The 9 Best Shaved Ice Spots In NYC

"This Flushing cafe has excellent shaved ice in popular flavors like matcha, taro, and mango, but also a relatively uncommon chocolate one, with peanuts and cheese foam. Choose from nearly 40 different toppings, like grass jelly, black sticky rice, and dragon fruit, to add to your mountain-shaped serving of powdery ice. With a bookstore-meets-bistro aesthetic, Flower and Dessert is a good place to get work done with easy access to caffeine and sugar. " - kenny yang, carina finn koeppicus

Flower and Dessert Review - Flushing - New York - The Infatuation

"If you ignore the giant chalk mural of cherubs at Flower and Dessert, this Flushing cafe looks like a cross between a nice bookstore and a modern bistro, filled with people who probably still live with their parents. While you can get a few savory dishes, most of the massive menu is made up of excellent Asian desserts—and that’s what we’d recommend coming here for. They have shaved ice in popular flavors like matcha, taro, and mango, but also less common flavors, like a chocolate shaved ice with peanuts and cheese foam. Other sweets include puddings, mille crêpe cakes, and sundaes. Come during the day when you want to get work done and need continuous access to caffeine and sugary things to keep you going." - Kenny Yang

Google
I recently discovered this gem of a dessert place that left me utterly impressed with their unique and delicious offerings. The star of the show was definitely their milk tea shaved ice, a delightful and refreshing treat that stole my heart from the first bite. Not only was it delicious, but the presentation was also incredibly cute, making it a feast for both the taste buds and the eyes. In addition to the milk tea shaved ice, this dessert place boasted a wonderful selection of other sweet delights. The milk tea pudding with boba was a standout, offering a perfect blend of creamy pudding and chewy boba pearls that burst with flavor in every bite. The coconut pudding, matcha pudding, and mango pomelo desserts were equally delightful, each showcasing unique and vibrant flavors that impressed my palate. For those craving something warm and comforting, the black sesame soup with taro balls was a definite go-to option. The rich and nutty flavor of the black sesame soup paired perfectly with the soft and chewy taro balls, creating a satisfying combination that warmed both the body and the soul. Overall, my experience at this dessert place was nothing short of amazing. From the adorable milk tea shaved ice to the assortment of delectable desserts, each offering was a testament to the skill and creativity of the culinary team. Whether you're a dessert connoisseur or simply looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, this place is a must-visit. I can't wait to return and indulge in more of their delightful creations!

Google
A very nice store to sweeten your day. The atmosphere is very warm. The service is great. Of course the sweet dessert sure satisfies my stomach. My matcha custard jelly was delicious. Worth the visit.

Google
Love the atmosphere here! The flowers all around the area made it so calming and relaxing. The mango shaved ice was so yummy. Highly recommend because the mangoes were so fresh and sweet. The black sesame bun has a nice nutty flavor to it. Everything was perfect. The server gave me a free milk tea puddin, which was so nice. I'm definitely coming back.

Google
Best Hawaiian shaved ice in flushing. Huge menu of desserts ranging from traditional to western. I got the soybean shaved ice with icecream on the side since I can’t handle dairy. Nice service with wide tables. Very chill atmosphere.

IZ

Google
Pricier than other places in Flushing but their shaved ice is hands down the best I've eaten here! The texture is finer, light and creamy, and the toppings are delicious. My favorite is by far the milk tea flavor with matcha pudding as an add-on!

Google
Ngl, I got trick by the shaved ice monster. Is a solid quiet place if you want peace and dessert. However, is overpriced and just an ok dessert. Not particularly special. Given that flushing have a lot of boba and dessert spot around, with this price point, you can have much better dessert. However, if you want a quiet spot for a date and chill? This is the spot for you. Paying for atmosphere not the food.

