While we stay four seasons palm beach, we went Flores for dinner. The chef who runs this restaurant’s also owns 3 star Michelin restaurants in French. Food is amazing and ofc the top notch four season’s service. We ordered a light dinner with pizza and flories farmer salad with hummus , the salad is amazing and pizza is delightful! Let me tell you - This place make the best bread! And there is even a poem to the bread hahah only French chef will do this 😻😻 see the pic of the poem - let just say the bread is well deserve this poem ;) The bread seems like spelt flour bread but it is not, the waiter so knowledgeable explain how they make the bread it is quite sophisticated. I do not normally eat bread but I had half of this and took rest back to room ate them all . We going Friday again will try other dish I will update my review 😻 Update Jan 7, 2025 Ok - today is the 3rd time we dine at flories because everything is good! Today we had truffles white source pizza - BRONTESSELLA PIZZA and catch of the day it is so good! We had a drink looks like cherry blossom cocktail very good and pretty

I really liked Flories. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the restaurant area felt calm and relaxed, with a nice crowd. The bar area felt a bit tense and uncomfortable, so I didn’t stay long, but the dining area itself was fantastic. Overall, great experience …I’d definitely recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Florie’s, Chef Mauro Colagreco’s nestled within the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach. The experience was nothing short of exceptional! The restaurant boasts a chic, airy atmosphere with ocean views that set the perfect backdrop for a leisurely meal. Galician-style octopus, which was perfectly charred and complemented by a vibrant arugula salad. The oxtail ravioli was the highlight of the meal. The pasta was delicate, and the filling was rich, savory It had that slow-braised, melt-in-your-mouth texture balanced by a sauce that brought everything together without being too heavy. Service was impeccable! warm, professional, and perfectly paced. The staff was knowledgeable and made great recommendations. Florie’s is a standout dining experience in Palm Beach. The attention to detail, refined flavors, and welcoming vibe make it a place I’d return to in a heartbeat!

Beautiful restaurant inside the Four Seasons Hotel in West Palm Beach. Both inside and large outside patio seating available. Exceptional service from professional waiters, perfectly times and not over the top! The menu is large and the portions are of average size for this type of upscale restaurant. Nice experience when we went there. Lots of families and also more of a younger hipper crowd.

We came in the other night for our wedding anniversary. We were seated and the server took 24 minutes before she took our drink order. The restaurant was empty. It was a Wednesday at 7:45pm. I was super unimpressed by the food. It was very bland and mediocre with no taste. It needed salt and pepper on all dishes. The only good dish was the baked clams. That was the ONLY item that has flavor. We ordered the pasta of the day with the bucatini with lobster and that literally tasted like nothing. I’m not sure how this place is so highly rated or in business but I guess being in the four seasons they have gotten a pass. The atmosphere is super nice and bright. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and very well maintained. However, the food could use some help. Literally 2/10 even though the presentation looked great. We will never return as locals for dinner in my honest opinion after spending over $300 for dinner and not liking any of the food. I’m glad we’ve tried it and would probably only come for desert and drinks at the bar. I will say, the restaurant sent out two desserts for us on the house and they were spectacular. A white chocolate mousse with passion fruit and I believe mango sorbet, was to die for! Perfect balance of flavors and the dark chocolate platter, has tons of different textures and types of chocolate. We enjoyed our dessert 10/10!

Florie’s was such a wonderful dining experience. From the host staff, table service, and meal quality- we were so impressed as this was our first visit! Our server this evening was Rolfete. He was kind and attentive, but not overly attentive which we really appreciate when dining out. We dined with the flavor palm beach menu offering, and everything was spectacular. We noted on our reservation it was our anniversary and the team truly went all out to make us feel special form the moment we walked in. Truly, I left feeling on cloud 9. Thank you Florie’s team and Rolfete for the wonderful hospitality this evening.

