"First Slice Pie Cafe will open its latest location on Sunday, February 27, serving pie, coffee, and sandwiches, according to a rep. The self-funded charity, which sells prepared meals and as well as pie to support its outreach to Chicago’s hungry and homeless and which uses the cafes as a job-training program, previously had a Ravenswood location inside the Lillstreet Art Center, but is now moving to its own space." - Naomi Waxman