次第花开: A Cool Oasis for Iced Delights Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars Looking for a sweet escape from the city's hustle? Tucked away next to Tangram mall, 次第花开 (Cìdì Huākāi) is a charming flower and dessert shop that offers a welcome respite with its refreshing iced treats and peaceful ambiance. Cool Calmness: Tranquil Haven: Stepping into 次第花开 is like entering a serene garden. Soft lighting, delicate floral arrangements, and gentle music create a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Not-So-Busy Bliss: Unlike many New York dessert spots, 次第花开 wasn't packed on the late evening I visited. Finding a comfortable table was easy, and the lack of crowds made it easy to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Icy Delights: Fruit Ice Fantasy: The star of the show for me was the fruit ice. I can't quite recall all the fruits, but there was definitely dragonfruit, and each bite was a burst of fresh, vibrant flavour. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, making it incredibly refreshing. Taro with Beans: The taro with beans was good, but compared to the fruit ice, it felt a bit tame. The taro flavour was mild, and the beans added a nice texture, but it didn't quite reach the same level of excitement. Fantastic Staff: The staff at 次第花开 deserves a special mention. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, patiently explaining the menu and offering recommendations. Their cheerful service added to the overall positive experience. Final Bloom: If you're looking for a unique and relaxing place to beat the heat and indulge in a refreshing iced dessert, 次第花开 is definitely worth a visit. The calming atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious fruit ice (seriously, don't miss it!) make it a hidden gem in the city. Just be aware that some menu items, like the taro with beans, might not be as memorable as others. Tips: Try the fruit ice! It's a refreshing and unique treat you won't find everywhere. Don't hesitate to ask the staff for recommendations. They're happy to help. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and soak in the floral beauty. 次第花开 left me feeling cool, calm, and satisfied. I'll definitely be back to explore more of their iced dessert offerings and soak up the serene ambiance.

Google
Got milk tea shaved ice, the portion was smaller than I had expected for the price point at $16. Personally, I found it too sweet, maybe people with a sweet tooth would like it more than I did. Our server disappeared many times and didn’t check up on us once😭. The atmosphere is pretty cute though!

Yelp
This is my brother-in-law's favorite spot in all of Flushing and I couldn't not review it after he introduced us to it. Flower and Dessert is a super cute hidden gem located a few streets away from the popular streets and is fantastic for group hangouts. They have a wide variety of desserts -- from the super popular shaved ice desserts to more traditional desserts like Stewed Pears and Xue Yan. There's something for everyone. The shaved ice portions are huge and big enough to share with groups of 2-4 (2 if you haven't been eating enough and 4 if you've been eating all day). We ordered the Mango Milk Shaved Ice and Milk Tea Shaved Ice. My personal favorite was the Mango Milk since the mango was perfectly ripe and I really liked the cream flavor. I loved how the shaved ice essentially became Sweet Cream flavored ice cream as it compressed at the bottom. The Milk Tea shaved ice was the everyone else's favorite because the shaved ice is made from milk tea and the flavor is really great. Would highly recommend this spot to all shaved ice lovers!

Yelp
I think I found my new favorite dessert in Flushing! Rarely see shops sell milk mochi on its own. So fun to eat, right amount of sweetness. Love the mixture of four toppings it comes with. Tried the durian milk tea and coconut milk tea top. Both refreshing and light. I appreciate the late night hours as well--perfect for foodies with sweet tooths like me.
google avatar

Yelp
Got the mango shaved ice! The ice was soo nice and fluffy and everything paired well together. It wasn't the best shaved ice I've had, but they give you a good serving enough for 3-4 people for $16. The inside was nicely decorated and is a great study place too.
google avatar

Yelp
Came here on a rainy Saturday to kill some time and was surprised at how big it was inside. We sat in a booth and were told that we were able to order using the QR code on the table. We decided to get the Grass Jelly and Mixed Bean shaved ice to share between 2 people. The portion was honestly pretty big but I felt like the proportion of ice to toppings were completely off. There was only a tiny bit of red bean and grass jelly compared to the enormous amount of shaved ice so it felt like I was eating mostly ice some times. The ice cream was also more icey than creamy. Could have been an off day but I'd maybe come back and try another dessert.

