It’s warmed over the grill and covered in a secret mixture of what we can only describe as smoke, fat, and spice. Needless to say, you’ll be eating several bowls of this. "Of all the things that come off of FM Mangal’s ocakbaşı grill in Camberwell, it’s hard to pick a favourite. The adana kebab is juicy and perfectly spiced. The aubergine and peppers, just the right amount of smoky. And the flatbread—soaked in meat juices, rubbed with a secret, moreish, spicy rub, and grilled over coals—is a basket of bread we’ll always welcome.
