First Slice Pie Cafe

Met a friend for a slice today and we were so impressed with the service and the pie and the lattes. I didn’t get his name but the man who helped us was so kind and let us sit a little longer past closing to finish our pie. Said he’d been working there 14 years—what a treasure of an employee! We both left with whole pies and quiches to share with family this weekend and plan to make this a regular meet up spot!

Warm, cozy lunch spot. Wide array of sandwich, quiche, and - of course - pie offerings. Kate was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick out both a tasty sandwich and a hearty piece of apple pie. Turkey sandwich was served on toasted bread with a generous helping of meat and a fresh, large side salad (included with any sandwich). Apple pie was clearly made the same day and was delicious. Highly recommend stopping by this Ravenswood corner pie shop, which serves so much more than just its namesake.

Amazing pie!!! Super friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor seating. Brought my dog and sat outside. And awesome pie!!! Try the blueberry peach strudel. You won't be disappointed! They also have great coffee and lunch options.

Great addition to a great area. On opening morning, they had great customer service and amazing food! I only got the sour cherry pie this time along with some coffee but it was very good pie! Its safe to say I'll be there multiple times a week. Not only do they have pie but a good selection of food such as sandwiches, quiche, and tamales!

Love it here! The pies are all home made and very delicious, the atmosphere is homey. Come as a stranger, leave as a friend 🧡

I love love love the pie here! My favorite is the peanut butter which I don't often like peanut butter in desserts. I also love the french silk, raspberry cheesecake and a few months ago they had some margarita cheesecake. Their iced coffee is really good too. It was smooth and not too bold.

Had carry out of a chicken guacamole sandwich - outstanding! Came with a huge side salad with fresh pieces of apple. It was nicely wrapped for carry out. Highly recommend!

Love this place. Delicious pies. All pies are good but love the blueberry cheesecake, French silk, coffee toffee, chocolate cream pie, key lime pie. Same as the Andersonville location (food wise). Glad to have it closer by us. Nice outdoor / patio option (but loud due to passing traffic).