Yelp
Went here with two others after dinner and I liked how the seats were booth style. We sat at a spacious table booth and ordered mango bingsoo and taro sweet ball with milk. the mango bingsoo was refreshing, although I hoped there was more mango. The taro with milk dessert was delicious- not too sweet and I enjoyed the different mochi and tapioca textures with what seemed like a tofu pudding.

Yelp
They were open really late, which was perfect for my friend and I who were still up at the time. The server was super friendly and chatted with us briefly. The dessert was really delicious and cute too. The shaved ices are big, and they can feed a group of 3. We ordered the milk tea shaved ice, a recommendation from the server, and we asked them to add a silly face on top, which they did :)
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
Quick seated and usually 1-2 servers they are pretty nice. You scan a QR code to order and the food comes out pretty fast. We normally get the bingsoo(milk tea or mango) Both are pretty mediocre but huge portion size. We can never finish.
google avatar

Jing K.

Yelp
Nice ambiance, not over crowded or loud. The rose milk shaved ice was delicious and plenty large enough for 2 to share. The shaved ice, coconut cream, ice cream, and boba accompaniment complemented each other splendidly.
google avatar

Melissa G.

Yelp
A really cool spot for dessert and to hang out with something other than alcoholic drinks. There are many options for desserts but I went with the bread filled with Taro ice cream and milk bubbles It was a very good option and different than the traditional desserts outside of China town flushing . Be careful with the two dispensers on the table, one is hand sanitizer and the other one is syrup for pancakes. If you are dumb like me and don't read the labels, you will have a not so happy experience rubbing sticky syrup on your hands
google avatar

Phyu T.

Yelp
This place has nice ambience and quick service. Food is ok but it's a bit pricey. We came here because the nearby Prince tea house was packed. Good for hanging out but price is high for the quality.
google avatar

Yelp
It's a little dessert spot tucked away into the side of Flushing. Very quiet and a nice place to just chill with your friends if you don't want to part ways with your friends just yet The shaved ice was very good, perfectly not too sweet and hits the spot after hotpot or something, but the cherry on top was the upgrade thing you can get on your dessert. They turn it into this little monster being and it makes your day. It's so unimpressively impressive and can put a smile on anybody's face.
google avatar

Viona C.

Yelp
Huge place with a lot of cute artwork and decor, but the whole restaurant smelled like sewage water. The seats were falling apart in the booth and I honestly would not have been surprised if something crawled out of it. There's so much potential with the space, but I felt like it wasn't very well maintained. Their menu had a pretty vast selection of dessert, but it seems like their popular ones are the shaved ices. We ordered the mango snow shaved ice and for a $1 upgrade, you can get a face on any of the ices. Upgrade isn't really worth it at all, but we did it anyway ~*for the gram*~. The shaved ice was pretty good, but not really worth the price. Feel like there's a lot of other dessert options in Flushing, so I probably wouldn't come here again.

Yelp
Highly recommend this. So very tasty. I loved every bit of this restaurant and the dessert was so delicious. The service was prompt and the restaurant was cozy. I highly recommend this in NYC!

Yelp
Half an hour wait. Waiter didn't let us leave unless we left a tip for one dish. Like whatttt

Yelp
AMAZING SPOT! I still think about the mango shaved ice that I got here and have not found a place to rival this one yet. It's the perfect spot for a shaved ice in the summer, I think what makes this spot truly standout from other dessert and shaved ice places is the fact that...i don't think they use shaved ice! I think it's actually a shaved milk which is what makes this so creamy and delicious. I came with some friends, and we shared a mango shaved ice and it was the perfect thing to share as it's quite a huge serving! Appreciate the many flavors and textures in this as well. The service was a bit slow but very very friendly and more than compensated. I think the ambience is also very nice with a lot of seating, and we were able to find a spacious spot without an issue. I will definitely be back!
google avatar

Alyse K.

Yelp
Good menu selection and a good place for shaved ice. Interesting menu & you can make your own as well. Only complaint is that the restaurant has a foul smell when you initially walk in, but after being there for a while you kind of get used to it
google avatar

Alvin Z.