Our evening at Florie’s began on a beautiful note literally. Alongside a warm, freshly baked bread, we received a touching message from Pablo Neruda about the importance of sharing. This thoughtful detail set the perfect tone for what was to come. As a first bite, we were offered a cucumber with carrot mousse, a light and flavorful amuse bouche that was simply delicious. Moving into our appetizers, the squash carpaccio was a standout with its delicate yet bold flavors, the crab and leek salad was fresh and well-balanced, and the yellowfin tuna tartare was incredibly refined. For the main course, we indulged in the winter black truffle oxtail tortellini, which was deeply savory and comforting, alongside the truffle with parmesan cream, a rich and decadent dish that delivered pure indulgence in every bite. To wrap up the night, we enjoyed an espresso martini, the perfect way to wind down, before diving into an incredible dessert selection. The white chocolate mousse was hands-down our favorite silky, indulgent, and beautifully presented. The chocolate coulant was a dream for any chocolate lover, rich and perfectly gooey. As a final touch, we were surprised with a welcome-to-the-hotel dessert, a sweet and thoughtful detail that made the experience even more memorable. A special shoutout to Marcus, our server, whose attentive and friendly service elevated the entire evening. His recommendations and hospitality made our dinner truly exceptional. From start to finish, Florie’s offers a well-rounded dining experience with impeccable service, refined flavors, and meaningful details. Whether you're a local or visiting Palm Beach, this spot is an absolute must!

Had a wonderful dinner here and breakfast with my coworkers. Everything was excellent and flavorful. They offer many good dishes so much that we couldn't just pick one. A little of everything is the way to go and enjoy family style. The ambiance is modern with the beach front view. The staff is very professional and attentive. It's always a pleasure dining here and meeting new people.

We tried the restaurant here at the Four Seasons for the first time as part of the Flavor South Florida event. The hotel, bar, and restaurant are all very nicely decorated and the most of the seating overlooks the pool and the ocean. The servers were very friendly and attentive and made for a pleasant evening. Furthermore, the valet and staff inside the hotel itself were all very welcoming. You do need to valet park. The restaurant will validate it and bring the cost down from $26 to $16. The restaurant has lots many non-alcoholic and traditional cocktail options, which we appreciated. Additionally, the full dinner menu has many items which seem worth going back for - especially the whole chicken service. That being said,, the special menu we selected was excellent. Each dish was thoughtfully presented and delicious. This kitchen is definitely turning out some Michelin-looking plates. I would recommend giving them a try.

We had big expectations but unfortunately were not impressed. The bread was really dense instead of airy and fluffy. The roasted squash carpaccio was the star dish of our meal. The tuna tartare lacked flavor. The burrata was also underwhelming. We also shared the special: lamb pesto agnolotti which was beautiful and actually really good. Altogether I think it was an average dining experience for a high price point. The atmosphere is nice and the food presentation is beautiful but I don't think it's worth it when only half the food was good.

I know this restaurant has won a lot of awards and it's a destination for people in the area, the service was impeccable and the restaurant is nice looking, but the food was a bit lackluster especially the $75 chicken that they serve table side. The chicken had no flavor and the $32 pizza was a bit floppy. The homemade bread was good and it actually comes with a poem, and the appetizer which was butternut squash was definitely missing a lot. It was overpriced and had really no flavor.

I'm biased to their breakfast menu as I enjoy a leisurely morning spent at one of their tables. But dinner is just as good. If you're a hotel guest you'll quickly realize people travel just to dine there, it's not just hotel guests. That alone tells you a thing or two about how good the food is. From the pizzas to the Sea bass, everything is absolutely delicious! Don't forget to leave room for their desserts!! The blueberry panna cotta is my personal favorite!

We went for a mom's night out and planned on the wine and food prefixed menu. We did not like our main course and the waiter quickly replaced wit with something else. All and all a nice experience, but unlikely to return.

I went to the restaurant in the Four Seasons hotel in Palm Beach. The setting was beautiful, with a pool and a lovely view of the ocean. The service was very good, and the staff was polite and attentive, offering both self-parking and valet options. However, the food didn't meet my expectations; it wasn't as impressive as I had hoped. On a positive note, the restaurant is very charming, and the drinks were also quite good, which added a nice touch to the overall experience.

Florie's is always on point!! the service is wonderful and the ambience on a sunday is very lay back for dinner time. Food here is always amazing they have such a good team around the Chef ,,,all homemade pastas and fresh authentic pizzas are delicious forgot to take more pics. can't wait to go back !

