckily the crust was unique and totally addictive. The cocktails, pizza, and appetizers plus the cool Chad service and chill out vibe all made Fino a fantastic find on a perfect Portland afternoon.

Yelp
I have been a customer for over 20 years. In the past, I always enjoyed the food and the staff. The person currently working the counter is extremely immature, unprofessional, and has ABOSOLUTELY no business being in customer service. Good luck to you. I will never visit this establishment again.

Yelp
Much better than I expected! Fettuccini Alfredo- Pasta was homemade and the sauce was perfect. I was surprised by how light it was compared to normal fettuccini Alfredo. The chicken was moist and my husband loved it but I thought it was just okay. Cavetelli- was really good but not mind-blowing. Id order it again. But just not anything to write home about. Arancini- enjoyed the melted mozzarella in the middle. Was nice and crispy. Wouldn't have minded a bit more sauce. Cocktails- can I have another because these were on point! I can't wait to come back and try more. Really enjoyed this place. The service was wonderful and staff AMAZING. The covid setup was adorable and efficient.

Yelp
We just discovered a new favor Italian bistro! The burratta salad was creamy and fresh and citrusy. The ratiattore is rich with mushrooms and the bucatini and pancetta was perfect! Nice little romantic spot in Kenton

Yelp
Warm beer, pizza was just ok , skimped on the pizza toppings... cheese on pie was chewy and rubbery ..not worth the price they charge..

Yelp
Amazing pizza great place to bring friends and hang out. Salads and pastas are excellent. It's like a step back in time to the old neighborhood eateries. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Can't believe what happened tonight my friends and I threw a surprise party for my best friend and from the start the waiters were giving us a little bit of lip but things escalated right after we got our food she happened to see that our friend got a bottle of ciroc as a birthday present and she didn't even ask questions about what it was for she just assumed that we were drinking in her own words "I've been seeing y'all passing it around drinking" the whole time the bottle wasn't even missing a drop and was still sealed and she ended by slamming the check on the table and saying here's your check you need to get out would not recommend eating here if you are black or of color, I felt more than disrespected as I had just payed for a meal and didn't even get to sit down and eat it.

Shelley B.

Yelp
Ambiance was nice. We had to wait for table because evening wait staff had not arrived yet. I thought that odd as we arrived 30 minutes after they opened Cocktails we had while waiting for evening staff were good and well presented. We had burrata appetizer and it was pretty and tasty. We came in for the pizza after seeing the great photos on Yelp... First off, the toppings were minimal at best. 6 pieces of caramelized onions on 18" pizza was disappointing. House made sausage was almost non existent. Crust was good though. Waitperson was very slow to check on us and pizza took over 40 minutes to arrive after ordering, however the restaurant was not busy. Did the chef not show up on time either???

Yelp
Slices are better than pies, but it's a solid staple in the neighborhood and I'm glad they are there.

Jtfoodies ..

Yelp
One bite, everyone knows the rules. On a pizza scale of one to ten, their pizza falls at 7.3. We loved the crust, very thin and crispy throughout.

Yelp
Was nearby so stopped in for a slice, 6 to choose from. This now the 80th place in Portland I've had pizza. Crust is foldable but not floppy, with a crisp tooth. Can't see much of the sauce cause of the thick, chewy choose coverage (Yay!) but the taste of tomato, herbs and garlic comes through fine. Want to come back for their hot Italian grinder. Very friendly service. They have tables out front, a narrow space where you come in and order, but a big room in the back. Last pizza before Washington.

Joey R.

Yelp
I have had to go slices and ate them on my walk home. Good sized slice that will fill up a grown man and they have quality ingredients and cool ideas. I had one last night with pickled jalapeños that was delicious.

Margaret P.

Yelp
The staff were all really accommodating when extra guests showed up for a birthday dinner! Great food-decent drinks and great wine! Our server really took care of us!

Yelp
Delicious Italian meals at a higher price tag. Quality was central to ever meal and well worth it. The chocolate torte was a little small including the gelato, but absolutely balanced and delicious.

Isaiah H.

Yelp
Amazing food the Pizza is the best in Portland I work a half mile away so I eat here pretty often and I love it and my coworkers do plus the atmosphere is really relaxing and chill. The staff from open to close are friendly and interactive 5 stars from me thank you Fino's

Yelp
Whenever I go back home to Portland to spend time with my parents, this places usually supplies one of our first meals of the trip. They are always super friendly and seem to be consistently busy with take out orders which is a good thing. Our usual order consists of the Roscoe Pizza along with an order of the meatballs which comes with a side of focaccia for dipping. My parents also rave about their burger which I'll have to try on a future trip. During my latest visit I also gave their to-go drinks a try with the Manhattan. While it initially looked to be on the smaller side, it turned out to be the perfect serving and the mix was just right. They also have a rotating selection of daily pizza specials so be sure to ask about those. If you're looking for a fresh slice of pizza or tender meatballs, look no further!

Yelp
Ordered a pasta dish, a slice of pizza and a Caesar salad. We were told they were only doing to-go at the moment and that was fine with us. We were also told we couldn't sit outside since they were closing at 9, even though signage says 10. We got home and there was no dressing for the Caesar salad. Not only was my partner bummed about no Caesar dressing but the dressing IS the salad. So we paid for a container of romaine lettuce and some cheese.

Yelp
This is an absolute recommendation! I loved the Pizza is so nice and stretchy! The salad was amazing, and I LOVED the dressing! Then desert was Fantastic, the pumpkins ice cream was delicious, I loved how flavorful it was! The service was amazing as well! They were VERY nice, and in a good mood! They have these AMAZING sodas called Italian Soda! There are different flavors to try! It is an Italian restaurant and I recommend it!

Yelp
I hate to say anything to bag on my favorite local bistro, but I went in for a late lunch on Valentine's Day and the medium rare burgers we ordered for my friend and myself came out well done which, as anyone knows who has ever eaten food, completely ruins, the meal. To make matters worse we ordered the most expensive wine on the menu and it was so sweet. My friend said it tasted like Concorde grape juice with some cherry juice thrown in to make it sweeter. That was the double whammy. The Cesar was good though.