Yelp
Long wait time, shaved ice is good. Lots of people but would definitely recommend coming here later in the night where there are less people and faster services. Overall, a really good shaved ice place in Flushing.

Anahi T.

Yelp
This is the milk tea shaved ice and omg it was soo good. I love it so much. Ut was a lot for two people but we still managed to finish it. The outside doesn't look promising but once u go in it's like u entered a different store. We went in and there was absolutely no people, we were the only ones. They also have books in there so u can read which is so cool. I recommend this place 100% also the shaved ice is 16.50 so it might be pricy for just one person. Definitely bring a friend over bc it's too much for just one person!!

Mai S.

Yelp
The rose milk shaved ice was wonderfully sweet and refreshing. It comes with a variety of toppings that complement the subtle flavor of the shaved ice very nicely. I was skeptical of the sticky rice because it was green but it was perfect - the texture, the sweetness of the mango, the toasted coconut on top. Our server was also very pleasant. This is the first place I've been asked what temperature I'd like my water to be! He was very attentive to everything we needed. The place is also quite cozy. They have three large booths and some tables. Usually cozy makes me think the place is small, but this was a very clean, put together place.
google avatar

Joanne L.

Yelp
Enjoyed the desserts more than we thought we would! Lots of seating and open late so a good place to hang out after dinner.
google avatar

Anna L.

Yelp
Larger and nicer than it looks from the outside, this cafe/dessert place serves teas, shaved ice and other sweets. The booth seats are really nice. There is a button on the table to call the server. The food and teas are good but they are a bit overpriced. The milk tea pudding was good but near the end, I had enough boba. It's better to split the desserts.

Robert A.

Yelp
Great first experience! Really cute place! I always compare these desert places to Martha's country bakery.. and this place was up to par! Mango mango use to be I hate it now! But this place is super cool! Everything taste like better then expected! Really enjoyed it!
google avatar

Sharon L.

Yelp
Big yikes - super overpriced desserts, way too sweet, and very limited service. We came for dessert with my boyfriend's family given this is one of the few places in Flushing that can sit 10. There's QR codes on the table to scan and place your order, so there's really barely any service. We didn't get water or any explanations whatsoever. The desserts themselves are decently sized (I would hope so given its price), but still doesn't justify nearly $17 for a shaved ice, or $13.50 for a mango pomelo sago. Also, close to $10 for a latte???? A bit pricey, no? Our mango pomelo sago was so sickeningly sweet that my boyfriend and I struggled to finish even 1 dessert between the both of us. A few perfectly ripe mango pieces in the dessert tasted flavorless in comparison. Everyone in our group had similar complaints. For our group of 10 (with some sharing desserts), the bill came out to about $125 with tax and tip.
google avatar

Debbie O.

Yelp
I stopped here for boba tea late at night by accident lol. I actually walked in without knowing what the business was and when I noticed milk tea, I got myself one because why not? I got the brown sugar boba milk tea and that was about 10$ for a small size. They do use whole milk but considering the cost and price, I am not sure it's a good value for what you get. Service was good, the staff was helpful in explaining what they use as I asked. There seems to have been a fire in the building so most of the businesses that used to operate there are no longer active and so it was pretty empty here when I went by. The ambience was quiet as a result. I'd go back if In the area again.
google avatar

Yelp
Flower and Desert is a bit pricey since it closes way later than all the other dessert spots in Flushing. My friends and I came here around 10 PM on a Wednesday. It was quiet, clean, and peaceful. I could see this being a great place to study. The desserts came shortly after we ordered and paid through our phones. It is a bit confusing when it comes to the ordering process. We ordered brown sugar bubble tea, mango jelly, an ice cream ube sandwich with mango jelly, strawberry, and a milk tea shaved ice with boba, milk tea tofu, and ice cream. The highlight of this spot is the shaved ice desserts. We all shared the shaved ice dessert and the mango jelly dessert, but by far the best was the shaved ice. The bubble tea is not worth it especially knowing all the places in Flushing that are far cheaper and possibly better, but when it's 10 PM and all the bubble tea shops are closed, this is what you have to settle for. Good, but overpriced bubble tea. If you only have money for one dessert, get the shaved ice and share it with your friends!
google avatar

Katrina S.