We stayed at the hotel and had no less than 5 meals here...beautiful view of the pool...really lovely very accommodating staff . I was sad to leave but am certain we will be back one day soon.

Food - everything from the homemade bread to the lobster was well prepared and thoughtful. The chef clearly added a personal spin to a more traditional four seasons restaurant -- especially one that is located in Palm Beach. Service - fantastic Ambiance - nothing beats sitting with a beach view with a few bottles of Bordeaux and good food

We had a 12:45 reservation on their patio, walking in we were immediately greeted! Then seated at a great table with a view of the ocean! I had an old fashioned it was excellent. For our first course we had crab claws with mustard sauce delicious and meaty! Then we had their pizza... I know who orders a pizza at the four seasons. After having it I will be back at least for the pizza! 9/10! We also had a yellow tail snapper which came out with a beautiful presentation! 5 stars all day! I will be back!

Beautiful atmosphere and hotel. Definitely spent a lot of time walking around and enjoying the scenery on premises. Self-parking is available, which I was very happy to see. Employees were all very nice. My food was just ok. I was hoping that given the location, I'd have a pretty impressive meal.

Upscale and Find dining restaurant . The Lavender cocktail was outstanding. The passion desert was to die for. Everything was delicious

Had the margarita pizza. The sauce was not very flavorful, the crust was dry and the cheese was excessive. My wife had the grouper and she said it was over salted. The bartender was very friendly. Ambiance and service is very good but food sub par.

I've waited a few weeks before writing this review to allow the dining experience to percolate. While I was greatly looking forward to dining at Flories, which has the same executive chef as a restaurant which was recently rated #1 in the world, I left disappointed. If I had to summarize the experience, I would simply state it was inconsistent, both as to service and food. A group of four of us dined, one couple being weekend guests at the Four Seasons Resort. It was Saturday night and the restaurant was about 1/2 full. Despite many empty tables we were walked all the way down to the end corner of the restaurant, and seated at a table where two of our group had no choice but to stare at a wall. A Poor call on behalf of the hostess. Our waiter, Rick, took drink orders and I selected wine. It took 20 minutes for three martinis to be brought to the table. Whether the fault of the bartender or waiter, it was way too long and the waiter never said "apologies about the long wait". The wine selected was a Malbec, and the waiter started to explain that it was from Argentina. Well yes, all legit Malbecs are from Argentina, and there was just something a bit pretentious about the unneeded explanation, especially since I selected it. What was more disappointing was his general lack of presence at the table to pour the wine, or to offer the bread (which is highlighted as a chef specialty but was served without any explanation until I requested one), and his general lack of presence throughout the meal. He hovered over two other tables near by, and if we were paranoid, we would have wondered if he was uncomfortable serving 4 men. I would hope not, as coupled men are not unique patrons at the Four Seasons. Frankly, I think he was just a mediocre server, tired, and neglected our table at the end of the evening. His rating would be one star. Our spaghetti appetizer was tasty and the Jamon Iberico, which was supposed to be cut from the pig table side (and was not), was excellent. I had the truffle chicken and it was barely warm, and seemed undercooked. I ate half of it. Normally I would have sent it back, but it took so long to be served. And I was never asked if there was anything wrong. The red grouper was a stellar dish and the pork ribs was a stand out. Hamachi appetizer was seasoned with cilantro, which our friend is allergic to, so it was returned and re-made without it. I'd say the execution in the kitchen was off. No desserts were ordered because by the time we finished dinner it was 10:30 - we started at 7:45 - and the staff were cleaning tables and setting up the open kitchen area - where we were seated - for the following day's breakfast buffet. Any manager (was one on duty? We never met him or her) would know not to do set-up for the following day when guests are still dining. At least not at a restaurant in a Four Seasons Resort. Will I return? If our friends are guests at the property we would give them another opportunity to shine. Would we drive 35 minutes from home for dinner. No, not based on the dining experience we had.

