"If the idea of a dining experience based around a traditional grill concept sounds appealing, this unusual restaurant in the Palermo district will definitely fit the bill but you’ll need to book ahead! Attention to detail is to the fore here, and the subdued lighting and open brickwork ensure that all the focus is on the large grill at the centre of the dining room. The dining experience, based around an 8-course menu (fire-roasted aubergines, chorizo, morcilla, Provoleta cheese, a succulent glazed pork belly, pine cone-smoked “ceja” and ribeye), is both informative and interactive with constant communication between the grill chefs and guests, the majority of whom are tourists or groups of friends. Everything the chefs do is explained in detail, from the provenance of the wood used, the feed used for the cattle, the best accompanying salsas etc. A splendid and fun journey lasting over two hours across Argentina’s most popular culinary art form!" - Michelin Inspector

I've enjoyed this meal so much as i went there alone. The atmosphere was really nice. I can tell that they served good quality food. By sitting there for more than 3 hours, you'll definitely make frns with those who sit beside you. The night was memorable, fun, experiential, and very full. If your financial health is good, undoubtedly, book a table. Let's have some fun

I had a great time with my girlfriend. We did the lunch tasting. I was very full and everything tasted delicious. Very cool to see Federico and Malcolm prepare and talk us through the dishes. No need to come early, they let you in at exactly the stated reso time..welcome cocktail included 😁

I pre-booked for lunch and had a lovely time. The food was great, but what really makes this experience unique, is being seated around a square bar, with the fire cooking in the middle, while interacting with the friendly and clearly passionate staff over 3.5hours. The food was great, but the overall experience will be the memory that lives with me.

Exquisite! The experience is monumental - from start to finish. The reception alone is discreetly five star. The concept here can be intimidating and overwhelming but the ‘theatrics’ are fully justifiable and definitely not out of place - just immerse yourself unrestrained. The team is so unified and full of passionate. It is infectious. Now the food. The technique is precise, creative and purposeful. It’s clockwork - a joy to observe. The 9-course covers most of the bases with 4 ‘vegetables’ and 4 meat courses. There are personal preferences - provoletta, sweetbread, pork flank, shortrib, ribeye cap and the crepes. The smokiness and caramelisation is spot on. And the portions for an Asian appetite is overly generous but appreciated. Now the service - cannot get any better! The suave, smooth and solid service is near faultless. Never felt coddled, neither felt ignored - a perfect balance of authenticity, care and genuineness. This unique asado comes unequivocally recommended - such a class act! 9.9/10

Carlito, David, Flor, and Frederico made our experience simply unforgettable! My friend and I met Carlito at the door and immediately knew we made the right choice. Anywhere that gives you a welcome cocktail is good in our books! All of the courses were standout but honestly our favorite part was interacting with everyone who worked there and the other guests at the chefs counter. It was a bit of a splurge but we highly recommend - totally worth it. If you’re a vegetarian, they’ll do a great substitution menu and will not make you feel like you’re missing out. (But my non-vegetarian vouched that the meat dishes were outstanding.)

The food was decent though not mind blowing. Service is acceptable but not attentive enough if the restaurant wants Michelin star(s). For example, waiter forgot to bring new utensils for a new dish served, water glasses never refilled, sparkling water bottle was too strong and it spilled, waiter forgot to bring my bag in the end so I had to pick up myself. Overall, decent food, subpar service (but I had higher expectations), decent ambiance.

A super special experience watching the team cook live in front of you! I love the intimacy of the setting (maybe only 10 groups). Be prepared to smell like smoke afterwards though!