Yelp
The place is nice, comfy, good place to relax. Service is fair. The taro/purple yum shaved ice is very delicious. Their purple yum is even better than our original ube back home in Manila. I will surely keep on coming back for that.
google avatar

Karen C.

Yelp
The menu here is interesting. I came here with a friend for their shaved ice but I couldn't stop looking over at the table that ordered... milk tea hot pot! So if you're looking for an innovative dessert cafe, this one may be up your alley! The shaved ice was delicious with a healthy serving of mango and other toppings. It was a bit pricy for shaved ice so this is more of a "treat yourself" spot than a casual cafe. The cafe is actually quite spacious inside but it doesn't look like it from the outside. Unfortunately it did smell a little weird which was off-putting for a food service location. I don't know what it was but maybe it was just musty since the store is largely hidden inside with little ventilation. The service was okay - the servers left us alone after we got our food and I had to flag down a server twice in order to get the check. Before getting the food, they were much more attentive. On the bright side, they didn't mind my friend and I taking our time and enjoying conversation either.
google avatar

Yelp
A few days ago, I dropped by this place for some dessert. It was only 11:30pm (30 minutes before closing time) but they said dine-in was closed and they only did takeout. With no other option, I ordered the matcha pudding to go. The pudding and mashed red beans were stored in separate containers. The pudding was creamy but I couldn't really taste any matcha flavor. Did they give me the wrong dessert? It was a bit of a letdown... On the other hand, the red beans were not overcooked and good.
google avatar

Rina D.

Yelp
Came here after seeing an instagram reel about the cute shaved ice you can get here!! For an extra dollar, your shaved ice will come with a face. There are a good selection of flavors for the shaved ice, as well as other desserts. It's pretty spacious and most of the tables have a lot of seats so it's perfect for groups. The bathroom was pretty clean and there is a bell on each table that you can press to get the waiter's attention. I loved the shaved ice as it was nice and fluffy, not overly sweet and the toppings blending in well altogether. The only thing is that it is a bit hard to find parking nearby!
google avatar

Cassidy H.

Yelp
Reeeally good oatmeal mochi and mango sago! Highly recommend. Filler filler word something something to meet character count.
google avatar

Yin Y.

Yelp
It's my 2nd time coming here. They're known for the coconut pudding. We got the one with osmanthus flower and peach gum this time. No need to spend extra haha, just stick with the classic coconut pudding. Desserts are not bad and sugar level is perfect for my palate. I don't mind coming here if in the area, but not worth traveling for it.
google avatar

Alexandria R.

Yelp
I was craving a late night dessert from Prince Street and my go to Prince Tea Shop was too crowded. So I walked with my dad and partner to give it a try. Food: 4/5 I really enjoyed the pot of teas and the ube ice cream bun. But, The green cakes and stewed Xue Yan were okay. They both came off as overly sweet to me. But, we were serve them promptly. Service: 3/5 Candidly, the service here is very limited especially if you are comparing it to Prince Tea. They just take your order (ring the button on the table), deliver the food, and disappear. All in all, I would definitely go again with but with lower expectations of service.
google avatar

Steven W.

Yelp
Slightly pricy on basically all items on the menu, and you scan a QR code and order from there. The food/drinks will be brought out to your table and then you can use the app again to request for the check once you are done. Interior is cute and chic. We ordered only the matcha crepe cake which was delicious and prepared well in terms of aesthetic and presentation.

Yelp
Was looking for an after dinner dessert. Of course we had to do a little search and read some reviews before settling in this place. I've never noticed this place in Flushing before. From the outside it doesn't look like much. It was definitely a good choice so a pat in the back to us. The venue was more than half full and we were seated pretty quickly. A lot of items to for drinks and dessert to pick from. For desserts we decided to try something new and something we've never seen before. The Thai milk tea hot pot. It came will 9 items that we can cook in the hot pot. Items such as sago tapioca, purple rice, purple yam, red bean, yam tangyuan with black sesame, small fen yuan and black sugar boba. We enjoyed trying all the items. Nothing was overly sweet which was perfect for us. We also ordered a black sesame dessert with black sesame tangyuan. Also not too sweet and perfect for our palates. We each ordered a drink. Forgot to take a picture. Everything was delicious.
google avatar

Madeline K.