We made reservations-dined Sunday brunch (02-04-24) Food was lackluster (C+) and service was even more lackluster (C-) particularly relative to the $$$$$ cost. (We were not guests of the hotel). Yes it's Palm Beach where everything can be costly but our brunch experience at Flories (5 of us) was not good. I felt like I paid 4-5 times more than the food-service-experience was truly worth. Would not recommend unless the brunch is free as a hotel guest

For the fancy Four Seasons, we were quite disappointed. First they sat our party of 5 (with 2 children) at a too big table. We asked to move and chose a cozy spot on the patio, overlooking the pool. The service was slow, but when the waiter did appear, he was very informative regarding the menu. Perhaps they want the food to be International, but there wasn't much appealing. The tomahawk steak was $265, which we passed on. I ordered a pizza with sausage and truffles for $48. The sausage was undercooked. My daughters ribs were undercooked and tasteless. My husband ordered the special pasta with truffles, which came in a small bowl- hardly what we expected for $95. The cocktails were slow in coming, but well done. A disappointing evening, all in all. We would rather eat down the street at the Eau Palm Beach, which is a better choice for upscale dining.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our meal. The lobster ravioli was alittle fishy. Only 4 small ravioli for $42 dollars. The snapper was not cooked through and the bucatini was not Al dente but hard. Portion sizes are extremely small for the price. And service was mediocre. Hopefully they will up their game, as it is the main restaurant there. Hotel is beautiful and we have stayed in many Four Seasons all over the world.

We went to Flories last evening for the first time and it was fabulous. From the moment we walked in, we were charmed by the ambience, the beautiful patio and view of the pool and the ocean. The staff were amazing, our waiter Rick was very attentive and fun to talk to, the sommelier was very knowledgeable and personable and Chef Nino is an artist! We have been to Mirazur in the south of France and I felt like I had returned! From the sharing of the bread, the lemon olive oil, the presentation and the uniqueness, quality and flavor of the dishes. Everything was amazing and I cannot wait to return! Julie and Olivier

Restaurant at the Four Seasons. The food is good not great. Very pricey and be careful when you order a special. They don't always tell you the price. 135$ later for a small bowl of pasta with shaved truffles. Let me know the cost if it's way different from the price of the other entrees. Bit underhanded. Service was solid but nothing special considering the cost of the meal.

Thank you Flavor Palm Beach for introducing us to Florie's. The tasting menu was fabulous, opening with the heirloom tomato peach carpaccio; light and refreshing with savory herbs and a pistachio crunch. It was the perfect way to open our palates for the snapper, cooked just right with a crispy skin over bok choy and a delicious cream with a slightly sweet cilantro oil. We finished off with a chocolate mousse and passion fruit sorbet that was the perfect combination of sweet and sour to end our meal. Service by Mauricio was beyond reproach in a beautiful setting. This may have been our first visit but it will not be our last!

I made a reservation for Friday night, 02/17/2023 and was politely told that they could not take me until 9.15pm. However, when I arrived at 9.15pm, the restaurant was completely empty. I was told by the waiter that the kitchens were closing and that I needed to hurry up and order quickly which I did not appreciate at all since they took my reservation at that specific time. The food was alright, I got the gnocchi with truffles on top. I could not taste the truffle whatsoever, I don't think it was worth the price. The wine was however, divine! I don't have much to say about the atmosphere and ambiance, the restaurant was completely empty on a Friday night.

Ambiance is lovely and the food is not bad however it is very overpriced. Service was very good but not enough to justify the price point. We have tried several restaurants on this trip and we ranked this at the bottom. The food is not bad but nothing we ordered was outstanding. I do not like to leave negative reviews but there are much better restaurants to try. I am not a food critic but Cafe Chardonnay, The Catch, and Farmer's Table were more memorable.

We came the weekend of 11/7 for our 1 year anniversary. This was probably our 4th or 5th visit since Flories opened. Everything is always amazing start to finish! Ambience and quality cocktails with a view is always a plus to the amazing food and service . Request Rofette, he provided outstanding service our whole meal. Try the oysters (they come with a little pear and crème fraiche) . We also enjoy the iberco ham, burrata, the pesto pizza , as well as the snapper entree for some of my favorites. I do miss the half roasted chicken they used to have with truffle rubbed underneath the skin , bring that back !!!!

