Came here on a weekend for dinner. There was an ample amount of space in the store. The service was exceptional; we had two servers and they were both super friendly.
We gauged the size of the pizzas by looking at the other diners around us, and I recommend ordering more than one to share/try different flavors. But they could be personal pizzas for a hungry person. They're quite small, artisanal I would say. And this is all at $20+ per person. Welcome to the Strip, am I right?
We got the brussels sprouts for a fresh kick, but unfortunately they were a bit too salty and the sauce was unevenly dispersed. Some pieces were dry while others exploded with salty juice.
Farm house (mozzarella, smoked bacon, cotto ham, fennel sausage,
roasted onion & farm egg) - My dad raved about this pizza ever since his first time here so this was the reason why he took us. I found it to be a bit dry albeit still tasty.
Parma pizza (mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta, prosciutto, arugula & balsamic glaze) - After gorging ourselves on the Strip for several days, the freshness of the arugula and the tanginess of the balsamic glaze in this pizza was much welcomed.
Overall, this was nice to try and it may be a worthy spot to satisfy pizza cravings, but I'd mainly go for convenience if you're staying nearby, not out of the way.