Yelp
The tables, seats, and decorations were dirty with hair, cobwebs, etc.. You have to order on your phone, which is a bit inconvenient. The portions were large. The food was delicious!!!
google avatar

Rosanna N.

Yelp
We came to this place after hotpot and it was the perfect way to end our night. It opens late and has plenty of seating. Their desserts are on the pricier side but well worth it to split with friends and family. We have tried the mango milk shaved ice, the milk tea shaved ice, the ube ice cream with hot bread and the fresh coconut pudding with crispy rice. They all were big portions. Our favorites definitely were the mango milk shaved ice and the coconut pudding. Every time we are here we make sure to order the coconut pudding. It is so fresh and the rice adds texture which makes it even more delicious. Service is a bit slow but they have a button that allows you to notify the staff when you need something.

Yelp
Came here after dinner for a not too sweet of sweets. We've ordered the Grass jelly with Ice cream, Rose tea, and brown sugar boba pudding? On a cold night this place will surely keep you warm. Too warm even! It's like going to a friends apartment where the owner cranked to like 90 degrees. So if you're one of those that are sensitive to the cold this place is for you! Was very parched and was able to ask the waiter if I can order a cool brisk coke! It's been ages! But GAWD DAMN! THAT REALLY HIT THE SPOT! Now onto our desserts! All of the desserts we've ordered was good. Plain and simple. The Rose tea was a good cleanser palette after all that sweetness. Service was meh. Don't be a doof like me and wave your hands. There's a button to call upon. Granted guy never came by till he'd remembered but he was short 1 man I think and that poor guy had to do all the tables himself. Menu's are scanned on the table with a QR code. If you got a smart phone you're set. If you're old school and got dem flip phones that good luck in trying to order something! Overall, it's an okay spot for a small group to keep warm on cold winter nights!
google avatar

Yelp
Flower and dessert is a dessert spot in flushing. It closes around 11pm. Its a nice spot if you craving some bingsu. They don't offer water so make sure to bring your own water if you thirsty. The mango bingsu was pretty good. Overall there isn't much service since everything is order yourself.

V. T.

Yelp
It's a good Asian dessert place. We enjoyed our selections. The service was so so because the cashier was the same as the server and there was only one person servings. We went on the Valentine day.

Yelp
I was craving Chinese style desserts and found this place online! It was popping on a Friday night but my party of 2 was still able to find a spot relatively quickly. I got the taro mochi with grass jelly, black rice, red bean, and brown sugar milk (黑糖鲜奶芋圆). Overall it was pretty solid! Loved the combination of ingredients, particularly the sweetened black glutinous rice, grass jelly, and konjac jelly. The "taro mochi" and boba were pretty standard but could have been more chewy in my opinion. The milk base itself wasn't sweet so you could really adjust the sugar levels based on how much brown sugar syrup you added. The fresh milk mochi with soy bean powder, chocolate sauce, cheerio, red bean (五味 鲜奶麻薯) was also very tasty! The milk mochi itself was very chewy and milky in flavor. The additional toppings were good but I prefer having the milk mochi by itself or with the soybean power. The portions were pretty big and they have a pretty wide ranges of desserts from your bingsu to hot puddings to traditional Chinese desserts. You order online and pay at the cashier at the front before you leave. Food came out quick and there is a discount with cash. Loved the floral/chill ambiance and Chinese pop in the background.