If you are staying close by it is worth a look as a dining scene while in Palm Beach. Florie's, the first restaurant in the United States for Michelin awarded Chef Mauro Colagreco and is soon to become a destination restaurant. Following Chef Colagreco's success from the South of France right on the Italian and French borders, the hotel has made a substantial investment In sending key staff to train in Europe ahead of opening Florie's. The cuisine is modern Mediterranean with the accent being on flavorful, light dishes that leverage the fresh citrus of Florida and herbs. On the drinks front an adjacent cocktail bar puts together cocktails which will compliment the dining experience. The wine list is fresh and vibrant and uniquely the Four Seasons Palm Beach has a water sommelier (Jessica) who has a deep knowledge of the styles of water for certain foods - not to mention a crisp knowledge of the wine list, and can guide you with ease. If you are ordering a substantial bottle of wine why not enhance the flavor by trying a pure water such as Svarlbardi. The menu is very enjoyable - standouts include the heirloom tomato and peach carpaccio, the lamb shoulder and seafood cioppino. The bread is served as a whole to encourage the classic breaking of bread as a family at the table. Desserts are light and flavorful - the tiramisu comes from the Chef's grandmother and is well worth trying. Ask for Rick - a great waiter.

During my stay at the Four Seasons, I ate at Florie's several times and was so impressed with each meal I had there! The taste, presentation, and service are all on point and come together to create the perfect dining experience. Their wine pairing are always perfect, and the creativity of each dish never fails to amaze me. I highly recommend eating a meal at Florie's curated and made by the talented Chef Brandon and also ordering some incredible cocktails crafted by expert mixologist Matt.

The food was very nice and the waiter was great!! The toil was interesting with a bit of a lime/citrus taste to it. I wish I could've tried some other foods too!

Went for the Flavors of palm beach 2 course dinner for $45.00. An acclaimed international chef Marco Colagreco from France and is the executive chef but not on the premise. Started with home made bread from his grandmother's recipe, very good served with a ginger olive oil. For starters, we had the HEIRLOOM TOMATOES & PEACH CARPACCIO with Sicilian pistachios, chives ginger vinaigrette and the LOCAL BURRATA on a citrus salad, coriander, raisins Sicilian pistachio . Both were superb and a nice size portion. For mains, we tried the AUSTRALIAN WAGYU BEEF with red peppers and house-made shallot vinegar and WILD FLORIDA RED GROUPER with fresh citrus, heirloom tomato, and thyme. The beef was outstanding but we got 2 1" cubes. The grouper was very good but also very small portion. For dessert, we had the TIRAMISU lemon biscuit, and mascarpone cream, different presentation but very good and the WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE with a yuzu-mango sorbet and mango coulis , also very good. Maylam, our server was excellent and very attentive. They had a very nice wine list but expensive, It's the Four Seasons.

We had a birthday dinner a few weeks ago for a group of 6. Wonderful time! Special callout to our server Marcus who too amazing care of us and even got in on the family humor. He knew that menu so well and made our celebration extra special. The food and wine were excellent. We look forward to coming back and hopefully having Marcus serve us!

This place is such a beauty! The food took a little long but they made up for it by giving us a free appetizer which was very nice of them and my oh my this Pizza was yummyyyyyy. The barata super delish, for my entree I had the red snapper and it was exquisite. I never imagined pairing it with yogurt but this was flavorful and cooling at the same time. My husband had the lamb shanks, whoa! Falling off the bone and paired with dates and walnuts along sweet potatoes. My husband ate every bit of it. Soooo good. We will be back again. Moving along to the bar! They are pricey for a reason, delicious! The Rose and Merigold, Yea, please!

Lovely service and amazing food. My kids and I went there after arriving from a long flight. They greeted me with a gorgeous cocktail, amazing homemade soup and a beautiful cauliflower dish. We went back for a second night too. Loved it!

We had Brunch today outdoors with an incredible ocean view. The Sunday Brunch consisted of all of the following served family style-a choice of a cocktail(Bloody Mary, Mimosa, Peach Bellini, Prosecco, or wine), bottled(Aqua Panna), sparkling or filtered water, followed by an amuse bouche and assorted bread and roll basket with fine French butter. Then came an egg white cheese covered frittata with spanish onion, chives, and kale with an orange pepper dressing, and Jamon bruschetta. The next course was a perfect pepperoni pizza and bucatini Cacio e Pepe. After that came a platter of Green Circle chicken with rosemary and thyme and warm baked salmon, as well as a smokey hoisin like sauce to use with the chicken and a tzatziki like sauce for the fish accompanied by a dish of mixed roasted sweet potatoes, dates, purple and orange carrots. What came to follow up all of that was a cart with the most beautiful display of desserts that I have ever seen: key lime pie(covered with meringue and berries), expresso cake, passion fruit covered white chocolate panna cotta, raspberry cream filled puffs, and chocolate truffles. Every bit of food that was served was absolutely delicious. The staff was incredible. We have eaten all over the world and at Michelin starred restaurants. This was a delightful treat.

Florie's is the on site restaurant at The Four Seasons. We stopped in to the bar area for a couple of cocktails and a light snack (margarita pizza) before heading out for the evening. Their specialty cocktail list is extensive and the bartenders are very knowledgeable. When sitting at the bar they give you light bar snacks of olives and salty marcona almonds (yum!). They also have a nightly happy hour with rotating wines by the glass. The bartenders let you sample a wine before ordering a full glass to ensure you enjoy what you are ordering. Stellar service and drinks!

After Florie's and The Four Season's Hotel closed for a whole year I was happy to be finally going back and it didn't disappoint. Service is excellent all around and our waiter Marcus was helpful and friendly. Freshly baked bread was served right away and wine selections were good. Tomato and plum carpaccio is a lot better than it sounds and made for an excellent appetizer and its huge and easily enough for two to share. We also had clams with breadcrumbs and I guess its a retro dish and while it was good I wouldn't say it was great nor would I order it again. Pizza however was good but there are better options on the menu - mainly the New Zealand Lamb Shank. Our waiter recommended this dish and it was truly excellent. Sometimes lamb can be dry and almost gamey but here is was perfectly cooked. For dessert we chose the profiteroles and the vanilla mouse - and both were good. Florie's might be the best restaurant on Palm Beach Island and I'm happy its back.

This was our 2nd visit and it turned out to be an absolutely a 180 turn from disappointing prior review Thanksgiving week. From * ti 5*s a top 10 meal. Contrary to our first visit the service was perfect; attentive and friendly, but never intrusive ; Start with WELL. When the waiter asked for her selection, her reply - " you know what the kitchen is doing best tonight. You pick for us" Ok that's a first for but ........ Not knowing what to expect - a crisis? What wine to select? Whereupon the Sommelier appeared she'll pick a glass of the perfect wine for each course and Jessica Altieri's selections were spot on! Each wine matched perfectly! Starting with the local Burrata and Heirloom tomato & Persimmons, two delicious starters! Next came Australian Wagyu OMG it was a taste bud orgasm, melted in my mouth followed by truffled chicken crispy skin smothered with truffles and salt baked fish Perfecto! .... Deserts Don't ask just pick one.

The service is 5 star. Food is between 3 to 4. The lamb shoulder which is a signature entree but the meat is too dry. The dates and sweet potato sides are good. Appetizers are good, better than entrees. The expectation was Michelin 3 star quality however still room to improve.

The service here was impeccable, Florine's is truly an experience. I've never been more excited to get up early for breakfast, I've never seen a staff so engaged to your personal story and sincere in your plans during your visit.

Amazing cucine from Colagrecco's mind. Hands down 5 star restaurant experience with unbelievable dishes. The theme of this season was summer cuisine and all the plates were delicious. The salads were fantastic, fresh and tangy. Entrees were a combination of meat and fish. The groper was a favorite but the Australian beef took all the honors as a solid entree dish. The wine pairing was excellent and our server was attentive and instrumental to our choices. Would recommend it to anyone in the area visiting our for special occasions. An unforgettable experience!