Yelp
I was craving shaved ice and this was the only place open, so I figured, might as well go check it out. I went around closing time so it was pretty empty. The service was great, there are some amazing decorations inside that makes you feel comfy. They had so many types of desert but I came for shaved ice so that's exactly what i ordered. I got the mango shaved ice. The price was a bit high for me, 16 dollars for shaved ice is ridiculous. But I shared with a friend so it wasn't too bad. They do give you a lot! So price isn't too much if you're paying half of it and your friends paying the other half. Theres a little button you can press to call for the waiter. The mango shaved ice came with shaved ice (obviously) and mango, mango popping pearl, tapioca and vanilla ice cream on the side. Felt like a weird combo at first but it actually tasted pretty good together. They gave us so much shaved ice, we couldn't even finish it. Tldr: great place, 16$ for shaved ice so you're better off sharing with someone else because theyll give you a lot!!

Yelp
I thought the name was cute so why not give it a try? I was grateful that they had room for a party of 8, especially when everyone was freezing from the cold and windy weather. Upon sitting down, we all scanned the QR code on the table. The QR code is specific to the table so that guests at the same table can browse the menu on their own phones but order collectively. While the shop offered a range of desserts, from bingsu to Chinese tong sui (sweet soup), I was a little disappointed that everything on the menu was priced steeply. I ended up choosing the matcha pudding with red bean as it was under $7. It was fricken adorable. Not too sweet but the base of the pudding was rock solid, so not sure how fresh the dessert was. If you have any issues or want to pay the bill, simply ring the bell on the table!

Yelp
The mango shaved ice is delicious, it's like the Korean bingsu texture. You order through the phone via a QR code on the table but pay in store.

Yelp
Belated bday celebration continues This desserts place use to have broad games, card games and a huge jenga set out by the front entrance. That place gave me so much memories, but covid came along and things end up changing the place up. The decorations are still the safe as before just a bit pricey tea and tong sui spot. I got a green matcha [i might be allergic to something after a few bites ] & brown sugar boba pudding I'm so disappointed with that My friend got a durian mango sago tong sui [Pss i think was secretly trying to kill me with that smell jk or......]

Yelp
I came here on Thursday night for dessert after dinner with a friend. We ordered the matcha pudding with red bean and the mango ice jelly with sweet rice balls desserts. I wanted the coconut pudding dessert but felt like $20 was a bit overpriced for a coconut with pudding inside. The matcha pudding and the mango ice jelly were both delicious. They were probably the most reasonably priced items on the menu as well. Service was not that great but it was easy to order via QR code on the table. The server didn't talk much, mostly grunts. I may or may not come back but this place does open late.

Yelp
There were a lot of great options here, to the point where I had trouble deciding what to pick. I ended up picking the soy milk with cheese foam and mochi. I expected the mochi to be inside the drink but they gave me a separate small container filled with mochi and cheese foam. The drink itself also had cheese foam. The flavor was what I expected. The coconut was literally filled with pudding which makes sense why it's so pricey but the rice bits didn't really add to the flavor. It's gone after the first layer so it didn't add to my experience either. The place closes at 12ish and there were still two groups there on a Friday night- Saturday midnight. You press the buzzer to have your order taken and for them to come with your receipt so you can pay. They take venmo.

Yelp
Super yummy! Clean, good ambiance. The fruits are really fresh and the portions are huge so it's good for sharing. It is a little pricey but it's okay la, treat your friend and go here!! :) Also, the taro milk is so yummy! Made me feel like a kid again.

Yelp
Decent place for dessert with a lot of options. The durian in durian coconut jelly was good, but the jelly is meh. My favorite is the ube ice cream with hot bread. The mango in mango sticky rice is not that good. Pretty spacious place. Pay with cash for discount.

Yelp
The Ambiance at Flower and Dessert is energetic (9:30pm), but the dessert definitely need some attention. The black sesame paste dessert lack of sesame flavor and water down. I would expect that this classic dessert taste like what grandma use to make at home. I had a better experience eating this coming from an instant package. For the next dessert, the green tea crepe cake was moist but again lack of green tea flavor. It definitely had the Lady M effect but of course it didn't taste like Lady M. IMO, the price for both of these desserts are slightly overpriced and didn't justify for the quality and taste. I would go to the local pastry / bakery shop in the morning. Finally, the checkout was only one quick tap away.