We had a amazing dinner last night to celebrate our daughter's 17th birthday. The variety of food options on the menu was perfect for our diverse group of seven. Everything was delicious, even the bread and pizza. Everyone was incredibly happy with their dinners. The service from start to finish was spectacular, even the experience of making the reservation was incredibly pleasant. We were looking for a Covid-safe experience with outside dining, tables being spaced apart, and team wearing masks. All were delivered on with perfection and pleasantries. It was an absolutely perfect evening, one that we all needed during these rather unique times. We will certainly be coming back very soon!

Brunch was delicious until I saw the price per person! $130 per person is quite steep. Almost $500 for 3 people is off the charts. I know you are paying for the view and service but I can have 10 brunches for that price

To start, just want to say the service was excellent. Wait staff is so nice and friendly. This is the new restaurant in the remodel does four seasons. I made reservations at a nearly empty restaurant at 5:45 for 7:30. We were told at 7:30 they ran out of lamb, which is apparently their signature dish. The special was a fish flown from the Mediterranean Sea. Why would I want to eat fish flown in when I'm right on the ocean in Florida? Menu limited with extremely odd choices. I ordered the eggplant and mozzarella which was undercooked and very bitter. My partner just ordered a margarita pizza for lack of anything else that stood out. That was ok. For a claimed "Michelin star" chef, I was expecting much more. The old restaurant and menu was so much better. Bring on some fresh local seafood and add a steak on your menu.

Great service. Lovely environment. Wonderful bar. Good food except the pizza! Dry tasteless crust and greasy topping. If you can't make good pizza then take it off the menu.

View and plant decor are fabulous (ate outside & we picked the perfect July night- we were very comfortable!) Good service, friendly bartender, felt like a VIP, we went for the summer Mediterranean special with delicious Octopus appetizer, swordfish and unique dessert. Also Wild Florida Red Grouoer was very good! Happy Hour is very limited so don't have high expectations.

Very good breakfast buffet, wonderful sandwiches excellently fresh fruit with cheery servers.

Great spot. We ate here multiple times during our stay at the Four Seasons and both breakfast and dinner were fantastic.

Had a good dinner tonight but not great. The server was terrible. Was unable to provide any recommendations of what to eat or elaborate on the cooking styles of the kitchen. Luckily he had the wine sommelier Jessica swing by our table. She provided us with a perfect bottle for the night and was very personable and attentive. The food was decent. We had some ribs, scallops and pompano. I would eat it again. Eddie, possible a back waiter, was really nice and helpful along with the gentleman at the host stand. We were going to order more but the server did not return and we had to ask for out check. We were actually overcharged but just moved on to another restaurant for a nightcap.

The Four Seasons Hotel closed for part of this year to remodel and update parts of their hotel, which included their fine dining restaurant. My family looked forward to celebrating special events such as birthdays, anniversaries, and being together-since I live out of town-at this restaurant because the atmosphere, service, and food were outstanding. You cannot imagine our disappointment this past weekend when we went to the newly renovated restaurant in the hotel, Florie's. The décor changed from elegant to casual with an outdoor pastel color. There were servers everywhere that were friendly and eager to please. However, the poor lighting required use of your cell phone flashlight to see the menu. A darker font on the menu would allow better visibility. The menu drastically changed from lobster bisque and a variety of organic salads to small plate appetizers, which reminded me of tapas at happy hour. On a positive note,however, the bread and lemon flavored dipping oil were very tasty. Our food options seemed limited; there were no soup, risotto, vegetables, and beef (e.g., filet mignon) selections any longer. I ordered the Pompano fish, which was okay. The presentation and plating did not match my expectations of star quality. There was nothing under the fish but two sliced tomatoes. I was ready to leave at this point. The bar area seemed better with burgers flying by us on trays. Needless to say, we do not plan to return anytime soon.

Wow!! Amazing menu!!! Amazing service!! I'm a fan of all Mauro Colagreco's concepts, I am happy to see Florie's doing as good as it is.

Florie's is an experience, not only is the customer service and guest interaction superb. The food is immaculate in addition to the table side features. Fernando is a bartender, well more of a mixologist, he is able to recommend and create cocktails at a high level. Thank you to Florie's for a one of a kind experience. Will most definitely would returning for more.
